苏云金芽胞杆菌ICP基因工程菌的研究进展

综述了近年来国内外利用杀虫细菌苏云金杆菌ＩＣＰ基因构建工程菌，包括植物根际定居菌、植物疫苗、重组杀蚊蓝细菌和杆状病毒Ｂｔ重组菌等研究的历程及现状、成功的范例及存在问题．文中亦讨论了该研究领域的应用前景．     

加系双肌臀大白猪不同杂交组合性能比较试验

本试验选择加系双肌臀大白猪、美系杜洛克、丹麦长白三个品种的公母猪,组成5个杂交组合(双公×双母,双公×长母,双公×杜母,杜公×双母),测定了双×双、长×双、双×长、双×杜、杜×双五个组合猪的繁殖性能与肥育性能。结果表明:杜×双组合在日增重(896.05g)、饲料报酬(2.80∶1)、瘦肉率(66.01%)等主要指标上优于其它杂交组合,且繁殖性能居中、胴体品质优良,是加系双肌臀大白猪二元杂交瘦肉猪生产中的最佳杂交父本品种。试验还表明,双肌臀大白猪产仔多(12.08头)、增重快(851.97g)、瘦肉率高(65.24%)、适应性强,值得大力繁殖推广。     

Identification of polymorphisms and association analysis with meat quality traits in the porcine KIAA1717 and HUMMLC2B genes

Skeletal muscle genes are potential candidates for production and meat quality. Screening a subtracted cDNA library constructed with mRNA obtained from longissimus dorsi muscles of F1 hybrids Landrace × Yorkshire and their female parents Yorkshire, we isolated two partial sequences coding for the H3-K4-specific methyltransferase (KIAA1717) and skeletal muscle myosin regulatory light chain (HUMMLC2B) genes. Database search revealed KIAA1717 and HUMMLC2B encoded proteins with SET domain and EF-hand calcium binding motif, respectively. In the present work we identified their partial polymorphisms and two SNPs, one (C1354T) at the 3′ untranslated region (UTR) of KIAA1717 and one (A345G) at the SINE (PRE-1) element of HUMMLC2B, both created/disrupted a restriction site for endonuclease Msp I. The selected pigs were genotyped at the KIAA1717 C1354T and HUMMLC2B A345G sites by means of a PCR-RFLP protocol. Significant associations were observed for the KIAA1717 C1354T polymorphic site with meat marbling (longissimus doris (p < 0.05), biceps femoris (p < 0.01)) and intramuscular fat (p < 0.01). HUMMLC2B A345G were significantly associated with meat pH (longissimus doris (p < 0.05), biceps femoris (p < 0.01)), drip loss (p < 0.01), water holding capacity (p < 0.01) and meat color value (longissimus doris (p < 0.01), biceps femoris (p < 0.05)). Further studies are needed to confirm these preliminary results.

论省级饲料兽药实验室的管理

我站是重庆市农业局直属处级行政执行型全额拨款事业单位。现有技术人员43名,其中高级职称13名,中级5名,硕士11名,本科生17名,专科11名,其他4名。实验室现有面积3250m2,拥有细菌鉴定及药敏测试仪、气-质联用仪、高效液相色谱仪、气相色谱仪、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP)等199台(套)精密仪器,价值2000余万元。能承担现有国家标准、行业标准和重庆市地方标准规定的所有动物疫病诊断,饲料、兽药、畜产品质量检测检验项目。检测指标达到微量级,有的指标甚至可以检测痕量级。实验室已经全面通过重庆市质量技术监督局计量认证和农业部…     

犬耳朵的语言

犬耳朵功能不仅限于听,而且会动,很具有表现力,犬常常用耳朵向人们和其它犬表达“心情”的变化。犬的听力很好,一部分原因是犬的耳朵能够旋转、颤动、竖起和倒下。这些能使犬分辨微弱的声音并能确定声音的方向。同时,犬的耳朵能表达它们的心情和意图,就像人的表情和手势能告诉其他人一样。     

Nitrogen balance in barrows fed low-protein diets supplemented with essential amino acids

This study was conducted to determine the effect of addition of essential amino acids (EAA) to low-protein diets on N balance in barrows. Thirty barrows (Duroc × Yorkshire) with an initial BW of 36 kg were fed 5 corn- and soybean meal-based diets containing 13.6 to 18.2% crude protein (CP) for 10 d in a randomized complete block design. The 18.2% CP diet was formulated without addition of EAA (Lys, Met or Thr). The other diets contained 13.6 to 16.5% CP and were supplemented with EAA to provide 0.83% true digestible lysine equal to that in the 18.2% CP diet. Fecal, urinary, and total N excretion as well as N retention (g/d) decreased with decreasing dietary CP level (P < 0.01). The apparent digestibility of N was almost the same for the 18.2 and 16.5 CP diets, but the value was 2% higher (P = 0.07) than that for the 13.6% CP diet. These findings indicate that, compared with the 18.2% CP diets, supplementation with three EAA to the lowest-protein diets (13.6 CP) is inadequate for maximum intestinal protein digestion, amino acid absorption, or tissue protein deposition in growing barrows.     

高丹草对波本杂羔羊的饲喂效果比较

试验选用16只波本杂F1代羔羊,按体重、性别、日龄配对分成2组,在基础饲料相同的情况下,试验组饲喂高丹草(乐食),对照组饲喂皇竹草。通过30天对比饲养试验,结果表明:试验组羔羊的平均日增重(113 g)略优于对照组(109 g),但差异不显著(P>0.05)。从而认为,高丹草饲养羔羊的效果与皇竹草相近。     

木本婆婆纳‘维力镜像’的组培快繁技术

木本婆婆纳（Hebe）原产澳洲,主要分布于新西兰和澳大利亚的东南部,全属约100种,栽培品种超过800个,是一类观赏常绿花灌木.在澳洲和欧洲,被广泛应用在观赏园艺和庭院绿化上,并对Hebe属植物的育种和栽培做了大量的研究.近年来,我国也开始逐步认识和引种Hebe属植物,并有少量用于生产,但组培方面的研究国内尚未见报道.     

葡萄新品种‘紫秋’

 从野生刺葡萄资源中选育出的新品种‘紫秋’, 植株生长势强, 适应性强, 耐旱、耐粗放栽培,抗病性强, 适合南方高温、多湿气候条件, 而且结果早, 产量高, 果实味甜, 风味好, 市场上颇受欢迎。
