Influence of allogeneic cornea on human peripheral blood T lymphocyte subtype in vitro

AIM: To observe the immunoregulation of allogeneic cornea on the human peripheral blood T lymphocytes in vitro. METHODS: After Co-culture of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and allogeneic cornea in vitro, T lymphocytes were labeled by monoclonal antibody, and analyzed by fluorescent activated cell sorter (FACS). RESULTS: CD25 expression on T lymphocytes in control was 25.2%, after stimulated by the allogeneic cornea or PDB, CD25 expression on T lymphocytes was 56.8% and 80.9%, respectively. After stimulated by the allogeneic cornea, CD25 expression on CD4+ or CD8+ T lymphocytes were 67.3% and 52.3%, respectively. CONCLUSION: Allageneic cornea stimulates CD25 expression on human peripheral blood T lymphocytes, and the CD25 expression on CD4+ T lymphocytes is more prominent than CD8+ T lymphocytes.     

白羽瘤头鸭不同生长阶段的甲状腺活动

本文报道了用放射免疫分析法测定５７例不同日龄的白羽瘤头鸭（Ｃａｉｒｉｎａｍｏｓｈａｔａ）外用血清中Ｔ４的含量和用组织学方法检查甲状腺滤泡的发育作为甲状腺活动的指标，研究不同日龄的生长速度与甲状腺活动的关系。５７例白羽瘤头鸭的血清Ｔ４含量平均为１．３６±０．３７μｇ／１００ｍｌ，其中１—４０日龄甲状腺的分泌活动除２０日龄外，其他的均随着日龄增长而升高，分泌的高峰出现在４０日龄，以后随日龄增长而下降。４０日龄组血清Ｔ４的含量与１、１０、２０、６０、和９０日龄组比较，差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），血清Ｔ４的波动与相对生长率之间有统计学强的正相关，差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。组织切片检查，刚出壳的雏鸭甲状腺滤泡小。１０—４０日龄甲状腺滤泡随日龄的增长而增大，滤泡腔被甲状腺球蛋白所组成的蛋白质凝胶的均质液所充满、着色深而均匀。６０—９０日龄鸭甲状腺滤泡虽然增大，但其内部凝胶的均质液充满不完全或空虚，着色浅而不均匀。各日龄组甲状腺滤泡的变化和甲状腺分泌的含量变化与Ｔ４的波动相一致。     

日光节能温室生态环境对蔬菜光合作用影响

"设施农业"是外来语词汇,就是利用农业工程手段,通过现代设施实现的部分人工控制环境的种植业和养殖业.近年来,发达国家"设施农业"已向"工厂化农业"过渡.如荷兰的计算机自控连栋大型温室.以色列的半自动连栋塑料大棚以及法国、日本等国家的封闭式循环流水鱼类养殖车间."设施农业"关键作用,就是能解决农业生产若干必须的气候条件,包括光、温、水、热、气等在匹配上的不理想.我国"设施农业"的特点则在于适合中国国情的简易日光节能温室的发明和大面积的迅速推广.     

蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定天然鸽乳中可利用糖含量的研究

采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定玉米中的可利用糖含量以确定试验测定的最佳条件,并以此条件为对照测定天然鸽乳中可利用糖含量.玉米及天然鸽乳可利用糖溶液经乙醚去脂,高峰氏糖化酶水解,乙醇提取,饱和乙酸铅脱色后制得.结果表明,葡萄糖标准溶液的测定量在0.1～0.6 mg/mL的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为y=1.6771x 0.0737,相关系数R=0.9987.测定不同的天然鸽乳样品,试验精密度高,重复性好,其可利用糖含量,0～3日龄天然鸽乳为7.45%～7.64%,4～6日龄天然鸽乳为32.08～60.28 %.     

he effects of constant magnetic field on apoptosis,adhesion molecule expression in endothelial cells and their adhesion rates with monocytes

AIM: To investigate the effects of constant magnetic field on apoptosis, secretion and expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC), and their adhesion rates with THP-1 monocytes induced by angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ).METHODS: The third passage of cultured HUVEC was used.There were six groups: control group, Ang Ⅱ (10^-6 mol/L) group, Ang Ⅱ with 1, 5, 10 or 20 gausses of constant magnetic field group.Samples were collected 24 h after incubation with or without magnetic field.Apoptosis was determined by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and propidinm iodide staining with flow cytometry.Secretion and expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were detected by ELISA and immunocytochemistry, respectively.Adhesion rate between HUVEC and THP-1 was measured by counting method.RESULTS: Ang Ⅱ at concentration of 10^-6mol/L induced apoptosis in HUVECs (P<0.05 vs control), whereas in 1, 5, 10 and 20 gausses group, apoptosis of HUVECs was significantly lower than that in Ang Ⅱ group (P<0.05).Ang Ⅱ at concentration of 10-6 mol/L significantly increased secretion and expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 (P<0.05 vs control), whereas secretion and expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in 1, 5, 10 and 20 gausses group significantly decreased, compared with Ang Ⅱ group (P<0.05).The adhesion rates between HUVEC and THP-1 significantly increased 24 h after incubation of HUVEC with Ang Ⅱ (P<0.05 vs control), in contrast, the adhesion rates between HUVEC and THP-1 in 1, 5, 10 and 20 gausses group significantly decreased, compaed with Ang Ⅱ group (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: One gauss to 20 gausses of constant magnetic field antagonizes the effects of Ang Ⅱ on HUVEC, decreases apoptosis and expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in HUVEC, and also decreases the adhesion rates between HUVEC and monocytes induced by Ang Ⅱ.     

西部退耕还林还草后鼠类群落改变的现状调查

对青海省大通县退耕还林还草地及周边农田鼠类群落组成进行调查研究,在退耕还林还草地共捕获鼠类6种728只,以根田鼠和高原鼢鼠为优势种;农田中共捕获各种鼠类3种75只,以长尾仓鼠为优势种。比较发现,退耕还林还草后,鼠类群落组成发生了明显的变化,与之相适应,鼠害治理应针对不同的鼠类种群和危害程度采取相应的控制措施。     

Induced and spontaneous IgE antibodies to Dermatophagoides farinae in dogs and cats: evidence of functional heterogeneity of IgE

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) were developed to measure IgE antibodies specific for Dermatophagoides farinae in dogs and cats. Although higher levels were detected in atopic dogs and cats than in normal animals without skin disease, the differences were not statistically significant. On the other hand, levels in dogs and cats that were reared under laboratory conditions, and thus presumably not exposed to house dust mites, were either very low or undetectable. IgE antibodies were induced in 10 laboratory-reared cats using low-dose antigenic stimulation in aluminium hydroxide. All cats developed detectable IgE, but not all developed positive skin tests. However, serum from those cats with positive skin tests were able to give positive Prausnitz–Küstner (PK) tests. The canine data, together with previous work on basophil histamine release, suggests that the distinction between atopic and normal dogs may result from a heterogeneity of either IgE or of the high-affinity mast cell receptor. The feline data can only be explained by the existence of a heterogeneity of IgE.     

粘弹体防腐材料研制及其应用

介绍了中国石油天然气管道科学研究院自主研制的粘弹体防腐材料的生产设备、技术参数以及工艺流程，并根据GB／T4472—84、DIN30670—91、SY／T0414-2007、ISO21809-2008和GB／T23257-2009相关标准，对该材料70℃阴极剥离、120d热水浸泡、23℃剥离强度、剪切强度、绝缘电阻率、密度、冲击强度、吸水率等性能进行了跟踪测试，结果表明：各项性能指标均符合相关标准要求。该材料在西气东输二线补口、阀室、站场等已广泛应用，具有良好的防腐性能，基本确保了西气东输二线管道的安全运行。

我国实行医疗机构分类管理制度以后,非营利性医院必须加强经营管理,走内涵发展的道路.本文从非营利性医院的界定,非营利性医院的经营宗旨和目标,健全医院经营的组织体系,实行目标成本管理、向降低成本要效益,培养经营管理专业人员等几方面对非营利性医院的经营管理进行了初步探讨.
