为了解抹茶加工过程中的微生物多样性变化情况,以茶树鲜叶(X组)、碾茶(N组)和抹茶(F组)为研究对象,采用CTAB法提取样品微生物总DNA,测定样品中微生物的16SrDNA基因V3、V4区序列。测序数据经质量控制、嵌合体过滤、高质量数据统计后,用QIIME2软件获得扩增子序列变体ASVs特征表和特征序列,进行ASVs分布分析、α多样性分析、β多样性分析和物种分析。结果表明:X组、N组和F组中共检测出微生物ASVs分别为197个、1018个和1402个,特有ASVs分别为56个、435个和807个,共有ASVs为121个。α多样性分析显示,各组样品的Chao1、Observed-species、Shannon和Simpson指数存在显著性差异(P <0.05),稀释曲线均渐趋平缓,呈现F组高于N组高于X组的规律。β多样性分析显示:N组与F组的菌群结构相似,与X组的菌群结构不同。X组、N组和F组中分别含有5个、8个和10个菌门,共有优势菌门有厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、蓝藻菌门(Cyanobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobac... 相似文献

为了研究双亲杂交衍生的多个群体QTL作图分析的方法,对两个亲本通过任意杂交设计衍生的任意多个相关群体联合分析的方法进行了探讨.其要点是:首先利用染色体上所有标记基因型联合计算该染色体上任一假定位置QTL的条件概率,然后根据混合分布理论建立基于EM算法实现的QTL作图的极大似然估计方法.以双亲杂交衍生的F2和BC群体联合分析为例,用计算机模拟数据研究了QTL遗传力和样本容量两个因素对方法的影响.结果表明,在染色体水平模拟时,相同的遗传力下,F2和BC群体联合分析的统计功效明显高于这两个群体单独分析的统计功效.此外,即使两个群体联合分析时的样本容量与两个群体单独分析时的样本容量相等,联合分析的统计功效亦明显高于单独分析的统计功效.且随着遗传力和样本容量的提高,本方法的统计功效逐步提高.在参数估计的准确度和精确度上,相同的遗传力下,F2和BC群体联合分析普遍高于这2个群体的单独分析,尤其是在低遗传力(5%)和较少样本容量下(50),这种优势更为明显.且随着遗传力和样本容量的提高,各参数估计的准确度和精确度亦逐步提高.为了验证本方法的效用,在全基因组水平进行了模拟分析,同样得到了预期的结果. 相似文献

以7个玉米自交系为材料,按7×7 GriffingⅡ完全双列杂交设计配制28个组合,测定了冷胁迫下玉米生理生化指标的变化,分析玉米抗寒性与其主要农艺性状之间的关系。结果表明,在抗寒性构成因素组与产量构成因素组的典型相关关系中,主要起作用的是脱落酸含量(ABA)、丙二醛含量(MDA)、穗行数、行粒数;在抗寒性状构成因素组与植株性状构成因素组的典型相关分析中,主要起作用的是ABA、株高;在植株性状构成因素组与产量性状构成因素组的典型相关分析中,主要起作用的是雌穗数、单株产量。 相似文献

Using statistical experimental design, the effects of multi-stage hot drawing process on thermal shrinkage and crystallographic
order of linear aliphatic-aromatic co-polyester fibres were statistically analyzed. Thermal shrinkage and fullwidth half-maximum
(FWHM) of an X-ray scattering profile of the fibres have been quantitatively assessed, and the direction of increasing or
decreasing the significant process parameters has been characterized. It has been found that the number of drawing stages,
drawing temperature and relaxing stage ratio affect the shrinkage and crystallographic order together. Plate temperature and
the interaction between drawing stages and drawing temperature or drawing ratio have an effect on thermal shrinkage; Spin
finish application and relaxing temperature have an effect on crystallographic order. The data analysis has been characterized
with regard to the relationship between the studied factors statistically analyzed and the scientific reasons suggested. Factorial
statistical analysis simulates the combination of drawing process parameters and the selected as-spun environmentally friendly

Material selection is an important stage in the development of products from composites process of automotive component application. Numerious different Multi-Criteria Decision-Making tools have their own strenghts and limitations. This paper presents a framework for material selection of natural fibre reinforced polymer composites by using statistical approach. The framework is developed using statistical methods which are simple, multiple and stepwise regression for the material selection process. The performance of potential material is investigated by a statistical analysis such as coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination and analysis of variance. A case study to select the best composite of parking brake lever is applied to this framework. End results revealed that kenaf reinforced polypropylene is the best candidate for construction of automotive parking brake lever component. The best possible of statistical model for material selection of the composite can be referred by design engineer in composite industry for a multiple application. An improved rapid analysis for determining the content of insoluble dietary fiber (IDF) in common cereals and some sorts of beans is described in this paper. The procedure includes starch gelatinization in water bath for 20 min at 100 °C and 2.5% (w/w) α-amylase hydrolyzed reaction followed by neutral detergent wash and acetone extraction. Compared with 1.5 h for filtration (estimated) and 18 h for the enzymatic hydrolysis required by the typical American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC) method, the filtration and enzymatic treatment procedures in the improved method was completed within 15 min and 1.5 h, respectively. The length of time for the filtration and the enzymatic hydrolysis for the improved method was significantly shortened from 19.5 h (AACC method) to 1.75 h. In addition, orthogonal array design (OAD) has been applied to optimize parameters of the improved method. The recovery yield of microcrystalline cellulose was 97.75% (w/w), in agreement with the result obtained using the typical AACC method, demonstrating the reliability of the improved method. Furthermore, several common cereals and beans were employed to validate the accuracy and universality of this improved method. 相似文献
