甜菜种质资源数量性状遗传距离差异及其应用的研究

对60份参试材料的5个性状主成分分析结果表明,确定甜菜主成分因子有根产量、含糖量和抗褐斑病性;聚类分析结果,按类群间遗传距离大于类群内遗传距离的原则分为6类.类群间的平均遗传距离(?)~2=16.781,大于该平均遗传距离的类群组合有Ⅰ和Ⅳ,Ⅰ和Ⅴ,Ⅰ和Ⅵ,Ⅱ和Ⅵ,Ⅲ和Ⅴ,Ⅲ和Ⅵ,在上述类群间选择亲本有效.     

新铁炮百合主要性状的相关分析和相关遗传进度

结新铁炮百合（Lilium formolongi）22个主要性状进行了相关分析，结果表明：生殖性状内部或营养性状内部存在显著或极显著相,关营养性状与性殖性状间具有显著相关，无极显著相关；遗传相关进度的研究表明：采用单个性状选择其间接选择效果不会理想，为此必须对不同性状组合进行综合选择。     

亚麻工艺长相关性状的通径分析

本试验以6个普通亚麻品种为材料,进行工艺长相关性状的通径分析。结果表明,5个相关性状对工艺长度影响大小顺序为:单株粒重>单株粒数>千粒重>株高>主茎分枝数。降低单株粒重是提高工艺长度的主要途径。在千粒重、单株粒重相对稳定的类型中,选择植株较高、单株粒数较多者,或在株高、单株粒数相对稳定的类型中,选择千粒重较高者是提高工艺长度的重要途径。减少主茎分枝数亦可有效提高工艺长度,但作用较小。     

马惠宁输油管道清管的风险分析及对策

介绍了马惠宁输油管道的施工和投产后的运行现状。由于多年运行，管道腐蚀严重，为此拟采用清管器进行内检测。对用清管器进行内检测可能产生的风险进行了分析，并提出了减小风险的对策。     

Structure,function and signal transduction of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2

Angiogenesis, or the formation of new blood vessels out of pre-existing capillaries, is very important in many physiologic and pathologic processes, such as embryonic development, cancer, retinopathies, etc. Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) plays a key role in angiogenesis. In this review, we discussed the structure, function and signal transduction of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2. Understanding these should provide important insights into how new strategies can be devised to interfere in the physiologic and pathologic processes involved in angiogensis.     

Expression and modulation of connective tissue growth factor in renal interstitial fibrosis

CTGF, a member of the CCN family of immediate early genes, is a recently discovered profibrotic growth factor, which is involved in many pathophysiologic procedures. CTGF acts as a downstream effector of TGF-β acting on interstitial cells to enhance the progression of fibrotic renal diseases. It has been shown that CTGF gene expression can be induced or blocked by some kinds of cytokine and drugs. It is an interesting candidate target for future intervention strategies of renal interstitial fibrosis.
