通过在饲料中添加不同含量虾青素,测定粉白、红斑、黑斑3种体色红罗非鱼各组织(皮肤、鳍、肌肉、眼球、鳃)类胡萝卜素含量的变化,分析不同虾青素含量对红罗非鱼不同组织类胡萝卜素含量的影响,从而推断类胡萝卜素在不同组织间的表达和沉积方式。结果显示,虾青素添加量为400 mg/kg时,红罗非鱼皮肤、鳍、肌肉、眼球和鳃中的类胡萝卜素含量与对照组相比均明显提高,体色明显改善,其中黑斑红罗非鱼鳃部类胡萝卜素沉积比对照组有显著提高(P0.05)。而当虾青素添加量为800 mg/kg时,粉白红罗非鱼鳍上和鳃部及黑斑红罗非鱼鳃部类胡萝卜素沉积比对照组有显著提高(P0.05),但3种体色红罗非鱼一些组织器官类胡萝卜素含量相对对照组及虾青素添加量为400 mg/kg时有所下降,红罗非鱼体色变化不明显。虾青素含量对红罗非鱼各组织类胡萝卜素总含量有显著影响(P0.01);而红罗非鱼体色对类胡萝卜素总含量影响不显著(P0.05);虾青素和体色交互作用对类胡萝卜素含量有较显著影响(P0.05)。聚类分析表明,类胡萝卜素在红罗非鱼的鳍中沉积率最高,其次为鳃,再次为眼球,皮肤和肌肉沉积率最低。  相似文献

Ecology of Freshwater Fish 2010: 19: 187–196. © 2010 John Wiley & Sons A/S Abstract – The objective of this study was to determine the proximate body composition of juvenile Atlantic salmon along the sequence of aquatic habitat types created by longitudinal changes in the riverbed substrate of two rivers (i.e., sedimentary links units). Interesting trends in the body composition were observed but our initial hypothesis, that fish of the upstream sections have higher energy content, was nevertheless not verified. No common longitudinal pattern was detected in the body composition (water, lipid, energy density) along the studied rivers. Trends in the body constituents were different between age‐classes and rivers, whereas they were highly variable within‐ and among‐samples. There was however a common trend in the pattern of variations, with the coefficient of variations increasing in the downstream direction for almost all constituents, age‐classes and rivers. Potential abiotic and biotic factors that might have contributed to these observations are discussed.  相似文献

Background, Aim and Scope  The distribution of sediments in estuarine beaches is controlled by the interactions between sediment supply, hydrodynamic processes and human intervention. The main purpose of this study is to characterize the sediments of Tagus estuarine beaches in order to understand their origin and to contribute to a better knowledge of the Tagus estuary sediment budget. Methods  Surface sediment samples were collected across beach profiles and sand grain size analysis was performed by dry sieving. Grain size statistics for the median (d50) and standard deviation (SDM) were obtained using the Moment method. This study was complemented by a qualitative evaluation of the sediment composition. Cross-shore topographic surveys were conducted for selected sampling sites. Results  Tagus estuarine beach sediments are mainly composed of quartz sand particles which are fine-grained and well sorted near the mouth of the estuary and medium to coarse-grained and moderately sorted in the inner domain. Compositional results show evidence of active anthropogenic sediment sources, especially in the coarser fractions. Discussion  The analysis of the textural and compositional characteristics of beach sediments in the inner estuarine domain is compatible with local sedimentary sources, while a marine signature is present at the mouth and inlet channel sediments. In the inner domain, differences in the sedimentary processes are represented by the textural characteristics of the sediments, such as the sorting degree and the gravel content. Sediment characteristics also reflect human intervention in the system, with the introduction of anthropogenic and allochthonous particles and the mixture of sediments from different sources. Conclusions  The sediments of the inner Tagus estuarine beaches are derived from local Plio-Pleistocene outcrops while inlet and outer estuary beaches reveal a dominant marine source. Beach textural variability observed in the inner domain is not related to wave forcing gradients, but mainly to variations in the sedimentary processes along the estuarine margins and to human intervention. Results show that the Tagus estuarine beaches depended, almost exclusively, on sediment input from local sources until the last century. With increasing human occupation, sediment transfers became dominated by anthropogenically related activities mainly connected with the occupation of estuarine margins and dredging. Recommendations and Perspectives  Further studies should extend the present level of knowledge in what concerns sand transport patterns through additional compositional and geochemical analysis, and the development of new techniques in order to allow the quantitative evaluation of the impact of human activities on the sediment budget.  相似文献

了解淤地坝泥沙沉积特征是坝地泥沙输移过程及规律研究的基础和前提。该文通过对黄土丘陵区小流域淤地坝不同位置泥沙沉积剖面中各沉积旋回层厚度及粒径组成变化的分析,研究了淤地坝次洪水沉积过程中泥沙的再分布特征。结果表明:坝地内次洪水泥沙沉积过程为非均匀分布,各沉积旋回层厚度在纵剖面和横剖面都存在一定差异,早期沉积层厚度的起伏变化要大于后期的起伏变化。坝地泥沙粒径组成以粉粒为主,黏粒、粉粒和沙粒的平均含量分别为4.66%、58.78%和36.56%。坝地泥沙沉积过程中,各旋回层中黏粒、粉粒和沙粒的平均含量变化较小,但在坝地不同位置,土壤粒径组成发生了一定程度的分选。从坝尾到坝前,土壤质地粗化度显著下降,土壤粒径组成呈逐步细化的趋势。  相似文献

1953-2010年黄土洼天然淤地坝内洪水沉积物粒度旋回特征   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
利用137Cs断代技术进行沉积物的测年,结合1953年以来的降雨资料,对黄土洼天然聚湫坝淤地的水成沉积物粒度旋回特征进行了分析。结果表明,坝淤地4 m沉积物是在近百年内形成的,物源比较单一,主要为洪水沉积物;降雨是影响沉积物粒度的主要因素;淤地坝内洪水沉积物粒度以粗粉砂为主,中砂含量很少,没有粗砂;沉积物剖面具有良好的沉积层理,剖面粒度旋回至少记录了42次较大的洪水事件,不同期次洪水沉积物之间粒度变化明显,反映了该区近百年内年流域侵蚀和降水量的变化。  相似文献

根据乌鲁木齐河下游尾癌湖泊东道海子钻孔沉积物^14C年代和粒度分析,表明沉积物的粒度特征随着入湖水量的波动而发生有规律的变化。最近30kaBP以来该钻孔基本上处于比较稳定的湖泊沉积环境,说明东道海子至少有3万年的发育历史,这也说明古尔班通古特沙漠边缘地带的纵向沙垄具有相当程度的稳定性。最后几十年的湖泊变4干、环境退化过程主要是人类活动造成的。  相似文献

Ambiguity in the potential of soils under Imperata cylindrica grass contributes to the slow pace of grassland development in Northeast Luzon. The aim of this study is to investigate the soil properties of Imperata grassland and the prospects for tree-based farming systems in northeastern Luzon. Soils are developed over Miocene-Pliocene sedimentary rock and Plio-Pleistocene volcanic and fluvial deposits. There is a clear distinction between relatively well-developed fertile soils (Cambisols, Luvisols) along hill slopes, clayey soils in lowlands (Vertisols) and inferior leached soils (Planosols) restricted to palaeo terraces and elevated surfaces. Low soil organic matter content is a regional constraint to grassland development. Other constraints mainly occur on a local level and are associated with soil physical, rather than soil chemical, properties such as low infiltration, surface crusting, gully formation, limited soil depth, and stony surfaces. It is argued that variable soil conditions and topography are inadequately considered in regional attempts to develop and rehabilitate grasslands. Fertile, low-angle foot slopes are most suitable to permanent cultivation with crop rotation and husbandry practices such as mulching of crop residues, efficient use of animal manure and inclusion of nitrogen-fixing plants. Enrichment of natural forest patches is proposed, together with mixed tree plantations on rocky and steep terrain, field boundaries and stream banks in cultivated areas. Less fertile palaeo terraces, watersheds and upper slopes are most suitable to silvipastoral systems.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
