为研究不同投喂频率对绿鳍马面鲀幼鱼生长性能和肌肉品质的影响,在室内循环水养殖系统中,采用人工配合饲料,以1次/d、2次/d、3次/d、4次/d等4种投喂频率,对体质量(13.8±0.83)g的绿鳍马面鲀幼鱼进行了饲养试验,试验时长为42 d。结果显示,随着投喂频率增加,绿鳍马面鲀幼鱼的终末体质量呈逐渐升高的趋势,特定生长率呈先升后降的变化趋势,其中3次/d组幼鱼的特定生长率最高,显著高于1次/d组(P<0.05);饲料系数也随着投喂频率的增加而升高,3次/d组的饲料系数显著高于1次/d组(P<0.05),4次/d组的饲料系数显著高于1次/d组和2次/d组(P<0.05);肌肉品质方面,4次/d组幼鱼的肌肉粗脂肪含量显著高于1次/d组(P<0.05),不同投喂频率组间肌肉粗蛋白质含量和灰分含量无显著性差异(P<0.05)。综合考虑生长性能和肌肉品质指标,绿鳍马面鲀幼鱼适宜的投喂频率为日投3次。  相似文献

不同开口饵料对四川裂腹鱼仔鱼生长和成活率的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用丰年虫、冰冻轮虫、水蚯蚓、人工配合饲料4种开口饵料投喂四川裂腹鱼( Schizothorax kozlovi Nikol-sky)仔鱼30 d,研究其对四川裂腹鱼仔鱼生长和成活率的影响。结果显示:投喂水蚯蚓和丰年虫能保证四川裂腹鱼仔鱼具有较快的生长速度和较高的成活率。而人工配合饲料组生长速度明显低于其他组,且成活率最低。结果表明,4种开口饵料中,丰年虫是四川裂腹鱼仔鱼最适宜的开口饵料。  相似文献

以初始平均体重(114.71±3.631)g、体长(15.70±0.352) cm的点篮子鱼为研究对象,探讨不同的投喂频率对其生长性能及体成分的影响.结果表明,投喂频率对点篮子鱼的存活率没有显著影响(P>0.05),试验期间各个试验组存活率均为100%.而投喂频率对点篮子鱼的特定生长率(SGR)、日均增重(DWG)和增重率(WG)有显著影响(P<0.05).每天投喂1次(F1)到4次组(F4)的点篮子鱼的SGR、DWG和WG随投喂频率的增加而显著性升高,而每天投喂5次组(F5)的SGR、DWG和WG显著低于F4组.随着投喂频率的提高,点篮子鱼的摄食率(FR)逐渐上升.饵料系数(FCR)与投喂频率呈正相关.鱼体水分和灰分含量随着投喂频率的增加而下降,F1到F4组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),F4到F5无显著性差异.各试验组鱼体蛋白质含量无显著变化,而脂肪含量随投喂频率增加显著增加(F1到F4组间差异显著(P<0.05),F4与F5无差异).综合本试验点篮子鱼的生长性能、饲料转化率和体成分变化,认为人工养殖点篮子鱼的最适投喂频率为4次/d.  相似文献

通过胃排空试验与养殖试验研究了不同投喂频率对尼罗系吉富罗非鱼幼鱼的胃排空、生长性能以及体组成的影响.在试验开始时,观测尼罗系吉富罗非鱼幼鱼的胃内饲料排空情况,胃排空试验结果表明,胃排空率的最佳描述为平方根函数,胃内饲料在饱食投喂后15 h左右完全排空,达到投喂前水平,80%胃排空为9h,也就是投喂后大约9h恢复食欲.360尾试验鱼(初始体质量3.72 g)以不同的投喂频率(1d4次、1d3次、1d2次、2d4次、2d3次、2d2次)分组,每组设立3个平行组,随机养殖于18个网箱中,每箱养殖20尾鱼,按饱食量投饲膨化饲料.养殖期为6周.尼罗系吉富罗非鱼幼鱼在投喂频率为1d4次、1d3次和1d2次时特定生长率和饲料效率显著高于投喂频率为2d4次、2d3次和2d2次时(P<0.05);投喂频率为1d2次、2d4次、2d3次和2d2次时其摄食量显著低于1d4次和1d3次时(P<0.05).随着投喂频率降低,鱼体水分含量逐步上升,脂肪和蛋白质含量逐步下降,其中1d4次、1d3次组鱼与2d2次组鱼有显著性差异(P<0.05).各投喂频率组间的肝体指数无显著性差异(P>0.05).3.7~48.0 g尼罗系吉富罗非鱼幼鱼的适宜投喂频率为1d2次,较2d2次、2d3次和2d4次时明显提高了生长速度和饲料效率,较1d3次、1d4次摄食量显著降低.2种试验结果较为一致.  相似文献

投喂蚕豆对草鱼生长及肌肉营养特性分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
分别用配合饲料、浸泡蚕豆和发芽蚕豆喂养平均体重(1000±20)g草鱼70d,分析投喂蚕豆对草鱼生长及肌肉营养的影响。结果表明,配合饲料组、浸泡蚕豆组和发芽蚕豆组的草鱼增重率分别为79.5%、40.32%和50.10%,饵料系数分别为2.11、4.78和4.31,投喂蚕豆降低了草鱼增重率(P<0.05),显著增加了饵料系数(P<0.05)。与配合饲料组相比,浸泡蚕豆组和发芽蚕豆组肌肉中粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05)。浸泡蚕豆组和发芽蚕豆组的必需氨基酸含量、鲜味氨基酸含量、氨基酸总量比配合饲料组显著提高(P<0.05)。投喂蚕豆降低了草鱼的生长性能,但是显著提高了草鱼肌肉品质。投喂发芽蚕豆的效果要优于投喂浸泡蚕豆。  相似文献

采用双因素正交试验(3x5)评估了草鱼在3种投喂频率下对豆粕(美国)、乙醇梭菌蛋白、黄粉虫、小球藻、棉籽蛋白粉的利用效率。以5种原料为单一蛋白源配制5种等氮等能饲料,在池塘网箱(1mx1.5mx1.5m)中,分别以投喂频率(2次/d、3次/d和4次/d)投喂初始体质量~80g的草鱼8周,考察草鱼的生长性能,全鱼和肌肉营养成分以及血清生化指标。研究结果表明:黄粉虫试验组(2次/d)草鱼表现出最低的生长性能;豆粕(4次/d)和乙醇梭菌蛋白(3次/d和4次/d)试验组草鱼表现出最高的生长性能;投喂频率与蛋白源对草鱼的末重,饲料系数,蛋白质效率和增重率有交互作用(P<0.05)。除小球藻试验组,各试验组草鱼的终末体质量和蛋白质效率随着投喂频率的增加而增加。不考虑蛋白源,投喂频率为4次/d的草鱼生长性能显著高于2次/d。 不考虑投喂频率,黄粉虫和棉籽浓缩蛋白组的增重率和蛋白质效率显著低于豆粕、乙醇梭菌蛋白和小球藻三组(P<0.05),饲料系数则表现出相反的趋势(P<0.05)。不同的投喂频率下,五种蛋白源对草鱼的形体指标(肝体比、脏体比、肥满度)和全鱼和肌肉的基础营养成分均无显著影响(P>0.05)。投喂频率对草鱼血清的碱性磷酸酶和葡萄糖有显著影响(P<0.05),投喂2次/d的碱性磷酸酶的活性显著高于投喂3次/d和投喂4次/d(P<0.05),投喂4次/d试验鱼的葡萄糖含量显著高于投喂2次/d和3次/d(P<0.05)。黄粉虫试验组草鱼血清中的谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性显著高于豆粕组和小球藻组(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,以生长性能为评价指标,草鱼适宜的投喂频率为3~4次/d,草鱼对五种蛋白源饲料的利用能力为:乙醇梭菌蛋白=豆粕=小球藻>棉籽浓缩蛋白>黄粉虫。  相似文献

将初始体质量为(0.006±0.0005)g的仔鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个平行,分别投喂4种饵料:人工配合饵料、轮虫、蛋黄和轮虫+人工配合饵料.试验周期为28 d.结果表明,(1)轮虫+人工配合饵料和人工配合饵料组生长较快,特定生长率分别为0.014 %/d和0.013 %/d, 绝对生长率达到0.150、0.142 g/d,二组差异不显著(P>0.05);蛋黄组生长最慢,与其他各组差异显著(P<0.05).(2)轮虫+人工配合饵料与轮虫组仔稚鱼的成活率达到90.3%和 89.7%,大部分个体发育进入幼鱼阶段,二组差异不显著(P>0.05);蛋黄组存活率较低,只有40.7%,与其他各组差异显著(P<0.05).(3)投喂不同饵料对奥尼罗非鱼仔稚鱼的消化酶具有显著影响,蛋黄组的淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);轮虫+人工配合饵料组的胃蛋白酶活力较高,天然饵料(轮虫)组较低.  相似文献

为研究不同饵料对江鳕稚鱼生长速度及成活率的影响,采用枝角类、水丝蚓、鲤鱼苗和配合饲料等4种不同饵料进行了江鳕稚鱼的饲养试验.21 d的试验结果表明,投喂枝角类的稚鱼成活率最高,而投喂配合饲料的稚鱼成活率最低.试验开始后的前2周,投喂枝角类的稚鱼生长速度最快;投喂配合饲料的稚鱼生长明显最慢;自第3周起,投喂鲤鱼苗的稚鱼生长明显加快,到试验结束时,其生长速度超过了投喂枝角类和水丝蚓两组的稚鱼,全长相对增长率最高;而投喂配合饲料的稚鱼,其全长相对增长率最低.可见江鳕稚鱼对饵料有很强的选择性,在稚鱼生长初期,枝角类是保证其成活率和生长速度的最优饵料.当稚鱼生长达到一定体长后,应及时调整饵料种类(投喂鲤鱼苗),以保证其正常的生长速度.  相似文献

本研究旨在探究不同饲料料型及投喂频率对斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)生长及肌肉品质的影响。研究采用双因素试验设计,以饲料料型(膨化饲料,EF;颗粒饲料,PF)和投喂频率(2次/日,F2;3次/日,F3)为影响因素,共4个组,分别命名为EFF2、PFF2、EFF3和PFF3,每组3个平行,投喂8周,每天定时投喂两次(7:30和16:30)或3次(7:30, 12:00, 16:30)。结果显示,斑点叉尾鮰的末重和增重率受到投喂频率的影响,F2组显著高于F3组(P0.05);而饲料料型则对斑点叉尾鮰的生长无显著影响(P0.05)。颗粒饲料组的肌肉粗脂肪含量和内聚性、回复性显著低于膨化饲料组(P0.05),而硬度显著高于膨化饲料组(P0.05)。F3组的肌肉硬度、胶着性和咀嚼性则显著高于F2组(P0.05)。颗粒饲料组生肌调节因子5 (myogenic factor 5, Myf5)和肌肉生长抑制素(myostatin,MSTN)基因的相对表达量显著低于膨化饲料组(P0.05)。F3组肌肉中MSTN基因相对表达量显著高于F2组,而肌细胞生成素(myogenin,MyoG)基因相对表达量则呈现相反趋势。综上,投喂同种配方的膨化饲料和颗粒饲料对斑点叉尾鮰的生长效果相似,但是投喂颗粒饲料的斑点叉尾鮰硬度更大,而投喂膨化饲料则肌肉脂肪含量更高;斑点叉尾鮰的最佳投喂频率是每天2次。  相似文献

为探讨投喂率和投喂频率对鱼类生长和肝脏健康的影响,以吉富罗非鱼(Oreachromis niloticus)幼鱼(3.78 g±0.01 g)为研究对象,采用4×2双因子实验设计,设置了4个投喂率(8%、10%、12%和表观饱食投喂)和2个投喂频率(2次/d、3次/d),共8个处理,在24个循环水养殖桶(有效容积100 L)中养殖30 d。结果显示:在8%~12%的投喂率下,投喂频率对实验鱼的生长性能和饲料利用无显著影响,但发现表观饱食投喂3次/d的实验鱼生长性能和饲料效率最佳,其增重率和特定生长率显著高于投喂率8%实验组,饲料效率和蛋白质效率显著高于投喂率10%和12%实验组,而饲料成本则显著低于投喂率12%实验组。投喂率和投喂频率对实验鱼的肥满度、脏体比以及干物质、粗蛋白和粗脂肪的表观消化率无显著影响。随投喂率的增加,实验鱼的成活率提高,其肝脏和去内脏全鱼的粗脂肪含量逐渐增加,但肌肉和内脏的粗脂肪无显著变化。投喂率和投喂频率对实验鱼血清总蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量及碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶活性无显著影响,但投喂率为10%的实验组血清谷草转氨酶活性显著高于投喂率8%实验组的血糖水平随投喂率的增加而升高。实验鱼肝细胞的核面积比例不受投喂率和投喂频率的影响,而空泡面积比例以表观饱食投喂的最大。依据生长性能和饲料利用,吉富罗非鱼幼鱼选择表观饱食投喂3次/d效果较好,但会产生体脂肪积累过多,肝细胞空泡增大等影响;若综合考虑生长和养殖成本,以10%的投喂率,投喂2次/d为宜。  相似文献

为探讨饲料蛋白质水平与投喂频率对罗非鱼生长及生理健康的影响,采用2×3双因子实验,研究饲料蛋白质水平(36.27%和26.02%)与投喂频率(1、2和3次/d)对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长、体成分、血清指标和肝胰脏结构的影响。养殖周期为42 d,结果表明:随饲料蛋白质水平的增加,实验鱼的末体质量(FW)、增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)、饲料效率(FE)、肥满度(CF)、去内脏全鱼灰分(EWA)、内脏水分(VM)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)水平显著升高(P0.05),而摄食率(FI)、脏体比(VSI)、饲料成本(FC)、去内脏全鱼粗脂肪(EWF)、内脏粗脂肪(VF)、肝胰脏粗脂肪(HF)显著降低(P0.05);随投喂频率的增加,实验鱼的FW、WGR、SGR、肝体比(HSI)、CF、FC、EWF、VF、HF,血清中的总胆固醇水平(TCHO)、HDLC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、总蛋白(TP)、甘油三酯(TGK)水平显著升高(P0.05),而FE、蛋白质效率(PER)、去内脏全鱼水分(EWM)、EWA、VM、肝胰脏水分(HM)显著降低(P0.05)。饲料蛋白质水平和投喂频率对实验鱼的FW、WGR、SGR、VM和HDLC的交互作用显著(P0.05)。投喂26.02%蛋白质水平饲料的实验鱼,肝胰脏细胞肿大变形,呈现透明的空泡化,出现细胞核偏移;而投喂36.27%蛋白质饲料的实验鱼,大多数肝细胞胞浆清晰,可观察到的肝细胞空泡面积较小。综合考虑,饲料蛋白质含量为36.27%是适合吉富罗非鱼幼鱼的,其适宜的投喂频率为2次/d以上,可根据罗非鱼市场情况进行调节。  相似文献

为研究池塘工程化循环水养殖模式下投喂频率(2 次/d、3 次/d、4 次/d)对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)体成分、肠道消化和肝脏组织结构及脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)基因相对表达丰度的影响, 选用平均体重为 (5.0±0.4) g 的大口黑鲈为研究对象, 在池塘工程循环水养殖系统中进行为期 120 d 的养殖实验。结果表明, 投喂频率对鱼体全鱼的粗脂肪和灰分含量影响显著(P<0.05); 投喂频率 2 次/d 组的灰分含量显著高于其他两组, 而 2 次/d 组体脂肪含量低于投喂 3 次/d、4 次/d 组, 体水分和粗蛋白含量均不受投喂频率的影响(P>0.05); 投喂频率 2 次/d 组肠道淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性显著高于 4 次/d 投喂组(P<0.05); 投喂频率对大口黑鲈肠道绒毛高度和宽度影响不显著 (P>0.05), 4 次/d 组肠道绒毛排列整齐度下降且肌层厚度显著低于 2 次/d 和 3 次/d 组(P<0.05)。肝脏组织学显示, 投喂频率越高肝脏脂肪堆积加重, 相对于 2 次/d 和 3 次/d 组, 4 次/d 组肝细胞偏移、空泡化的现象较明显。在第 60 天和 90 天, 2 次/d 组 LPL 基因相对表达量显著高于 4 次/d 组(P<0.05); 而在第 120 天时, LPL 的相对表达量在各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。2 次/d 组 HL 基因相对表达量显著高于 4 次/d 组(P<0.05)。综合分析, 在饱饲投喂条件下, 池塘循环水养殖大口黑鲈的适宜投喂频率为 2 次/d。  相似文献

An 8-week feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary macronutrient level and feeding frequency on the growth, feed utilization, and body composition of juvenile rockfish. Triplicate groups of fish (body weight of 4.1 g) were fed the experimental diets containing either high levels of carbohydrate (HC, 35%), lipid (HL, 13%), or protein (HP, 55%) at different feeding frequencies (twice daily, once daily, and once every 2 days). Weight gain was affected by feeding frequency but not by dietary composition. Weight gain of fish fed the diets once every 2 days was significantly (P < 0.05) lower than that of other groups. Daily feed intake and energy intake were affected by both dietary composition and feeding frequency. Daily feed intake of fish fed the HC diet was significantly (P < 0.05) higher than that of fish fed the HL and HP diets at the same feeding frequency. Feed efficiency and protein efficiency ratio were affected by both dietary composition and feeding frequency and decreased with increasing feeding frequency in the same dietary composition. Feed efficiency and protein efficiency ratio of fish fed the HC diet were significantly (P < 0.05) lower than those of fish fed the HL diet at the same feeding frequency. Whole-body lipid content of fish fed the HL diet was significantly (P < 0.05) higher than that of fish fed the HC and HP diets at the same feeding frequency. These results indicate that an increase of dietary lipid level compared with dietary carbohydrate level may have the advantage of a protein-sparing effect at same feeding frequency, and a once-daily feeding regime is more effective than twice daily or one feeding every 2 days to improve growth performance of juvenile rockfish grown from 4 to 21 g.  相似文献

A 60-day feeding trial was conducted to determine the effects of palm oil blended with oxidized and non-oxidized fish oil on growth performances, hematology, and non-specific immune response in juvenile Japanese sea bass, Lateolabrax japonicas. Japanese sea bass (1.73 ± 0.01 g) were fed seven experimental diets containing 100 g/kg of dietary lipid in forms of palm oil (10P), fish oil (10F), fish oil blended with palm oil at different ratios, 6:4 (6F4P) and 4:6 (4F6P), oxidized fish oil (10OF), and oxidized fish oil blended with palm oil at different ratios, 6:4 (6OF4P) and 4:6 (4OF6P). After the feeding trial, the following results were illustrated. No significant effects were observed in survival, feed conversion ratio, condition factor, and hematocrit after feeding with experimental diets for 60 days. The relatively higher specific growth rate and hematology were observed in 6F4P. Furthermore, both palm oil and oxidized fish oil acted as a negatively on serum lysozyme activity (P < 0.05). This study suggested that a ration of 6F4P is recommended as an innocuous ratio for Japanese sea bass. Furthermore, according to the present investigation, palm oil seems to have the ability to improve the protein efficiency when added to oxidized fish diets as well as a positive trend to the growth performance (P > 0.05).  相似文献

Abstract

In an effort to feed sunshine bass (Morone chrysops X M. saxatilis) efficiently, promote optimal growth, and reduce labor costs associated with feeding, sunshine bass were fed one of four feeding schedules: once per day, twice per day, once every other day, and twice every other day for 10 weeks. Ten fish were stocked into each of sixteen 110-L aquaria with four replications per treatment. At the conclusion of the feeding trial, percentage weight gain of sunshine bass fed twice/day were significantly (P < 0.05) higher (342%) compared to fish fed all other feeding frequencies. Specific growth rate (SGR) of fish fed twice/day was significantly higher (1.85%/day) compared to fish fed once every other day (0.69%/day) and twice every other day (1.18%/day) but not different (P > 0.05) from fish fed once/day (1.51%/day). The amount of diet consumed by fish fed twice/day was significantly higher (119 g diet/fish) compared to fish fed all other feeding frequencies. Feed conversion ratio (FCR) of fish fed twice/day were significantly higher (1.50) compared to fish fed once/day (1.28) and once every other day (1.15) but not different (P > 0.05) from fish fed twice every other day (1.35). Percentage fillet weight of fish fed once/day and twice/day were significantly higher (20.3% and 21.2%, respectively) compared to fish fed once every other day (15.7%) but not different from fish fed twice every other day (18.8%). Percentage lipid in fillet was not significantly different among all other treatments and averaged 9.7%. Percentage protein in fillet of fish fed once every other day and twice every other day was significantly (P > 0.05) higher (90% and 82.1%, respectively) compared to fish fed once/day and twice/day (81.1% and 81.5%, respectively). Based upon data from the present study, it appears that producers growing small juvenile sunshine bass indoors should feed fish twice daily. This feeding regimen allows for higher growth rates, without adverse effects on body or fillet compositions.  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted to examine the suitability of soybean meal (SBM) and cottonseed meal (CSM) as a partial substitute for the dietary protein supplied by fish meal for H. niloticus fingerlings. Fish were fed with four isonitrogenous (350 g kg?1 crude protein) and isoenergetic (18.8 kJ g?1 GE) diets in which fish meal protein was gradually replaced by plant protein from a mixture of SBM and CSM (0%, 25%, 50% and 75% in diets 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively). Triplicate groups of fingerlings H. niloticus (mean weight of 5 g) were handfed twice daily to apparent satiation for 60 days inside net hapas. Growth performances (SGR varied from 3.09% to 3.16% day?1) of fingerlings fed diets containing 0%, 25% and 50% plant protein were not significantly different (P>0.05). At 75% fish meal substitution, growth and feed utilization efficiency indicators were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The carcass composition were also significantly (P<0.05) affected by the replacement level of fish meal, except dry matter and ash. Results suggest that the dietary fish meal protein could efficiently be substituted by a mixture of soybean and cottonseed meals up to 50%, without adverse effects on maximal growth in practical diets for H. niloticus fingerlings.  相似文献

Two, 42‐day feeding experiments were carried out in aquaria working in a recirculation system, to determine the influence of the different dietary fat levels and fat sources on the growth and body composition of pikeperch fingerlings. In the first experiment three levels of dietary fat (F0: 60; F1: 120; F2: 180 g kg?1) were tested, compared with a commercial diet (Trouvit, 240 g kg?1 fat content). F1 and F2 were formulated by adding fish oil. Best growing and feed conversion ratio was obtained with the commercial control diet, which produced also the highest total body fat (117 g kg?1) while respective values of fish fed on the other three diets varied between 74.1 and 85.1 g kg?1. Different feeds had no significant differences in crude protein content of the fish body. In the second test, besides feeds F0, F1 and F2, two additional feeds were formulated containing 127 g kg?1 (L1) and 178 g kg?1 (L2) crude fat (from linseed oil). Dietary fat levels and fat sources had significant effect neither on growth nor on feed conversion ratio. Chemical composition of the whole body did not change significantly due to the different feeds. Linseed oil had a decreasing effect on the sum of saturated fatty acids and increased the oleic and the α‐linoleic acid proportions in fillet. However, total polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) proportion remained constant.  相似文献
