二氢吡啶对生长阶段猪生长性能的影响研究

为探讨二氢吡啶对生长阶段（20～60 kg）猪生长性能的影响及作用机理，试验选体重25 kg生长猪21头，随机分为3组，日粮中添加不同浓度（0、10、20mg/kg）的二氢吡啶。结果表明：20 mg/kg组在试验前期具有一定促生长作用，后期无促生长作用。血清中T₃、T₄、生长激素、胰岛素在试验前期含量有升高趋势，皮质醇含量呈下降趋势，试验后期相反。10 mg/kg组无促生长作用。     

Effect of different PRA serum levels from patients with β-thalassemia on the proliferation and differentiation potential of the hematopoietic stem cells /progenitor cells of cord blood

AIM: To probe the effect of different panel reactive antibody(PRA) serum levels from patients with β-thalassemia on the proliferation and differentiation potential of the hematopoietic stem /progenitor cell of cord blood.METHODS: 1×105 mononuclear cells (MNCs) isolated from umbilical cord blood were incubated with different PRA serum levels (0 μL,50 μL,100 μL) respectively and complement,inoculated into the methylcellulose cultural system.The proliferation and differentiation potential of the hematopoietic stem /progenitor cell of cord blood by the colony formation assay were detected on day 7 and day 14,respectively.RESULTS: After culture of 7 days,the total colonies and CFU-GM were 88.20±9.41,79.00±11.39 in group A and 88.60±9.12,79.20±10.44 in group B,which were significantly higher than those of 20.60±7.39,15.20±4.66 in group C and those of 4.00±2.05,1.40±0.51 in group D (P<0.01).Meanwhile compared with group A and group E,no significant difference was found (P>0.05).After culture for 14 days,the total colonies and CFU-GM were 216.00±31.10,117.40±24.80 in group A and 213.20±31.06,116.00±19.75 in group B,which were significantly higher than those of 97.80±14.43,32.80±8.10 in group C and those of 31.40±13.41,8.40±4.30 in group D (P<0.01).The CFU-GEMMs were 45.60±8.51 in group A and 42.60±7.03 in group B,which were significantly higher than those of 20.80±6.96 in group C and those of 7.80±6.06 in group D (P<0.05).The BFU-MK was 12.80±4.42 in group A and 11.00±2.74 in group B respectively,which were significantly higher than that of 1.00±0.55 in group D (P<0.05).The CFU-E in group B 17.20±4.03 was significantly higher than that of 5.60±2.87 in group D (P<0.05).Meanwhile compared with group A and group E,no significant difference was found (P>0.05).By the Kendall test,there were negative correlations between the level of PRA serum and the total colonies,CFU-GM on day 7,the total colonies,CFU-GM,CFU-GEMM,BFU-E,BFU-MK on day 14 (tau-b=-0.793,-0.849,-0.808,-0.804,-0.645,-0.674,-0.624,P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between the level of PRA serum and CFU-MK on day 14 (tau-b=-0.466，P<0.05).CONCLUSION: PRA sera inhibit the colony in the colony cultures of the hematopoietic stem cells/progenitor cells in cord blood.The inhibition depends on the level of PRA sera.The higher the level of PRA sera,the stronger the inhibition is observed in our study.     

喷施磷酸二氢钾对桃叶片和果实性状的影响

以不同成熟期的桃品种豫甜、豫香、秋甜、秋蜜红为试材,研究了喷施磷酸二氢钾对其叶片叶绿素含量、干鲜质量比及果实的可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸含量、维生素C含量等品质特性的影响。结果表明,喷施磷酸二氢钾能提高叶片中叶绿素含量、干鲜质量比和果实可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量;对果实的可滴定酸含量、维生素C含量影响不明显;叶片喷施不同浓度和次数的磷酸二氢钾均可推迟桃果实成熟期;喷施清水和对照处理间叶片性状和果实品质差异不明显;喷施磷酸二氢钾浓度和次数以500mg/L3次效果最显著,以300mg/L3次最经济有效。     

Effects of 4-hydroxytamoxifen on the growth and proliferation of prolactinomas CH3 cells

AIM: To investigate the effect of estrogen antagonists on the in vitro growth of human prolactinomas. METHODS: RT-PCR was applied to the detection of estrogen receptor (ER) mRNA expressed in a human prolactinomas CH3 cell strain. Estradiol and 4-hydroxytamoxifen (OHTam) were added respectively at different concentrations into the culture medium. Cell number and levels of ER mRNA were examined. RESULTS: The growth of CH3 cells became slower in estrogen-deprived medium than that in nomal culture and was higher in medium containing estrogen(E2) at concentration of 10^-8 mol/L than at concentration of 10^-6 mol/L. OHTam (10^-6mol/L) inhibited the growth of CH3 cell strain treated with E2. The expression of ER mRNA in CH3 cells was observed, the levels of ER mRNA in the E2 (10^-8mol/L) group, higher than those in estrogen deprived group. OHTam (10^-6mol/L) obviously inhibited the expression of ER mRNA. CONCLUSION: The growth of CH3 cells depends on estrogen, estrogen antagonists inhibits the growth of CH3 cells and decline the levels of ER mRNA. ER levels in human prolactinomas cell lines can be auto-regulated.     

甘肃合水黄土塬面全新世成壤环境变化

通过对黄土高原腹地甘肃合水MJY全新世土壤剖面磁化率、全铁、TOC、Rb、Sr和Rb/Sr等气候代用指标的测定分析,揭示了与全新世环境变化相对应的成壤过程,并在此基础上,阐明黄土高原中部地区环境资源变化对人类活动的影响。认为全新世早期,黄土高原中部地区气候比较温和干燥,风尘堆积速率降低,地表植被以草本为主,并有一定的生物风化成壤作用,土壤发育表现为边沉积边成壤;全新世中期,气候温暖湿润,地表植被发育,生物风化成壤作用大于风尘堆积作用,随着沉积和成壤的继续,土壤层深厚,形成古土壤层(S0);全新世晚期,气候开始恶化,干旱少雨,植被退化,沙尘暴频繁发生,风尘堆积作用大于风化成壤作用,土壤退化形成的现代黄土层(L0)覆盖了土壤(S0)使之成为埋藏古土壤。在寺洼文化时期(3250—2520 a B.P.),由于气候干旱使环境资源恶化,土壤退化严重,土地资源利用方式和文化形态从原始的农耕文化转向游牧类型文化。     

东北地区节水农作制度研究

针对我国东北区粮食生产的地位与水资源供应的现状,研究该区主要作物的耗水特性,给出节水种植结构调整建议,认为灌溉农业应"压稻扩玉豆",雨养农业应"稳玉豆,扩谷油,增林经".比较了该区节水种植模式的产量与节水效益,认为应以一年一熟制粮食作物单作为主.分析了该区主要节水技术的节水效果与经济效益,认为应优先发展耕作保墒类与覆盖保墒类等节水技术.     

利用根尖微核技术对白河水质的研究

利用蚕豆根尖微核检测技术对南阳市区白河河段不同样点的河水进行检测.南阳大桥处的流水污染程度较轻,滨河路尽头距橡胶坝约200 m处的河边流水污染程度重,其它各处均为中度污染.严格监管南阳市区白河两岸的工厂、企业、养殖户等的排污及治理情况,加强对游人、垂钓者等的道德、法制宣传教育,采取相应的无损市民生命安全、可以维持生态系统平衡的河水治污方式净化河水.     

三北地区大扁杏栽培管理实用技术

大扁杏是我国三北地区特有的经济树种之一。它适应性强,经济价值高。一般10～15年生杏平均收入1.5万元/(ｈ·ａ)。杏仁除含有多种营养成分外,还含有抗癌物质维生素Ｂ17,广泛应用于食品、医药等工业,是外贸出口产品,深受外商欢迎。栽植大扁杏是三北地区人民脱贫致富的一个?..     

雌性克氏原螯虾性腺发育及相关系数的周年动态研究

建立了克氏原螯虾(Procam barus clarkii)生殖群体的平均体长、体重、性腺重及肝脏重的周年统计值,并利用怀卵量、抱卵量、相对繁殖力等生态学参数建立性腺发育数学模型。结果显示:雌性螯虾初始怀卵和抱卵的理论体长分别为5.6 cm和5.8 cm,理论最大怀卵量和抱卵量分别为1963粒和1136粒;通过模拟Logistic曲线,得到怀卵量随体重增长的3个关键点即始盛期、高峰期和盛末期,分别为16.87 g、36.53 g和56.18 g;雌性克氏原螯虾理论最大相对繁殖力的体长为9.22 cm,最大值为19.78粒/g;其理论最大体长为15.01 cm且当体长小于3.43 cm时性腺尚未发育。另外,本研究还分析了克氏原螯虾产卵群体的性成熟时间与结构。
