兔肺静脉心肌袖与心律紊乱相关的形态学研究

目的观察肺静脉心肌袖的组织学形态特性,以了解异位兴奋和局灶性房颤起源于肺静脉的形态学基础。方法取20只健康家兔的左心房和肺静脉,通过HE染色、Masson染色进行组织学研究,并用图像分析比较形态学差异。结果肺静脉心肌袖心肌纤维集合成束,走行不规则、方向各异;心肌袖组织中可观察到染色浅淡的苍白样细胞,与P细胞相似,成群或成对孤立存在;横切面肺静脉心肌袖心肌细胞的胞浆面积小、核面积小、核浆比值小、核圆形度大、核周长短,与左心房心肌细胞比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肺静脉根部存在心房肌的延伸即心肌袖,其心肌纤维分布不均匀,走行方向各异,可能是电传导不均一、各向异性的原因;苍白样细胞的存在可能是引发异位兴奋和局灶自律性升高的形态学基础;肺静脉心肌袖心肌细胞体积较小,胞核较圆。     

Effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the development of preimplantation rabbit embryos <Emphasis Type="Italic">in vitro</Emphasis>

This study aimed to investigate the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the development of preimplantation rabbit embryos in vitro. Zygotes were collected from superovulated New Zealand rabbits 19 h after injection of hCG and immediately mating and cultured in TCM-199 plus fatty-acid free BSA with different concentrations of NGF. Zygotes not treated with NGF served as control. At 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h of the culture, the numbers of the early cleavage stage, morulae, blastocysts and hatching blastocysts were determined. The intrazonal diameter of the blastocyst and the total cell numbers per blastocyst were measured after 96 h of culture. The results showed: (1) NGF at 100 ng/mL and 1000 ng/mL could improve the numbers of the hatching blastocysts which developed compared to the control treatment (p < 0.05); (2) All concentrations of NGF increased the total cell numbers in the blastocysts compared to the control treatment (p < 0.05); (3) NGF had no significant effect on the blastocyst intrazonal diameter of the blastocysts at 96 h of culture (p = 0.493); (4) The proportion in the early cleavage stage at 24 h of culture (p = 0.635), of morulae at 48 h of culture (p = 0.812) and of blastocysts at 72 h of culture (p = 0.812) in all treatments were not significantly different.     

Progress in association of RSK2 with malignancies and its inhibitors

Ribosomal S6 kinase 2 (RSK2) is a member of the p90^Rsk, which belongs to Ser/Thr kinase family. It is a downstream molecule of Ras/MAPK cascade and regulates a variety of cellular processes. RSK2 plays a key role in the cell proliferation, survival and transformation. Furthermore, the aberrant up-regulation of RSK2 was observed in different malignancies. We here briefly review the structure and function of RSK2, the relationship between RSK2 and tumor, and the existing RSK2 inhibitors.     

欧巴代包覆介孔SBA-15药物载体的制备及缓释作用

目的制备欧巴代（OPD）包覆的药物控释系统OPD/SBA-15并观察其缓释作用。方法将肠溶包衣OPD包覆于负载了抗癌药物5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）的SBA-15介孔分子筛表面,制备药物控释系统OPD/SBA-15,并观察OPD/SBA-15在模拟胃液中（pH=1.2）和模拟肠液中（pH=7.5）的缓释作用。结果在模拟胃液中,OPD/SBA-15明显延缓5-Fu释放速度。在模拟肠液中,OPD/SBA-15对5-Fu释放速度影响较小。结论 OPD/SBA-15是一种良好的pH敏感型缓释药物载体。     

紫外分光光度法检测肉制品中盐酸克伦特罗残留量

目的建立一种快速检测肉制品中盐酸克伦特罗残留量的方法。方法 -环糊精与盐酸克伦特罗结合后用紫外分光光度法测定吸光度值并建立标准曲线,检测样品中盐酸克伦特罗含量。结果吸光度值强度与盐酸克伦特罗浓度在358 nm波长处呈线性关系。当包合体系p H 7.0、温度30℃、静置30 min时,检出限为0.015 mg/L,线性范围为0.05~0.15 mg/L,线性相关系数r=0.9995,精密度为2.20%~6.04%,回收率为95.0%~106.0%。结论紫外分光光度法是检测肉制品中盐酸克伦特罗残留量的简单、快速、可靠方法。     

酵母CFD1基因缺失菌株构建及其对复制寿命的影响

目的测定CFD1基因缺失对酿酒酵母复制寿命的影响。方法运用基因同源重组技术构建单基因缺失酵母菌株,利用光学显微镜检测酵母细胞的复制寿命。结果与野生型酵母菌株（29.29±8.71代对比,CFD1基因缺失酵母菌株复制寿命（27.27±8.01）代有所变短,但差异无统计学意义。结论 CFD1基因缺失不影响酿酒酵母的复制寿命。）     

Hermite正定矩阵迹的2个不等式的推广

利用Hermite正定矩阵的相关结果及其一些初等不等式,结合矩阵恒等变形的方法,研究了Hermite矩阵迹的不等式问题,对Hlder不等式和Minkowski不等式作出了进一步推广.     

高校图书馆心理阅览室建设

分析了心理阅览室对提高大学生心理素质的作用,并就其场地建设、活动安排、书籍选择等方面提出了具体的指导意见,对心理阅览室建设进行了效果评价。     

Effects of extract of Oratosquilla on expression of P53, COX-2 and VEGF in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line

AIM: To study the inhibitory effect of the extract of Oratosquilla(EOS) on the expression of P53, cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z.METHODS: CNE-2Z cells were treated with different concentrations of EOS for 24 h. The methods of RT-PCR and immunocytochemistry were used to detect the expression of COX-2 and VEGF at mRNA and protein levels, respectively. The protein expression of P53 was determined by Western blotting.RESULTS: After treated with EOS, the protein expression of P53 in CNE-2Z cells was decreased(P<0.01), and the expression of COX-2 and VEGF at mRNA and protein levels was also significantly decreased in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.01). The expression of COX-2 was positively correlated with that of VEGF(P<0.05), and a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and P53 protein(P<0.05) was also observed.CONCLUSION: EOS may play its antitumor effect by inhibiting the expression of P53, COX-2 and VEGF in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z.
