观赏竹容器青苗基质开发初步研究

国际市场中要求竹苗的出口不能带土,根据基质选择的原则及评价的标准,配制了8种基质(G1、G2、G3、G4、G5、G6、G7、G8)作为鸡毛竹(S.chinensis Nakai)和黄条金刚竹(Pleioblastus kongosanensis f.aureostriaus)的容器育苗基质.结果表明:在G8中,鸡毛竹、黄条金刚竹的生长情况最好,在G3、G7中,鸡毛竹、黄条金刚竹的生长情况较好,但成本相对较高.在泥炭中加入山核桃壳或煤渣等经济基质材料,降低了成本,改善了基质的通气性和保水性.     

Metformin对蛋鸡AMPK活性及脂质代谢的短期效应研究

为了研究双胍药类Mefformin短期内对蛋鸡AMPK活性的影响,研究选用日龄、体重及产蛋率相近的产蛋高峰期新罗曼蛋鸡40只,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理5个重复,每个重复2只鸡,对照组蛋鸡采食不合Mefformin的基础饲粮,分别在另外3组蛋鸡基础饲粮中添加0.6%、0.8%、1.0%Metformin.试验结果表明:不同浓度的Metformin处理呈剂量效应性地显著降低蛋鸡的采食量;肝脏AMPK基础生理活性比卵巢AMPK活性高46.89%(P=0.124),0.6%、0.8%、1.0%Mefformin组蛋鸡肝脏AMPK活性分别增加了13.83%(P=0.216)、25.90%(P=0.162)、31.10%(P=0.170);血清三酰甘油(TG)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)受1.0%Mefformin处理影响最大,分别下降了27.10%(P=0.256)、26.75%(P=0.220);各处理组蛋鸡卵泡胆固醇含量均显著或极显著地低于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),且随Metformin浓度的增加呈剂量依赖性地降低.结果说明0.6%～1.0%Mefforrain提高了蛋鸡肝脏AMPK活性,并降低了蛋鸡血清脂质合成产物及不同发育程度卵泡胆固醇的含量.     

Effect of simvastatin on expression of integrin-linked kinase and renal tubulointerstitium injury in rats induced by high fat diet

AIM: To explore the effect of simvastatin on expression of integrin-linked kinase (ILK) and the injury of renal tubulointerstitium in the rats induced by high fat diet. METHODS: Fifty-four 6-8 week-old female Wistar rats were randomly assigned to the following three groups: high fat diet group, simvastatin group (rats were fed with high fat diet plus 10 mg·kg-1·d-1 simvastatin) and control group. Six rats in each group were sacrificed at 4th week, 10th week, and the others at 20th week. The injury of renal tubulointerstitium was observed under microscope with HE staining and the expression of renal ILK was determined by Western blotting analysis and immunohistochemistry. Levels of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in serum were measured by enzymatic colormetric methods. RESULTS: The serum TC and TG levels and the expression of renal ILK significantly increased in both high-fat diet group and simvastatin group, compared to control group at 4th week, reaching a maximum at 20th week (P<0.01). Tubulointerstitium injuries including vacuolar degeneration, syncytial change, clody swelling, necrosis and atrophy of renal tubular epithelial cells, thinning of tubal wall, lumens compensational expansion or even abolition, and inflammatory cell infiltration, interstitial fibrosis were found in both high fat diet group and simvastatin group, compared to control group at 4th week, worsened to a maximum at 20th week. However, all of these ameliorated in simvastatin group, compared to high fat diet group at each time point. CONCLUSION: The results indicate that high-fat diet induces significant lesion of renal tubulointerstitium and increased expression of renal ILK. Simvastatin may play an important role in protecting against tubulointerstitium injury induced by hyperlipoidemia by down-regulating the expression of renal ILK.

阿拉善左旗４年机械模拟飞播牧草累计面积为２９８０ｈｍ＾２，实播面积为２９８０ｈｍ＾２，１９９７年１０月调查，保存面积为２９７０ｈｍ＾２，保存面积率为９９．７％，４年来播区植被盖度提高８．９６倍，有苗面积率提高３１．５３倍，牧草产量提高３５．９１倍，第一性生产产值和第二性生产产值分别是飞播总投资的０．６７倍和０．９７倍，机械模拟飞播牧草表现出明显的经济效益、生产效益和社会效益。
