北盘江光照水电站建设前后鱼类资源变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2009年9月和2010年5月,对北盘江光照水电站影响河段鱼类资源进行现场调查,采集鱼类45种,其中18种为新记录种,各河段鱼类组成特点与生态类型相符。结合相关文献资料,确定调查河段鱼类共71种,其中珍稀濒危鱼类4种,珠江水系特有鱼类3种。光照电站的建设对库区河段的鱼类资源影响显著,喜静缓流生境鱼类占76.5%,喜急流或流水生境鱼类占23.5%;流水生境河段受影响较小,约90%鱼类喜流水生境。调查水域没有典型产漂流性卵鱼类的产卵生境,原记录的产粘性卵鱼类产卵场受影响较小。  相似文献

为探究筏式贻贝养殖生境鱼类资源养护功能,于2020年9-12月对枸杞岛筏式贻贝养殖生境(分表层区和底层区)及周边岩礁生境的鱼类进行了多网目组合刺网采样。应用相对重要性指数IRI、多样性指数并结合等级聚类、非度量多维标度排序(nMDS)分析鱼类组成和群落结构。结果显示,在2种生境中共采集鱼类55 种,隶属于10目34科47属,其中贻贝养殖生境采集到37种(底层和表层分别为29和20种);岩礁生境共采集到40种。在鱼类组成上,中国花鲈和鲻是贻贝养殖生境表层区的典型优势种,而黄姑鱼和褐菖鲉是贻贝养殖生境底层区的典型优势种;褐菖鲉同时也是岩礁生境的典型优势种。多样性分析表明,贻贝养殖生境的总体鱼类多样性要高于岩礁生境,但尚不显著。多元分析显示,各月份2种生境中的鱼类群落格局均可分为3种类型,虽与养殖表层区、养殖底层区和岩礁区并非严格一致,但各群落间差异依然显著。研究表明,大规模筏式养殖设施的存在吸引了众多中上层鱼类及底层鱼类,也为岩礁生境优势鱼类提供了额外的栖息环境,发挥了近似于浮鱼礁系统的资源养护作用。研究结果可为岛礁海域海洋牧场目标种的选择和人工生境构建模式的应用提供重要参考。  相似文献

2005年—2006年及2010年5—6月对枸杞岛近岸岩礁生境分布的底栖海藻进行观测和潜水采样,发现岩礁生境潮下带底栖海藻组成模式分以大型底栖海藻铜藻为优势种和以孔石莼等小型藻类为优势种两类。2009年2月—2010年1月利用组合刺网对枸杞岛海域岩礁、沙地和贻贝筏式养殖区3种生境的鱼类进行了逐月采样,通过采用方差分析、聚类和非度量多维标度等统计分析手段发现:(1) 岩礁生境鱼类以底栖趋礁杂食性为主,沙地生境鱼类以中下层洄游肉食性为主,贻贝筏式养殖区生境鱼类大型个体占优;(2) 岩礁生境鱼类多样性较高,大型底栖海藻生长的岩礁生境中鱼类群落组成较小型底栖海藻生长的岩礁生境稳定。前者为枸杞岛近岸优势种群繁衍提供有利条件,对鱼类幼体和小型个体有诱集作用,为鱼类捕食者提供更多样化的食物选择,鱼类群落较稳定;后者易受外界鱼类迁移的影响,个体数量和生物量月间差异大。  相似文献

河口水域是鱼类重要的栖息生境, 在渔业资源的可持续发展中占据重要地位。开展河口水域生境质量的评价研究, 对了解河口水域的生境功能现状以及提供科学管理依据具有重要意义。本文对河口水域鱼类生境质量评价的研究方法及应用进展进行综述, 主要集中在 3 个方面: (1)基于鱼类数量分布特征: 通过鱼类的数量分布特征与环境因子之间的相关关系, 探究鱼类物种的适宜生境分布格局; (2)基于鱼类生存表现特征: 筛选鱼类生活史各阶段的生存表现特征指标, 对不同功能类型的生境进行质量评价; (3)基于鱼类的群落结构特征: 通过构建鱼类群落评价指数, 对河口水域鱼类生境质量进行综合评价。对河口水域鱼类生境质量的评价研究有助于深入了解河口渔业生态功能的变化机制, 并可为合理管控河口沿岸的人类活动、研发河口水域生境质量监测预警技术、科学开展河口生境保护和修复工作提供理论依据。  相似文献

护堤、桥梁、大坝等涉水工程的兴建会对鱼类栖息地产生影响,了解鱼类幼鱼生境偏好可为鱼类栖息地的保护和修复提供理论依据。本文选取6种长江经济鱼类幼鱼,鳙(Hypophthalmichthys nobilis)、翘嘴鲌(Chanodichthys erythropterus)、青鱼(Mylopharyngodon piceus)、团头鲂(Megalobrama amblycephala)、鲫(Carassius auratus auratus)、黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)进行了生境偏好选择模拟试验。结果表明:这6种鱼在各个组合生境中对沙生境均没有显著偏好(P>0.05);黄颡鱼在各个组合生境中均对岩石生境有明显偏好(P<0.05);鳙、翘嘴鲌、青鱼、团头鲂在各个组合生境中对沉水植物生境均有显著偏好(P<0.05)。生境修复的方案要根据环境条件和目标物种来确定,使用多种组合生境,可以为更多鱼类提供适宜的栖息生境。  相似文献

湖泊鱼类群落结构与物理生境特征密切相关。为了探究鱼类群落结构与物理生境特征之间的关系,在鄱阳湖设立17个采样点,通过采集鱼类样本研究其群落结构,并利用遥感技术分析样点物理生境特征(包括岸线分形维数、距离指数和高程值)及其空间区域差异。结果表明,依据17个采样位点的物理生境特征,鄱阳湖丰水期物理生境空间上可以划分为3个区域,分别为北方区、南方区和主湖区,但枯水期鄱阳湖生境没有显著的区域划分规律。丰水期鄱阳湖鱼类可以分为北方群、南方群和主湖区群3个类群,而枯水期鱼类组成没有明显规律。从功能类群上看,鄱阳湖鱼类以杂食性、湖泊定居性和偏好于底层以及中下层栖息的中小型鱼类为主。不同区域的鱼类功能群之间存在时间和空间上的变化,北方区和南方区鱼类功能群组成相似,主湖区与北方区和南方区存在差异。总体上,鱼类群落结构的时空变化和差异与物理生境特征具有良好的一致性;未来鄱阳湖鱼类的保护工作需要关注湖泊物理生境特征,不同区域应制定不同的保护措施。  相似文献

长江上游珍稀特有鱼类保护区是我国最长的河流型自然保护区,保护了多种珍稀特有鱼类,具有重大的生物多样性保护价值。随着金沙江梯级开发的实施,长江上游保护区鱼类栖息条件将受到不同程度的影响。本研究基于长江上游珍稀特有鱼类保护区的地形、地貌、水文、水动力等条件,提出了保护区鱼类生境特征表征指标体系,并根据该指标体系初步分析了保护区栖息地生境特征。研究结果可为长江上游珍稀特有鱼类保护区鱼类资源保护措施的制定提供参考依据。  相似文献

本文分析了国内外采用鱼类完整性评价河流生态系统的方法,提出确定河流生态评价的系统完整性与生物多样性的保护目标;按自然河流受人为因素胁迫产生的问题与结果,将河流分为原始生态河流、次生生态河流、演替生态河流、片断生态河流、人工生态河流、衰竭生态河道等生态类型。研究提出以鱼类为指示生物,综合鱼类物种濒危程度、优势种群残存状况以及关键生境和生境要素情况,确定河流生态评价标准。研究基于2003年呼玛河自然保护区综合考察报告和2014年鱼类与水生态保护调查资料,确定呼玛河为次生生态河流类型,主要特征为指示鱼类种群比较齐全,但处于衰退或濒危状态,优势鱼类种群发生变化,生物多样性已处于普遍性受到胁迫状态,干支流水系和产卵场等关键生境保持完整,污染、非法捕捞、挖沙等零星工程是呼玛河生态胁迫的主要因素。为保护呼玛河生态系统完整性、生物与生态类型多样性,划定了呼玛河保护生态红线,提出了抢救性的保护对策。  相似文献

The Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act defines essential fish habitat (EFH) as “the waters and substrate necessary to fish for spawning, breeding, feeding, and growth to maturity” and the protection of nursery areas has become a key element in US Federal fisheries management. Distribution and abundance by habitat for age-0, young-of-the-year (YOY) winter flounder, Pseudopleuronectes americanus, were compared for 28 Maine estuaries to help define essential fish habitat for this life history stage. The Maine coast was divided into three broad geographic zones based upon geological features and sampled over 5 consecutive years; during April–November of 2000 in the Mid-coast, in 2001 and 2002 along the Southwest coast and in 2003 and 2004 along the Eastern Maine coast. One beam trawl (2.0 m width, 3 mm mesh) sample was collected in one to four habitats in estuaries: eelgrass (Zostera marina), kelp (Laminaria longicruris), drift algae (Phyllophora sp.) and unvegetated sand/mud. Fish were sampled every 2 weeks, April–November 2000–2004. Abundance of YOY winter flounder was greatest in Mid-coast estuaries between Casco and Penobscot Bays and was significantly lower in Southwest and Eastern estuaries. Abundance was similar across all four habitats in Mid-coast estuaries in 2000. In the other years, YOY were found in higher abundance in eelgrass relative to other habitats. A logistic regression model based on nearshore habitat characteristics was developed to predict the distribution of this species along the three broad geological zones of the Maine coast with the physical and biological variables most important in discriminating between habitats with and without individual fish identified. This logistic regression model correctly classified winter flounder 72.4% of the time based on the year, zone, the physical habitat variables (temperature, salinity, depth) and the presence–absence of submerged aquatic vegetation (eelgrass, kelp or algae). These results indicate that the type of habitat most important to YOY winter flounder varies among estuaries and EFH for this species and life stage must be defined with care.  相似文献

Adoption of the ecosystem approach to fisheries management relies on recognition of the link between fish and other components of the ecosystem, namely their physical and biological habitat. However, identifying the habitat requirements of marine fishes and hence determining their distribution in space and time is scientifically complex. We analysed the methodologies and findings of research on temperate, demersal fish habitat requirements to highlight the main developments in this field and to identify potential shortfalls. Many studies were undertaken over large spatial scales (≥100s km2) and these generally correlated abundances of fish to abiotic variables. Biological variables were accounted for less often. Small spatial scale (≤m2), experimental studies were comparatively sparse and commonly focused on biotic variables. Whilst the number of studies focusing on abiotic variables increased with increasing spatial scale, the proportion of studies finding significant relationships between habitat and fish distribution remained constant. This mismatch indicates there is no justification for the tendency to analyse abiotic habitat variables at large spatial scales. Innovative modelling techniques and habitat mapping technologies are developing rapidly, providing new insights at the larger spatial scales. However, there is a clear need for a reduction in study scale, or increase in resolution additional to the integration of biotic variables. We argue that development of sound predictive science in the field of demersal fish habitat determination is reliant on a change in focus along these lines. This is especially important if spatial management strategies, such as Marine Protected Areas (MPA) or No Take Zones (NTZ), are to be used in future ecosystem‐based approaches to fisheries management.  相似文献

  1. This work examined the potential for marine protected areas based on the efficient design of essential fish habitat (EFH) for juvenile life stages of economically important demersal fish species to represent non‐exploited demersal fish species in the Gulf of Maine.
  2. Distribution and abundance data from research trawl surveys conducted from 1963–2000 were pooled into a 10‐min lat/long square sampling grid and density per square of each species was calculated as the mean of counts from all surveys.
  3. A simulated annealing algorithm (Marxan) was used to identify minimum sets of 10‐min squares that represented at least 10–30% of the regional abundance of each species under constraints for degree of spatial aggregation among sites. Numbers of non‐exploited species in these sites, and species represented at abundance levels equal to or greater than the targets set for juveniles of economically important species were identified, and both were compared with mean totals from 100 sets of randomly drawn squares of equivalent number to simulation results.
  4. Percentages of non‐exploited species among all scenarios varied from 81–97%. All species absent from simulation results were rare regionally. Species richness was lower in each case compared with randomly drawn squares, but only marginally. However, more species were represented in complementary sites at abundance levels equal to or greater than the targets set for economically important species.
  5. These results were interpreted with respect to a definition of biodiversity that includes species as well as functional and structural ecosystem components, and it was concluded that the dual objectives of fishery management and biodiversity conservation can be achieved, at least in some cases, within a single network of marine protected areas of moderate size.

Electromyogram (EMG) telemetry studies that involve remotely monitoring the locomotory activity and energetics of fish are contributing important information to the conservation and management of fisheries resources. Here, we outline the development of this rapidly evolving field and formulate the studies conducted that utilize this technology. To date, more than 60 studies have been conducted using EMG telemetry that spans 18 species. Several general trends were observed in the methodology of the studies that we have highlighted as standards that should be adopted associated with transmitter customization, electrode placement and surgical technique. Although numerous studies have been methodological, there are still some deficiencies in our basic understanding of issues such as the need for individual calibration and the method of reporting or transforming data. Increasingly, this technology is being applied to address issues in conservation, management and aquaculture production. At present, the technology has been most frequently applied to the study of animal activity or energetics and to migration. Several recent studies have also focused on addressing more basic questions in ecological and evolutionary biology (e.g. parental care dynamics) similar to the large body of literature that has been collected for other taxa (e.g. marine mammals, birds), using activity telemetry. Collectively, studies conducted using EMG telemetry have contributed important information on free‐swimming fish that was previously difficult to obtain. EMG telemetry is particularly effective for examining behaviour at temporal and spatial scales that are difficult using other techniques. The development of an ultrasonic transmitter based on the same proven principles as those used in the current radio transmitter technology will permit studies in other environments (i.e. marine, brackish, deep water) and on different species of fish. We encourage the continued development and refinement of devices for monitoring the activity and energetics of free‐swimming fish, and also encourage researchers to consider EMG telemetry as a tool for addressing questions that are not effectively answered with other techniques.  相似文献

Fisheries management uses important fish market information and information from Communication Technology (ICT) to improve fish trade by identifying inefficiencies, inequity and post‐harvest losses. The current study reports fisheries output using ICT at major landing sites and markets in Kenya and Uganda from the Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute (KMFRI) Enhanced Fish Market Information Service (EFMIS) database for 2009 – 2017. Catch assessment survey data validated the use of market data in drawing conclusions. Regional Frame Survey data provided information before EFMIS, enabling comparisons of fish trade costings. The average quantity of fish traded in Kenya depended on seasons of active lake fishing, which occurs in January – March and August – October, while Uganda had an irregular pattern associated with fish trade throughout the year. The quantity of fish traded weekly depended on the average price of fish. Lower sales margins during the EFMIS project showed the merits of information sharing using ICT platforms for efficient and equitable fish trade. Such evaluation of fish market information is useful in fish trade policy formulation and for fisheries management and ecological sustainability in rural and peri‐urban communities.  相似文献

Arapaima gigas (paiche) is the largest scaled fish species living in the Amazon basin. Its biology is both fascinating and misunderstood. In a context of overfishing, hence reduced natural populations, aquaculture of a fish with such interesting characteristics (large size, high growth rate, no intramuscular spines) is an important issue. The development of farming production would also reduce the fishing pressure on natural populations and allow re‐stocking programmes in certain areas. To determine what factors may influence the reproductive success in captivity, data from breeding reports for 2007–2010 were collected among fish farmers in the region of Iquitos. In parallel, we carried out physicochemical measurements in different ponds where these paiches breed, and conducted personal interviews about the general fish management conditions. The results show that reproduction occurs throughout the year but with a higher intensity during the rainy season. It also highlights farms that have performed much better than others, but no single factor except feeding level has been clearly associated with reproductive success. The environmental control of reproduction in paiche, therefore, remains partly mysterious. To deepen this study, we recommend the systematic sexing of breeders, extending reproductive behavioural studies, and examining the limnological factors involved in fry mortality.  相似文献

There is generally a very poor understanding of how anadromous brown trout, Salmo trutta, use marine ecosystems. In this study, we use acoustic telemetry techniques to test four alternative hypotheses for estuarine coastal habitat use by this species on a population in the Clyde, west-central Scotland. Anadromous brown trout in their second (or more) summer feeding in the marine environment did not show patterns of estuarine use predicted from studies on other populations of this species. They did not (a) use the inner Clyde Estuary as a staging post for onward migration to open coastal waters, nor did they (b) pass through the estuary rapidly nor did they (c) make multiple incursions into freshwater. In contrast, fish utilised a very geographically constrained area of the inner estuary (<8 km in length), within which fish were highly mobile, exhibiting more activity during a flooding tide and exhibited high survivorship compared with reports from other studies. The reasons why estuarine use by anadromous brown trout in the Clyde may differ from that reported elsewhere is discussed.  相似文献
