0.5%大黄素甲醚水剂是湖北省农科院植保土肥所和内蒙古清源保生物科技有限公司联合创制的一种新颖的植物源杀菌剂,其化学结构式为1,8-二羟基-3-甲氧基-6-甲基蒽醌。室内孢子萌发抑制试验结果表明,大黄素甲醚对黄瓜白粉病菌孢子萌发的抑制中浓度EC50为0.37μg/mL;田间药效试验结果表明,0.5%大黄素甲醚水剂对黄瓜白粉病菌具有良好的保护和防治效果,有效成分用量18~45 g/hm2的防治效果明显高于15%三唑酮可湿性粉剂135 g/hm2的防效。  相似文献

This paper describes the Exotic Pest Information Collection and Analysis (EPICA) project, a cooperative effort of the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Center for Plant Health Science and Technology (CPHST) and the National Science Foundation's Center for Integrated Pest Management (CIPM). The EPICA team identifies, archives, evaluates, and communicates relevant information about exotic plant pests from around the world that potentially threaten US agriculture and the environment. The goal of the EPICA project is to provide key groups within USDA's Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) with regular updates of vital pest information to enable a proactive safeguarding approach.  相似文献

 In combination with lytic infection by virulent phages, a simple method for monitoring transgenic strains of Enterobacter cloacae was developed in this study. First, 15 strains of E. cloacae were used as indicator bacteria to isolate virulent phages with different host ranges. Of the phages isolated, five isolates (EcP-22, -35, -45, -55, and -70) were used to construct a set of virulent phages corresponding to all strains of E. cloacae. Using this phage set, a rhizosphere strain (KRM-055E) of E. cloacae was effectively screened from field soil. KRM-055E was transformed with a prokaryotic chitosanase gene csnSM1 and infected with the phage EcP-03, which can lyse the strain most effectively. The lysis of KRM-055E/csn occurred 2 h after inoculation, and the chitosanase activity was simply detected by dropping the lysate onto an agar plate containing glycol chitosan. The positive signal for chitosanase activity was detected in the 2-h lysates, and the signal intensity reached a maximum in the 5-h lysate. The present assay was simple, rapid, inexpensive, easy to perform, and applicable to another strains. 采用科睿唯安(Clarivate Analytics)的Web of Science(WOS)核心数据库中Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE)子库数据, 通过文献计量学方法对发文量?篇均被引频次?重点国家?高发文机构和高发文期刊等指标进行分析, 结果显示, 植物保护学科发文量10年间大体呈现平稳增长趋势, 平均增长率为6.42%?中国是发文Top10国家之一, 中国农业科学院也跻身Top10重要机构之一, 但发文影响力均显不足?在Top10高发文期刊中美国占据5席, 英国占据3席, 瑞士2席?国家自然科学基金委员会是Top10发文资助机构中资助发文量最多的单位?  相似文献

农药暴露对人体健康损害研究的文献计量分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
农药暴露对人体的健康损害已成为热点研究课题。对Web of Science平台中ScienceCitation Index Expanded (SCI-E)和Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI)检索的481篇英文论文和中国知网(CNKI)收录的46篇中文论文进行了文献计量分析。农药暴露对健康损害的论文数量总体呈现上升趋势,而以美国为代表的发达国家在该方面研究中占据主导地位。病例对照研究、队列研究和横截面研究是该方面最主要研究类型,而Logistic回归和线性回归是被采用最多的定量研究方法。农药暴露对人体各个系统,尤其是神经系统、循环系统和生殖系统的健康损害是主要研究领域,也是2011-2015年的研究热点;大量论文分析了农药暴露与癌症和死亡之间的关系。与发达国家相比,中国在该方面的研究仍存在较大差距。  相似文献
