As a standardized formal language, the SDL has widely been used in the software development. In order to extend its application field, it has been explored to use in hardware design.This paper gives a logical gate circuit-and gate as an example to explain the method of applying SDL to describe and simulate/validate the hardware characters by the SDT tool. The various logic circuits or digital circuits may be made to the SDL packages because the SDL supports the object oriented technology. These packages can be directly invoked in the design of the complex digital system, so it is possible to describe and simulate/validate the complex digital system.The experiment has proved that the application of SDL for hardware design is feasible and rather convenient.  相似文献

研究了 3种抗生素对中棉所 19下胚轴愈伤组织生长的影响。结果表明 ,卡那霉素对棉花下胚轴的愈伤组织形成和增殖均有明显抑制作用 ,其浓度低于 10 0 mg· L -1时 ,随着其浓度增加 ,愈伤组织诱导率降低 ,增殖率下降 ;其浓度高于 10 0mg· L-1 时不能诱导愈伤组织发生。羧苄青霉素和头孢霉素对棉花下胚轴愈伤组织诱导率没有影响 ,浓度高于 2 5 0 mg· L-1 时对其增殖有轻微抑制作用。  相似文献

It confirmeds evaluation rule of the location selection according to the characteristic of the resident project and selects all the location by fuzzy mathematic and AHP. After this selection, AHP is used again to taxis all the suitable location to build in the most suitable place. 本文对玉米与其近缘种及它们的杂交或回交后代的可杂交性进行了研究。结果表明,玉米近缘种的多数材料都能与玉米杂交结实,它们的杂种F1均表现出强的杂种优势和光敏反应;远缘杂交亲和性的母本效应较大,且与物种间遗传距离直接相关。此外,还对玉米近缘材料在玉米遗传育种中的应用进行了探讨。  相似文献

In order to explicit proper sowing and fertilizing methods of rapeseed production in red-soil dryland, a two-year field experiment covering two rapeseed seasons (2017-2018 and 2018-2019) was conducted with four treatments of sowing and fertilizing methods to analyze the impact on yield formation and fertilizer use efficiency of rapeseed, including conventional sowing and fertilizing method (T1), sowing in row with surface broadcast fertilizing (T2), synchronous sowing in uniform row with side deep fertilizing (T3) and synchronous sowing in wide-narrow row with side deep fertilizing (T4). The results were as follows: The yield and fertilizer use efficiency of rapeseed in red-soil dryland were significantly affected by sowing and fertilizing methods. Besides, these differences were more significant in poor soil condition and drought season (2017-2018) than those in nutrient-rich soil condition and rainy season (2018-2019). Compared with T1 and T2, T3 and T4 promoted the yield formation and increased its fertilizer use efficiency significantly, whereas there was no significant difference between T3 and T4. Specifically, the technique of synchronous drilling sowing with side deep fertilizing could improve dry matter production during the whole growth period of rapeseed, especially from anthesis to maturity, with a corresponding rise of dry matter accumulation of both underground and aboveground after anthesis. Meanwhile, compared with the conventional cultivation, the technique of synchronous drilling sowing with side deep fertilizing increased the uptake of nutrients (N, P and K), effective plant density and maintained sufficient pod number, and thus improved the yield and fertilizer use efficiency of rapeseed. This study indicated that the technique of synchronous drilling sowing with side deep fertilizing had the potential of improving rapeseed productivity in red-soil dryland of southern China. Therefore, it should be suggested to promote the application according to local condition.  相似文献

利用重组自交系籼稻中-156/谷梅2号304份株系为材料,在田间条件下营造高温、高湿的小气候,以“穗穗芽率”及“粒穗芽率”为指标,筛选易发生穗芽与不易发生穗芽的极端材料,比较研究重组自交系亲本与各供试株系籽粒在穗芽发生期间的生理差异。结果表明,该重组自交系母本谷梅2号比父本中-156易穗芽,在正常成熟过程中籽粒内源GA1含量水平高于中-156,ABA含量水平低于中-156;谷梅2号籽粒淀粉酶活性也高于中-156。花后15 d至完熟的籽粒灌浆期如遇高温、高湿条件,谷梅2号及易穗芽的株系籽粒内源GA1随雨日渐增,增幅高于中-156及不易穗芽的株系,同时其淀粉酶活性回升,在正常成熟过程中花后15 d后籽粒中淀粉酶活性与日渐降,但其幅度远高于父本中-156及不易穗芽的株系,这种变化可能是易穗芽的亲本与株系对高温、高湿敏感诱发穗上发芽的主要生理基础。  相似文献

研究麦棉两熟种植模式影响棉仁脂肪及蛋白质代谢机制,可为我国麦棉两熟棉区在稳定棉花产量和品质的基础上提高棉籽品质提供理论依据。试验于2012年和2013年在江苏省大丰市稻麦原种场进行,以泗杂3号(中晚熟品种)和中棉所50(早熟品种)棉花品种为材料,以单作棉为对照(CK),设置棉花生产上常用的麦套移栽棉(IC)、麦后移栽棉(TC)和麦后直播棉(DC)麦棉种植模式,研究麦棉两熟不同种植模式对棉仁脂肪和蛋白质的累积动态、关键酶活性及其相互关系的影响。结果表明:(1)两熟棉棉仁脂肪含量皆较CK低,IC、TC和DC呈依次下降的趋势;IC和TC棉仁蛋白质含量皆高于CK,DC低于CK;中棉所50棉仁脂肪和蛋白质含量均略高于泗杂3号。(2)两熟棉棉仁磷脂酸磷酸酯酶(PPase)和6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G6PDH)活性低于CK,丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)活性高于CK;IC、TC棉仁谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和谷氨酸合酶(GOGAT)活性高于CK,DC低于CK;中棉所50棉仁具有较高的PPase、G6PDH、GS和GOGAT活性,PEPC活性稍低于泗杂3号。(3)棉仁最终脂肪含量与棉仁代谢过程中PPase、G6PDH活性呈极显著正相关,与PEPC活性呈极显著负相关;棉仁最终蛋白质含量与G6PDH活性及GS、GOGAT活性分别呈显著和极显著正相关。总之,在我国麦棉两熟棉区选择应用中熟棉花品种、麦套移栽方式可以在稳定棉花产量和品质的基础上提高棉籽品质。  相似文献
