景观材料是园林景观设计的基础,合理运用景观材料是建设优质景观工程的前提。因此以可持续景观为指导思想,研制适用景观环境的新一种低碳节能材料纸浆模塑板,探讨纸浆模塑板的制作工艺技术,并重点研究分析纸浆模塑板在景观环境中的应用方式与应用效果。得出的结论是:纸浆模塑板在室外地面铺装与装饰小品中能大量应用与推广。它具有安全性、价格低、可普及性、美观性以及生态环保等特点,符合园林景观方面材料的要求。 相似文献

This article discusses the determinants of profitability expressed as return on capital among Japanese pulp and paper companies. Return on capital is measured as income before tax related to stockholders’ equity. Return on capital has been divided into profit margin and asset utilization rate. The hypothesis is that return on capital can be explained by mill size, productivity, product line, financial situation, and use of wood resources. The dataset consists of 13 larger Japanese pulp and paper companies listed in Pulp &; Paper Statistics. Data on financial performance, production, and use of wood fibers were collected for the period 1991–2001. The average return on equity for the studied companies is 4.2%. Labor productivity has increased quite significantly, from about 600 to 1,000 kg/employee and year. An econometric analysis indicates that the best model fit is found when the asset utilization rate is used as the dependent variable. Significant variables are, among others, asset utilization rate lagged one time period (?), labor productivity (+), capital productivity (?), paper production as a share of total paper and board production (?), total value of assets on the books (?) and solidity (+). This may indicate that the total value of assets on the books is large in relation to the total production of paper, paperboard and pulp. 相似文献

High-density polyethylene (HDPE), bagasse fibers treated by four pulping processes (AS-AQ (alkaline sulfite anthraquinone), SODA-AQ (soda anthraquinone), MEA (monoethanolamine) and chemical–mechanical pulping (CMP)), three levels of nano-SiO2 (0, 2, and 5?wt%), and maleic anhydride polyethylene as coupling agent were used to produce pulp–plastic composites (PPCs) by injection molding. The physical and mechanical properties of corresponding composites were evaluated according to ASTM standards. The results showed that compared to untreated bagasse/HDPE composite, the addition of bagasse pulp fibers increased significantly the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and modulus, flexural strength and modulus, and hardness. The chemical pulps-reinforced composites showed better mechanical strengths than that of CMP-reinforced composites, but in some properties, CMP pulp composites have comparable results to the chemical pulp-reinforced composites. Natural fibers (untreated and treated) increased water absorption and thickness swelling of composites compared to pure HDPE. Wood–plastic composites (WPC) were produced with white birch pulp fibers of different aspect ratios (length-to-diameter),
high-density polyethylene, and using two common processes: extrusion or injection molding. Three additive levels were also
used: no additive, compatibility agent, and process lubricant. Fiber size was measured with an optical fiber quality analyzer.
Tensile properties of WPC were measured and modeled as a function of fiber aspect ratio. Models were fitted to experimental
values using the minimum sum of squared error method. A shift from the oriented fiber case (injection molding) to the randomly
oriented fiber case (extrusion) was achieved using a fiber orientation factor. Fiber/matrix stress transfer increased with
increasing fiber aspect ratio. Stress transfer was reduced with the use of process lubricant. Unexpectedly, the compatibility
agent had the same effect. Fiber strength and stiffness contributions to the composite were lower than those of intrinsic
