营造杜仲林与地形的关系

近年来云南高原的不少山区开始引种杜种，但云南的半湿润亚热带气候的早季水分不足。为探讨利用山区的地形因素克服旱季干旱的可能性。本文调查了２￣４年生杜仲幼林在不同的山地条件（坡向、坡度、海拔、土壤等）下的生长情况，分析说明其可能性和提出有益的建议。     

Auger electron angular distributions from surfaces: direct comparison with isoenergetic photoelectrons

Angular distribution patterns of Auger electrons and of photoelectrons from a Cu (001) surface were measured at the same electron kinetic energy. These measurements reveal that the low kinetic energy angular distributions for Cu Auger electrons and Cu 3p(3/2) photoelectrons differ substantially. This direct comparison between the photoelectron and Auger electron angular distributions demonstrates that, in some circumstances, the Auger process produces a complicated source wave whose nature must be explored before Auger angular distributions can be used for surface structure analysis.     

Serum bile acids: reference values in healthy dogs and comparison of two kit methods

Serum bile acid (SBA) reference intervals were established by use of a radioimmunoassay method for fasting dogs to be 0.2 to 4.3 micro mol/L (n = 60) and for 2 hour postprandial samples to be 0.6 to 24.2 micro mol/L (n = 37). The SBA reference intervals estimated using an enzymatic method were 0 to 8.6 micro mol/L for fasting (n = 26) and 0 to 29.8 micro mol/L for 2 hour postprandial samples (n = 36). The correlation between the two methods including samples from healthy dogs and clinical cases is good (n = 128, r = 0.82, p < 0.0001). The radioimmunoassay method is linear to 50 micro mol/L and the enzymatic method is linear to 100 micro mol/L, thus both methods require serum dilutions to be made in many cases of primary liver disease. The enzymatic method is less expensive and more convenient for use in a clinical laboratory but requires a greater sample volume (400 micro I) than the RIA method (50 micro I). Both methods have adequate precision and accuracy to be useful as diagnostic tests of liver function in dogs.     

花培晚粳“81-12”初步研究

<正> "81—12"系将(74—24×宇皖选)F_3稻株适宜时期的花药,采用细胞工程技术,再生大量的正常幼苗,经倍数处理,获得纯合后代,进行繁殖、择优、鉴定,选育而成.据连续四年在本所试验田以及六安、庐江、舒城、怀远等县作为单、双晚种植,表现良好.单在六安县一个点1986年示范30余亩,1987年种植400多亩,单产为400—500公斤,高的可达500公斤以上.现将我们对该稻的初步研究简报于下.     

Pemphigus and pemphigoid in domestic animals: an overview

Pemphigus and pemphigoid are uncommon dermatological entities in domestic animals and of a presumed autoimmune nature. In one form or another, they have been reported in the dog, cat, horse and goat. Although these diseases are considered to be bullous dermatoses, the clinical presentation may vary from ulcerative to exfoliative to proliferative depending on the individual condition. Currently, four variants of pemphigus are recognized (vulgaris, vegetans, foliaceus, erythematosus) and two of pemphigoid (bullous, cicatricial) although cicatricial pemphigoid has not yet been conclusively demonstrated in animals. Diagnosis is based on history, clinical signs, histopathology and immunopathology. Therapy must be immunosuppressive to be effective and is palliative rather than curative.     

Roaring in Clydesdales

An endoscopic survey was performed to assess arytenoid cartilage movement during quiet respiration in 48 Clydesdale horses. Physical characteristics which could influence the length of the recurrent laryngeal nerves were also recorded from these horses and the relationship of these characteristics to the presence of abnormal left arytenoid cartilage movements was assessed statistically. Some degree of abnormal arytenoid movement was observed in 50% of the animals over one year of age. No significant correlation between sex, age, estimated weight, height, or neck length could be found although affected animals were, on average, slightly taller, lighter and longer necked.     

粟杆蝇(ATHERIGONA BISETA KARL)的研究

粟杆蝇幼虫为害谷子常造成枯心或不实。此虫一年发生二代,部分一代。以老熟幼虫在5—10厘米土层中越冬。成虫于6月中旬出現,6月末达盛期,每雌产11—41卵,产卵于粟杆的基部。粟杆蝇的发生为害与湿度有密切关系,交尾、产卵、幼虫孵化、以及侵入粟茎均需高湿。田間枯心率与当年6月份降雨量的相关系数为0.71(P<0.01),相关显著。在晚播、高肥、密植的条件下,枯心发生严重。谷子品种、生育速度均与被害程度有关。在粟田雌蝇出現高峯期噴5％DDT与0.5％666等量混合粉剂,有良好的防治效果。
