5%除虫菊素乳油防治斜纹夜蛾田间药效试验

5％除虫菊素乳油(云菊)是一种天然除虫菊杀虫剂，由除虫菊植物中提取的杀虫活性物质叫除虫菊素。使用该农药对环境无污染，对蔬菜无残留，防治斜纹夜蛾使用的适宜浓度1500——2000倍液，药后3天、7天防效分别为90．14％、94．03％，94．12％、96．89％。     

啮小蜂视觉和触角在交配中的作用观察

本文研究了啮小蜂Tetrasichus,sp．视觉和触角在交配中的作用，实验结果表明，视觉对雄蜂起重要作用，对雌蜂作用则不显著；触角在啮小蜂求偶识别和接受中起重要的作用，雄蜂柄节具有一分泌小孔，求偶的雄蜂遇到雌蜂后柄节能分泌大量的膏状渗出物，雌蜂是靠接触雄蜂触角来识别和接受雄蜂。     

广东鹤山、东莞莲花山小蛾类（Ⅰ）

对广东省鹤山和东莞莲花山自然保护区的小蛾类昆虫进行调查，计有8科35属43种。其中广东新记录种14种。     

Production of ex vivo lipopolysaccharide-induced tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, and interleukin-6 is suppressed by trans-resveratrol in a concentration-dependent manner

Trans-resveratrol is a biologically active compound present in certain foods that has anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. These beneficial effects are derived from both the immune system and cytokines. The purpose of this study was to determine the immunomodulatory effect of trans-resveratrol on the ex vivo production of inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines stimulated by lipopolysaccharides (LPS). Trans-resveratrol (0, 0.01, 0.1, 1, and 10 microM) was added to blood samples from male Sprague-Dawley rats (n = 6) along with 100 U of LPS (Escherichia coli serotype, 055B5). The samples were then incubated for 4 h at 37 degrees C and centrifuged. Finally, concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), interleukin-1beta (IL-1beta), and IL-6 in the plasma were analyzed using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The production of inflammatory (TNF-alpha and IL-1beta) and anti-inflammatory (IL-6) cytokines was suppressed by trans-resveratrol in a concentration-dependent manner. These results support the hypothesis that the immunomodulatory effect of trans-resveratrol plays an important role in disease conditions that involve an overproduction of inflammatory cytokines.     

Vitamin D status of wild Ricord's iguanas (Cyclura ricordii) and captive and wild rhinoceros iguanas (Cyclura cornuta cornuta) in the Dominican Republic.

Calcidiol (25-hydroxyvitamin D) values are reported for 22 wild Ricord's iguanas (Cyclura ricordii) and seven wild rhinoceros iguanas (Cyclura cornuta cornuta). Calcitriol (1,25-hydroxyvitamin D) values are reported for 12 wild Ricord's iguanas and seven wild rhinoceros iguanas. These animals were captured as part of a larger health assessment study being conducted on Ricord's iguanas in Isla Cabritos National Park, Dominican Republic. A total of 13 captive rhinoceros iguanas held outdoors at Parque Zoológico Nacional were also sampled for comparison. Mean concentrations of 25-hydroxyvitamin D were 554 nmol/L (222 ng/ml) with a range of 250-1,118 nmol/L (100-448 ng/ml) for wild Ricord's iguanas, 332 nmol/L (133 ng/ml) with a range of 260-369 nmol/L (104-148 ng/ml) for wild rhinoceros iguanas, and 317 nmol/L (127 ng/ml) with a range of 220-519 nmol/L (88-208 ng/ml) for captive rhinoceros iguanas. On the basis of these results, serum concentrations of at least 325 nmol/L (130 ng/ml) for 25-hydroxyvitamin D should be considered normal for healthy Ricord's and rhinoceros iguanas.     

提高养鸡生产经济效益的技术措施

养鸡户缺乏科学的饲养管理技术，饲养工艺设计不合理，饲料营养浪费，重治不重防，滥用药物，导致治疗效果不佳，死淘率升高，甚至发生中毒等。已成为我国养鸡生产中较为普遍的问题，加上市场波动，直接影响养鸡业的经济效益。严重挫伤了养殖户的积极性。尤其是广大农村，水平低，投入高，效益差的“穷养鸡”方式一度存在。因此。科学的管理，最大限度降低养殖成本，是提高养鸡生产经济效益、确保养鸡业健康发展的重要举措。     

对高速公路服务区检疫监督的思考

随着高速公路里程的不断增加，经高速公路运输的动物及其产品数量也不断增加，经高速公路逃避检疫、运输病害动物的现象随之发生。2004年以来，滦县基层动检所多次接到群众举报，在京沈高速公路滦县服务区处常有外地经营者向当地丢弃或低价出售病死动物如猪、羊等现象。为防止动物传染病传入滦县，     

美国养禽业促进计划(NPIP)对我国动物疫病防控工作的借鉴性

动物疫病一直是困扰我国畜牧业发展的首要难题。这突出表现在以下两个方面：(一)我国畜牧业在疫病防治上成本非常高，以养禽业为例，疫病防治成本约占养禽总成本额10％，是发达国家的10倍左右；(二)动物疫病严重阻碍我国畜禽产品出口，以养禽业为例，我国禽产品总量约占世界的1／4，但我国禽产品出口却只占世界禽产品出口总额的2％，疫病是其重要原因之一。     

某奶牛场暴发结核病疫情的调查

2004年我站在对本县辖区内13个奶牛场(户)的138头奶牛例行春秋两季奶牛布病、结核病监测时发现：某场共有奶牛26头，春季连续2次监测，检出结核阳性病牛11头，疑似结核病牛6头，病牛占全群的73．9％，历年监测都能达到稳定控制的该场此时结核病疫情严重。为此，我站对该场奶牛的发病情况进行了深入细致的流行病学调查，并指导其有效控制了疫情。现将调查情况作如下汇报：     

汕头市猪场猪瘟和猪禽流感血清学监测报告

为了了解和掌握我市猪场的猪瘟免疫情况及感染高致病性禽流感疫病的可能性，我所分别于2005年2月和4月两次对全市范围内各类型的养猪场免疫猪瘟的猪只采集血清941份，进行猪瘟血清抗体监测和猪高致病性禽流感疫情血清学监测。现将监测结果报告如下。
