7个甘蔗新品系种性表现及其评述   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2004~2006年对桂糖99-181等7个甘蔗新品系进行2年新植2年宿根品种比较试验.结果表明:蔗茎产量与含糖量表现较突出的是桂糖99-181、99-107、99-260,其公顷产蔗量与公顷含糖量均比对照品种新台糖16号(Roc16)增产12%以上;甘蔗蔗糖分以桂糖99-137和99-268为最高,4年新植宿根平均蔗糖分分别达15.90%和15.84%,分别比对照品种新台糖16号高0.7和0.64个百分点.  相似文献

几个糖能型甘蔗新品种高产栽培比较试验   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对近年广西甘蔗研究所选育的桂糖22号、桂引5号、桂糖26号等3个糖能型甘蔗品种进行产量、品质及其主要工农艺性状的研究.结果表明:3个参试品种公顷产蔗量达到能源甘蔗品种120吨以上的技术要求,其中桂引5号产量最高,达171.57吨,公顷,桂糖22号160.90吨忪顷,分别比新台糖22号增产21.7%和14.2%;各品种单位面积可发酵糖量表现与蔗茎产量表现相似,即桂引5号最高,达35.51吨/公顷,其次为桂糖22号,34.75吨/公顷,与对照相比达显著水平.桂引5号、桂糖22号不仅蔗茎产量、单位面积可发酵糖量高,且宿根性强,抗旱,适宜广西旱地甘蔗生产,是理想的糖能兼用品种.  相似文献

CP80/1827、CP81/1384、新台糖16三个甘蔗新品种与广西当家品种桂糖11号进行一年新植、一年宿根对比试验,结果新台糖16两造公顷产蔗量及含糖量分别比桂糖11号增14.1%和24.2%,一些主要农艺性状也优于桂糖11号;CP80/1827两造公顷总产量比桂糖11号低13.6%,但总含糖量比桂糖11号增加16.3%。  相似文献

桂糖36号(原名:桂糖03-1403) 桂糖36号,亲系:新台糖23×CP84-1198.201 1年3月育成.中至中大茎,发芽出苗率好,分蘖能力特强,发株率高.早生快发,前、中期生长快,后期生长势优.特早熟、特高糖、高产、宿根性好、极易脱叶或自动脱叶,适应于广西中等水肥条件下栽培.其最优良的特性是特早熟、特高糖及和极易脱叶.甘蔗蔗糖分较对照种新台糖22增1度糖以上,产蔗量与新台糖22相近、亩含糖量较新台糖22增加. 蔗茎产量:据2009-2010年广西甘蔗品种区域试验,通过7个区域试验点两年新植一年宿根共三个作物季21个点次试验,桂糖36产蔗量为5776公斤/亩,与对照种新台糖22产蔗量(5886公斤/亩)相近.  相似文献

新台糖22号在雒容农场新植宿根两年试验,结果表明:新台糖22号萌芽快,出苗率高达73.0%,宿根性强,宿根发株率高达139.6%,公顷有效茎数,蔗茎产量,蔗糖分和含糖量优于桂糖11号,早熟高糖高产,有较好的农艺性状,适合本场气候条件,可以大力发展种植。  相似文献

采用大田生产模式种植,以来自同一亲本组合(粤糖97-20×ROC25)杂交后代分离产生的强宿根甘蔗品(种)系(‘云蔗06-407’、‘云蔗06-415’)和弱宿根甘蔗品(种)系(‘云蔗06-408’、‘云蔗06-416’)为材料,强宿根甘蔗品种‘新台糖22号’及宿根性一般的甘蔗品种‘新台糖10号’为对照,探讨由甘蔗种性决定的宿根影响因子与甘蔗宿根性的关系。结果表明,强宿根甘蔗较弱宿根甘蔗新植蔗蔗芽萌发速度快,萌发数多,且分蘖率高,形成的有效茎数多;强宿根甘蔗宿根发株数多,形成的有效数多于新植蔗,产量较新植蔗高。这些影响甘蔗宿根性的因子与甘蔗品种的种性密切相关。  相似文献

【目的】探讨采用甘蔗新品种桂辐98-296种茎对新台糖22号宿根蔗直接补种对各自产量和蔗糖品质的影响,以有效地解决宿根蔗缺株断垄问题,延长宿根蔗年限,降低植蔗周期生产成本,为生产应用提供理论依据。【方法】采用桂辐98-296和新台糖22号种茎直接补种新台糖22号宿根,调查补种的桂辐98-296、新台糖22号和新台糖22号宿根蔗的产量性状、蔗茎产量及蔗糖品质表现。【结果】桂辐98-296种茎直接补种处理产量为74.33t/hm2,分别比CK、新台糖22号种茎直接补种处理增产18.36、15.83t/hm2,且差异达极显著水平;新台糖22号种茎直接补种处理产量与CK差异不显著。直接补种不影响新台糖22号宿根蔗的产量和蔗糖分;补种的桂辐98-296的蔗糖分与新台糖22号宿根蔗相当。【结论】桂辐98-296种茎直接补种新台糖22号宿根蔗,可以增加单位面积有效茎数,提高单位面积产量;方法简单、高效、实用,有效延长了宿根年限,提高植蔗的经济效益。  相似文献

以当家品种新台糖10号作对照进行新植与宿根2年的大面积表证示范。结果表明:甘蔗新品种巴西45号新植、宿根平均蔗茎产量、蔗糖分和蔗糖含量分别比对照种增加25.32%、2.30%(绝对值)和46.09%,增产增糖效果极显著;同时该品种还表现出生长快、农艺性状好、抗逆性强、宿根性好等优良性状,是目前我县蔗区蔗茎产量与蔗糖分均较高的品种。应扩大示范面积,为大面积推广应用作准备。  相似文献

本研究以中国5个主栽甘蔗品种‘桂柳05-136’‘桂糖42号’‘云蔗05-51’‘福农41号’‘新台糖22号’为研究材料,分别在新植蔗和宿根蔗的伸长初期、伸长盛期、成熟期,对不同品种甘蔗叶面积指数(LAI),完全展开绿叶(+1、中部、基部)的叶面积,株高和茎径进行测定。在甘蔗伸长盛期、成熟期对甘蔗叶片总数、绿叶数进行测定,在甘蔗成熟期对产量、蔗糖分、纤维分、干物质含量等品质指标进行测定,并分析甘蔗的表型发育特征与成熟期产量和糖分的相关性。结果表明,伸长初期各品种新植蔗株高生长速度高于宿根蔗,‘云蔗05-51’的生长速度最快;‘福农41号’的新植蔗和宿根蔗茎径高于其他品种;各品种叶片LAI呈先上升后降低的趋势,伸长盛期宿根蔗LAI高于同时期新植蔗;宿根蔗叶面积在伸长初期显著高于新植蔗,新植蔗叶面积呈现先上升后降低的趋势;宿根蔗较新植蔗具有更高的绿叶率,其中‘桂柳05-136’各时期绿叶率均处于最高。成熟期甘蔗产量和品质检测表明:‘云蔗05-51’产量最高,‘桂柳05-136’蔗糖分最高,‘桂糖42号’纤维分和干物质含量最高,新植蔗‘桂糖42号’产糖量最高,宿根蔗‘桂柳05-136’产糖量最高。相关性分析表明,新植蔗蔗糖分与伸长初期株高、茎径、叶面积显著负相关,宿根蔗产量与生长各时期株高呈显著正相关。本研究发现‘桂柳05-136’宿根蔗具有较好的单位面积产糖量,‘桂糖42号’新植蔗单位面积产糖量较高,‘云蔗05-51’具有较高的产量,不同品种具有的生物学特性有所差异,应结合气候条件和栽培模式,因地制宜地选择合适的品种进行种植。  相似文献

Sugarcane (Saccharum spp.) is grown across different production environments and is harvested over a 5-month (mid-October–mid-March) period in Florida. While many studies have examined genotype × environment interactions and their implications for breeding program design, knowledge is limited regarding interactions of genotype, environment and time of harvest and their implications for growers. Three non-confounded data sets (“case studies”) were analyzed to determine the effects of these three factors on kilograms of sugar per ton (KST), tons of cane per hectare (TCH) and tons of sugar per hectare (TSH) for recently released cultivars in south Florida. Cultivar (genotype), environment, time of harvest and their interactions had significant effects on KST, TCH and TSH. Sugarcane KST and TSH were reduced by 28 and 29%, respectively, when harvested in mid-October compared to optimum harvest dates in February. TSH varied from 2 to 46% across environments. The Lakeview “warmland” site near Lake Okeechobee recorded significantly higher TCH and TSH than other sites, and cultivars CP88-1508 and CP88-1834 recorded higher relative yields at Lakeview. Cultivar TSH varied up to 51% across the case studies. CP89-2143 had significantly higher KST than other cultivars in all 21 pairwise comparisons in the three case studies, and a remarkably high, stable KST ranking across environments. Growers in the Everglades Agricultural Area interested in improving sugarcane crop sucrose concentration should plant CP89-2143. However, significant genotype × environment interactions for other cultivars support continued multi-locational evaluation of sugarcane germplasm both during the breeding program and following cultivar release.  相似文献

2006—2008年,对桂糖94/119等4个甘蔗品种进行了50℃、2h热水处理甘蔗种苗的一新一宿对比试验,结果表明:热水处理提高了桂糖96/211、桂糖94/119、新台糖22的产量和公顷含糖量,新宿平均产量分别比对照增产24.3%、16.2%、16.6%,新宿平均公顷含糖量分别比对照增产25.9%、17.5%、16.2%,增幅较大,效应明显,但对新台糖16的效应不明显。  相似文献

选育及推广应用甘蔗良种能带给蔗糖产业最大化的经济效益,从市场经济的角度客观高效地筛选和评价甘蔗品种对蔗糖生产的可持续发展具有重要意义。本研究旨在对甘蔗的多个目标性状进行经济权重模型的构建,客观评价目标性状的相对重要性,为完善甘蔗育种评价体系和甘蔗良种的推广应用奠定基础。依据云南省18家糖厂3个榨季的调查问卷数据和云南省多年从事甘蔗生产的农户及农场管理人员的调研反馈数据,对整个蔗糖产业各个环节进行成本核算,计算不同经济性状的经济权重,获得了如下主要结果:(1)构建了甘蔗11个育种目标性状的经济权重模型,包括3个直接目标性状(蔗茎产量、甘蔗蔗糖分、纤维分),8个间接目标性状(茎径、有效茎、株高、蒲心、脱叶性、57号毛群、侧芽、芽突起程度);(2)基于新植产量63 t/hm 2、糖分12.5%、纤维分12.0%和甘蔗1 a新植2 a宿根生产周期总产量170.73 t/hm 2的条件下,每吨糖的总生产成本为4643.99元,蔗农的生产成本占总成本的68.15%,糖厂的生产成本占总成本的31.85%;当每吨甘蔗的收购价格为440元时,蔗农每吨甘蔗的收益为44.38元,当市场糖价突破每吨糖5000元时,糖厂每吨糖的收益超过356.01元;(3)基于目前人工收获生产模式条件下,甘蔗11个目标性状的绝对经济权重值为:蔗茎产量(t/hm 2)37.95元、商业糖分(%)328.44元、纤维分(%)-22.28元、茎径(cm)320元、有效茎(条/m 2)-80元、株高(cm)0元、蒲心(分级)-760元、脱叶性(分级)-320元、57号毛群(分级)-160元、侧芽(分级)-159.82元、芽突起程度(分级)-63.26元;(4)结合性状遗传增益的分析得到11目标性状的相对经济权重值,依次为商业糖分400.99元、蔗茎产量130.51元、茎径36.93元、株高0元、芽突起程度-5.22元、纤维分-8.25元、脱叶性-21.15元、侧芽-24.30元、有效茎-28.61元、毛群-30.72元、蒲心-200.04元。通过对整个蔗糖产业各个环节成本的核算,利用边际效益的方法构建的目标性状经济权重模型可为甘蔗品种选育和推广应用提供参考和依据。  相似文献

To account for genotype x environment (G x E) interactions, sugarcane varieties are tested in multi-environment trials (METs) across multiple crop-years and seasons (early vs. late) under fully irrigated conditions in Swaziland. This study aimed to quantify the main sources of variation relevant to the MET network, identify mega-environments, evaluate adaptability of imported sugarcane varieties, and optimize resource use within the testing network. Nine varieties (eight imported Mauritian and one South African variety) were tested at two sites (Mhlume – M and Simunye – S), harvested early (E) and late (L) in the season across five crop-years in replicated (8) Latin square designs. A linear mixed model analysis of cane yield (tons of cane per ha; TCH), sucrose content (SUC%), sucrose yield (tons of sugar per ha; TSH), and fiber content (FIB%) showed that variety x season interactions were highly significant (P < 0.001) and larger than variety x site interactions for most traits. Genotype + genotype x environment (GGE) biplots revealed clustering of environments into two mega-environments by season rather than by site. Two Mauritian varieties were superior in each of the early and late mega-environments. Broad-sense heritability (H2) for all traits was larger than 0.79, with the highest value observed for FIB% (0.89). Resource optimization analysis, using variance components, suggested that future testing be conducted at a single site, across two seasons, with replicate numbers >5, and harvested across approximately five crop-years. Strong variety x season interactions should be exploited more aggressively in irrigated sugarcane selection programs.  相似文献

桂引5号是广西甘蔗研究所于1998年12月从巴西引进,经过5年严格系统试验选育而成的新品种。该品种在广西3年区域试验结果表明,平均公顷产蔗量:新植为114.43t,宿根为105.40t,新植宿根平均为109.92t,比对照桂糖11号分别增产21.4%、36.7%、28.3%。新植平均、宿根平均、新植与宿根平均蔗糖分分别为14.76%、15.35%、15.06%,比桂糖11号的分别提高0.43、0.84、0.63个百分点。公顷含糖量:新植平均、宿根平均、新植与宿根平均依次为16.89t、16.18t、16.55t,比桂糖11号的分别增产25.0%、44.6%、33.9%。3年15个点次氮肥控制试验、固氮细菌分离试验及固氮酶活性试验结果均证明该品种具有生物固氮性能。在生产上使用该品种,可比常规品种施氮节省氮肥50%以上。  相似文献

桂糖21号(原名桂糖94-119)是以赣蔗75-65为母本、崖城71-374为父本杂交经11年试验研究选育出的甘蔗新品种.广西区试及生产示范和全国区试及生产示范,11月~1月平均蔗糖分分别为14.30%、15.12%、14.91%、14.22%,高于对照品种桂糖11号和新台糖10号,与新台糖16号基本持平.公顷产蔗量分别为95.75t、102.00t、103.97t、117.86t,分别比对照增产8.1%、16.3%、17.3%、10.5%,公顷含糖量分别为13.70t、15.42t、15.50t、16.75t,分别比对照品种增12.7%、23.6%、17.8%、13.7%,增产增糖效果显著.  相似文献

从国家甘蔗种质资源圃内宿根六年的566份国内种质中筛选出134份田间综合性状表现较好的种质进行产量检测分析,结果表明:公顷产量在120t及以上种质有58个,占总数的43.28%;公顷产量在90~120t之间的种质有43个,占总数的32.09%;公顷产量在90t以下的种质有33个,占总数的24.63%;其中公顷产量在120t及以上的种质可做为高产强宿根亲本进行杂交或回交利用,从而达到甘蔗产量遗传改良的目的。  相似文献

以45个家系甘蔗实生苗为材料,对6个影响甘蔗产业经济效益最大的主要性状蔗茎产量、甘蔗蔗糖分、甘蔗纤维分、有效茎、茎径和株高进行方差、遗传力、育种值和遗传值分析。结果表明:6个性状除母本的株高差异不显著外,其它性状在父本、母本及家系间差异均达显著或极显著;各性状的广义遗传力均大于50%,其中,甘蔗蔗糖分的广义遗传力为90.21%,表明这6个性状的广义遗传力较高,适合有性世代选择,可提高选择强度。29个母本中CP65-357、桂糖96-44、HoCP93-746、CP 84-1198、湛蔗74-141、福农91-4710、ROC22七个母本蔗茎产量和甘蔗蔗糖分的育种值皆较高,可作为高产高糖母本。26个父本中CP84-1198、粤糖89-240、ROC22、云瑞99-601、福农91-4621等蔗茎产量的育种值高。45个家系中,福农91-4710×粤糖89-240、HoCP93-746×ROC22、CP84-1198×ROC22、HoCP93-746×湛蔗74-141、HoCP93-746×福农91-4621、ROC11×桂糖91-116等家系蔗茎产量和甘蔗蔗糖分遗传值皆较高,可作为选育甘蔗新品种重点家系。  相似文献

Jatropha is a non-edible, important bioenergy plant, which can grow in marginalized land. The seeds possess about 36% oil and this would be converted into biodiesel or biojet-fuel. Jatropha provides an option for sustainable feed and fuel production due to its inherent qualities including hardy nature, drought tolerance and surviving with limited amount of water, tolerance to unfavorable conditions and excessive moisture. However, heterozygosity, low productivity and poor understanding of its genome are the major impediments to elite line development. Further, classical breeding and advanced technological investments remain limited owing to long juvenile phase and breeding cycles. Scientific technologies that lead to identification of elite genotypes and development of high yielding elite Jatropha lines and effective methods of detoxification of seeds needs immediate priority. Efficient tissue culture system, doubled haploids (DH) and genomic tools are increasingly made available to improve the seed yield and its oil quantity through the development of geminivirus disease resistant lines. The application of advanced, sequencing technologies has presented a repertoire of genomic information for this important yet orphan crop. In the present investigation, we highlight the achievements made in Jatropha towards development of high yielding, virus resistant elite lines and hybrids with yield potential ranging from 3 to 5 tons per hectare in a year, which is a first ever report in the world. We also developed potential biotechnological tools such as genetic transformation, genome editing and next generation genomics tools including linkage maps and QTLs for accelerating breeding efforts through marker assisted selection. Because of our concerted and continuous efforts during the past 15 years, we have overcome all the obstacles and developed high yielding, disease resistant hybrids/lines, advanced cultivation technologies with thorough knowledge on Agronomy of the Jatropha crop. The Jatropha cultivation technology developed for the first time in the world, could open up new avenues for higher yield productivity of commercial viability.  相似文献

10个甘蔗品种通过2年新植、1年宿根的试验,结果表明:在广西崇左区试点,柳城05-136出苗好,含糖量排在新品种之首,比对照稍有减少,宿根黑穗病明显少于ROC22,可示范并推广;福农1110出苗快,蔗茎整齐,抗倒伏,宿根性较强,糖分稳定,含糖量仅次于柳城05-136,可示范并推广;德蔗03-83农艺性状好,蔗茎产量高,宿根性强,但迟熟,可作为榨季后期原料蔗适量种植。其它品种表现不够理想,不适合在本试验区域种植。  相似文献
