植物基因启动子的克隆方法及其应用

植物基因的表达调控已成为分子生物学研究热点,启动子是基因表达调控的重要顺式元件,启动子的克隆对于研究基因表达调控、构建基因工程载体、表达目的蛋白有着重要的意义。启动子克隆的方法很多,从常用的启动子陷阱技术筛选启动子到PCR方法的应用,此后相继问世的一些基于PCR的克隆启动子技术,如载体锚定PCR、反向PCR、接头PCR、交错热不对称PCR等,为克隆启动子提供了更可靠,更合理的方法。本文着重介绍了几种植物基因启动子的克隆方法,分析了它们的优缺点,并展望了今后的研究前景。     

NaHSO3对惠水金钱橘叶片光合速率的影响

用不同浓度的NaHSO3及其与KCl和6-BA配合对贵州惠水金钱橘叶表进行喷施,研究其对叶片光合作用的影响.结果表明:较低浓度(3～9mmol/L)的NaHSO3对叶片光合速率有明显促进作用,作用效果长达6d之久;当NaHSO3浓度较高(≥12mmol/L)时对光合作用不利;低浓度的NaHSO3分别与1mmol/L KCl和5mmol/L 6-BA配合施用,对叶片光合速率的促进效果更显著.     

THE MIXED MODE FRACTURE CRITERION OF BRITTLE ROCK UNDER COMPRESSION-SHEAR STRESS STATE

In this paper the test results of mixed mode fracture of three kinds of brittle rock under two kinds of stress paths are reported. The fracture mechanism and failure patterns of brittle lock under different stress paths are discussed. THE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS FOR THE HYDRAULIC SERVO-SYSTEM OF HAULAGE PARTY FOR SGW-150 SHEARER WITH CONSTANT POWER SPEED GOVERING

The mechanization of mining thinnest coal seam is a key program in the 7th five-year plan in Sichaan province, It is sponsored by The Scientific and Technieal Commission of Sichuan province. In this paper, the dynamic performance for the hydraulie servo-system of haulage party for SGW-150 shearer with coustant-power speed governing is analysed. It shows that the system designed by us is stability and reasonable for SGW-150 shearer.     

THE DEVELOPMENT OF ON-LINE AUTOMATIC MEASURING EQUIPMENTS OF INCREMENTAL LINEAR SENSORS

The auto-measurement of incremental linear transducer by a micro-computer is described and the data of the incremental linear transducer are gained by a computer. Under the control of the computer programme, the on-line datum processing is done and the power spectrum of the data is analyzed by the computer. Thus the auto-measurement of the incremental linear transducer is realized.     

Appropriate Technology and Corresponding Design Strategies for the Steel Construction Congregated Apartments

In this paper,notions on appropriate technology for the Steel Construction Congregated Apartments are proposed in order to deal with the technical impediment that arises from applying steel structural techniques to the congregated apartments.The appropriate technology for the steel construction congregated apartments is defined as systematic technologies that are in harmony with the status quo of Chinese productive force level,social culture and building technology,and as the strategies of choosing or balancing technology according to sustainable development principle.The principal design and constructing strategies of appropriate technology are as follows:(1) organization of residential space combined with steel construction techniques,(2) suitable structural system,(3) a new idea of fire resistance,and(4) kit building technique etc.A technological concept analysis about an ideal model of a steel construction system congregated apartment combined with the appropriate technology is also presented.     

人工合成甘蓝型油菜高频率再生研究初报

资源材料保存在作物遗传资源的研究与利用中起到非常重要的作用。该实验以不同来源的人工合成甘蓝型油菜KH106，KH109，KH111D为材料，以花序轴，子房，果柄为外植体研究其再生情况，结果表明，由芥蓝和小白菜人工合成的甘蓝型油菜KH106的再生频率极显著高于由羽衣甘蓝和白菜型油菜人工合成的甘蓝型油菜KH109和KH111；与花序轴和子房为外植体再生频率相比，以果柄为外植体平均再生频率最高，差异达到极显著水平；利用不同预处理培养基处理不同时间，结果显示不经过预处理直接接种到分化培养基上再生频率最高。     

60Co-γ射线辐照处理对天竺葵、观赏椒种子发芽率及幼苗的影响

用60Co-γ射线辐照处理天竺葵、观赏椒种子,观察其发芽率和幼苗生长情况.结果表明:γ射线辐射对这2种观赏植物的发芽率和幼苗生长发育具有不同的影响.对天竺葵的发芽率有促进作用,但抑制幼苗生长;对观赏椒发芽率作用不显著,对幼苗前期生长有抑制作用.     

A STUDY ON FRACTURE MECHANICS OF BRITTLE MATERIAL WITH PER-CRACKS

In this paper the fracture process of specimen,with single crack, double cracks and triple cracks is observed and analysed. The experimental results show that the fracture process of specimen is different because of the differention of the number, the distance and the type of array of cracks. And the fracture propagation of specimen with triple cracks and double cracks is foundmentally the same.     

板料激光斜冲击下受力变形数学分析

金属板材的激光冲击成形通常采用激光束垂直作用于工件表面,产生垂直于表面的冲击波作用力使板料变形,但在曲面零件成形时很难满足法向垂直冲击,因此有必要对斜冲击下板料力学变形特性进行研究。本文研究了激光斜冲击受力变形模型,对板料深度方向(z轴)变形公式、板料短轴(y轴)在水平方向上变形公式进行了理论推导计算,通过把两变形合成,得到短轴(y轴)在空间内总变形公式,最后把实验测量结果与理论计算结果进行了比较,得出两者相符的结论。
