用光合细菌、固定化光合细菌、浓缩光合细菌、固定化浓缩光合细菌和芽孢杆菌对养殖用水进行处理,比较各种处理对养殖用水的氨氮降解效果。实验结果表明,浓缩光合细菌和固定化浓缩光合细菌对氨氮的降解作用较好,水体中的氨氮全程控制在0.60mg/L以下,达到了虾类养殖规范的要求。  相似文献

净化模拟养殖水质试验表明,固定化光合细菌可显著提高NH+4 - N 和COD 的去除率,并能增加溶解氧。经1 个月的鱼种饲养试验,固定化光合细菌( Ⅲ组) 和游离光合细菌( Ⅱ组) 鱼体重显著大于对照( Ⅰ组) ,成活率也高于Ⅰ组。Ⅲ组效果最佳,不仅鱼体质好,活泼,个体较大且整齐,而且体色鲜艳。从水质分析结果看,Ⅲ组明显优于其它各组。  相似文献

地衣芽孢杆菌De在优质草鱼养殖中的应用研究   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
运用综合对比分析法探讨了地衣芽孢杆菌Bacillus licheniformis De在优质草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)养殖中的应用效果,其评价指标分别为成活率、水体pH、透明度、溶解氧及水中氨氮、硝酸盐浓度等。结果表明,施用地衣芽孢杆菌De可在一定程度上使水体环境和养殖生产性能得到优化,提高养殖草鱼的成活率,显著降低水体透明度及水中氨氮、硝酸盐含量(P〈0.05),使水体pH、溶解氧有利于草鱼的生长。其中施菌组较对照组的成活率、水体pH、溶解氧分别提高了3.2%、3.9%、25.5%,而水体透明度、氨氮及亚硝氮浓度则分别降低了38.5%、74.6%、69.3%。  相似文献

对耐盐红螺菌科光合细菌应用于淡水斑点叉尾Hui、彭泽卿养殖后,水化学环境因子、细菌类群及养殖生物的变化进行了研究。结果表明,鱼池泼施光合细菌后,水体NH4^ -N、NO2^--N、NO3^--N和COD下降,溶氧和pH上升;细菌类群及数量变化大致是:光合细菌提高3-50倍(多数在15-20倍), 硝酸细菌提高3倍,硝酸细菌提高4-5倍;斑点叉尾Hui养殖池的主要异养细菌肠杆菌科细菌提高9.4%,气单胞菌属降低7.5%,彭泽鲫养殖池的主要异养细菌假单胞菌属降低16%,肠杆菌科提高21%;养殖生物的养殖效果是:斑点叉尾Hui鱼苗个体增重提高15.7%,彭泽卿苗个体增重提高12.8%。  相似文献

通过本技术研发的糊状光合细菌产品是采用紫色非硫光合细菌中的球型红假单胞菌为菌种,经平板分离选育后,进行液体种子培养。一般当菌体pH达到9.00,OD值(680nm)1.6—2.0时,进行移种。接种量在15%以上,进行光合细菌增殖培养。培养周期一般5天,OD值在1.5—1.6左右即可收获。将液体光合细菌菌液种加0.5%左右的絮凝剂。  相似文献

根据中华鲟子一代亲鱼个体大、体表有硬骨板等生理生态学特征,设计构建大型车载水箱运输系统(4.2×2.0×1.0)m,为防止运输途中鱼体与箱体产生碰撞,在水箱内壁加装泡沫板。运输试验在高氧、适温条件下开展(水温控制在8.9.9.8℃,溶氧含量为10.0.20.1mg/L),以氨氮含量指标作为水体可溶性有毒物质的评价标准,对其进行实时监测。结果表明:试验开始6h时水体中氨氮含量已增至O.8mg/L,此时箱内运输水体更换1,2,再注入等量的优质控温水,换水后运输水体的氨氮降到0.2mg/L以下。经过16h长途运输,亲鱼成活率100%,转入暂养池后,亲鱼能够迅速恢复正常活力。研究结果证实运用该种水箱运输系统进行中华鲟等大型鱼类的长途运输是切实可行的。  相似文献

本文研究了光合细菌的分离,纯化,培养的工艺和方法,并着重进行了光合细菌在鱼苗,鱼种及成鱼养殖中的应用,试验表明,使用光合细菌可使池塘底泥中菌化物下降58.04mg/kg,有机物下降3990mg/kg以上,使用光合细菌作饵料添加剂,使鱼种及成鱼亩产产41.5-154.5kg,并提高鱼类成活率。  相似文献

光合细菌(PSB)可利用光能进行不产氧的光合作用,合成菌体生长所需要的营养物质。光合细菌具固氮、固碳、放氢、氧化硫化物的功能.它含有光合色素、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素等。含蛋白质65%,并含多种维生素、促生长因子、抗病毒活性因子、辅酶Q等多种生理活性物质。光合细菌作为饲料添加剂和直接施于水中可增加养殖品种的体重、提高养殖品种成活率和品种的抗病力、净化和改良养殖水体水质。为探索光合细菌在水产养殖中的应用,笔者2003年6月至9月进行了光合细菌投喂稚鳖和直接放于养殖水体中的养殖试验,现就试验情况报告如下:  相似文献

以螺旋藻作为卤虫的饵料,在卤虫培养液中添加不同体积分数的光合细菌(0,0 1%,0 3%,0 5%),经15d的养殖,卤虫的成活率、内禀生长率、粗蛋白含量均比对照组显著增加。卤虫必需氨基酸的总量和氨基酸总量添加组与对照组差异不大,成体卤虫均可作为河蟹蟹苗的优质蛋白源。  相似文献

A novel method for increasing fry yield in guppy breeding tanks was tested in the laboratory and commercial farms. It is based on lighting the fry collecting net baskets to attract newborn guppies into these safe refuges, which in turn reduces their exposure to cannibalism. A laboratory experiment revealed a significantly higher fry yield (by 30.2%) using illuminated net baskets than baskets without light. No significant effect of the timing of fry collection (08:00, 12:00 or 16:00) was found. Under commercial culture conditions in two farms, fry yields significantly increased by 13–28% in various guppy strains, using illuminated baskets. Overall, the results of this study demonstrated the efficacy and high economic potential of the proposed method in increasing fry yield in commercial-size breeding tanks.  相似文献

采取在养殖池内投放和接触氧化水循环处理装置内接种挂膜光合细菌、硝化细菌和放线菌等环境有益微生物 ,并与微藻、光合细菌等活饵料应用技术相结合的池水净化循环处理技术 ,通过基础试验和生产性试验进行了研究考察 ,结果表明本方法可使育苗池水循环利用 ,降低生产成本 ,减少对周边水环境的污染。试验苗池溶解氧 (DO)高于 7 5mg/L ,氨氮低于 0 5mg/L ,水质明显优于对照苗池 ,符合河蟹育苗要求。试验苗池蟹苗总成活率 19 4 % ,产量 175 8g/m3 ,蟹苗成活率、产量和质量均明显优于对照苗池  相似文献

实验采用复合净水菌、复合芽孢杆菌、光合细菌与空白对照比较了三种微生物制剂对有机物废水中氨氮及亚硝酸盐的处理效果。结果显示:清除氨氮方面:利用微生态制剂微生物制剂净化7d,三种微生物制剂对有机物污染水体中氨氮的清除率均极显著大于对照组(P〈0.01),处理组之间复合芽孢杆菌的氨氮降解率56.58%,显著大于降解率分别为42.64%和44.02%的复合净水菌和光合细菌组(0.01〈P〈0.05)。清除亚硝酸盐方面:三种微生物制剂对亚硝酸的降解率均极显著大于对照组(P〈0.01),而复合芽孢杆菌对亚硝酸的降解率68.84%,显著大于复合净水菌47.70%及光合细菌组37.17%(0.01〈P〈0.05)。结果表明:三种微生物制剂对有机物污染的水体中的氨氮及亚硝酸盐均具有降解效果,其中复合芽孢杆菌对于降低水体中氨氮和亚硝酸盐效果最佳。  相似文献

使用海带、江蓠浸渍光合细菌的不同浓度和时间对大小两种不同规格九孔鲍的生长效果进行试验.结果表明,光合细菌促进养成鲍的生长效果,因海带、江蓠浸渍光合细菌的浓度和时间而异,浸渍浓度越大,浸渍时间越长,则其促进生长作用越明显;海带、江蓠浸渍光合细菌的浓度和时间分别为150×10-6(V/V)和3h~4h或200×l0-6(V/V)和2h~3h的试验组鲍的平均壳长增长率都比对照组提高了5%以上,最高提高11.5%左右(P<0.05).  相似文献

通过定期向池塘投加光合细菌,研究了有益微生物强化对精养鱼塘浮游藻类群落结构的影响。结果显示:光合细菌强化塘(试验塘)藻类组成以绿藻、硅藻为主,养殖前期(5—6月初),以针杆藻、直链藻等占优势,中后期(7—9月)则以绿球藻、栅藻、盘星藻、小环藻、菱形藻等为优势种,水色呈淡绿、黄褐色等良好状态;而对照塘藻类组成在前期与试验塘没有明显差异,但在中后期出现明显变化,以微囊藻、颤藻、鱼腥藻、席藻等蓝藻占优势。试验塘藻类生物量显著低于对照塘(P<0.05),且对照塘生物量波动变化大,蓝藻数量所占比例可高达77.6%,远高于试验塘蓝藻比例(均值低于25.0%);此外,藻类Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou指数试验塘均大于对照塘。结果表明:光合细菌的定期添加有效控制了蓝藻增值,保持了藻类多样性,使精养鱼塘藻相趋于稳定,有利池塘养殖。  相似文献

A substantial proportion of newborns are lost in guppy hatcheries to cannibalism by the broodfish although small‐mesh baskets, which allow passage to small fry only and provide a predation‐free area, are used in breeding tanks. If newborn guppies are attracted by light, illuminating the small‐mesh baskets might enhance aggregation of newborns in the mesh basket and thus mitigate cannibalism effect. In this study, light attraction and light colour preference in newborn guppies were investigated. Testing the attraction to white, blue, green and red LED lights revealed attraction to each of these light types in newborns, but no significant attraction in adult females. Both newborns and adult females exhibited reduced mobility under red LED light. In a preference experiment in which all light colours were presented simultaneously, newborns were most attracted to the white light (52.0% of the newborns) and least attracted to the red light and darkness (6.8% and 6.7% of the newborns respectively). These results support the potential efficacy of using white light to attract newborns into the baskets in guppy breeding tanks and reduce cannibalism effects.  相似文献

利用四联活菌制剂,在室内进行了对养殖池塘水体中氨氮及亚硝酸盐的降解试验.结果表明,光合细菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、硝化细菌具有较好的氨氮、亚硝酸盐降解性能,随着添加质量浓度的增加,氨氮、亚硝酸盐的去除率增加;各菌株氨氮降解能力依次为:乳酸菌>光合细菌>硝化细菌>纳豆芽孢杆菌;亚硝酸盐降解能力依次为:硝化细菌>纳豆芽孢杆菌>光合细菌>乳酸菌.四联活菌制剂对养殖水体中氨氮及亚硝酸盐降解试验结果表明,乳酸菌、光合细菌、硝化细菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌的协同作用对氨氮、亚硝酸盐的降解效果更显著、快速.当制剂添加量分别为1.5、3.0、4.5 kg/hm~2时,5 d氨氮的去除率分别为52%、80%、74%,亚硝酸盐的去除率接近100%,结果均显著高于添加同剂量单一菌株时的氨氮、亚硝酸盐的去除率.  相似文献

Pacific abalone (Haliotis discus hannai Ino) aquaculture is a thriving industry in China. This study describes a novel submerged cage culture system for abalone rearing in Fujian, South China. The cage consisted of five vertical slots that were oriented perpendicular to the flow of water. The slots were separated by six vertically connected plastic plates for abalone attachment and shelter at the bottom of the cage. Experiment 1 was designed to determine the appropriate stocking density at the start of the abalone sea‐based production cycle. Eight‐month‐old hatchery reared and size‐graded juveniles were transferred to the sea‐based culture system. For different stocking densities, shell length of juveniles obtained in this novel culture system on 2, 3.5 and 5 months, respectively, was compared with shell lengths obtained in a traditionally multi‐tier basket culture system. In Experiment 2, daily growth rates (DGRs) in shell length and biomass in terms of wet weight of 2‐year‐old abalones reared in cage and tiered basket culture systems were compared over a 6‐month period. Results of Experiment 1 showed that growth of abalone in the cage culture system is density‐dependent; the mean final shell length of juveniles obtained was 6.7–15.9% higher than in tiered baskets system even at the same initial stocking density. In Experiment 2, DGRs in shell length of 53.83–78.38 μm day?1 obtained in cage system were significantly higher than that in tiered baskets (< 0.01). And in terms of wet weight biomass, it was 1.48–3.01 times higher in the cage system compared with the traditional system. Abalone survival was more than 87.5% in both culture systems in both experiments. Advantages of the newly established cage culture system included better growth performance of the animals reared and potential improvement of rearing conditions, such as improved water flow velocity and dissolved oxygen.  相似文献

Substantial loss of fry to cannibalism by brood-fish occurs in live-bearing ornamental fish farms. Previous results demonstrated that fry yields in breeding tanks of the guppy fish (Poecilia reticulata) can be increased by attracting the newborns by a light stimulus into net baskets from which they are collected. In the present study the effects of the number of daily collections and timing of lighting on fry yield in breeding tanks in the laboratory were tested. No difference in fry yield was found between one and two daily collections, and no effect of the timing of lighting (lighting during the day versus during the night). Contrasting of the morning and afternoon collections within the two-collection treatment under day lighting versus night lighting revealed that more fry were collected when the collection followed the lighting period than the no-lighting period. Experiments conducted in commercial farms revealed no difference in fry yields between one and two daily collections when the baskets were illuminated, concurring with the laboratory results. The farm experiments demonstrated that without illumination there is an advantage for two collections over one collection. Taken together, the results showed that the novel method of using light to attract newborn guppies into mesh baskets have a double benefit; it increases fry yields and concurrently lessens the labor required to harvest maximal fry yields in guppy breeding tanks.  相似文献
