基于NCBI 数据库的油棕EST-SSR 标记的开发与应用

应用NCBI 网站上释放的41 977 条油棕EST 序列,从中挖掘SSR 位点3 946 个,根据27 个SSR 位点的 侧翼序列设计引物,并对18 份油棕DNA 样品进行扩增,扩增结果显示10 个标记具有多态性。根据这些标记信息, 对这18 份油棕资源进行主成分分析,18 份油棕资源被分成两个遗传群体,一个为文昌高隆湾和文昌椰子研究所的 油棕资源,另一个群体为10 份引自马来西亚的油棕资源。这些研究显示,开发的标记可用于油棕资源遗传多样性评 估、遗传结构评估,并可用于油棕遗传图谱的构建。     

花生新品种泉花551引种试验初报

2012年在厦门市同安区引进泉花551进行试种试验。结果表明,泉花551荚果和籽仁产量均比我区主栽品种泉花7号、泉花6号和白沙1016(CK)极显著增产。与3个CK相比,泉花551平均荚果产量5146.9 kg·hm-2,荚果产量增产幅度在30.8%-111.5%;平均籽仁产量3700.5 kg·hm-2,籽仁增产幅度在32.0%-110.8%。泉花551抗病(逆)性强,生育期适中,适合在我区推广应用。     

Repeated annual drought has minor long‐term influence on δ13C and alkane composition of plant and soil in model grassland and heathland ecosystems

As a result of global climate change the incidence of drought conditions in Europe is predicted to increase in the future, which also influences plant resistance. Lipids are important plant constituents that protect plants against drought stress and contribute to the intermediate stable carbon (C) pool in soil. However, the extent to which drought influences lipid cycling in the plant–soil system is unknown and, therefore, it remains questionable how the ecosystem recovers after drought. We focused on plant and soil samples from two different plant communities (temperate grassland and heathland) that had been exposed to 5 years of 4.5–6.0 weeks repeated annual drought. They were sampled one year after the last drought to check the recovery of the plant–soil system. Samples were analyzed for their bulk C, stable C and nitrogen (N) isotope (δ¹³C, δ¹⁵N) and lipid composition. Contrary to our expectation, no strong influence of five years of repeated annual drought was observed for above‐ground biomass, roots and soils in the model ecosystems with respect to elemental (C and N concentrations, C : N ratio) bulk isotope (δ¹³C, δ¹⁵N) composition and the total extractable lipid concentration. Thus, plants did not sustain a significant change in their C and lipid concentration as well as their composition after five years of repeated annual drought. This might be related to the comparatively short drought period related to the overall growth season and provides evidence for recovery of the C and lipid dynamics in temperate grassland and heathland model ecosystems exposed to annual drought.     

俄罗斯野麦草引种试验

俄罗斯野麦草青草产量，４７３７０ｋｇ／ｈｍ＾２，种子产量为２２９５ｋｇ／ｈｍ＾２，抗逆性强，适应范围广，返青早，枯黄期迟，青绿期长，利用价值高，适宜甘肃省绝大多数牧区和半农半牧区推广种植。     

解放CA10B型汽车功能模型的探讨

本文通过对黑龙江省双丰林业局提供的6台解放CA10B型汽车的使用数据的处理和分析.得出该汽车的单车年周转量及耗油率这两个主要生产参数的影响因素及功能方程.并进一步探讨了该模型对运输企业及木材生产单位的规划、管理、指挥等方面的重要意义.     

利用血液蛋白质(酶)分析狼山鸡的遗传多态性

采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了狼山鸡的6个血液蛋白质（酶）座位。结果表明：运铁蛋白（Tf）、碱性磷酸酶（Akp-1）、前白蛋白（Pa）、淀粉酶（Amy-1）、后白蛋白（po）和酯酶（Es-1）6个蛋白座位表现多态性，其平均杂合度为0．2949。分析表明，狼山鸡遗传多样性程度相对较高，遗传选择潜力大。

Critical Phase Transition of the Two-dimensional Microcanonical Ising Model by Cellular Automata Q2R Method

The authors construct a microcanonical ensemble system and analyzes the phase change of the two-dimensional Ising model Cellular Automata Q2R/WQ2R method. The result indicates that the numerical value simulation can show the spontaneous magnetization of two-dimensional crystal lattice in isolated system. The authors have observed the critical phase transition phenomenon and gotten the critical energy. The simulation of three-dimensional Ising model can be grounded on the method that this article establishes.     

MEASURING PROBABILITY OF SKY BRIGHTNESS IN CLASSIFICATION BY THE AVERAGE INSOLATION

According to the daily change law from curves for percentage insolation,this paper presents a new formula of the average insolation in the zones where the insolation is more than 70%. By means of the hourly observing data during two years for solar direct ratiation, cloudage and sunshine condition in seven zones different lighting climate,considering the vaper pressure and the altitude present the function of percentage insolation and the probability of four sky brightness classification,this formula has a certain precision to be proved by observation.
