Aberrant extradural spinal migration of Spirocerca lupi: four dogs

Spirocerca lupi is a nematode mainly affecting dogs but has been found in other animals, particularly carnivores. Anatomical areas of typical and aberrant migration vary. This report describes four cases of Spirocerca lupi causing neurological symptoms, similar to thoracolumbar disc syndrome, as a result of aberrant migration of the nematode into the spinal canal. In two of the cases, the nematode could be demonstrated intraoperatively. The third was discovered on post-mortem examination, while the fourth case displayed compelling evidence of Spirocerca lupi involvement. Surgical removal of the Spirocerca lupi nematode would be the treatment of choice in cases of spinal migration, with therapeutic and preventive treatment with doramectin instituted to treat remote sites and prevent re-infection. In areas endemic for spirocercosis, Spirocerca lupi should be considered as an important differential diagnosis in cases that are presented with clinical signs suggestive of a spinal cord lesion.     

宽缨酮对棉铃虫的拒食活性及生长发育的影响

为评价宽缨酮（EN）对棉铃虫的生物活性, 采用浸渍叶碟法和饲料混毒法, 以印楝素为对照, 检测宽缨酮对棉铃虫的拒食及抑制生长发育活性。结果表明, 宽缨酮和印楝素的拒食中浓度分别为12.04 μg/mL和21.62 μg/mL, 宽缨酮的拒食活性优于印楝素。以含10 μg/g宽缨酮的饲料饲喂棉铃虫幼虫, 在第10~12天幼虫体重相比对照分别下降87.90%、88.04%和80.74%, 并推迟5 d化蛹, 蛹重降低。化蛹率、羽化率和卵的孵化率分别比对照下降了26.00、37.39和14.98百分点, 蛹和成虫的畸形率分别是对照的2.89倍和3.33倍。综上所述, 宽缨酮对棉铃虫具有明显拒食和抑制生长发育活性, 具有开发成为新型植物源杀虫剂的潜力。

褪黑素是一种广泛存在于动物体内的激素,不仅能够调节动物昼夜节律,还能够从多方面影响动物的繁殖性能,对于季节性繁殖动物,褪黑素根据日照时长的变化表现出抑制或促进繁殖性能的作用。对于幼年动物,褪黑素表现出抑制发情的作用,体成熟后则表现促进发情的作用。褪黑素主要通过下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴调控动物繁殖活动,除此之外,褪黑素还能够直接作用于生殖系统甚至早期胚胎,通过提高组织及细胞抗炎及抗氧化功能来改善动物繁殖性能。目前,褪黑素能够用于治疗精神疾病及炎症、促进畜禽繁殖和调节昼夜节律,是相关研究领域的热门话题。本文详细描述了褪黑素的生物合成以及分泌调控,并结合褪黑素的生理功能,阐述了对动物繁殖性能以及辅助生殖的影响。     

网络驱动的协同设计三维几何模型共享技术

为解决网络驱动的协同设计三维几何模型共享技术的实现问题,提出一种基于特征流的混合式3D几何模型共享机制,提出了基于多粒度的产品几何模型数据结构描述方法和面向模型局部操作的"游历-查询"特征的历史记录来重构模型的特征建模方法。建立了网络驱动的、基于CORBA/JAVA中间插件的3D几何模型特征信息同步传输和共享平台,CORBA/JAVA平台支持多用户、分布数据管理、消息传输、网络通讯以及可扩展性,通过该平台实现了三维模型的实时传输和共享。     

冬枣果园土壤非交换态钾的释放动力学

为了研究长期施肥条件下冬枣果园土壤非交换态钾的释放特征,以Ca Cl2和柠檬酸溶液为浸提剂,采用连续提取的方法对枣园土壤的非交换态钾释放动力学进行研究。结果表明,枣园土壤非交换态钾在释放过程中表现出快速释放和缓慢释放2个连续的阶段。快速释放阶段(188 h)的累积释放量占到总释放量的53.6%~59.2%,而在缓慢释放阶段(188~1244 h)的释放量不及总量的一半。在相同时间内,使用柠檬酸溶液浸提时,非交换态钾的释放量明显高于使用Ca Cl2溶液时的释放量。相比之下,冬枣果园土壤非交换态钾的释放量明显高于对照土壤。在5种动力学方程中,幂函数方程是描述冬枣果园土壤非交换态钾释放的最优模型。

Experiment for Condensing Heat Transfer Performance in a New Type of Horizontal Three Dimensional Inner Microfin Tubes

A new type of three dimenstional inner microfin tube is devoloped. Under four different pressures and in the range of condensing mass velocities from 33 to 153 kg/m2 . s,and by the experimental study of the three kinds of tubes with different microfin parameters, the performances of the condensation heat transfer for R11 in the horizontal microfin tubes and obtained. The experiments show that the inner microfin tube is a hopeful and nighty effective condensing heat transfer enhancement tube.
