番茄红素研究概况

番茄红素是开链式的类胡萝卜素,具有清除活性氧自由基、促进细胞间隙连接通讯、防癌抗癌等多种生理功能。作为一种功能性天然色素,番茄红素被广泛地用于多种功能性食品。文章主要介绍了番茄红素的研究历史、理化性质及生理功能,对番茄红素的应用前景进行了展望。     

Preparation of Pectin/Chitosan Synbiotic Microcapsules and Its Study on Simulated Gastrointestinal Environments and Storage Stability

Pediococcus acidilactici and inulin were used as wall cores,with pectin and chitosan as the shell material.The conditions of microencapsulation were optimized by analyzing the embedding rate,particle morphology,the mechanical strength,gastrointestinal tolerance in vitro and storage performance.The experimental group was divided into three groups:Free Pediococcus acidilactici group (PA),microcapsule group made by embedding Pediococcus acidilactici alone (PC(PA)MCs),synbiotic microcapsule group made by embedding inulin and Pediococcus acidilactici (PC(PA-I)MCs).The results showed that the appearance,particle size,mechanical strength and embedding rate of microcapsules were better when the mass concentration of pectin was 5 g/100 mL,the content of inulin was 25 mg/mL and the mass concentration of chitosan was 0.8 g/100 mL.Through the gastrointestinal tolerance test in vitro, it was found that PC(PA-I)MCs group was relatively stable in the artificial gastric juice in vitro (P<0.05).At the same time,it began to release rapidly in the artificial intestinal fluid in vitro at 30 min and it was almost completely disintegrated after 2 h.It was found that the cell survival rate of PA group decreased significantly at cold and room temperature through the storage test for 4 weeks.While the cell survival rate of PC(PA-I)MCs group decreased slightly.And the cell survival rate of PC(PA-I)MCs group was higher than that of PC(PA)MCs group (P>0.05).At room temperature,the cell survival rate of PC(PA-I)MCs group was higher than that of PC(PA)MCs group (P>0.05).In summary,pectin/chitosan microcapsules with inulin as probiotics had a better embedding effect on Pediococcus acidilactici.

Locomotion Score and Its Impacts on Production Performance and Blood Routine Indexes in Chinese Holstein

To investigate the influencing factors of locomotion score (LS) and its impacts on production performance and blood routine index in Holstein,body condition score (BCS),LS and DHI (dairy herd improvement) of 1 486 lactating cows from two dairy farms,and the blood routine indexes of 101 lactating cows from one farm in Beijing were measured.The fixed model was used to analyze the impacts of herd,parity and lactation stage on LS,and the impacts of LS and BCS on daily milk yield,somatic cell score,milk composition and blood routine indexes in dairy cows.The results showed that both parity and lactation stage had significant impacts on LS.The LS increased with the increase of parit,the LS increased by 0.71 from first lactation to fifth and above lactation.The LS of cow in lactation stage Ⅲ(100-199 d) and Ⅵ (after 350 d) were significantly higher than cow in stage Ⅱ (45-99 d)(P<0.05),and both were higher than 2.The LS had no significant impacts on daily milk yield,milk composition and somatic cell score (P>0.05).However,the milk yield of the cow with LS≥4 was the lowest,and a decrease of 2.29 kg was found compared with the cow with LS=1.Among the various blood routine indexes,LS had significant impacts on red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and lymphocyte count (P<0.05),and had no significant impacts on white blood cell count (P>0.05).With the increase of LS,the red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and lymphocyte count of cows decreased with different extents.There were some problems on the body immunity and hematopoiesis of cows with poor LS.In dairy farm,regular evaluation of LS could be used to find the management problems of feet and legs,which had a great significance to reduce the loss of production performance and early culling caused by hoof disease.     

佳玉苦瓜丰产稳产性分析

利用方差分析法和高稳系数(HSC)法,对2008-2009年福州地区常见的苦瓜品种多点比较试验的产量结果进行了丰产性和稳产性分析.结果表明,佳玉苦瓜平均折合产量最高为3 008.4 kg/667 m2,比对照增产10.41%;产量主效应值最高,为2.314,高稳系数最大,为95.25.综合评价认为,佳玉苦瓜丰产性显著,稳定性好,适应性广,可加强示范和研究,以便进一步在福建省进行推广.
