四川短尾鼩不同体重个体分布及种群繁殖力变化

对贵州省大方县1996 ～2012年采集的134只四川短尾鼩体重进行统计分析,结果表明:四川短尾鼩体重最低为12.20 g,最高达48.00 g,平均体重为(31.12±6.48)g,其雌、雄个体体重分布均呈常态分布,个体体重主要分布在22.1 ～40.0 g之间,占总兽类数的85.07％,是活动能力较强的个体.四川短尾鼩达到性成熟的体重界线为22.0 g,怀孕个体最低体重为26.00 g,睾丸下降个体最低体重为23.80 g,随着个体的增长,体重的增加,种群繁殖力不断增强,体重达30.0 g以上时,种群繁殖力迅速增加,平均怀孕率、睾丸下降率和繁殖指数分别为43.75％、80.95％和1.53,说明体重达30.0 g以上个体大部分已达到性成熟,是参与繁殖的主要个体.     

基于SOA的整车企业技术数据集成研究

针对整车企业信息化程度越来越高，但是信息孤岛现象也越来越严重的问题，提出了基于SOA（Service Oriented Architecture)的整车企业跨系统技术数据查询和实时报表的系统设计和实施框架，通过技术方案、用例、类图等详细分析了系统的构架和实施策略.案例研究表明，该系统具有很强的可操作性.     

高产优质杂交籼稻新组合准两优893的选育与应用

准两优893是用两系不育系准S与恢复系R893配组育成的两系杂交水稻新组合,具有高产、稳产,米质优,适应范围广等特点,于2007年通过湖南省审定,2008年先后通过江西省审定和国家审定,2009年通过重庆市引种认定。介绍了该组合的选育经过、主要特征特性、栽培及制种技术要点。     

贵州省烤烟自育品种繁育与推广现状

为了解贵州省自育品种选育与推广现状,对2008～ 2012近5年贵州省烤烟品种种植结构、自育品种种植面积、比例和分布进行了统计与分析.结果表明:贵州省繁育推广的烟草品种主要包括自育品种、自繁品种、外繁品种3大类群.2008～2011年,外引品种一直占主导地位,2012年自育品种种植比例首次突破50％,成为贵州省推广面积最大的一个类群.在自育品种中,南江3号、韭菜坪2号单产和上等烟比率分别较对照K 326显著增加,其中,南江3号在2008 ～ 2012期间有3年种植面积超过3万hm2；韭菜坪2号2010 ～2012年连续3年种植面积超过0.67 hm2,是提升自育品种种植比例的主要因素.从产区分布来看,除在省内推广外,贵州省自育品种另外辐射到湖南、四川、重庆、陕西、河南、山东、广西等省市烟叶产区,2012年省外推广面积为1.39万hm2.     

浅谈新形势下公共图书馆办公室人员综合素质的提高

在分析新形势下公共图书馆办公室工作的特点和原则的基础上,指出了影响办公室人员综合素质提高的一些问题,归纳了办公室人员提高自身综合素质的几种有效途径。     

茶毒蛾步甲研究初报

茶毒蛾步甲的成、幼虫是茶毒蛾的主要捕食性天敌。一年两代,世代重叠,以成虫越冬,雌成虫寿命246—540天。一头幼虫一生能捕食3—6龄的茶毒幼虫33.2头,一头成虫在茶毒蛾一个世代中可捕食959头茶毒蛾幼虫。成虫在活动期能忍受饥饿55天,幼虫有相互残食习性。     

Effect of benefiting-bone Capsule on IL-6 mRNA and protein expression in rat osteoblasts in vitro

AIM: The effects of benefiting-bone Capsule (BBC) containing serum on IL-6 mRNA and protein expression in osteoblasts were studied.METHODS: (1) The neonate Sprague-dawley rat osteoblasts were cultured and divided into three groups: group Ⅰ (containing deactivating serum with BBC), group Ⅱ (containing deactivating serum without BBC) and group Ⅲ (DMEM medium group)； (2) RT-PCR was used to measure the relative IL-6 mRNA levels； (3) The radioimmunoassay method was used to examine IL-6 protein in the supernatant of the cultured osteoblasts. RESULTS: (1) The relative IL-6 mRNA levels was lower in group I than the control (P<0.05); (2) The IL-6 protein expression in osteoblasts was also lower in group I than the control (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest BBC drug-containing serum can down-regulate the expression of IL-6 mRNA and protein in osteoblasts, which may be one of the mechanisms of BBC preventing and treating osteoporosis.     

The relationship between high density lipoprotein subclasses and apoE gene polymorphism in obese subjects

AIM: The purpose of this study is to elucidate the relationship between apolipoprotein (apo) E polymorphism and plasma lipid profiles and HDL subclasses in obesity. METHODS: apoE genotype was assayed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The subclasses of serum HDL in 93 obese subjects and 96 nonobese subjects were determined by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis conjunction with immunodetection method. RESULTS: apoE3/3 genotypes and allele ε3 frequency in obese group and the control group were both the highest, but no significant difference. In obese group, the genotype of apoE2 had higher serum apoE/aopCⅢ, HDL2a and lower apoB100, apoCⅢ, HDL3c levels compared with the genotype of apoE3 (P<0.05). In control group, the genotype of apoE2 had higher serum TC and apoE levels, but lower HDL3b level compared with the genotype of apoE3 (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Polymorphism of the ApoE gene is associated with the distribution of HDL particles in obesity. Allele of ε2 carrier may slow the tendency of HDL particals shifted towards smaller sizes.     

ULTRASONOGRAPHIC EVALUATION OF BRACHIAL PLEXUS TUMORS IN FIVE DOGS

Five dogs with unilateral thoracic limb lameness, neurologic deficits, muscle atrophy, and pain, or a combination of these signs, were examined using ultrasonograghy. Large, hypoechoic tubular masses that displaced vessels and destroyed the normal architecture were found in each dog. The affected axilla of each patient was then imaged with computed tomography or magnetic resonance to fully assess the extent of the masses. We describe the use of ultrasound in screening patients for brachial plexus tumors.     

Drug residues in food animals. III. Plasma and tissue kinetics of potassium penicillin G in young cross-bred swine

Twenty-two young cross-bred swine were treated either intravenously or orally with potassium penicillin G. The pharmacokinetics of penicillin G were determined in plasma and tissues. The plasma half-life of penicillin G in swine was found to be 19.45±1.69 min, and the distribution and elimination kinetics were found to fit a classical two-compartment model. The volume of distribution was found to be 0.53±0.12 1/kg, and the body clearance was found to be 19.06±5.06 ml/min/kg which exceeded the effective renal plasma flow of 16.50±2.73 ml/min/kg, suggesting that the drug was eliminated both by tubular excretion and glomerular filtration. The elimination rate constants (Beta) for the major organs were as follows: muscle, 0.00343 min^-1; lung, 0.0310 min^-1; fat, 0.0394 min^-1; and kidney, 0.0213 min^-1, which compared favorably with the elimination rate constant found in plasma (0.0320 min^-1). These values were found to be significantly similar at the level of P < 0.005 in muscle, spleen and fat, and at a level of P < 0.025 in lung tissue. The data indicates that blood plasma would be a satisfactory body fluid for estimating this drug in tissue.
