对体重分别为50、150、300和600 g匙吻鲟的肌肉成分分析表明,随着体重的增加,水分含量依次降低,蛋白质和脂肪的含量依次升高.体重300和600 g的匙吻鲟蛋白质含量差异不显著(P>0.05);脂肪含量在4个生长阶段差异都显著(P<0.05).氨基酸总量与鱼体内蛋白质含量趋势相同,都是随着体重的增加而增加.匙吻鲟肌肉中谷氨酸、赖氨酸、亮氨酸、天冬氨酸、甘氨酸和丙氨酸的含量都较高.体重300 g和600 g的匙吻鲟氨基酸含量无显著性差异(P>0.05).  相似文献

生长猪饲喂A、B、C 3种日粮,A、B、C的消化能均为12.7MJ/kg,赖氨酸含量分别为0.70%、0.75%、0.80%,A、B、C赖氨酸/消化能比分别为0.55g/MJ、0.59g/MJ、0.63g/MJ。结果表明,饲养4周时,头均增重B>C>A,D、A间差异显著(P<0.05),料重比A>C>B,D、A间差异显著(P>0.05);饲养8周时,头均增重B>C>A,3组间差异不显著(P<0.05),料重比A>C>B,B、A间差异显著(P<0.05),3组间每千克增重饲料成本比较A>C>B,综上所述B粮为最优。  相似文献

草鱼生长过程中肌肉锌、镉含量的变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在草鱼幼体快速生长(体长从55mm增至约200mm,体重从3g增至约300g)的两个月内,肌肉锌含量从23μg/g增至约90μg/g,之后(体重由300g增至580g,体长由200g增至260g)锌含量增加的速度明显变慢,至98μg/g渐趋平衡,镉则在痕量水平上(25—47μg/kg)波动,波动频率先快后慢,波幅先高后低。相关分析表明,锌含量与体长明显正相关(p<001),痕量镉对这种关系的影响很小。镉与体长间的关系在不考虑锌影响时呈负相关,在考锌影响时呈正相关,但均不显著(p>010)。锌与镉总是较显著地负相关(p<005)。  相似文献

本试验设高、低两个营养水平,并于20kg、35kg、50kg、80kg、100kg时进行屠宰,研究了不同营养水平及性别的长X荣二元杂交猪肌纤维面积随体重变化的生长规律,同时对肌纤维面积与肉质的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:(1)20-100kg阶段肌纤维面积累积生长曲线呈线形,绝对生长曲线呈“S”形。(2)同体重阶段肌纤维面积累积生长,高营养水平组略高于低营养水平组(P>0.05);肌纤维面积绝对生长,50kg前高营养水平组低于低营养水平组(P>0.05).50kg后高营养水平组高于低营养水平组(P>0.05)。(3)性别对肌纤维面积生长规律也有一定影响。(4)肌纤维面积与肌肉水分含量呈负相关(P<0.01),与失水率(P<0.05)、肌间脂肪含量及次黄嘌呤含量(P<0.01)呈正相关,与胶原蛋白含量和肉色评分无显著性相关。  相似文献

研究了中华鳖不同生长阶段胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶的比活力。10—50g个体的胃蛋白酶比活力极显著高于以后各生长阶段(P<005);而不同生长阶段个体的胰及肠中胰蛋白酶比活力无显著差异(P>010),胰与肠之间有极显著差异(P<005),前肠与中、后肠之间有显著差异(005<P<001),但中、后肠无显著差异(P>001)。  相似文献

应用EM发酵液发酵饲料开展育肥猪试验,经 127d的饲喂,试验和对照组分别由 16.8kg和20.0kg平均体重起试,试终出栏体重分别达到94.8kg和95.5kg,由组间差异显著(P<0.05)最终达到不显著(P>0.05);试验组较对照组头均日增重提高19.3g;头平均减少饲料消耗8.6kg,料重比较对照组降低6.2%;缩短饲养周期10d,节省饲料22.9kg;增加了养殖效益,试验期内头均增收50.6元。  相似文献

本试验用20只当地滩羊进行氨化小麦秸秆和普通小麦秸秆饲喂试验,结果表明,喂以250g基础日粮时,自由采食氨化麦秸比自由采食普通麦秸平均日增重提高56.67g,差异显著(P<0.05);而喂以400g基础日粮时,自由采食氨化麦秸比自由采食普通麦秸平均日增重减少4.17g.差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,对于体重30kg左右的滩羊,用氨化麦秸作粗饲料时,每日每只补饲250g混合精料(含消化能15.96MJ/kg,粗蛋白质10.8%)是有效可行的。  相似文献

本试验使用鱼粉、花生饼、菜籽粕、小麦等原料,分别配制动植物蛋白比为1:7.8、1:3.5、1:2.0、1:1.3的四种饲料,在室内水族箱中饲养朗鱼种。结果表明,在饲料蛋白水平不变的条件下,随着饲料中动物蛋白水平的提高,生长比速上升,饲料系数下降,但饲料中动植物蛋白比高于1:7.8的其他三组,生长比速、饲料系数、蛋白质效率比和蛋白质生产率组间差异并不显著(P>0.05)。鱼粉含量与鱼体蛋白含量呈负相关,回归公式为Y=56.11—0.108x,r=-0.7996。鱼体中干物质及粗脂肪含量随饲料中鱼粉含量的增加有增加的趋势,但变化不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

本试验选用29日龄(28天断奶)的杜×长×大断奶仔猪45头,按体重随机分为3组,每组15头。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组为对照组,Ⅲ组为试验组。试验Ⅰ组只喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别添加6%的SDPP_1(进口血浆蛋白)、TF血浆蛋白粉,试验结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的日增重分别为172.5g、241.2g和242.8g,Ⅰ组与其它2组均差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间差异不显著(P<0.05),从料肉比看,Ⅰ组与其它2组均差异极显著(P<0.01),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)、整个试验期间,仅试验Ⅰ组有4头仔猪发生腹泻,腹泻发生率为26.7%。经分析,每增重1kg,添加TF比添加SDPP_1节省费用1.34元,效果显著。表明TF喷干血浆蛋白粉无论在免疫、促长,还是经济效益方面均效果明显,是取代进口的理想产品。  相似文献

Salted grass carp fillets were dried by hot air drying (HD, at 35 and 45°C) and vacuum microwave drying (VMD, at 1, 4, and 7 W/g) to a final moisture content. Compared with hot air drying, the vacuum microwave drying greatly reduced drying time. The rehydration rate constant of salted grass carp fillets dried by microwave vacuum drying at 7-W/g microwave intensity was significantly higher than that of the hot air drying at 35 and 45°C. Compared with hot air drying, the vacuum microwave dried samples had a higher crude fat content (dry basis). The lightness of the samples dried by vacuum microwave drying was higher, and the yellowness was lower than those dried by hot air drying. The drying methods had no significant effect on the hardness and springiness.  相似文献

The close relationship between the consumption of sea cucumber and health status stems from the nutritional and functional substances found in sea cucumber that play a key role in the prevention of different diseases. The processing methods have a great effect upon the nutritional and functional substances in sea cucumber. A superior product should not only be abundant in nutritional substances, but also require an easy and cost effective processing method. This study compared the influence of processing methods on the stability of macronutrients and micronutrients present in sea cucumber in order to recommend products that could provide high nutritional quality. The five processes investigated were hot air drying (60°C), vacuum freeze-drying (0.5 cm thickness material, 5–10 Pa vacuum degree, ?85 to ?90°C cold trap temperature, ?25°C material temperature), sun drying, double-distilled water cooking followed by sun drying, and 3.5% sodium chloride solution cooking followed by sun drying. A significant decrease of all the chemical compositions determined was shown in all the sea cucumber products treated by the five processing methods (p < 0.05). Among all the processing methods, hot air drying resulted in the highest nutritional quality of the product. Moreover, hot air drying can be operated easily with low cost.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: The chemical components and body color of horse mackerel caught between July 1997 and May 2000 were studied. The fish were caught with small- to medium-sized purse seine offshore from Nagasaki and from Tsushima, and with bull trawl seine and medium- to large-sized purse seine in the East China Sea. The crude lipid content of the fish caught offshore from Tsushima was higher than that of the others, and there were no significant differences among the other catches. The extractive nitrogen content of the fish caught with bull trawl seine was somewhat lower than that of the others. The body colors of the fish differed from those suggested by their common names: Kuroaji (black) , Kiaji (yellow), and Shiroaji (white). The crude lipid content and body color indicated that there was no difference in quality among the catches, with the exception of the crude lipid content of the Tsushima catch.  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted to determine the suitable dietary protein and lipid levels for juvenile golden pompano Trachinotus ovatus reared in net pens. Ten test diets were formulated at five levels of crude protein (330, 370, 410, 450 or 490 g kg?1) and two levels of crude lipid (65 or 125 g kg?1). Golden pompano fingerlings (initial body weight 4.7 g ind?1) were fed the test diets for 8 weeks. Weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), nitrogen retention efficiency (NRE), energy retention efficiency (ERE), condition factor (CF), hepatosomatic index (HSI), body protein content and total nitrogen waste (TNW) were dependent on both dietary protein and lipid levels. Feed intake (FI) and viscersomatic index (VSI) were dependent on dietary protein level, while body lipid content was dependent on dietary lipid level. Weight gain increased with increasing the dietary protein level (at the same lipid level) but was lower at the dietary lipid level of 65 g kg?1 than at 125 g kg?1 (at the same protein level). Fish fed at the dietary protein levels of 460–490 g kg?1 had higher WG and lower FCR than at 330–410 g kg?1. Energy retention efficiency tended to increase with increasing the dietary protein level from 330 to 410 g kg?1, while no significant difference was found in nitrogen retention efficiency between the dietary protein levels (at the same lipid level). Results of this study suggest increasing the dietary lipid level from 65 to 125 g kg?1 could not induce protein‐sparing action in golden pompano, and the suitable dietary protein and lipid levels for juvenile golden pompano reared in net pens should be 450–490 and 65 g kg?1.  相似文献

对三角鲂与团头鲂鱼体常规养分、氨基酸、脂肪酸和微量元素的组成和含量进行了比较分析。结果表明:三角鲂肥满度极显著低于团头鲂(P<0.01),去内脏比显著高于团头鲂(P<0.05),比肝与肠脂比两指标极显著低于团头鲂(P<0.01);三角鲂肌肉水分和粗蛋白含量显著高于团头鲂(P<0.05),肌肉粗脂肪含量显著低于团头鲂(P<0.05);三角鲂肌肉中必需氨基酸含量、半必需氨基酸含量和氨基酸总量均高于团头鲂肌肉中含量,但两者之间三指标差异均不显著;三角鲂肌肉含高不饱和脂肪酸量较多,其不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的比值明显高于团头鲂;三角鲂肌肉中微量营养元素含量与团头鲂肌肉无显著差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

在室内模拟条件下,研究了不同暴露浓度和不同作用时间下胜利原油对半滑舌鳎幼鱼肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响,以探讨其用于石油污染的生物标志物的可行性.结果表明,从时间-效应关系分析,半滑舌鳎幼鱼肝脏SOD和CAT活性随时间总体呈现升高-降低-升高的趋势,并且随着暴露浓度的增加,出现高值的时问提前.从剂量-效应关系分析,半滑舌鳎幼鱼肝脏SOD和CAT活性总体呈现低浓度诱导,高浓度抑制的过程.污染物对生物体的毒性效应存在一定的阚值,在这个阚值内机体未发生中毒反应,污染胁迫解除后也能较快地恢复到正常水平.在本实验中,石油污染对半滑舌鳎幼鱼肝脏CAT活性影响的阚值在0.2~0.4 mg/L之间,而对SOD活性影响的阚值在1.6~3.2 mg/L之间.在此阙值以上,表明石油污染导致机体产生活性氧的速度超过机体抗氧化防御系统的清除能力,损伤作用占主导地位,使机体发生毒性效应.半滑舌鳎幼鱼肝脏CAT活性对石油污染的响应相对于SOD更加敏感,所以更能反映出环境中氧化污染的胁迫,有望成为石油类污染的生物标志物.  相似文献

通过试验给出了对虾、鲈鱼、毛蚶和文蛤四种渔业经济生物不同受试天数的油臭阈限值,并指出受试天数越短,油臭阈限值越大;受试天数越长,油臭阈限值越小,油臭阈限值与渔业生物的受试天数呈负相关关系。  相似文献

选用大约克公猪18头,分为6个处理,每个处理3个重复,日粮消化能设12.96MJ/kg和13.79MJ/kg二个水平,日粮粗蛋白设13.0%、15.0%和17.0%3个水平,采用2×3因子设计,考察不同日粮能量和粗蛋白质水平对种公猪血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,日粮能量、粗蛋白水平对血液中T3影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。日粮的蛋白水平提高血液中的TP也有提高的趋势但差异不显著(P>0.05)。在日粮的蛋白水平和能量水平互作影响下血液中的BUN差异显著(P<0.05),GLU的影响极显著(P<0.01)。  相似文献

Nitrogen, phosphorus, and carbon concentrations were measured from 203 samples of starter, fingerling, and grower aquaculture feeds from several countries and for several common species. The feed protein concentrations reported by manufacturers often were slightly greater than the measured crude protein concentrations. The correlation coefficients (R2) between feed nitrogen and carbon concentrations were less than 0.50, and nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations in feed were not correlated. There were considerable differences in elemental concentrations among feeds, but the overall averages for carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus concentrations, respectively, were as follows: starter feed 41.36, 7.78, and 1.57%; fingerling feed 39.75, 5.95, and 1.36%; grower feed 39.97, 5.36, and 1.22%. Concentrations of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus in feeds are required in estimating the pollution potential of aquaculture facilities. The crude protein concentration – if provided by the manufacturer – can be used to estimate nitrogen concentration in feed, but carbon and phosphorus concentrations should be measured.  相似文献
