为获取理想的生物防治捕食线虫性真菌菌株,达到利用自然天敌有效控制家畜寄生性线虫病的目的,作者利用低能氮离子注入诱变捕食线虫性真菌——少孢节丛胞菌(Arthrobotrys oligospora)的分生孢子,测定分生孢子萌发后菌丝的生长速度、产孢能力及菌株对线虫幼虫的捕食率,筛选正突变株。结果表明,低能氮离子束具有诱变少孢节丛孢菌的潜能,诱变后的1株少孢节丛孢菌的生长速度、产孢量和对线虫幼虫的捕食率呈现出了正突变效果。  相似文献

对捕食线虫性真菌——少孢节丛孢菌(Arthrobotrys oligospora)菌株体外粪便捕杀马寄生性线虫幼虫进行了研究。结果表明:菌株可以在体外粪便中发育并发挥其捕食作用。在实验室条件下,其对寄生性线虫第一、二期幼虫的作用与对第三期幼虫的作用相比较.捕获致死速度快。菌株对马粪便中线虫幼虫的杀虫率高达98.7%;与对照组相比有显著差异。而且加入粪便的分生孢子数量在达到一定阈值后,再加入分生孢子,则杀虫率不再增加。此结论对捕食线虫性真菌今后临床的应用具有实际指导意义。  相似文献

研究了捕食线虫性真菌一少孢节丛孢菌(Arthrobotrys oligospora)的染色特性、分生孢子对外界理化因素的抵抗力以及菌丝对线虫第三期幼虫的吸引作用等。结果表明少孢节丛孢菌用革兰氏、瑞氏、姬姆萨氏液染色都能很好的着色;分生孢子对高温敏感,对抗生素不敏感,高浓度的氢离子或氢氧根离子能杀死分生孢子:但分生孢子耐低温,因此可用低温冷冻法保存捕食线虫性真菌分生孢子,其方法简便易行。首次解决了国内外在捕食线虫性真菌菌种保存中的难题。研究显示菌丝对线虫第三期幼虫无明显吸引力。  相似文献

捕食线虫性真菌——少孢节丛孢菌CIMH1株捕食特性研究   总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17  
本研究首次对国内土壤中分离出的捕食线虫性真菌—少孢节丛孢菌CIMH1株(Arthrobotrysoligosporastrain:CIMH1)捕食马线虫第3期幼虫的活性、效力及杀虫机理进行了试验。结果表明菌株生长环境对其捕食活性有很大影响。在20℃、有氧条件、玉米粉浓度相对较低(0.4g/L)、菌丝生长较稀疏的CMA培养基中,捕食活性最佳。捕食线虫时,在虫体运动刺激及虫体内部某些物质诱导下,菌株会产生一些特殊捕食性结构,如粘性菌丝(Stickybranches)、粘性菌环(Stickyrings)和粘性菌网(Stickynetworks)等。通过这些功能性构造,菌株将线虫捕获并杀死消化。少孢节丛孢菌CIMH1株在最佳条件下,对马线虫第3期幼虫的平均捕食效力为78.15±3.8%。  相似文献

本文在国内首次报道了几株节丛孢菌食线虫真菌(5株寡节丛孢菌和2株葡萄串状节丛孢菌)在体外对山羊奥斯特线虫第3期幼虫的捕食效果。结果表明:7株真菌对奥斯特线虫幼虫的捕获率分别在75.0% ̄96.4%之间,具有较高的捕杀线虫能力,食线虫真菌对线虫的作用方式主要是通过在线虫周围形成菌网。  相似文献

观察了捕食线虫性真菌——少孢节丛孢菌的超微结构,以探讨捕食线虫性真菌的杀虫机理。结果显示,少孢节丛孢菌属于隔膜类真菌,隔膜中央有孔,菌丝细胞一般呈长形竹节状;菌株的捕食器为黏性菌环和菌网,形成捕食器的菌丝细胞结构不同于一般的营养菌丝,胞质中含有许多电子密集体,呈大小不等的黑色类圆形颗粒状,多数排列在捕食器菌丝细胞的边缘区域,这是捕食线虫性真菌捕食器菌丝细胞的一个重要特征。  相似文献

以山羊捻转血矛线虫第三期幼虫作为诱饵线虫,利用撒布分离法对新疆石河子地区土壤中的捕食线虫性真菌进行分离,并对所分离的捕食线虫性真菌进行了形态学及分子生物学鉴定.结果成功分离出了9株捕食线虫性真菌,其形态学符合少孢节丛孢菌.将分离株5.8S rDNA和ITS2基因序列与国内外已知少孢节丛孢菌菌株的对比分析,证明少孢节丛孢菌新疆分离株具有区域性特征,其捕食活性高于报道的菌株.分离出适合本地区生态环境的当地菌株对以后家畜线虫病的生物防控尤为必要.  相似文献

在家畜寄生性线虫的生物控制中,利用带线虫真菌——少孢节丛胞菌在侵染线虫过程中分泌的胞外蛋白酶,固定线虫并降解其体壁已显示出巨大的应用潜力。近年来,国外学者主要研究了杀践虫真菌胞外蛋白酶.特别是对少孢节丛孢简胞外丝氨酸蛋白酶基因PⅡ的分离、测序分析、诱导和利用基因工程技术对该蚤白酶基因克隆和异源表达进行了研究。笔者对杀线虫真菌少胞节丛孢菌的研究进展作了阐述。  相似文献

采用玉米粉琼脂培养法,从高原地区(海拔2 000~3 000 m)土壤分离得到一株捕食线虫性真菌,根据其菌丝形态、分生孢子和捕食器官形态等结构特征,鉴定其为少孢节丛孢菌(Arthrobotrys oligospora)。为了进一步了解少孢节丛孢菌形态学特征,对少孢节丛孢菌进行了超微结构观察,结果发现该菌有隔膜,主干菌丝上隔的分布较密集,分布距离不等,分生孢子梗不分支。菌环是由瘤状突起延伸形成弧形而形成,多个菌环接连形成菌网,线虫幼虫是被捕食器菌环或菌网捕获致死。  相似文献

对捕食线虫性真菌——少孢节丛孢菌A1分离株(Arthrobotrys oligospora A1)的18S rDNA基因序列进行了研究。结果表明:其18S rDNA全基因序列为1769bp,在进化树上与同种国外分离株A.oligospora var oligospora 1最为接近,同源性为94.7%。这与二者都具有捕食性结构—菌网的特点相一致。证实捕食线虫性真菌的捕食性结构与捕食线虫性真菌种系发生有关。从少孢节丛孢菌3个分离菌株(Arthrobotrys oligospora A1、A.oligospora 1、A.oligospora2)的进化树及同源性来看。不同国家地区的丛孢菌属(Arthrobotrys)分离株确实存在差异。  相似文献

This experiment comprised 3 groups of calves, (+P2), (-P2) and (-P1), which all started their first grazing season as parasite-free calves. The (+P2)- and (-P2)-group grazed 2 seasons. In the first season the (-P2)-group of calves was grazing a pasture with no detectable trichostrongyles and treated with anthelmintics every second week. The untreated (+P2)-group grazed an Ostertagia ostertagi contaminated pasture. During the second grazing season these 2 original groups grazed together with a new group of first-year grazing calves (-P1) on paddocks infected with O. ostertagi. Parasitological analyses showed that (+P2)-group had negligible egg excretions in the second year in comparison with (-P2) and (-P1). This indicated, that the egg output may be regulated through acquired immunity. The difference in egg excretions was not reflected in the serum pepsinogen levels, which were only slightly elevated for all groups in the second year. Post mortem examination at the end of the experiment showed that only the (-P1)-group harboured relatively high numbers of worms in the abomasa at that time. Antibodies of 3 immunoglobulin classes were investigated: IgA, IgG1 and IgG2. The IgA and IgG1 responses correlated with the presence of developing and adult worms in the abomasa and they remained elevated in the (+P2)-group throughout the experiment, perhaps indicating an involvement of these antibodies in a protective immune response. In the (-P2)-group the IgA and IgG1 showed fast and sharp rises during the second season that most likely were age-related and as such a result of maturation of the immune system. The role of IgG2 is unclear as the IgG2 response was weak in all groups of calves and difficult to relate to the parasitological data.  相似文献

Internal parasitic infections are common in the Virginia opossum (Didelphis virginiana). More than 50 different species of nematodes have been identified from the genus Didelphis. Of them, 3 can cause significant illness to native opossums in Southern California, 2 gastrointestinal nematodes and 1 pulmonary nematode. This article provides an overview of the life cycles, methods for identification, pathologic findings, diagnostic tests, clinical signs, and options for treating these common nematode species.  相似文献

Laboratory experiments were designed to study the influence of temperature, concentrations of nematodes, oxygen tension, light, and nutrient levels, on the induction of nematode-trapping hyphal nets in the predacious fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora. When induced by infective Ostertagia ostertagi larvae, a maximum number of nets was produced at 20 degrees C, at which temperature nets in surplus were produced at larval concentrations up to 1,000 larvae per cm2. A. oligospora did not produce nets in an anaerobic atmosphere containing 21% CO2 (v/v), and net induction was suppressed to a certain degree by exposure to light. The composition of the medium had an important influence on the saprophytic growth and the net-forming capability of A. oligospora as a maximum number of nets was induced at a relatively low concentration of corn meal supporting the relatively sparse mycelium. It was shown that a proportion of trapping nets in A. oligospora maintained their trapping potential for more than 7 weeks when the temperature was below 25 degrees C. Induction of nematode-trapping organs in A. oligospora is discussed in relation to control of infective nematode parasite larvae in cow pats.  相似文献

A trial using albendazole, albendazole plus rafoxanide combination, ivermectin and doramectin was conducted in Pashmina goats having history of fenbendazole resistance to Haemonchus spp. and maintained at high altitude (>2350 m above sea level). Day 0 infection level was variable in different groups of animals and their larval cultures indicated Haemonchus, Trichostrongylus, Ostertagia and Oesophagostomum spp. infection, in addition to Nematodirus spp. as observed in egg counts. Efficacy of drugs was calculated on day 14 post treatment by faecal egg count reduction test (FECRT). Albendazole was least effective (14%) followed by its combination with rafoxanide (54%). However, ivermectin and doramectin were 96% and 94% effective against gastrointestinal nematodes of Pashmina goats. It was concluded that use of albendazole and its combination with rafoxanide are ineffective in controlling the nematodes of goats at this farm; hence, future use must be avoided. However, regular monitoring of the efficacy of ivermectin and doramectin is needed.  相似文献

在辽宁境内10个三裂叶豚草(Ambrosia trifida)多发地进行调查,采集豚草根际土壤,淘洗-过筛-重糖离心法分离线虫并镜检,分离出20个属的线虫,鉴定出7种:双宫螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchus dihystera),钩形矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus aduncus),小尾盾线虫(Scutellonema brachyurus),喜悦平滑垫刃线虫(Psilenchus hilarulus),畸形新头叶环线虫(Neolobocriconema aberrans),裂片真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus sparsus)和小茎线虫(Ditylenchus parvus)。同时,还分离到其他植物线虫、捕食性线虫、食细菌线虫和食真菌线虫。不同种类线虫出现的频率和数量差异较大。  相似文献

采用粪便检查法、幼虫培养法和蠕虫学剖检法对黑龙江省松花江地区羊胃肠道线虫虫卵排出与成虫寄生的季节动态进行了研究。结果表明,成年羊胃肠道线虫的虫卵排出量和成虫寄生量于5月出现一次明显的春季高潮,8月又出现一次较小的高峰,而一年的其他时期,虫卵排出量和成虫寄生量很低。羊胃肠道线虫的优势虫种是捻转血矛线虫、哥伦比亚食道口线虫、羊仰口线虫、毛圆线虫和毛首线虫。羔羊粪便中最早检获虫卵的时间是6月下旬,一年内虫卵排出量只在7月下旬出现一次高峰。研究结果对控制黑龙江省羊消化道线虫病有十分重要的意义。  相似文献

将自然感染的藏仔猪12头随机分为2组,第1组用阿维菌素注射液治疗,第2组用盐酸左旋咪唑治疗作为对照.结果表明:注射阿维菌素试验藏仔猪用药5 d后对线虫虫卵减少率为84.6%,10 d后对线虫虫卵减少率为100%;注射左旋咪唑试验组用药5 d后对线虫虫卵减少率为8 3.7%,10 d后对线虫虫卵减少率为98.0%.二者差异不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

为了观察阿苯达唑片对波尔山羊消化道线虫的驱除效果,探讨其对波尔山羊线虫病治疗的最佳剂量,将150只波尔山羊随机分成5组,其中设阿苯达唑7.5、15、30 mg/kg作为试验组,同时设左旋咪唑7.5 mg/kg作为药物对照组和阳性对照组,给药前后检查虫卵和虫体,计算虫卵转阴率、虫卵减少率和驱虫率,最后进行统计分析。结果显示,高剂量组和中剂量组的虫卵转阴率、虫卵减少率和驱虫率均显著高于低剂量组和盐酸左旋咪唑片对照组(P0.01),而高剂量组与中剂量组的虫卵转阴率、虫卵减少率和驱虫率差异不显著。15 mg/kg的阿苯达唑片对波尔山羊线虫的驱除效果安全。  相似文献

非植物寄生线虫是土壤中的有益线虫。在2018年对锡盟露天煤矿不同植被恢复方式下排土场非线虫种类及数量进行了研究,结果表明:排土场的植被恢复区非植物寄生线虫种类、数量高于无恢复区;在0~10cm土层处,恢复4年、恢复8年及天然草地有3个优势属,而无恢复区有2个属;10~20cm土层中恢复8年区优势属为3个,而恢复4年区优势属为2个,天然草地及无恢复区优势属均为1个;矿区排土场种植被恢复区出现土壤cp值为4的线虫类型,而无恢复区没有此类线虫。由此可见,植被恢复使土壤非植物寄生线虫种类及数量发生了改变,有利于排土场土壤的改善。  相似文献
