通过研究大豆浓缩蛋白(SPC)对中华绒螯蟹生长的影响,来对大豆浓缩蛋白在中华绒螯蟹养殖饵料中替代鱼粉的前景进行了评估。在为期5 0d的实验饲养期间,我们用六组含有不同含量大豆浓缩蛋白的鱼粉饵料在(2 4±1)℃的温度下分别饲喂中华绒螯蟹,并且从生长情况和身体组成两方面进行了科学的研究。结果显示用全鱼粉饵料(对照组)和含有11% ,2 2 % ,33% ,4 4 %和5 6 %的SPC的饵料喂养的中华绒螯蟹生长情况不同。前五组饵料喂养的中华绒螯蟹生长情况没有显著的差异,而鱼粉被SPC完全替代的饵料对生长有抑制作用。基于实验各项结果,SPC替代鱼粉的合适比率大约为37.93%~5 6 .89%。  相似文献

通过饲喂四个不同脂肪含量(3%、6%、9%、12%)的饵料,研究了饵料中脂肪含量对中华绒螯蟹生长和能量收支的影响,以期找出适合中华绒螯蟹生长的最佳饵料脂肪含量。结果表明,中华绒螯蟹呼吸能占摄食能的比例最高,生长能和粪能次之,代谢能最小;含脂肪9%的饵料生长能显著高于其他各组,而呼吸能显著降低。9%实验组有较高的特定生长率、相对增重率和饵料转化率。说明含有9%脂肪含量的饵料有助于中华绒螯蟹的生长。  相似文献

为探讨中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的饲料大豆替代豆粕的适宜替代量,配制4种不同替代水平(0、40%、60%和80%)的等氮等能饲料,饲喂初重(5.34±0.19)g的中华绒螯蟹幼蟹5个月,测定其生长性能、消化酶活性和抗氧化能力。结果显示,各组蟹的增重率、饲料系数和存活率差异不具统计学意义(P0.05);随着大豆替代豆粕的比例上升,蟹肝胰腺胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶水平呈显著下降趋势(P0.05);各组蟹肝胰腺超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶及总抗氧化活力的水平差异均不具统计学意义(P0.05)。综上所述,饲料中用大豆替代40%~80%的豆粕不会显著影响中华绒螯蟹的生长性能和抗氧化能力,但是对机体的消化酶有一定的负面影响。  相似文献

采用正交设计法L9(34)将水体水草覆盖率、活螺蛳投放量、饵料中动物性饵料比例、投饵方式等4个因子设计成9种不同营养供给模式,对中华绒螯蟹生长指标及其肝胰腺白化症发病率进行比较研究。每个模式设3个重复,以540只初始体重为每只(9.67±0.47)g的二龄中华绒螯蟹为实验对象,在东太湖中华绒螯蟹围养区的27个独立网围(6m×5m×2.5m)中进行为期240d的养殖实验。结果表明,不同的营养供给模式显著影响中华绒螯蟹生长及其肝胰腺白化症发病率,其中模式4的养殖效果最好,肝胰腺白化症发病率最低。方差分析结果显示,4个因子对中华绒螯蟹生长及其肝胰腺白化症发病率影响作用顺序为:水草覆盖率>动物性饵料比例>投饵方式>螺蛳投放量。将4个因子与养殖蟹肝胰腺白化症发病率、增重倍数、肥满度、回捕率、饵料系数等参数进行回归分析,表明水体水草覆盖率、饵料中动物性饵料比例、投饵方式等因子与中华绒螯蟹肝胰腺白化症发病率及生长指标关系密切,得出中华绒螯蟹养殖较适宜的营养供给模式为:水草覆盖率为73.95%、动物性饵料比例为56.15%~62.22%、投饵方式为全程投喂7.5%~5.0%、螺蛳投放量为5578.05kg.hm-2。  相似文献

为探索养殖过程中恩诺沙星(Enrofloxacin,ENR)施用于中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)中的药效情况,文章通过静置平衡透析法分析研究了恩诺沙星与中华绒螯蟹血浆的蛋白结合率.试验测得的中华绒螯蟹血浆蛋白浓度为63.95±0.29 mg·mL-1,蛋白分子量主要集中在66.2-97.1 kDa之间,恩诺沙星与中华绒螯蟹血浆蛋白的结合率在47.39%-82.58%之间.分析结果认为,恩诺沙星与中华绒螯蟹血浆50%以上的蛋白结合率,在中华绒螯蟹养殖生产过程中需要慎重考虑恩诺沙星的有效药物浓度及其与其它药物的竞争作用,以能充分发挥恩诺沙星的作用.  相似文献

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析比较了分布于我国大陆沿海 6个主要水系的两种绒螯蟹 (中华绒螯蟹、日本绒螯蟹 )群体间的生化遗传差异。结果发现 ,(1)辽河、黄河、长江和瓯江中华绒螯蟹群体间的生化遗传差异不显著 ,四个群体间的遗传距离D =0 .0 0 0 6~ 0 .0 0 53,属种内群体间差异。 (2 )珠江和南流江日本绒螯蟹群体间的生化遗传差异也不显著 ,两个群体间遗传距离D=0 .0 0 0 7,尚未达到亚种分化水平。 (3)辽河、黄河、长江和瓯江中华绒螯蟹与珠江和南流江日本绒螯蟹在SOD同工酶表型上有明显差异 ,SOD - 2位点仅在辽河、黄河、长江和瓯江中华绒螯蟹中表达 ,而SOD - 4位点仅在珠江和南流江日本绒螯蟹中表达 ,这些可作为中华绒螯蟹与日本绒螯蟹群体区分的生化遗传标志。辽河、黄河、长江和瓯江中华绒螯蟹群体同珠江和南流江日本绒螯蟹群体间的遗传距离较大 ,D =0 .0 72 1~ 0 .0 74 7。 (4 )聚类分析表明 ,在我国大陆沿海水系分布的绒螯蟹可分为两大类群 ,辽河、黄河、长江和瓯江水系的绒螯蟹属北方类群 ,即中华绒螯蟹 ;珠江和南流江的绒螯蟹属南方类群 ,即日本绒螯蟹。  相似文献

研究了螺蛳投放量对池塘生态养殖的中华绒螯蟹平均育成规格、产量和成活率的影响.结果表明,中华绒螯蟹产量(Z)与螺蛳投放量(x)的关系为:Z=528.138+0.228x-0.000029x~2(R~2=0.959)(P<0.05);中华绒螯蟹规格(Y)与螺蛳投放量(x)的关系为:Y=155.368+0.014x-0.0000017x~2(R~2=0.934)(P<0.05);中华绒螯蟹成活率与螺蛳投放量的关系为:L=52.208+0.018x-0.0000023x~2(R~2=0.957)(P<0.05).中华绒螯蟹池塘生态养殖中螺蛳最佳投放量为4500 kg/hm~2.  相似文献

文章研究了复合蛋白源替代饲料中不同水平(0%、16.67%、33.33%、50%和66.67%,分别记为饲料1~#~5~#)的鱼粉对中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹成活、生长、生理代谢和生化组成的影响。结果显示:1)随着鱼粉替代水平增加,幼蟹终末体质量、增重率、特定生长率和肝胰腺指数均呈先升后降的趋势,2~#组最高(P0.05);2)肝胰腺中的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活力和丙二醛含量均为4~#组最高,而超氧化物歧化酶活力在1~#组最高(P0.05);血清中的谷丙转氨酶活力在5~#组最高,甘油三酯含量和超氧化物歧化酶活力则以4~#组最高,而丙二醛含量在2~#组最高(P0.05);3) 1~#组躯体的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量均显著高于其他组,而总碳水化合物含量在2~#组最高(P0.05)。躯体半胱氨酸含量在4~#组最高,而其他氨基酸与总氨基酸含量均在2~#组最高(P0.05)。结果表明,饲料中过高的鱼粉替代水平(33%~67%)会降低中华绒螯蟹幼蟹生长性能和躯体营养物质的积累,对生理代谢产生不良影响,建议中华绒螯蟹幼蟹饲料中复合蛋白源替代鱼粉的比例为16.67%。  相似文献

采用红色可视嵌入性荧光(visible implant elastomer,VIE)标记中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir Sinensis),观察了荧光标记在中华绒螯蟹中的保持率和对其存活、生长、发育及繁殖的影响。荧光标记幼蟹不同部位在室内饲养并观察8周,结果表明,在中华绒螯蟹幼蟹不同部位的标记保持率均为100%,对照组和各试验组幼蟹的存活率无显著性差异(P0.05)。荧光标记幼蟹螯掌节和腕节间的关节膜后移入室外养殖池养殖,中华绒螯蟹室外养殖的生长和发育速度与对照组也无显著差异(P0.05)。挑选标记后经室外池塘养成的中华绒螯蟹进行小水体繁育实验,抱卵率为83.3%,平均抱卵量30×104egg·ind-1,与未标记中华绒螯蟹小水体繁育实验结果比较,抱卵率、平均抱卵量无显著性差异,荧光标记不影响中华绒螯蟹交配抱卵。本文结果表明,VIE可视荧光标记可作为中华绒螯蟹个体识别标记,应用于育种、资源调查等研究和生产实践。  相似文献

研究了中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)、日本绒螯蟹(E.japonica)及其杂交种成蟹性腺指数、肝胰腺指数、出肉率、总可食率及其常规生化成分,结果显示:(1)中华绒螯蟹的精巢指数显著高于其它两种群蟹,但其肝胰腺指数、出肉率和总可食率均无显著差异;中华绒螯蟹的卵巢指数也显著高于日本绒螯蟹和杂交蟹,而杂交蟹的肝胰腺指数显著高于其它两种群蟹。(2)中华绒螯蟹、日本绒螯蟹和杂交种精巢中水分、蛋白和脂肪含量分别最低,日本绒螯蟹精巢中碳水化合物含量最高;杂交种肝胰腺蛋白、脂肪和碳水化合物含量均最高,日本绒螯蟹肌肉中脂肪含量显著低于其它两种群。(3)日本绒螯蟹卵巢水分含量显著高于其它两种群蟹,蛋白、脂肪和碳水化合物含量显著低于其它两种群;日本绒螯蟹肝胰腺的水分和蛋白含量最高,但脂肪含量最低,杂交种肝胰腺中脂肪含量最高、水分含量最低;日本绒螯蟹肌肉中的水分含量最高,其它生化成分含量最低;中华绒螯蟹肌肉的水分含量最低,其它生化成分含量最高。整体上,中华绒螯蟹具有早熟特性,不同种群绒螯蟹性腺中的主要生化成分含量可能与其发育阶段有关,杂交蟹肝胰腺中脂肪含量较高,日本绒螯蟹肌肉中脂肪含量较低。  相似文献

A 5‐week feeding trial was conducted to examine the effect of γ ‐ ray irradiation on the inclusion of soybean meal (SBM) and soy protein concentrate (SPC) in diets of juvenile golden pompano (Trachinotus ovatus). One diet containing 320 g kg?1 fish meal served as a reference (C), and another four diets were formulated with 75% of the fish meal replaced by SBM (SM), SPC (SC), SBM irradiated with γ ‐ ray at 30 kGy (SM30) or SPC irradiated with γ ‐ ray at 30 kGy (SC30). The weight gain was higher in fish fed diets SM30 and SC30 than in fish fed diets SM and SC, respectively, whereas fish consumed more diet SM30 than diets SM, SC or SC30. No significant differences were found in feed conversion ratio, nitrogen retention efficiency (NRE), phosphorus retention efficiency (PRE), condition factor, hepatosomatic index (HSI), body composition, waste outputs of nitrogen (NWO) and phosphorus (PWO) either between fish fed diets SM and SM30 or between fish fed diets SC and SC30. The weight gain and PWO were higher, but the PRE and the body phosphorus content were lower in fish fed diet C than those in fish fed diets SM30 or SC30. No significant differences were found in the NRE, condition factor, HSI and body composition (i.e. moisture, crude protein, crude lipid and ash) between fish fed diets C and SM30 or between fish fed diets C and SC30. Macromolecular proteins in SBM and SPC were degraded, whereas the contents of peptides with molecular weight <6.5 kDa were increased by γ‐ray irradiation. This study reveals that γ ‐ ray irradiation can improve the performance of SBM and SPC as a fish meal substitute in the golden pompano diet.  相似文献

Current research is intended to develop cost-effective, plant-based diets for intensive production of Florida pompano (Trachinotus carolinus). Three growth trials were conducted with juvenile pompano over a 106- to 115-day period. The trials evaluated the systematic substitution on an equal protein basis of (1) menhaden fish meal, FM with soy protein concentrate (SPC), and (2) solvent extracted soybean meal (SBM) with SPC. This confirmed the reduction of FM and evaluated the possible nutrient restrictions of methionine (M) and phosphorus (P) in low FM, high SPC diets. There was no significant reduction in growth parameters when FM was reduced from 300 to 150 g/kg. There was a significant improvement in fish performance with increased SPC concentrations substituted for SBM in diets containing 150 g/kg of FM. All growth parameters indicated a favorable response for inclusion of SPC up to 240 g/kg. The addition of P and M did not significantly improve growth.  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to compare the effects of dietary protein sources on nutrient digestibility and digestive enzyme activity. Four experimental diets were formulated to contain one of the following as the sole protein source: fish meal (FM), fish protein concentrate (FPC), soy protein concentrate (SPC) and soy protein isolate (SPI). Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate aquaria stocked with 25 Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) each. The dry matter, crude protein and energy digestibility and individual amino acid availability of the SPC‐based diet were significantly lower than those of the other diets. The crude lipid digestibility of soy protein‐based diets was significantly lower than that of the FM‐based diet. The pepsin/protease activity was significantly higher in fish fed fish protein‐based diets compared with fish fed soy protein‐based diets. The lipase activity in fish fed the SPI‐based diet was the highest among the dietary treatments. These results indicate that P. olivaceus can effectively digest the protein from FPC and SPI (but not SPC) as well as FM. The low protein digestibility and amino acid availability of the SPC‐based diet may be related to the non‐protein compounds present in SPC, whereas the low‐lipid digestibility of soy protein‐based diets may contribute to the undigested soy protein fractions and/or the alcohol‐soluble components.  相似文献

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to compare the effects of dietary protein sources on growth performance and plasma thyroid hormones levels of Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus. Four isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated to contain one of the followings as main protein source: fish meal (FM), fish protein concentrate (FPC), soy protein concentrate (SPC), and soy protein isolate (SPI). Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate aquaria stocked with 25 fish each. The feed intake, specific growth rate, feed efficiency, and protein efficiency ratio in fish fed fish protein-based diets were significantly higher than those in fish fed soy protein-based diets. Feed intake and specific growth rate were significantly higher in FM treatment compared to FPC treatment and higher in SPI treatment compared to SPC treatment. The FM treatment had significantly higher levels of plasma cortisol, triiodothyronine, and thyroxin than the other treatments. These results indicate that high inclusion levels of soy protein in diets markedly inhibit the feeding rate and growth of P. olivaceus due to poor palatability caused by the removal of feeding stimulants and/or the incorporation of feeding deterrents. The reduced growth may be partly attributed to the amino acid imbalance, absence of small nitrogen compounds, and presence of antinutritional factors.  相似文献

为了解花鲈(Lateolabrax maculatus)对水解羽毛粉、喷雾干燥血球蛋白粉、鸡肉粉、黄粉虫粉、大豆分离蛋白、大豆浓缩蛋白和脱酚棉籽蛋白等七种蛋白质原料的干物质、钙、磷、粗蛋白和氨基酸的表观消化率,实验选取平均体重为(54.3±1.5)g的花鲈240尾,随机分成8组,每组3个平行,对照组投喂基础饲料,试验组分别投喂试验饲料,试验饲料由70%基础饲料和30%实验原料组成,以0.1%的三氧化二钇(Y2O3)为外源指示剂。结果显示:花鲈对七种蛋白质原料的干物质和粗蛋白表观消化率以血球蛋白粉、鸡肉粉、大豆分离蛋白和大豆浓缩蛋白较高,脱酚棉籽蛋白和黄粉虫粉次之,水解羽毛粉最低。其中,花鲈对血球蛋白粉的粗蛋白消化率最高,为95.64%,显著高于其他六种原料;鸡肉粉次之,为90.61%,与大豆分离蛋白和大豆浓缩蛋白之间差异不显著;水解羽毛粉最低,为71.18%,与黄粉虫粉和脱酚棉籽蛋白之间差异不显著,与其他蛋白原料之间差异显著。花鲈对鸡肉粉和黄粉虫粉的总钙的表观消化率分别为30.39%和42.65%。花鲈对总磷的表观消化率从高到低依次为大豆分离蛋白(76.04%)、脱酚棉籽蛋白(67.49%)、大豆浓缩蛋白(51.24%)、鸡肉粉(42.88%)、黄粉虫粉(38.40%)。花鲈对各蛋白质原料中氨基酸的表观消化率与粗蛋白质的表观消化率变化趋势基本一致。结果表明,喷雾干燥血球蛋白粉、鸡肉粉、大豆分离蛋白和大豆浓缩蛋白可作为花鲈优质的蛋白源,脱酚棉籽蛋白、黄粉虫粉和水解羽毛粉在花鲈饲料中添加量不宜过高。  相似文献

An experiment with 0.2‐kg Atlantic salmon, Salmo salar in saltwater was conducted to determine if the fish could grow normally, and maintain normal nitrogen (N) and mineral balance when fed a diet with the majority of the protein (75%) derived from soy‐protein concentrate (SPC). The two diets contained 50% SPC and 15% fish meal (FM) or 60% FM as the sources of protein. No calcium phosphate was added to the diets in order to assess the availability of P from the ingredients. A second aim was to investigate if whole‐body concentrations of essential elements and growth were related in individual salmon. Growth (SGR=0.88–0.89) was similar in salmon fed the two diets, and the fish nearly doubled their body weights during the 84 days of feeding. Feed conversion was more efficient for the FM diet (0.81 kg intake kg?1 gain) than for the SPC diet (0.89 kg kg?1). The intake of N was similar, faecal loss of N was lower, while the metabolic N excretion was greater in the fish fed the FM than the SPC diet. This resulted in a total excretion of 35.4 g N kg?1 gain for the salmon fed the FM diet and 35.5 g N for the fish fed the SPC diet. Both the intake, faecal and metabolic excretion of P were higher in the fish fed the FM diet than the SPC diet, resulting in a total excretion of 10.5 g P kg?1 gain for the FM diet and 7.2 g P for the SPC diet. Whole‐body concentrations of Ca, Mg, P and Zn were lower in the fish fed the SPC diet, while the Ca–P ratio was decreased, both when compared with the fish at the start of the experiment, and the fish fed the FM diet. The differences in elemental composition were ascribed to a combination of reduced availability of elements due to phytic acid and lower concentration of elements in the SPC than in the FM. No reduction in growth of individual fish, which could be ascribed to reduced availability of essential elements, was seen.  相似文献

用大豆浓缩蛋白(SPC)替代鱼粉饲喂大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea), 以探究其对幼鱼生长、肠道结构及肠道微生物菌群的影响。选取初始体重为(10.50±0.04) g的大黄鱼幼鱼, SPC替代鱼粉的比例分别为0% (SPC0, 对照组)、25% (SPC25)、50% (SPC50)、75% (SPC75)和100% (SPC100), 制作成5种等氮(粗蛋白水平为45%)等脂(粗脂肪水平为10%)的实验饲料, 进行为期56 d的饲养实验。结果表明, 与SPC0(对照组)相比, 幼鱼的存活率、增重率、特定生长率以及饲料系数受各SPC替代鱼粉水平的影响不显著(P>0.05)。肠道组织学显示, 各处理组幼鱼肠道的后肠黏膜厚度、皱襞高度、固有层宽度和杯状细胞个数差异性不显著(P>0.05)。Illumina HiSeq 高通量测序技术分析发现, SPC0 (TC: 对照组)、SPC25 (TB: 生长相对最佳组) 和SPC100 (TW: 生长相对最差组)的Chao1、香农指数(Shannon)、辛普森指数(Simpson)和覆盖率(good coverage)差异不显著(P>0.05); TC、TB和TW组幼鱼肠道细菌在门水平的优势菌群为厚壁菌门(Firmicutes), 类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus)在属水平占绝对优势。根据属水平的菌属差异结果发现幼鱼的生长受细菌微生物的组成的影响: 与TC组相比, TB组微小杆菌属(Exiguobacterium)、红杆菌属(Rhodobacter)和伦黑墨氏菌属(Rheinheimera)的物种丰度显著降低(P<0.05); 与TC组相比较, TW组红杆菌属(Rhodobacter)的物种丰度显著降低(P<0.05), 乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)的物种丰度显著增加(P<0.05)。综上所述, 大黄鱼幼鱼的生长、肠道结构及肠道优势菌群不会因为鱼粉完全被大豆浓缩蛋白替代而产生负面的影响。  相似文献

Studies were conducted with Atlantic cod, Gadus morhua (L.), to determine the apparent digestibility coefficients (ADCs) of protein and energy and the digestible energy (DE) content in feed ingredients widely available in Canada. We also tested the assumption of “independency” used in digestibility studies. The feed ingredients included two fish meals (herring, anchovy), three crustacean by-product meals (whole krill, crab, shrimp), two animal by-product meals (poultry by-product, hydrolyzed feather), six oilseed meals (soybean, soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, canola, canola protein concentrate, flaxseed), two pulse meals (white lupin, pea protein concentrate) and two cereal grain meals (corn gluten, wheat gluten). Protein ADCs were high for wheat gluten meal (99.9%), soy protein concentrate (98.6%), soy protein isolate (97.4%), whole krill meal (96.3%), herring meal (93.3%), soybean meal (92.3%), anchovy meal (92.2%), pea protein concentrate (89.8%), white lupin meal (89.7%), crab meal (89.4%), canola protein concentrate (88.8%) and corn gluten meal (86.3%); mid-range for poultry by-product meal (80.2%) and canola meal (76.0%); and low for shrimp meal (66.7%), hydrolyzed feather meal (62.4%) and flaxseed meal (50.2-55.0%). Energy ADC was high for whole krill meal (96.3%), wheat gluten meal (95.4%), soy protein concentrate (94.9%), herring meal (92.8%), soy protein isolate (92.1%), soybean meal (88.1%) and anchovy meal (86.4%); mid-range for canola protein concentrate (83.3%), corn gluten meal (82.7%), crab meal (82.4%), pea protein concentrate (76.7%) and white lupin meal (75.3%); and low for poultry by-product meal (71.0%), canola meal (60.6%), hydrolyzed feather meal (58.9%), shrimp meal (41.4%) and flaxseed meal (21.2-37.4%). From the protein ADC data, results clearly showed that the basal diet and test feed ingredients were digested independently of one another in nearly all cases, the only exceptions being for those diets containing test ingredients of very high (> 99%, wheat gluten) or very low (< 67%, hydrolyzed feather and flaxseed) protein ADCs. In the case of DE, the basal diet and test feed ingredients were digested independently in all test diets without exception.  相似文献

The apparent digestibility coefficients (ADCs) of dry matter, crude protein, crude lipid, ash, phosphorus, gross energy and amino acids of 10 selected ingredients for juvenile hybrid tilapia (7.05 ± 0.09 g) were determined using 0.5% Cr2O3 as an inert indicator. The feed ingredients tested in this study were corn gluten meal (CGM), corn byproduct, corn germ meal (CG), soybean meal (SBM), fermented soybean meal (FSM), soy protein concentrate (SPC), soy protein isolate, malt sprouts (MS), fish meal (FM) and earthworm meal (EM). The test diets were prepared by incorporation of 30% test ingredients into the reference diet. Reference and test diets were fed to the fish and the faecal samples were collected using a faecal collection column attached to the fish‐rearing tanks. The ADCs for dry matter, crude protein, crude lipid, ash, phosphorus and gross energy were 41.7–98.9%, 90.6–99.6%, 73.1–98.8%, 34.1–98.6%, 49.5–99.6% and 45.4–99.7% respectively. Soy protein isolate, FM and EM had higher dry matter, crude protein and gross energy ADCs. Corn byproduct and EM had higher crude lipid ADCs, and CG and EM had higher phosphorus ADCs. Corn germ meal had the highest ash ADC, while CGM had the highest value for gross energy. The lowest dry matter, crude protein, lipid and gross energy ADCs occurred in MS, while the lowest ash and phosphorus ADCs occurred in SPC. The amino acid ADCs ranged from 83.3% to 100%, exhibiting a positive correlation with crude protein digestibility for a given test ingredient. The feed ingredient digestibility of this study may provide useful information about nutrient and energy utilization to facilitate formulation of least‐cost practical diets for hybrid tilapia.  相似文献
