 针刺后的蝴蝶兰‘White Hikaru’的类原球茎(PLB),与含绿色荧光蛋白基因( )和潮霉素磷酸转移酶基因(^p£)的pCAMBIA 1300一SmGFP的根瘤农杆菌LBA4404 共培养,培育出了转基因的蝴蝶兰。经绿色荧光蛋白检测和Southern印迹,证实了再生植株中含cop基因和hpt基因。  相似文献

‘Galia’ (Cucumis melo var. reticulatus L. Naud. cv. Galia) fruit were harvested at the three-quarter slip stage and treated with 1 μL L−1 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) at 20 °C for 24 h. The fruit were processed and stored as fresh-cut cubes and intact fruit for 10 d at 5 °C. Ethylene production of fresh-cut cubes was approximately 4–5-fold higher than intact fruit at day 1. Afterward, the ethylene production of fresh-cut cubes declined significantly whereas that of intact fruit remained relatively constant at about 0.69–1.04 ng kg−1 s−1. 1-MCP delayed mesocarp softening in both fresh-cut and intact fruit and the symptoms of watersoaking in fresh-cut fruit. Continuously stored fresh-cut cubes and cubes derived from intact fruit not treated with the ethylene antagonist softened 27% and 25.6%, respectively, during 10 d storage at 5 °C while cubes derived from 1-MCP-treated fruit softened 9% and 17%, respectively. Fresh-cut tissue from 1-MCP-treated fruit exhibited slightly reduced populations of both total aerobic organisms and Enterobacterium, although the differences did not appear to be sufficient to explain the differences in keeping quality between 1-MCP-treated and control fruit. Based primarily on firmness retention and reduced watersoaking, 1-MCP treatment deferred loss of physical deterioration of fresh-cut ‘Galia’ cubes at 5 °C by 2–3 d compared with controls.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effects of exogenous L-carnitine on lipid metabolism in semi-starved rats fed on high fat diet. METHODS: The semi-starved rats were restricted half in calorie intake on high fat diet for 2 week. L-carnitine was supplied at dose of 250 mg/kg·bw. The changes of plasma carnitine concentration, urinary excretion of ketone body, serum lipase activity, muscle carnitine palmitoyl transferase activity, triglyceride secretion and clearance rate were measured. RESULTS: The results showed that the concentration of plasma free carnitine increased significantly in carnitine supplemented rats compared to normal and semi-starved rats.The activities of muscle carnitine palmitoyltransferase and serum lipase were significantly enhanced in carnitine supplemented rats. The triglyceride secretion rate (TGSR) was also improved remarkably by carnitine supplementation. Meanwhile, the urinary excretion of ketone body was reduced significantly in carnitine supplemented rats compared to semi-starved rats. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that carnitine supplementation can significantly increase the plasma concentration of free carnitine and accelerate the lipid metabolism in semi-starved rats fed on high fat diet.  相似文献

The metabonomics changes of plasma and brain tissue after dietary supplementation with blueberry extracts (BBE) and cyanidin-3-O-galactoside from blueberry (BBM) in aged mice were investigated by (1)H NMR technique. The mice received intragastric administration of BBE (200 mg/kg/day), BBM (50 mg/kg/day), and saline water (0.9%) for 6 weeks, respectively, in the BBE, BBM, and control groups. At the end of the experiment, plasma and brain samples were collected for NMR analysis. The results demonstrated that the level of choline in plasma from BBE and BBM groups were obviously elevated relative to the control group, whereas the levels of lactate and phosphocholine in plasma were remarkably reduced. Compared with those in the control group, the levels of choline and GABA in the brain from the BBE group were obviously increased, whereas glutamate and phosphocholine in the BBE group were significantly decreased. The level of taurine in the brain from the BBM group was particularly higher than that in the control group. These results indicated supplementation with BBE or BBM might induce similar changes of endogenous plasma and brain metabolic profiles in aged mice.  相似文献

Isotherms and the effects on activated carbon fiber (ACF), compared with granular activated carbon (GAC), adsorption of trihalomethans (THMs) in water were studied. It was found that the isotherms for ACF or GAC were not agree to Langmuir equation well, but successfully correlated by Freundlich equation, and the coefficients of Freundlich isotherm were given and compared to isotherms reported in the literatures for THMs. ACF and GAC adsorbing THMs was exothermic, isotheric heats of adsorption were calculated and increased with increasing bromine substitution in CHCl3. The adsorptive capacity of ACF was about two-fold greater than that of GAC, and increased with THMs more hydrophobic or bromine substitution. pH value and temperature had no significant effect on the adsorptive capacity of ACF. The adsorptive capacity of GAC was decreased with temperature slightly. The adsorptive capacities of ACF or GAC was increased with the THMs initial concentration rising. Fixed-bed reactor studies were measured, the amount of THMs adsorbed on ACF column at saturation was much greater than that of GAC at the same operating conditions, and the running time of ACF column was two-fold longer than that of GAC column. The mass transfer zones of ACF column were less than those of GAC column and decreased as the chlorine atoms in CHCl3 substituted by bromine atoms, while the mass transfer zones of GAC column were quite uniform.  相似文献

AIM: This study is to determine changes of hippocampal norepinephrine (NE) and serotonin (5-HT) in long term physical exercise and chronic psychological stress, and to study the roles of the two monoamine transmitters in the effect of exercise counteracting stress-induced hippocampal damages in brain. METHODS: Levels of hippocampal NE and 5-HT in rats undergoing 4-week voluntary wheel running exercise (exercise group) or 3-week restraint stress (stress group) or 4-week exercise and 3-week stress (exercise-stress group) were detected by high-performance liquid chromatography using electrochemical detection. RESULTS: It is showed that levels of hippocampal NE and 5-HT increased significantly (P<0.01) in the exercised rats, and in the stressed rats,hippocampal 5-HT levels significantly decreased(P<0.05). Additionally, the NE levels maintained significant high (P<0.01) in exercise-stressed rats compared to the pure stressed ones. On the other hand, no obvious difference was observed in hippocampal 5-HT levels between stress group and exercise-stress group, which were all significant lower (P<0.05) than that in exercise group. CONCLUSION: It is suggested that both the NE and 5-HT may play important roles in mediating the exercise-induced positive effects and the 5-HT may play an important role in stress-induced negative effects on the hippocampus. Moreover, NE may take more action in the exercise attenuating stress-induced hippocampal damages. The hippocampal NE may be more susceptible to exercise, and the hippocampal 5-HT may be more susceptible to stress.  相似文献

AIM:To explore the delayed protection of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in the exercise preconditioning (EP) from the myocardial relative ischemia reperfusion injury (rI/R). METHODS:40 Wistar Rats were divided into 5 groups randomly:control group (CN), rI/R group (IR), EP+rI/R group (EI), HO-1 inductor hemin+rI/R group (HE) and HO-1 inhibitor ZnPP+EP+rI/R group (EZ). The following indexes were detected, including the HO-1activity in myocardium, the cardiac function parameter-pressure-rate product (heart rate × left ventricular developed pressure, PRP) and the content of MDA in coronary effluent. RESULTS:After myocardial rI/R, HO-1 activity increased significantly. Moreover, EP or HO-1 inductor could enhance this effect manifestly. Nevertheless, when the HO-1 inhibitor was administered before EP,HO-1 activity decreased. In addition, there was no distinct difference in the HO-1 activity between EI group and HE group. At the 30 min point of reperfusion, the PRP recovery rate of EI group was higher clearly than that of IR group. However, there was reverse effect between the EZ group and the EI group. The MDA in coronary effluent of EI group, EZ group and HE group were lower obviously than that of IR group and there was significant difference between EI group and EZ group. CONCLUSION:EP could protect the heart from the rI/R injury occurring 24 hours later, which might be performed through activating the HO-1.  相似文献

采用实验生态学方法对条纹锯仔、稚、幼鱼形态发育的异速生长模式进行研究。对条纹锯(0–80日龄)的可量性状进行测量并运用统计学方法进行分析。结果表明,0–80日龄条纹锯全长的生长符合Y=4.529-(9.227×10-5)X3+0.015X2-0.189X(R2=0.994),干重增长符合Y=0.002X3-0.151X2+3.257X-18.232(R2=0.993),其变化曲线呈"J"型增长。多数功能器官具有异速生长的特性,与摄食、运动相关的功能器官的生长拐点相对较早,在拐点之前,相对于全长呈正异速生长,拐点之后相对于全长呈负异速生长或等速生长。口裂、吻长、眼径、胸鳍、尾鳍的生长拐点分别为20、44、32、36、19日龄,其他相关器官的生长拐点相对较晚,头长、头高、腹长、体高的生长拐点分别为56、37、44、60日龄,其中头长相对于全长在拐点之前呈负异速生长,拐点之后呈等速生长。条纹锯部分功能器官的优先发育保证了在个体发育过程中的早期摄食能力和对敌害的躲避能力的完善,有效地提高了其生存能力。条纹锯异速生长模型的建立,有助于针对性地为其提供适宜条件,从而获得其最适和最大生长效能,为人工繁育和养殖条纹锯提供理论基础。  相似文献
