在静态、动态吸附条件下,分别选用果壳类净水用活性炭和煤质净水用活性炭对胶片工业废水中的痕量银的吸附行为进行了研究.结果表明,废水中的银浓度可降至<50ppb,活性炭对银的吸附量达到3~5mg/g.微孔发达的活性炭更适于吸附废水中的痕量银.随着银液浓度的升高,银液量增大,活性炭吸附能力增加.银液的最佳吸附pH值是5. 相似文献

南瓜银叶突变体48a是在嫩食型中国南瓜中分离筛选到的稳定遗传自交系,银色叶不仅可以作为标记性状应用到育种中,还可为南瓜抗虫、抗病、耐寒等一系列研究提供重要的材料基础。笔者对银叶突变体的表型特征及叶片的解剖结构进行鉴定分析,发现植株整体长势、熟性与野生型无明显差异;成熟叶片正面全部呈银灰色,叶绿素含量明显降低,叶片上表皮细胞与栅栏细胞间明显剥离,存在明显的空隙。利用突变体48a和野生型49a南瓜自交系构建的六世代遗传群体,调查发现F2的绿叶与银叶符合3∶1的分离比,回交群体BC1P1分离比符合1∶1,表明南瓜银色叶性状由单隐性基因控制。 相似文献

This study focuses on the problem of irregular diameter structure in a silver fir–beech selection (plenter) forest with a “surplus” of large diameter trees and a lack of natural regeneration and small diameter trees. We sampled 274 plots (900 m2 each) in the Belevine research site (266.24 ha) in the mountain region Gorski Kotar (Croatia), where diameter (dbh) distribution, diameter increment, and natural regeneration were analyzed in detail. A low density of natural regeneration, weak annual recruitment of small (10 cm dbh) diameter trees (only five trees per hectare), delayed diameter growth of trees, and a low annual rate of trees reaching the next dbh class were attributed to the current irregular dbh structure. The stand development prediction for the next 50 years is based on a simulation model, which considers the current diameter structure, increment, recruitment, and future cutting regime. Intensive cutting in the first of five 10-year cutting cycles (intensity higher of 25%) is needed to initiate natural regeneration and to accelerate growth of young silver fir trees. Variations in soil chemical properties and microbial biomass in artificial gaps in silver fir stands
Changes in soil chemical and microbiological parameters in small (185 m2) and medium (410 m2) gaps, created in mature silver fir (Abies alba Mill) stands (mean height 30 m) in the Calabrian Apennines (Southern Italy), were studied over 2 years. Medium gaps had high
soil temperature and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) transmittance and low soil moisture. Within small gaps we detected
a greater amount of organic matter, with respect to under canopy cover sites and medium gaps. Moreover, a different trend
of the organic matter between small and medium gaps was observed. In the medium gaps, with respect to under canopy cover sites
and small gaps, we found a relatively low content of organic matter, associated to a lower amount of humic acid, which suggested
that the organic substrate undergoes a mineralization rather than a humification process. An opposite trend was observed in
small gaps, where the increase of organic matter content, associated to an increase of humic acid and microbial biomass, suggested
a better humification process. Moreover, in small gaps the highest level of urease and the greatest fluorescein diacetate
(FDA) hydrolysis were observed. The different trend of organic matter observed in small and medium gaps may be related to
changes in the environmental conditions. PAR transmittance, significantly higher in medium gaps, contributed to increase soil
temperature and decrease soil moisture, affecting soil microbial populations and organic matter trend. These results suggest
that the creation of small gaps represents the silvicultural practice with minor environmental impact. 相似文献

Field performance of silver-birch planting-stock grown at different spacing and in containers of different volume 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Silver birch seedlings were grown in two types of trays differing incell volume. For each kind of tray, three different spacings were achieved bygrowing seedlings in all, half or one quarter of the cells. The planting-stockso produced was out-planted at two forest sites and growth followed for fiveyears. Container size had a large effect on seedling morphology and on fieldperformance. Density also had a large effect on seedling morphology, but littleinfluence on performance. The tightest relationship of field performance was tothe mean dry weight of the stems of the planting stock (R2 = 0.94).Mean height and sturdiness index, defined as diameter ÷height, were not correlated with performance. Of the non-destructivemeasurements, mean root-collar diameter was the most closely correlated withperformance. 相似文献

本文研究了腌制鱼的水分活度(Aw值)变化及其与其他有关参数的关系。以鲳鱼作为试验原料,用混合腌渍法对鱼品进行不同时间的腌制,然后观察鱼体中水分活度、盐分含量和水分含量的变化情况,并进一步探索这些参数之间相互的变化关系。实验结果表明,鱼体中水分活度和水分含量的降低,盐分的增加均在开始腌制至18小时时为最快;18小时后变化缓慢;34小时后基本趋向平衡。实验表明,水分活度,盐分含量与水分含量之间存在简单的线性关系,因此在腌制过程中,测定出水分和盐分含量就可以计算出水分活度Aw值,从而达到控制鱼品质量的目的。此方法在提高鱼品的保藏效果上具有一定的实用价值。 相似文献

分别采用组织块法和消化法2种接种方法进行银狐垂体细胞系构建研究。在消化法中使用不同浓度的胰蛋白酶来检验效果,同时在原代培养期使用反复差速贴壁法纯化,传代培养期结合使用反复差速贴壁以及两步消化法进行处理。结果表明:组织块法接种后成纤维细胞生长明显,原代培养后期成纤维细胞已为主要细胞;降低胰蛋白酶浓度能降低对细胞损伤,但消化时间会增长;采用消化法接种在抑制成纤维细胞生长方面效果好于组织块法。纯化效果上,结合反复差速贴壁法与两步消化法处理后获得了较好的效果,在原代培养时期能较好去除成纤维细胞并通过持续使用该方法可在传二代后获得较高纯度的细胞,纯度能达到80%以上,能够建立细胞系。 相似文献

For northern Europe’s climate, models predict an increase in periods of drought and waterlogging. Knowledge of variation between genotypes of Betula pendula (birch) and Populus tremula (aspen) to drought and excess soil moisture are unavailable but relevant for future development of forest ecosystems. We studied variation between genotypes to soil moisture in birch and aspen with plant material representing naturally regenerated populations and showed differences in acclimation to soil moisture conditions. Genotypes showing most growth and biomass accumulation across treatments maintained most leaf area, high gas exchange and water-use efficiency and grew most root mass but had the lowest root length per unit root dry mass compared to other genotypes. This indicates that these genotypes are more efficient in harvesting water from the soil under adverse conditions. We also showed that birch and aspen employ different strategies to cope with soil moisture conditions, with aspen investing more in perennial parts, while birch efficiently maintains foliar processes. When the expression of some known drought responsive genes was measured, only ACC oxidase was induced by the drought treatment at the beginning of the experiment, while surprisingly LEA5, RD22 and ADH1 did not respond to drought, but were up-regulated in prolonged wet conditions indicating oxidative stress and hypoxia and that these genes are responding to multiple stress factors. We conclude that in plants micro-propagated from naturally regenerated birch and aspen populations, there is variation between genotypes in acclimation efficiency to soil moisture conditions. 相似文献
