Using the expression of energy-momentum pseudo-tensor of cylindrical gravitational waves of both the polarized states, file authors got the expression of the energy and momentum after a great lot of calculations. The results are discussed, from these discussions, it is concluded that Cartesian coordinates is better than cylindrical coordinates to describe the cylindrical gravitational waves of both the polarized states.     

Synthetic Evaluation of Talent Effectiveness Considering Talent Structure

Based on the widening of definition of talent effectiveness, using the indexes of talent structure and economic output types, many indexes of talent effectiveness are built up. A synthetic evaluation of regional talent utilization efficiency is presented based on principal components analyses. The result indicates that the talent utilization efficiency in east China is higher distinctly than in middle and west China and the talent utilization efficiency in middle is close to in west China without obvious hierarchy distribution

Fractional brownian motion and binary market models

We prove a Donsker type approximation theorem for the fractional Brownian motion in the case of the Hurst index greater than one half. With this approximation we construct an elementary market model that converges weakly to the fractional analogue of the Black Scholes model. We show that there exist arbitrage opportunities in this model.
