论Trips协议下我国报刊社之版权及有关权

报刊社作为重要的传播者,在传播作品的过程中,所享有的权利主要分为著作权与邻接权。根据Trips协议的有关规定,我国近几年来对版权法律制度进行了一系列的修改。本文对报刊社在现行版权法中的权利做了详细的分析,并指出报刊社的转载权与Trips协议的精神不符及相应的立法建议。     

Analysis of leaf wetness in the rice crop caused by dew formation—a simulation study1

Daily dew amount and dew duration were simulated using a multi-layer energy balance model. Two simplifications were made in the model and validated. First, the simulation results showed that daily weather data instead of hourly weather data could be used to simulate dew formation in crops, which was validated by measurements for short grass vegetation. Second, estimation of the total daily dew period was shown to be possible on the basis of nightly dew formation only. This simplification was possible on the basis of the existence of a linear relationship between the dew period after sunrise on the one hand and the dew amount at sunrise on the other. The multi-layer crop microweather model becomes much smaller and simpler (and is then called the SIMPLE model) if only night dew formation is simulated. Our results will make it possible to incorporate the SIMPLE model into a fungal disease epidemic model and a basic crop growth model.     

盐度与滤料量对生物膜降氨氮作用的影响

淡水中培养的生物膜,去氨氮能力随盐度上升及升盐速率的增加而逐渐下降,当盐度由0.6升至13.3、23.9和31.3并稳定48 h后,氨氮去除率分别为100%、93.0%和86.9%;当按不同的速度降盐至淡水环境时,生物膜去氨氮的能力逐步得以恢复,特别是降到淡水时,去氨氮率均达90%以上,基本达到淡水中生物膜去氨氮的能力。经24~36 h的吸附作用,沸石对氨氮的吸附能力强于瓷质生化环,生化环48 h去氨氮的能力(95.1%)接近沸石(100%)。以沸石为滤料的滤器去氨氮能力与速率随沸石用量增加而增强。24 h内天然沸石吸附作用去氨氮能力强于生物沸石,生物沸石48 h对氨氮的去除率(99.2%)略超过天然沸石(95.2%)。     

甜橙新品种——桂橙一号的选育

桂橙一号是冰糖橙优良芽变株系,成熟期11月下旬,平均单果质量154.0g,大小较均匀,可食率75.66%,可溶性固形物含量14.6%,全糖12.47%,酸0.38%,风味浓郁,有蜜香,甜脆化渣,树形开张,丰产稳产,商品性好,适应性强,果实耐贮藏。     

马头滩林业局华北落叶松生长与结实能力综合分析

从华北落叶松生长量调查结果来看,华北落叶松在该地区是一个很好的适生树种,作为速生用材林具有很好的发展前途。无论是其年均生长量,还是连年生长量,都显示出不逊于原生地,甚至表现更优良的特点。但由于林分密度大,光照不足,通风透光性差,影响树冠的扩展,结实差。今后应在营林管理方面加大工作力度。     

Captopril down-regulates KDR/Flk-1 and its mRNA expression in the ischemic rat myocardium

AIM: We observed the expression of KDR/Flk-1 in post-myocardiac ischemia (MI) SD rats in order to explain the effect of captopril and its relationship with myocardium angiogenesis after long-term administration. METHODS: The MI model was made by LAD ligation. Captopril was administered for 6 weeks. Immuohistological method and FQ-PCR were used to test the myocardium KDR/Flk-1 expression. RESULTS: In captopril group, no inhibitory effect was observed in myocardium factor VIII expression, but KDR/Flk-1 decreased. The copies of KDR/Flk-1 mRNA reduced dramatically when compared to control group, false-operation and normal group (P<0.05, P<0.01, P>0.05). CONCLUSION: ACEI down-regulates KDR/Flk-1 and its mRNA expression in ischemic rat myocardium after long-term administration of captopril, but does not inhibit angiogenesis. So we suspect that some other pathways exist, which can not affect by ACEI, or that ACEI just reduces abnormal angiogenesis.     

光盘型电子出版物编目方法探讨

书目记录规范化、标准化是实现信息资源共享的前提。本文通过作者多年的工作实践，讨论了日前光盘型电子出版物的分类中存在的问题，分析了其CNMARC格式著录方法和特点，提出了针时光盘型电子出版物规范化的对策。
