为了解甘肃陇南地区小麦条锈菌群体的遗传多样性,采用TP-M13-SSR荧光标记技术,对该地区8个种群202个小麦条锈菌分离株基因组DNA进行SSR标记分析。结果表明,甘肃陇南地区小麦条锈菌群体遗传多样性比较丰富。在物种水平上,观察等位基因数(Na)为1.88,有效等位基因数(Ne)为1.50,Nei’s基因多样性指数(H)为0.30,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.46,多态位点百分率(P)为87.5%;种群之间遗传多样性有显著差异。中梁种群、秦安种群的遗传多样性相对较高,武都种群、文县种群、齐寿种群和平南种群次之,礼县种群、西和种群遗传多样性相对较低。AMOVA分析结果表明,小麦条锈菌群体间和群体内都存在着一定的遗传分化,群体间的遗传变异占总变异的4.05%,群体内遗传变异占95.05%。  相似文献

Walnut has been regarded as a health food that is delicious and nutritious. Both preventive and therapeutic effects of walnut are well documented. Walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that are reported to have beneficial effects on brain function. The present work was designed to evaluate the effects of walnuts on learning and memory in male rats. The effect of oral intake of walnut was also monitored on food intake. Walnut was given orally to rats for a period of 28 days. Memory function in rats was assessed by elevated plus maze (EPM) and radial arm maze (RAM). A significant improvement in learning and memory of walnut treated rats compared to controls was observed. Walnut treated rats also exhibited a significant decrease in food intake while the change in growth rate (in terms of percentage) remained comparable between the two groups. Analysis of brain monoamines exhibited enhanced serotonergic levels in rat brain following oral intake of walnuts. The findings suggest that walnut may exert its hypophagic and nootropic actions via an enhancement of brain 5-HT metabolism.  相似文献

本研究选取云南省保山市昌宁县境内的核桃树间作年限为6、10、15、30a的茶树-核桃间作茶园土壤为研究对象,取距核桃树主干1、2、3 m处的0~20 cm表土层和20~40 cm土层深度的土壤和相对应的单作茶园土壤为供试样,测定了土壤的pH、有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、交换性钙和交换性镁的含量。结果表明:随着核桃树种植年限的延长,间作茶园土壤pH呈增加的趋势,核桃树种植年限为30 a的土壤pH接近或大于7.0;核桃树间作年限为30 a的间作茶园土壤有机质、碱解氮和速效磷均显著小于单作茶园中的含量;随着核桃树间作年限的延长,间作茶园土壤中的速效钾、交换性钙、交换性镁的含量都显著高于单作茶园。上述研究结果表明,核桃树对茶树有明显的化感抑制作用,会导致茶树不能较好生长和茶叶品质下降。因此,不宜将二者相间种植或将核桃树作为茶树的遮荫树利用。  相似文献

In the present research, a method of assessing relative compatibility rating of single and binary mixtures of walnut green shell, cochineal, and weld natural dyes on aluminum pre-mordanted woolen yarns was proposed, where a proportion of the calculated diffusion coefficients of dyes was postulated. To calculate the diffusion coefficient values, the uptake behavior of dyes was derived as the K/S and the exhaustion curves by dyeing the woolen yarn samples with the individual dye as well as with the mixtures of dyes obtained from practical conditions of dyeing. A typical method was employed to dye the samples at two temperatures of 80 and 95 oC. The method proposed for determination of the compatibility of dyes was more verified at higher temperature, that is, 95 oC, against a conventional method of solution analysis. The results of compatibility showed that the selected binary mixtures of cochineal-weld have an excellent compatibility. The other mixtures, that is, walnut green shell-cochineal and walnut green shell-weld showed weak-moderate and very weak compatibility, respectively.  相似文献

小麦品种绵麦37对条锈病和白粉病的抗性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解小麦品种绵麦37在当前生产和抗病育种上的利用价值,通过室内和田间试验,对该品种进行了苗期和成株期的条锈病和白粉病抗性鉴定和评价。结果表明,在苗期接种的846份采自甘肃省不同地区及邻近周边麦区的条锈菌样中,51份菌株对绵麦37具有致病性,占总菌样数的6.03%;所用的条锈菌样中,生理小种及致病类型包括CYR33、CYR32、Su11-2、Su11-3、Su11-4、HY8、HY9、HY4、G22-9和G22-14,这些小种及致病类型主要分布在甘肃、四川及陕西等地,尤以四川、甘肃陇南等地出现频率较高。在成株期随着以G22-9和G22-14为代表的贵农类群出现频率的进一步升高,绵麦37已逐步在甘肃陇南田间丧失抗条锈性,但对白粉病抗性表现较好,尚可作为抗源材料进一步利用。  相似文献

Nutritional composition of the kernels of two types of Pindan walnut (Terminalia cunninghamii), a native nut consumed traditionally by Australian Indigenous peoples, is reported for the first time. Results showed that Pindan walnut kernels contained high levels of fat, protein and ash, approximately 50, 30 and 5% fresh basis, respectively. The levels of minerals in the kernels were much higher than common walnuts and macadamia nuts, especially those of phosphorus, magnesium and zinc. The high amounts of polyphenols in the kernels provided strong hydrophilic antioxidant capacities, of up to 2004 mg Trolox equivalents/100 g fresh basis using the hydrophilic oxygen radical absorbance capacity assay. Both free polyphenol content and hydrophilic antioxidant capacities of the kernels were higher than those of macadamia nuts, although the lipophilic oxygen radical absorbance capacity was lower. These preliminary studies indicate high potential for wider use of the Pindan walnut as a novel, nutritious and health-promoting food.  相似文献

Six snack-type bars were manufactured, to contain oat and wheat germ and two different walnut levels, agglutinated with natural sweeteners and fats. Two bars also contained toasted amaranth with brown sugar cover and wheat extrudate, while two others, contained puffed instead of toasted amaranth. Water activity (Aw) and moisture were determined in the manufactured products. Quality and sensory evaluation and proximate analysis were carried out on the bars containing highest levels of walnuts (18%). The caloric contribution of the bars was computed by Atwater methods. The nutritional quality of the bars was determined by means of the Protein Efficiency Ratio (PER) and Net Protein Ratio (NPR), and the results were used to obtain relative PER and relative NPR. Samples of the latter bars were kept under accelerated storage for 15 days at 37 °C and analyzed every 5 days to determine their Aw, moisture, peroxide and sensory acceptability. The drying time for the cereal — and walnut — based bars was 45 min at 120 °C. All bars presented a good fiber supply and the CN1 bar, containing only oat, wheat germ and walnut, had the greatest protein content. In the sensory evaluation, the walnut level with the greatest preference was 18%. PER and NPR values of the bars did not differ significantly showing values approximately 86% that of the casein value. During storage, the moisture and Aw decreased in all the bars. Peroxides remained within the acceptable ranges; acceptability based on sensory evaluation remained best in the bar with toasted amaranth. Walnuts can successfully be used in the manufacture of snack bars as these offer good nutritional and sensory quality and remain stable in storage.  相似文献

明确江西省油菜根肿病病菌类型及油菜品种对病害的抗性,对指导油菜生产及景区观光业的发展具有重要意义。为了探明油菜根肿病的分布及其病菌的致病性分化,于2011年至2016年持续对江西省油菜根肿病的地理分布进行调查,并对病区油菜根肿病株进行生理小种鉴定。结果表明,江西油菜根肿病主要分布在赣东北局部区域,致病菌为4号和9号生理小种,其中4号小种仅发现在赣东北区域分布。在4号和9号小种的病区分别设置田间病圃进行200余个油菜品种的抗性鉴定,结果表明,测试的全部油菜品种对9号小种表现抗病,而94.74%油菜品种对4号小种表现感病;萝卜籽花和59-013等12个品种对4号小种具中抗以上水平。本研究筛选到生理小种特异性的抗病资源或品种,可为油菜抗根肿病育种提供抗源。  相似文献
