The main content dealt with in this paper is to discuss effects of parameters (bending rigidity, sample size and sensor resolution) on one featured index measured by the comprehensive handle evaluation system for fabrics and yarns (CHES-FY) system, which is named as mass index utilized to on-line evaluate mass of fabric so as to make quick inspection on evenness of fabric under coating and finishing. Based on the deformation shape of fabric in the weighting step of the CHES-FY system, the mass index was featured from the pulling-out force and distance curve. Comparisons between the mass index measured by the CHES-FY system and mass by electronic balance were conducted. It shows that good correlation exists between theoretical and experimental values. Furthermore, effects of bending property and specimen size as well as sensor resolution were discussed, which indicated that variation of the mass index exhibited quadratic relations with bending rigidity of fabric. Moreover, the mass index’s result could be significantly improved to precisely evaluate mass of fabric by selecting both high resolution of sensor and specimen size in width. It demonstrates that the mass index can be adopted to characterize mass of fabric, and the CHES-FY system can be utilized to have on-line and accurate inspection on mass of fabric. 相似文献

为了摸清武夷山市外来入侵植物的状况,通过野外实地调查、标本采集及鉴定,并结合相关资料,对武夷山市入侵植物的种类组成、原产地、生活型、入侵途径、入侵性等方面进行分析。结果表明:武夷山市现有外来入侵植物67种,隶属27科56属,其中菊科、禾本科、苋科、豆科4个科共计36种,占入侵植物总种数的53.7%;武夷山市入侵植物的生活型以陆生草本为主,有56种,占总种数的83.6%;从入侵植物的来源地看,来自美洲的种类最多,达47种,占总种数的70.2%;从引入途径看,有37种属于有意引入,其余30种属无意引入。将入侵植物的入侵性分为甲、乙、丙3个等级,属于甲级的有空心莲子草、豚草、假高粱、凤眼莲等11种。目前对武夷山市生态环境危害较为严重的入侵植物是大狼把草、加拿大蓬、胜红蓟、野茼蒿、钻形紫菀、白茅等。通过与福建邻近省市外来入侵植物种类组成的比较分析,提出了若干预防和控制入侵植物的建议和对策,为武夷山市外来入侵植物的管理与防范工作提供了科学依据。 相似文献

We first identified and characterized a novel peroxiredoxin (Prx), designated as CcPrx4, from the cDNA library of the tentacle of the jellyfish Cyanea capillata. The full-length cDNA sequence of CcPrx4 consisted of 884 nucleotides with an open reading frame encoding a mature protein of 247 amino acids. It showed a significant homology to peroxiredoxin 4 (Prx4) with the highly conserved F-motif (93FTFVCPTEI101), hydrophobic region (217VCPAGW222), 140GGLG143 and 239YF240, indicating that it should be a new member of the Prx4 family. The deduced CcPrx4 protein had a calculated molecular mass of 27.2 kDa and an estimated isoelectric point of 6.3. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis showed that CcPrx4 mRNA could be detected in all the jellyfish tissues analyzed. CcPrx4 protein was cloned into the expression vector, pET-24a, and expressed in Escherichia coli Rosetta (DE3) pLysS. Recombinant CcPrx4 protein was purified by HisTrap High Performance chelating column chromatography and analyzed for its biological function. The results showed that the purified recombinant CcPrx4 protein manifested the ability to reduce hydrogen peroxide and protect supercoiled DNA from oxidative damage, suggesting that CcPrx4 protein may play an important role in protecting jellyfish from oxidative damage. 相似文献

The core-shell monodisperse P(St-MAA) microspheres with different diameters ranging from 200 nm to 400 nm were prepared by soap-free emulsion copolymerization, in which styrene (St) and methacrylic acid (MAA) were polymerizable monomers, and ammonium persulfate (APS) acted as initiator. The diameters and monodispersity of P(St-MAA) microspheres could be controlled by adjusting the concentrations of styrene, methacrylic acid and ammonium persulfate. The core-shell structure and chemical component distribution of the P(St-MAA) microspheres were confirmed by TEM and XPS. The photonic crystals on polyester fabrics with three-dimensionally ordered arrangement were fabricated by self-assembly of gravitational sedimentation with P(St-MAA) microspheres and exhibited brilliant structural colors without any chemical dyes and pigments. SEM, TEM and crystallographic analysis were applied to confirm a face centered cubic (fcc) structure of the photonic crystals on polyester fabrics. The versatile structural colors of the photonic crystals were dependent on the photonic band-gap which could be regulated by the spherical size of P(St-MAA) microspheres and viewing angles. Using analogues of some marine steroidal oximes as precursors, a series of aza-B-homocholestane derivatives possessing different substituted groups at the 3-position of the steroidal nucleus were synthesized. Their biological activity against cancer cell proliferation was determined with multiple cancer cell lines. Aza-B-homocholestane derivatives possessing 3-hydroxyl, 3-hydroximino and 3-thiosemicarbazone groups displayed remarkable cytotoxicity to cancer cells via apoptosis inducing mechanism. Compounds 5, 10, 12, 15 and 18 exhibited better potency to inhibit cancer cell proliferation. In addition, compound 15 was further evaluated with three dimensional (3D) multicellular spheroids assay to determine its potency against spheroid growth. The structure-activity relationship (SAR) generated in the studies is valuable for the design of novel chemotherapeutic agents. 相似文献

In this study, new marine ningalin B analogues containing a piperazine or a benzoloxy group at ring C have been synthesized and evaluated on their P-gp modulating activity in human breast cancer and leukemia cell lines. Their structure-activity relationship was preliminarily studied. Compounds 19 and 20 are potent P-gp inhibitors. Weedy rice(Oryza sativa f. spontanea), the predominant type of which has a red pericarp, seriously inhibits growth and yield of direct-seeded rice in Jiangsu Province, China. In this study, we randomly selected 10 weedy rice accessions from 10 plots in Jiangsu, and then sequenced the full lengths of their Rc genes(approximately 6.4 kb). In addition, we collected 166 different full-length Rc genes in the Oryza genus from the literature and from GenBank. A collinearity sequence analysis showed that the 10 weedy rice accessions from Jiangsu all had the same wild-type allele of the Rc gene. Single nucleotide polymorphisms indicated that the nucleotide polymorphisms(π = 0.19) and the proportion of segregation sites(θw = 0.28) of the Rc genes in the 10 weedy rice accessions from Jiangsu were higher than those in 56 weedy rice accessions from USA(π = 0.09 and θw = 0.07). Haplotype and phylogenetic analyses showed that the Rc genes of weedy rice accessions from Jiangsu were not revertants of the rc gene found in Asian cultivated rice(O. sativa) varieties with white pericarp. In addition, Rc gene sequences of the rice varieties Lvdao from Lianyungang, Jiangsu and Tangdao from Anhui were more similar to those of cultivated rice than to the weedy rice from Jiangsu. These findings support the continued quarantine of weedy rice and clarify the evolutionary mechanism of the red pericarp found in the weedy rice of Jiangsu. 相似文献
