Coptis chinensis Franch., also named Chinese goldthread is a member of Ranunculaceae in the order Ranunculales and represents an important lineage of early eudicots with traditional medicinal value. γ-氨基丁酸是发芽糙米中的代表性生理活性成分。目前检测发芽糙米中γ-氨基丁酸含量的常见方法有氨基酸分析仪法、高效液相色谱法等。这些检测方法多需配置试剂,对测量目标具有损坏性,且检测周期较长,不利于发芽糙米及其相关制品的快速、无损检测。因此,研究发芽糙米γ-氨基丁酸含量无损、及时、准确检测方法具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。
