黄棕壤中活性有机碳对Cu吸附的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过盐酸酸化法来去除4种不同利用方式黄棕壤的活性有机碳(AOC),得到相对稳定的有机碳土壤,用于研究去除活性有机碳前后对Cu2+吸附行为的影响.结果表明,黄棕壤去除有机碳前后,对Cu2+吸附量与平衡液浓度的关系符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程,其拟合都呈现极显著相关(P<0.01),去除AOC后,黄棕壤各层次对Cu2+的最大吸附量明显降低,是原土Cu2+最大吸附量的10%~30%.盐酸酸化法对4种不同利用方式的黄棕壤有机碳的去除率为30%~75%,对Cu2+吸附的减少率为54%~86%.去除活性有机碳前后,有机碳含量与对Cu2+的吸附量都呈显著线性相关.土壤有机碳的去除率与对Cu2+吸附的减少率间相关性达到极显著水平.  相似文献

通过比较乙醇回流法、水提取法、稀盐酸法提取羽毛粉碱解液中游离氨基酸,并对这些游离氨基酸分别进行定性和定量检测,探讨运用氨基酸自动分析仪建立一种测定羽毛粉碱解液中游离氨基酸的方法.检测结果表明,采用pH值3~4、80%乙醇,90℃水浴的乙醇回流法提取羽毛粉碱解液中的游离氨基酸,氨基酸自动分析仪能够分离检测羽毛碱解液中18种游离氨基酸,游离氨基酸总量较其他2种方法分别高出4.5、5.4倍,与其他2种方法比较,该方法所检测出的氨基酸含量均较高,更能准确地反映出羽毛粉碱解液中游离态氨基酸的含量.  相似文献

This investigation was done to determine the release of potassium (K) from five calcareous soils of southern Iran using 0.025 M CaCl2, HCl and citric acid during six successive extractions and to study the K fixation capacity of the soils after K release experiment. Mineralogical study indicated that Vertisols and Mollisols were dominated with smectites; while other soils had illite, chlorite, palygorskite and smectite. Results indicated that citric acid extracted more K than CaCl2 and HCl (137 vs. 111 and 113 mg kg?1, respectively). The analysis of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and K concentrations in the solutions suggests that the exchange of K with soluble Ca and Mg (originated from dissolution of carbonates by acidic solutions) is the main mechanism of K release, but citrate is able to dissolve K-bearing minerals and release K in slightly calcareous soils. Soils with more illite released more K. Potassium fixation capacity of soils increased after extractions of soils with different extractants from 324 to 471 mg kg?1, with no significant difference. It is suggested to apply more K fertilizers in K-depleted calcareous soils and use of different solutions for extracting K from soil minerals may be a temporary and short term solution.  相似文献

探明浸酸解除家蚕卵滞育的关联蛋白,可为改进和提高蚕种的人工孵化技术提供理论依据。以经2.5℃冷藏45 d的家蚕品种"7.湘×9.芙"滞育卵为材料,采用双向凝胶电泳和图像分析技术,比较浸酸与未浸酸蚕卵易溶性蛋白的差异变化。在未浸酸蚕卵的双向电泳图谱中共检测到523个蛋白质斑点,其中特异性蛋白质斑点41个;浸酸卵共检测到526个蛋白质斑点,其中特异性蛋白质斑点44个。浸酸与未浸酸蚕卵能相互匹配的蛋白质斑点有482对,匹配率91.897%。经对比分析,浸酸活化后的蚕卵蛋白出现了一些特异性的蛋白质斑点,或某些蛋白质斑点在含量上出现了差异变化。  相似文献

An effect of freeze-milling on processing properties of beta-glucan oat bran has been evaluated. A comparison with existing, patented methods of high molecular weight oat beta-glucan has been carried out. The new method employs raw material pre-treatment with freezing and milling in a hammer mill, resulting in significant reduction of particle size – 89% was between 80 and 50 μm in comparison with initial material when 79% were between 250 and 200 μm. Reduction of particle size also improved some process parameters of extraction technology – 30% improvement in fat removal during first stage of beta-glucan recovery was observed. The achieved pilot plant yield of product containing beta-glucan extraction was 64,03%, purity (ie. beta-glucan content), of achieved product was 84,4% and average molecular weight was about 69,500 g/mol.  相似文献

本试验通过比较80%赖氨酸硫酸盐[80%L-Lys·H2SO4,简称80赖氨酸(80-Lys)]与98%赖氨酸盐酸盐[98%L-Lys·HCl,简称98赖氨酸(98-Lys)]对生长中期草鱼生长性能、消化吸收能力和消化器官生长发育的影响,探讨80-Lys和98-Lys在草鱼上的生物效价并确定以80-Lys为赖氨酸(Lys)添加形式时饲料中Lys的适宜含量。选择初始体重为275.80 g左右的健康草鱼540尾,随机分成6组(每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼),分别饲喂Lys含量为0.8%(基础饲料)、1.0%、1.2%、1.4%和1.6%的添加80-Lys的饲料及Lys含量为1.2%的添加98-Lys的饲料60 d。结果表明:与基础饲料相比,饲料中添加适宜水平的80-Lys使饲料Lys含量达到1.2%时可显著提高生长中期草鱼的增重率(W GR),特定生长率(SGR),采食量(FI),全肠脂肪酶、淀粉酶活力,肝胰脏谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活力,前、中、后肠碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、肌酸激酶(CK)活力,肝体指数与肠体指数以及前、后肠皱襞高度(P0.05),显著降低血清GOT和GPT活力(P0.05),且80-Lys对上述指标的作用效果显著优于98-Lys(P0.05);此外,还可显著提高生长中期草鱼的饲料效率(FE),全肠胰蛋白酶活力,前、中、后肠Na+,K+-ATP酶(Na+,K+-ATPase)和γ-谷胺酰转肽酶(γ-GT)活力,肠长与肠长指数以及中肠皱襞高度(P0.05),但80-Lys对上述指标的作用效果与98-Lys差异不显著(P0.05)。由此得出,与98-Lys相比,80-Lys能更有效地提高生长中期草鱼的消化吸收能力,进而促进其生长。以80-Lys为Lys添加形式,以SGR和FE为标识,生长中期草鱼(276~667 g)饲料中Lys的最适含量分别为1.31%(占饲料蛋白质的4.68%)和1.27%(占饲料蛋白质的4.54%)。  相似文献

We have synthesized a novel ambipolar membrane for the simple, rapid, and simultaneous extraction of key nutrients from soil. The membrane was made by adding an anion‐ and a cation‐exchange resin to a polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel in the presence of glutaraldehyde as a cross‐linking agent. The synthetic membrane was efficient in adsorbing (extracting) NO , PO , K+, Ca2+, and Mg2+ ions from soil simultaneously. The ion‐adsorption capacity of the membrane was related to the soil nutrient status, duration of membrane–soil contact, and soil water content. The importance of these factors followed the order: soil nutrient status > contact time > soil water content. Adsorption by the membrane of NO and Mg2+ ions from soil leveled off after 48 h of membrane–soil contact but uptake of Ca2+, PO , and K+ ions required a longer contact time for equilibrium to be established. When the soil water content exceeds 55% w/w, this factor ceased to influence ion adsorption by the ambipolar‐resin membrane. The synthetic membrane is potentially useful for the in situ assessment of the nutrient requirement of certain crops at a given point in time.  相似文献

This study evaluated the survival and recovery of non-encapsulated and encapsulated shoots of Sequoia sempervirens after storage at 4 °C in the dark for up to 15 months on four different culture media. Survival and regrowth of encapsulated shoots declined within 3 months, regardless of the storage medium composition. By contrast, no significant decrease in survival and regrowth was noted with non-encapsulated shoots after 12 months of storage on Quoirin and Lepoivre medium supplemented, or not, with 1 mg l−1 benzyladenine. Regrowth dropped to 60–61% after 15 months of storage on the same media. Medium-term conservation of S. sempervirens germplasm is therefore possible using in vitro storage of non-encapsulated shoot cultures.  相似文献

The effect of the duration of high temperature interruption and the timing of its occurrence during inductive period on the extent of inhibition of inflorescence production in ‘Arbequina’ olive trees was investigated. Trees kept under inductive conditions in different growth chambers were subjected to high daytime temperature (26 ± 1 °C) interruptions for 3, 6, and 12 days. There was no significant difference in the extent of flowering between trees given an uninterrupted induction period and the trees where inductive period was interrupted with high daytime temperatures for three days. Inflorescence production was significantly reduced by both 6 and 12 days high temperature interruptions. Number of flowers per inflorescence was significantly reduced only with 12 days high temperature interruption. Since there was no significant difference between the extent of inhibition of inflorescence by 6 and 12 days high temperature interruption, therefore, 6 days high temperature interruption was used in subsequent experiments to study the effect of timing of interruption. A six day interruption of high temperature produced significant reduction (more than 83%) in inflorescence production irrespective of the time of interruption (i.e., 40 or 50 days after the start of induction) or number of interruptions. None of these treatments had any significant effect on the number of flowers per inflorescence. Higher levels of free arginine were found in trees that had greatest number of inflorescences produced under inductive conditions without any high temperature interruption.  相似文献
