大豆染色体代换系CB4F2回交群体的构建及聚类分析

2000-2008年,以山西省骨干亲本晋豆23号(Glycine max Merr,cv.Jinbean 23)为母本、农家品种灰布支(Glycine max Merr,cv.ZDD2315)为父本配置杂交组合,通过多代不明确回交和自交构建446个株系的大豆染色体代换系群体,并通过聚类分析方法对群体进行聚类,将其初步分为晋豆23号等位系核心群Ⅰ(161份),次核心群Ⅱ(172份),灰布支近血缘品系群Ⅲ(68份),超亲品系群IV(45份),这将为大豆遗传图谱研究、基因功能组研究和功能基因克隆提供理想丰富的遗传群体和材料平台.     

身不知梨与金花梨遗传连锁图谱的构建及应用

为构建身不知梨与金花梨遗传连锁图谱,并研究身不知梨系统起源及其亲缘关系,以金花梨、身不知梨及其F1代群体为材料,采用苹果SSR标记构建双亲遗传连锁图谱,进一步用基因组比较作图的方法探讨身不知梨与西洋梨及亚洲梨之间的亲缘关系。结果表明:24个苹果SSR标记在身不知梨图谱上表现出连锁关系,其中包括9条遗传连锁片段,覆盖207cM,平均距离13.8cM。15个苹果SSR标记在金花图谱上表现出连锁关系,连锁图谱由5条遗传连锁片段构成,总长152.4cM。两个遗传连锁图谱可由10个共显性SSR标记连接,分别分布于第9、第11、第14和第17连锁群。结论:相对于金花梨而言,苹果SSR标记更趋向于转移到身不知梨。相对于亚洲梨而言,身不知梨图谱与西洋梨图谱具有更多相同的SSR标记,身不知梨与西洋梨亲缘关系相对更近。     

理解教与学——构建教师—学生学习共同体

学习共同体是一种关于学习和学习者的社会性安排，它承载一种新的知识生产方式的载体，包含着我们理解学习的一种新范式，教师—学生学习共同体的构建不仅仅是简单的教与学的关系，它更是一种文化过程，但是当前学校教师文化与学生文化处于分离的状态，迫切需要共同的愿景以统合这两种文化，并创造一个师生共享的自然的批判性学习环境，以构建教师—学生学习共同体，使学习成为教师和学生共同的生活需求和方式。     

金庸小说的几点评析

本文从人物塑造、文化修养、语言风格及创作心态四方面对金庸小说进行了分析，进而指出在人物塑造方面的求真、以现代的观点诊释历史、对传统的白话文加以发展及将自由写作的精神与严肃的态度相结合是金庸小说沟通雅俗、超越古今的重要原因。     

不同药剂预防白蚁蛀蚀木材的效果测定

室内采用河砂木块法研究了 15种药剂对白蚁的防治效果 ,48%毒死蜱、5 %锐劲特、48%毒死蜱 + 10 %安绿宝、2 5 %辛硫·灭扫利、5 %锐劲特 + 76 9%樟脑油、10 %安绿宝等 6种药剂 (或混配剂 )抗白蚁蛀蚀效果显著优于氯丹。野外试验了15种药剂 ,2 2个月后的结果表明 :48%毒死蜱单独使用或与 76 9%松节油等混配使用 ,可以保持木材近 2a仍不受白蚁蛀蚀 ;5 %锐劲特、2 5 %辛硫·灭扫利等药剂单独使用或与巴丹等混配使用 ,其效果也优于 70 %氯丹

通过对太阳能热动力系统"有效能"效率分析和讨论,提出了提高太阳能热动力系统效率的途径。     

Does Dietary Administration of Lactococcus lactis Modulate the Gut Microbiota of Grouper,Epinephelus coioides

The effect of dietary administration of probiotic Lactococcus lactis MM1 for 60 d on the autochthonous microbiota in the foregut, midgut and hindgut of juvenile grouper, Epinephelus coioides, was evaluated using polymerase chain reaction‐denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). Samples collected from the probiotic and control groups showed different DGGE patterns, while 11 common bands presented in both groups. The similarity dendrogram revealed three different clusters depending on the three sections of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, and the probiotic triplicates in each GI section were generally clustered into one group distinctly different from the corresponding control triplicates. Increased species richness and Shannon index were observed in the foregut, midgut, and hindgut samples in the probiotic group compared with the control group, which suggested that probiotic L. lactis MM1 could improve the autochthonous microbial diversity along the GI tract of E. coioides. The growth of many potentially beneficial and unidentified bacteria was stimulated by the probiotic, whereas the growth of some potential harmful species, like Staphylococcus saprophyticus, was depressed.     

云南红河野生树花中金属元素含量的分析

采用火焰原子吸收法同时测定了野生树花中Co、Cr、Cu、Zn、Ni、Fe、Mn、Mg、Ca和Pb10种金属元素的含量。结果表明:树花中含有丰富的金属元素,尤以Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn等元素的含量高,未检测出有害元素Pb,揭示了野生树花具有较高的营养价值。     

云龙湖水库青梢鲌的生长特性

采用鳞片和耳石对取自云龙湖水库的青梢鲌(Erythroculter dabryi)进行了年龄鉴定,并对其生长特性进行分析。结果显示:以鳞片和耳石为年龄鉴定材料时,二者的吻合率分别为59.57%和90.16%。年龄鉴定结果显示,所捕获的青梢鲌由1~8龄个体组成,主要是3~5龄个体;个体体长与耳石半径之间呈直线相关:L=9.5632R-0.1595(R2=0.995,n=175),体重与体长呈指数函数相关:W=1.07×10-2L3.3035,其生长规律符合von Bertalanffy方程:Lt=20.4741(1-e-0.2531(t+0.8056)),Wt=229.5864(1-e-0.2531(t+0.8056))3.3035;青梢鲌生长拐点年龄为3.92龄,对应的体长为14.28 cm,体重为69.88 g;3.92龄为合理的捕捞时期。     

Immobilization antigen-independent protection of olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) against Philasterides dicentrarchi (Ciliophora: Scuticociliatia) infection

To determine whether olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) immunized with lysate of Philasterides dicentrarchi could be protected immobilization antigen (i-antigen) type independently, fish were immunized with lysate of ciliates obtained from in vitro cultures or ciliates obtained from infected fish. Fish immunized with ciliates obtained from infected fish were completely protected against artificial infection with in vitro cultured P. dicentrarchi, in spite of a weak or no serum agglutination activity against in vitro cultured ciliates. The present results indicate that i-antigen-independent protection was elicited by immunization of fish with the ciliates lysate, and the cultured ciliates would provide a good source for preparation of vaccines, which are cross-protective against various i-antigen types of P. dicentrarchi.
