Two-dimensional Optimum Cutting Stock Method Based on Internet and Its Implementing Technique

Two dimensional Optimum Cutting Stock is a NP complicated problem. Each of optimum software gets the cutting results by using proximate and heuristic methods. But different optimum methods and their optimum software may not realize perfect effect according to certain data framework. Furthermore, enterprises can not buy lots of optimum software to choose the most optimized plan. Because of such problems, this paper provides a two dimensional optimum cutting stock method based on Internet and offers the real implementing technique of such method. The experiments, show that this method promotes the general optimum effect of two dimensional optimum cutting stock greatly.     

Internet Telerobotics and Its Applications

According to a new trend of telerobot control, some key techniues are researched to solve the Internet telerobotics , such as distributed intelligent computation on the Internet, human-computer interface,and Internet-robot interface etc.The current development status of the Internet telerobotics is reviewed. Based on the new directions of the network software development, the authors discuss that the middleware technique CORBA plays an important role in solving the problems of the Internet telerobotics,and it is an effective way to use Java language to control the telerobot and improve its system performance. The application perspective of the Internet telerobotics is investigated.It is indicated that the development trend of the telerobot control is a human-centred collaboration mechanism of mutual reinforce and coordination in human-machine intelligent.

钛合金表面火焰喷焊镍基耐磨涂层的组织和性能

采用火焰喷焊技术在T i 6A l 4V合金基体上制备了镍基耐磨涂层,研究了其显微组织、合金元素的扩散、显微硬度和干摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,喷焊涂层具有韧基体加硬质相的耐磨组织;涂层横切面的组织、显微硬度和合金元素的扩散沿层深方向呈现连续性和渐变性,基体和涂层表现为冶金结合;喷焊表层的显微硬度为933.2 HV,是基体钛合金的3倍以上;涂层在不同条件下的磨损量都较小,耐磨性有较大的提高,转速和温度对其耐磨性能影响较大。

基于DEM模型的流域参数识别方法研究

探讨了利用数学高程模型识别流域分水线、确定坡面水流方向以及计算流域参数的方法。通过实验流域的数据验证 ,表明该法能正确计算流域的有关参数 ,自动勾绘流域分水线 ,确定坡面水流方向。从而为分布式水文物理模型的研制提供坚实的基础

降雨入渗补给量计算的数值模拟方

基于土壤水运动的物理过程，提出了降雨入渗补给地下水的计算模型。该模型以超渗产流和蓄满产流的混合产流模式计算地表产流量，以双层土壤蒸发模式和植物蒸散发机制计算蒸散发量，并在考虑大孔隙对土壤水运动影响的基础上，采用一维土壤水运动分层计算模型模拟土壤水运动。利用零通量面法确定非饱和土壤渗透系数、土壤水分率定模型其它参数。利用江苏徐州汉王水文试验站蒸渗仪实测资料对模型计算的入渗补给量进行了检验，结果表明，模型可以较好地模拟以土壤水运动为核心的水文过程及降雨入渗补给量。
