安义瓦灰鸡早期生长规律研究

通过对不同羽速基因及不同性别安义瓦灰鸡的早期生长规律进行研究,结果表明:不同性别安义瓦灰鸡的早期生长规律有较大差异(P<0.01),不同羽速基因安义瓦灰鸡的早期生长规律差异不显著;安义瓦灰鸡的生长速度与出壳重无关,出壳重只影响其育雏期的体重;性别对体重的影响较晚,且公鸡大于母鸡。     

大豆新品种“牡豆8号”的选育

"牡豆8号"是黑龙江省农业科学院牡丹江分院2002年以垦农19为母本,滴2003为父本进行有性杂交,采用系谱法经多年鉴定选育而成。该品种需≥10℃积温2 450℃左右,在适应区域出苗至成熟生育日数120 d左右,2009～2011年在各级产量试验中均表现早熟、高产、优质、多抗等优点,2012年1月通过黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定。适宜黑龙江省第二积温带和吉林省东部半山区相同条件的地区种植,种植密度一般为24～30万株.hm-2。     

ER-α36 and miR-143 involved in invasion of gastric cancer cells

AIM: To investigate the relationship between the expression of estrogen receptor α36 (ER-α36) and the invasion of gastric cancer cells. METHODS: SGC7901 cells were treated with 17β-estradiol at high or low concentration. The invasion of gastric cancer cells and the expression of ER-α36 were detected. The SGC7901 cells with the characteristics of stable low expression and high expression of ER-α36 were constructed. The invasion ability and microRNA sequences were determined in above-mentioned recombinant cells. RESULTS: The decreased invasion ability and ER-α36 expression were detected in SGC7901 cells treated with low concentration of 17β-estradiol. The situation was the opposite in the cells treated with high concentration of 17β-estradiol. The expression of miR-143 was significantly decreased in the SGC7901 cells with stable high expression of ER-α36 and was increased in the SGC7901 cells with stable low expression of ER-α36. CONCLUSION: The expression of ER-α36 is positively related to the invasion of gastric cancer cells. It is possible that miR-143 plays an important role in the regulation of gastric cancer invasion.

柑橘内生放线菌CR20发酵培养基的优化

从柑橘根部分离得到1株对多种植物病原菌具有拮抗活性的放线菌菌株CR20,经鉴定属于链霉菌(Streptomyces sp.)。为提高该菌株产生抗生素的能力,通过单次单因子试验和正交试验,对其发酵培养基进行优化筛选,获得最佳培养基配方:葡萄糖1.5%、淀粉1%、花生饼粉3%、(NH4)2SO41%、Na Cl 0.4%、CaCO30.2%、Fe SO4·7H2O 0.1%、KH2PO40.1%,优化后的发酵培养基对柑橘炭疽病菌的抑制率达到84.66%,比初始发酵培养基提高130.18%。为进一步明确菌株CR20的最佳发酵时间,采用优化后的培养基配方,利用5 L全自动发酵罐对其进行培养,获得最佳发酵时间为96 h。     

Functional changes of retinal ganglion cells in rd1 mice during midterm of retinal pigmentosa

AIM: To investigate how the function of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) change in the midterm of retinal pigmentosa (RP) in rd1 mice (a transgenic animal model of RP). METHODS: The action potentials from multiple RGCs in rd1 mice at postnatal 20 d (P20) or normal C57 mice (control) were simultaneously recorded by multi-electrode array recording. The functional changes of surviving ganglion cells were evaluated by comparing spontaneous and light-evoked activities of RGCs between rd1 and control mice. The extent of photoreceptor degeneration was verified by immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS: Immunohistochemistry results showed the thickness of the retinal photoreceptor layer of rd1 mice was significantly lower than that in normal mice at P20. According to the light response properties, we classified ganglion cells into 6 subgroups: ON sustained, ON transient, ON-OFF sustained, ON-OFF transient, OFF sustained and OFF transient RGCs, with a very tiny percentage of OFF sustained RGCs (1.0%~3.1%). The percentage of RGCs remaining light responsive in rd1 mice was significantly lower than that in C57 mice. The average spontaneous spiking rate for rd1 RGCs was overall significantly increased compared to that in C57 cells, whereas different RGC types had different changes. The light-induced responses and light sensitivities of all types of RGCs in rd1 mice were both significantly lower than those in C57 mice. CONCLUSION: The photoreceptors of rd1 mice are severely degenerated in the midterm of retinal degeneration. The functions of RGCs in rd1 mice in the midterm of degeneration decay obviously, with variance in different RGCs types.

中晚熟大白菜新品种天白80的选育

天白80是以雄性不育系C441和自交不亲和系T01配制而成的中晚熟直筒型大白菜一代杂种,生长期75d(天)左右,株型直立,株高51cm,开展度58.5cm,外叶浅绿色,叶面少茸毛,中肋白色;叶球长筒形,顶部舒心,球色浅绿,结球紧实,内叶浅黄色,球高46.4cm,球径11.2cm,球形指数4.1;叶球质量2.8kg左右,净菜率75.4%。抗病性强,高抗病毒病和霜霉病,抗黑腐病。平均每667m2产量7200kg左右,适宜我国华北及西北地区作为中晚熟秋大白菜种植。     

基于地中海式庭院景观的成本控制研究

地中海式庭院景观以其独特的地理风貌受到普遍关注,其景观效果与建设成本的问题,成为当前庭院景观设计中的热点问题之一。基于地理文脉、地形风貌、阳光、色彩运用和材料的选择等层面,解析了地中海庭院景观的风格特点,探讨了地中海式风格庭院景观设计与成本控制的关系,明确了基于成本控制的地中海庭院景观设计原则,提出了基于三大尺度的地中海式庭院景观设计的成本控制方法,即宏观尺度的总体规划控制、中观尺度的过程管理控制、微观尺度的节点控制;同时从整体和局部2个层面探究了成本控制的可操作性,为探索可持续庭院景观设计的有效途径提供思路。     

樱桃番茄相关数量性状的重复力和遗传相关分析

以18个樱桃番茄品种为试材,对其11个数量性状进行遗传相关和重复力进行了分析,研究了樱桃番茄在选育过程中数量性状受环境影响的程度。结果表明:从播种到采收期主要受遗传控制,受环境影响较小;果实硬度主要受环境影响较大;可溶性固形物含量是中度遗传控制,受环境和遗传影响均较大;总产量主要受遗传控制,但也受到一些环境因素的影响。
