传统的水产养殖模式所带来的环境污染、资源浪费和病害频发等问题已成为制约我国水产养殖业可持续发展的主要因素。生物絮团技术(BFT)具有净化水质、提高饵料利用率及病害防控等优点,被认为是有望解决上述问题的新型健康生态养殖技术,已在国内外得到一定规模的应用,并获得了良好的经济、社会和生态效益。本文重点介绍了生物絮团的形成与培养、生物絮团的主要影响因素及其在水产养殖中的应用效果。研究认为,BFT能够改良水质、节约养殖用水、降低饲料成本、提高养殖对象存活率、增加养殖产量和效益;将BFT与生物膜技术相结合,能够更有效地维持养殖水体中适宜的生物絮团含量,避免生物絮团的过量沉积,并能提高水质改良及增产增收的应用效果,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

Two species of loach, the mud loach (Misgurnus mizolepis Günther) and the cyprinid loach (M. anguillicaudatus Cantor), are commercially important in Korea both for food and ceremonial purposes. The mud loach has superior potential for aquaculture in terms of growth, whereas the cyprinid loach has a more desirable body shape and colour. This study was conducted to produce reciprocal diploid and triploid hybrids and to evaluate their potential benefits in culture by examining growth performance, morphometrics and gonad development. Reciprocal diploid and triploid hybridization was performed by artificial insemination without or with the induction of triploidy. The successful formation of diploid or triploid karyogamy was verified by flow cytometric analysis. Body weights of induced reciprocal diploid hybrids were intermediate between those of the two parental species, i.e. hybrids were heavier than cyprinid loach but lighter than mud loach. In contrast, the growth performance of triploid hybrids was similar to that of their corresponding maternal parents. Diploid hybrids showed intermediate morphometric traits between the two species; however, the body proportions of triploid hybrids were more similar to those of the maternal species than the paternal species. Histological analyses indicated that reciprocal diploid hybrids of both sexes were able to reach maturity, as evidenced by the presence of mature oocytes or spermatozoa in the gonad tissues. However, triploid hybrids showed stringent sterility at the gonadic level; the sizes of ovaries and testes were much smaller, and gonad development was abnormal and significantly retarded.  相似文献

International interest in the commercial aquaculture of the Chilean oyster, Tiostrea chilensis, is frustrated by an inability to artificially control their unusual breeding behaviour. The manipulation of breeding in this oyster will rely on a better understanding of its gametogenic cycle. Consequently, the gametogenesis of a wild population of highly fertile Chilean oysters from northern New Zealand was studied over three years to assess the potential for artificially controlling oyster breeding for aquaculture. The population was mostly comprised of simultaneous hermaphrodite oysters that generally followed annual cycles of gametogenesis. Oysters spawned as males throughout each year with increased spawning from November to February (ie., austral spring and summer). Ova were abundant throughout the year, although female spawning increased during spring. The unpredictable spawning of ova among individual oysters and the strong possibility of self-fertilization create difficulties for the development of controlled breeding in this species. If the full aquaculture potential of T. chilensis is to be realized, further research should be directed at identifying the factors involved in controlling female maturation, spawning and fertilization.  相似文献

The spread of invasive species is one of the major environmental concerns which can have negative effects on biodiversity. While several life history traits have been identified as being important for increasing the invasiveness of introduced species, the physiological factors that allow certain species to become successful invaders remain poorly understood. It has been speculated that good invaders are thriving in disturbed environments. In unfavourable conditions, as during hypoxic events, invasive species might be better adapted in their physiological and behavioural responses towards this stressor. We compared physiological and behavioural traits between two freshwater fish species: the European bullhead (Cottus gobio), an invasive fish species in Scotland, and its native competitor the stone loach (Barbatula barbatula) over different dissolved oxygen concentrations (DO). Contrary to expectations, bullhead displayed a reduced hypoxia tolerance as compared to stone loach, indicated by a higher threshold (Pcrit) for the maintenance of standard metabolism. Avoidance behaviour during progressive hypoxia was similar between bullhead and stone loach. When given a choice between an open normoxic zone and a shelter located in hypoxia, both species spent most of their time hiding under the shelter in hypoxic conditions (bullhead: 100%; stone loach: 93.93%–99.73%), although stone loach showed brief excursions into normoxic conditions under 25% DO level. These results suggest that stone loach might be more resistant to hypoxia as compared to bullhead, and thus that increased hypoxia tolerance is likely not a trait by which bullhead have been able to expand their range within the United Kingdom.  相似文献

随着全球水产品养殖产量快速增长,水产养殖业在近二十年间正快速替代捕捞业,成为满足人类对优质蛋白需求极具潜力的生产活动。世界水产品消费量近几十年来快速增长,水产品在人类食物系统中具有越来越重要的地位。遗传改良作为发展水产养殖业的关键环节而备受关注,长期以来,以选择育种和杂交育种为主要的育种方法,以生长速度、成活率等经济性状为主要改良的目标性状,对世界水产养殖业的发展发挥了基础性、先导性和战略性作用。随着人们对优质蛋白需求的不断增加以及“大食物观”概念的广泛普及,将水产品打造为更加高效的食物生产系统是大势所趋。但纵观全球,水产养殖业存在遗传改良种类不多、覆盖面不广、改良性状滞后于产业发展需求等问题,需要加强水产育种技术创新和品种培育,培育更多的遗传改良种,推进水产养殖业高质量发展。本文基于已有研究结果,结合渔业各类统计数据,对世界水产养殖业发展概况、重要养殖种遗传改良情况、水产育种技术应用、目标性状改良以及部分主要人工改良种产量数据进行整理概述,总结发展状况,分析存在问题,以期为水产种业研究以及产业高质量发展提供参考。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the differences in the nutritional properties of wild and cultured loach Misgurnus anguillicaudatus obtained from southern Japan. Major parameters, such as whole-body proximate composition, lipid classes, and fatty acid and amino acid composition, were investigated. The whole-body total lipid content of cultured loach was twofold higher than that of wild loach and the proportion of neutral lipids was significantly higher in cultured loach than in wild loach. However, the polar lipid content was two- to threefold lower in cultured loach than in wild loach. Compared to the wild loach, higher contents of 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3 were detected in cultured loach, but much lower contents of 20:4n-6. In terms of whole-body amino acid composition, wild and cultured loach showed similar profiles. In conclusion, the consumption of cultured loach will contribute to dietary n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids intake, with a benefit to human health.  相似文献

凡隆气单胞菌是泥鳅养殖中容易发生而且致死率较高的病原菌之一。为筛选凡隆气单胞菌拮抗菌、研发防治此病害的生物制剂,采集泥鳅养殖池底泥样品,通过滤纸抑菌圈法筛选凡隆气单胞菌拮抗细菌,结合形态观察、生理生化实验和16S rRNA基因序列分析进行菌株鉴定。采用硫酸铵沉淀和离子交换层析方法分离纯化抑菌物质,电泳检测其分子量。结果显示,从样品中分离到17株细菌,其中筛选出的拮抗菌4-1-3,能够高效抑制凡隆气单胞菌,抑菌圈直径达到15.2 mm。经菌株鉴定后命名为Pseudomonas fluorescens 4-1-3。该菌产生的抑菌物质为胞外蛋白,分子量约为100 kDa,推测该物质是荧光假单胞菌产生拮抗物质的一种新类型,有望进一步研制成防治水产病害的生物制剂。  相似文献

石斑鱼是我国南方海水养殖的主要种类之一,而大部分石斑鱼种类均为暖水性鱼类,养殖水温要求在15℃以上,限制了石斑鱼在北方的发展。七带石斑鱼是唯一一种可以在较低温下生活,被人们称为“冷水石斑”,适合在北方养殖,如今已成为中、日、韩三国海水鱼类繁育研究的热点。由于七带石斑鱼人工繁殖和苗种培育过程中有许多制约条件,其人工繁育仍未达到稳定大批量生产的规模。主要问题有以下几个:①雄性亲鱼难获得,数量较少,限制了苗种的大量繁育;②初孵仔鱼的个体弱小、口径小,对开口饵料要求严格,适口饵料极少;③稚鱼期鱼苗互相残杀极其严重,出现大鱼吃小鱼的现象。此外,还有卵质不良,仔稚幼鱼疾病等难题。本文简要概述了国内外七带石斑鱼繁殖生物学与人工繁育研究进展情况,并对其养殖过程中出现的问题进行探讨和总结,为今后开展七带石斑鱼规模化人工养殖研究提供参考。  相似文献

对采自四川省广元市旺苍县东河的113尾中华花鳅的生长和繁殖生物学进行研究。结果显示,旺苍县东河的中华花鳅体长34.92~102.85 mm,体质量0.34~9.84 g,净体质量0.31~8.09 g。分为5个年龄组,以2~4龄个体为主。生长以3龄为分界,3龄前生长速度快,3龄后生长速度减慢。体长(m1)与体质量(L)呈幂函数关系:m1=0.00001215L2.896,r2=0.939,接近等速生长。肥满度<1,雌性和雄性的Fulton肥满度差异不显著,雄性略小于雌性;而除1龄的个体外,其他年龄的雄性Clark肥满度均略大于雌性。雌、雄性比为1∶1.69。雌、雄鱼最小性成熟年龄均为2龄。精子在蒸馏水中的平均寿命为14 s;随NaCl溶液质量分数的增大,中华花鳅精子平均寿命先增后减,在NaCl溶液质量分数为0.25%时寿命最长,达184 s。绝对繁殖力为427~4047粒/尾,平均1949.82粒/尾;相对繁殖力为107.56~566.09粒/g,平均356.07粒/g。6月中旬至8月中旬为产卵盛期。分批产卵,且各批次生殖力大致相同。受精卵为微黏性的沉性卵。  相似文献
