Electropolymerization of coniferyl alcohol was carried out in an aqueous system (0.2 M NaOH) and in an organic solvent system
[CH2Cl2/methanol (4:1 v/v) in the presence of 0.2 M LiClO4] to produce a dehydrogenation polymer (DHP) - artificial lignin. In both systems, the polymerization of coniferyl alcohol
was visually confi rmed. In the aqueous system, no dimer was detected in the reaction medium after electropolymerization,
suggesting that endwise polymerization occurred on the electrode surface. Thioacidolysis degradation revealed that the obtained
polymers had numerous 8-O-4′ linkages. The electropolymerization products obtained in the organic solvent system also had numerous 8-O-4′ linkages; in particular, the polymers obtained in the initial polymerization stage. This was probably because of the limited
area available for reaction and the orientation of coniferyl alcohol on the electrode surface controlled the polymerization. 相似文献

在大区域土壤侵蚀评价中,由于缺乏详细的降雨记录和侵蚀观测实验,USLE模型中植物管理因子的参数化非常困难。该研究提议采用多时相Landsat TM/ETM遥感图像和天气模拟相结合的方法来估算植物管理因子值。其中,采用线性光谱分解算法计算各类地面覆盖物的盖度,用以估算潜在土壤流失率;采用CLIGEN模型模拟历史降雨事件并计算降雨侵蚀指数的时间分布;最后使用正则化的降雨侵蚀指数加权平均潜在土壤流失率,获得植物管理因子的估算值。该研究方法在潮河上游流域进行了应用验证,计算各土地利用类型的植物管理因子值并对比分析,结果表明:其数值变化与土地利用分类定义的植被盖度非常一致,利用上述因子值进行土壤侵蚀评估的结果和其他研究成果很接近。 相似文献

Nitroguanidine derivatives with thiazol-5-ylmethyl moieties were prepared and their insecticidal activities against homopterous pests were tested. New synthetic routes for 2-chloro-5-chloromethylthiazole from 2,3-dichloro-1-propene and for substituted nitroguanidines from S-methyl-N-nitroisothiourea were established. Proteinuria is an important indicator of urinary tract disease and urine dipsticks are simple and sensitive tools to screen for this marker. However, the use of dipsticks to screen for proteinuria may not be appropriate in cats, since cauxin, a 70 kDa glycoprotein, is secreted by the kidneys in clinically normal animals of this species. To circumvent this problem, a Lens culinaris agglutinin (LCA) lectin tip was developed to remove cauxin from feline urine, followed by conventional urine dipstick testing for proteinuria. Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS–PAGE) with Coomassie brilliant blue R-250 staining indicated that >90% cauxin in the urine of 13 clinically normal cats was trapped by the LCA lectin tip, so that the dipstick protein ‘score’ changed from ‘positive’ (?30 mg/dL) for untreated urine to ‘negative’ (?10 mg/dL) for lectin tip-treated urine. In contrast, SDS–PAGE indicated that lectin tip-treated samples from 20 animals with renal disease contained high concentrations of albumin and low-molecular weight proteins; dipstick testing of lectin tip-treated urine resulted in a consistently positive protein score. The accuracy of the dipstick method for detecting cats with abnormal proteinuria is enhanced if dipsticks are used with urine samples that have first been passed through the LCA lectin tip. 相似文献

A genomic library of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (X. o. pv. oryzae) T7174 was screened for 4-methylumbelliferyl β-D-glucoside-hydrolyzing (MUGase) activity. In subcloning of one of the MUGase-positive clones, an approximately 4.2-kb SacI-SphI fragment conferred not only MUGase activity but also 4-methylumbelliferyl β-D-cellobioside-hydrolyzing (MUCase) activity. Sequence analysis showed that the fragment contained an ORF of 2951 bp. The conceptual
ORF product was significantly homologous with 1,4-β-D-glucan glucohydrolase D (CELD) from Pseudomonas fluorescens subsp. cellulosa, and was named CELDXo. Cell fractionation experiments suggested that CELDXo is localized in the cell-envelope fraction. We constructed a CELDXo-deficient mutant (74ΔCELD) from X. o. pv. oryzae. Little MUCase activity was detected in the cell-envelope fraction prepared from the mutant. The mutant 74ΔCELD did not grow
in synthetic medium containing cellobiose as the sole sugar source. On the other hand, growth in rice leaves and pathogenicity
of the mutant and the parental strain did not differ. These results suggested that CELDXo is involved in cellobiose utilization of X. o. pv. oryzae but that the gene is not required for bacterial growth in rice leaves.
