槟榔红色素的抗氧化活性

测定槟榔红色素(areca red pigment,AP)对 DPPH·和·OH的清除能力、对脂质体过氧化的抑制能力、对Fe2+的络合能力,并测定其还原能力.结果表明:槟榔色素对DPPH·、·OH的清除能力较强:对脂质体过氧化的抑制能力很强,抑制率高达79.84%;与VE、没食子酸(gallic acid,GA)、BHT相比,槟榔色素的还原力、对Fe2+的络合能力较弱.说明槟榔红色素是较好的抗氧化剂.

本文对会计电算化发展中存在的一些问题提出了对策与建议，并针对财会工作的自身特点，从程序控制和制度控制两个方面阐述了电算化会计信息下的内部控制方法。

模拟发电机组专用可控硅直流调速系统

本文从分析同步发电机原动系统基本数学模型入手，提出了一种实现同步发电机原动系统仿真的专用可控硅直流调速系统及其实用装置。该控制系统采用有差调节的模拟调速器，水汽管道特性模拟、自平衡特性模拟和集成块模拟触发器，以及过流与超速保护，并可实现有差－无差调节的转换。     

Pathogenic mechanisms of caprine arthritis-encephalitis virus

Goats infected with caprine arthritis-encephalitis virus (CAEV) show chronic arthritis and cachexia, which are progressive in nature. The immunopathogenic mechanisms responsible for these progressive clinical symptoms have not been fully elucidated. Various haematological and immunological parameters were evaluated in experimentally-infected goats showing typical signs of CAEV-induced disease. Infected goats showed recurrent lymphocytosis that may be due to constant presentation of antigen by infected cells of a monocyte/macrophage lineage. The serum alkaline phosphatase and -glutamyl transferase concentrations were elevated in infected goats, a characteristic of hepatic and bone disorders. All other serum chemistry parameters were similar between infected and control goats. Importantly, the serum tumour necrosis factor- (TNF-) levels were higher in infected goats. The cachexia seen in infected goats may be at least partly due to altered metabolism as a result of prolonged elevation of serum TNF- levels. Changes of intracellular potassium activity and membrane potential in guinea pig ventricular myocardium during superfusion with low sodium solutions and effects of low pH

AIM:To investigate the changes in intracellular potassium activity(aⁱK) and membrane potential(V_m) induced by low external sodium infusion (Low [Na]_o) and to detect the mechanisms involved and the relationship between aⁱK and V_m. METHODS:aⁱK and V_m were measured in infusion with different sodium concentrations using methods of convenient and ion selective microelectrodes in guinea pig ventricular myocardium. RESULTS:Low [Na]_o resulted in a decrease in aⁱK and an increase in V_m in a Na⁺ concentration-dependent manner.At the same time,contraction and resting potential increased, and action potential duration decreased markedly,but action potential amplitude was not affected. A change of the pH from 7.4 to 7.0 in low [Na]_o solution reduced the decrease in aⁱK, but did not affect the increase in V_m.CONCLUSION:A better linear relationship appeared between the changes in aⁱk and [Na]_o or in V_m and [Na]_o,while during each low [Na]_o the change in both aⁱK or V_m may reach a new balance level.     

马尾松胶合板材用材林优良家系生长与物理力学性质的研究

通过对不同家系马尾松的生长和物理力学性质研究,结果表明,采用经过遗传改良的良种造林,能使马尾松人工林生产力大大提高,从而缩短大径材的培育年限,达到良好的增产效果,提高经济效益.结合材性分析结果,培育优质胶合板材的马尾松优良家系主要有建瓯南雅-24、建瓯川石-3、连城-48、龙岩-61、南平-85、南平-86、连城-50、建瓯川石-4家系.     

金光寺自然保护区现状与发展对策

金光寺省级自然保护区总面积9 584 hm2,具有丰富的生物多样性、文化多样性及重要的生态意义,在管理中存在经费严重不足、基础设施薄弱、缺乏激励机制等问题.提出加强宣传、多渠道筹集资金、建立激励机制、促进周边社区经济可持续发展、开展多种经营以增强自养能力等建议.
