铁皮石斛在人工光型密闭式植物工厂的适宜光照强度   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
人工光型密闭式植物工厂适于高附加值植物尤其是珍贵药用植物的大规模/低成本化生产,其环境调控对珍贵药用植物的产量和质量有重要影响。笔者研究探索在控制温度、湿度、CO2浓度和光周期的条件下,光照强度对铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)组培苗生长发育的影响,以期找到铁皮石斛组培阶段在人工光可控环境下的适宜光照环境。鲜重约300mg的铁皮石斛单腋芽作为外植体在温度24±1℃、湿度65±5%、光周期12h/d、及光期CO2浓度800±50μmol/mol的环境条件下,设置光照强度为37、68、92、120μmol/(m2·s)的4组试验区,并使用容积为380mL的方型聚碳酸酯组培容器在人工光型密闭式植物工厂中培育92d。组培容器的顶部留2个直径为10mm的圆孔覆盖高分子透气膜用来与容器外进行气体交换。铁皮石斛组培苗的生长发育和生理活性在光照强度为68μmol/(m2·s)时最佳,超过92μmol/(m2·s)时呈现明显的光抑制;多糖含量随着光照强度的增强而增加,超过92μmol/(m2·s)时呈下降趋势,但是68和92μmol/(m2·s)光照强度试验区的多糖含量没有显著性差异。因此,铁皮石斛组培苗在人工光型密闭式植物工厂内培育的适宜光照强度为60 ̄70μmol/(m2·s)。  相似文献

Current mainstream lighting type from three aspects includingcomfort,energy efficiency and visibilitywas analyzed as well as the shortcomings of the lighting type. The LED fails to improve the current condition effectively and the replacement of HPS with LED is not advisable. To avoid glare, it is necessary to locate road lamp between driver and road surface. Light distribution should be redesigned and the increased proportion of effective lighting is required to improve the visibility level. A new method is proposed by employing separate, low-power and high efficacy LED and customized control system to satisfy the requirement of various functions including road surface lighting, space lighting and lighting in the fog condition  相似文献

Five color temperature LEDs were compared to traditional light sources (HPS and MH) under three lighting levels and negative contrasts to study the effect of light sources color on tunnel lighting. Through the experiment of reaction times, the relation between light sources color and reaction times, and the relation between light sources color and pupil size were studied, respectively. The experiment result shows that visual performance and cirtopic with high color temperature LED are the most significant under high lighting level. The visual performance and cirtopic with middle color temperature LED are the most significant under mesopic lighting level. It is shown that comprehensive influence of light sources color on visual performance and cirtopic must be considered for choosing appropriate light sources in different sections of tunnel lighting.  相似文献

采用频振式杀虫灯、频振式诱虫灯和小菜蛾性诱剂逐日诱集调查的方法,研究了坝上农牧交错带趋光性昆虫种群数量动态变化规律。结果表明,实验区农林牧趋光性昆虫共有269种,分属9目,42科。初步明确了该区趋光性昆虫种群动态可分为零星出现、连续少量出现、连续大量出现、短期大爆发4种类型,以及害虫优势种群(网锥额野螟、小菜蛾、杨逸色夜蛾、小地老虎、旋幽夜蛾、短扇舟蛾)的动态规律,为今后科学合理的害虫预测预报及害虫防治提供了基础资料  相似文献

In this paper, taking the night view lighting project of the center of the Chongqing city as an example, which is in the visual field of Yikeshu landscape stage in Nanshan of Chongqing, an approach to the lkghting project is suggested. It takes the landscape feature of mountainous city with abundant stereo perception and hierarchy into account and meets the demand of multi-level,multi-orientation and distant sightseeing. This paper has introduced a kind of design method for digital urban lighting, it is an application of the illuminating engineering in digital city and a kind of measurable, dynamic visualization design method of the effect of digital urban lighting. A kind of new artificial method of scene imitation has been proposed in this paper. 为解决夏秋季节鳞翅目(蛾)类和鞘翅目(甲虫)类害虫防治难的问题,根据该两类害虫趋味性和趋光性的特性,在储粮区域内安置昆虫气味信息素引诱剂和频振式杀虫灯,进行引诱捕杀害虫。试验结果证明:该方法杀虫效果明显,有效地控制了害虫的繁殖生存和对粮食的危害,实现了绿色储粮的目的。  相似文献

Brightness level of the mad lighting should be of the mesopic vision category. But the present road lighting standard in the various countries is in the bright vision condition, this is different with the mesopic vision effect, which will bring the appraisal error into the illumination quality. Therefore, studies on the mesopic vision condition through the reaction time of the road lighting have been the front research topic. Regarding this, this article introduces the middle vision reaction time test system which independently develops to carry on the photosource light effect the research. This system can adopt different light sources to form the illumination environment under the mesopic vision, simulate road barrier ahead the car at night with varied light, and examine reaction time according to visual characteristic of driver through electronic shutter. Through regression analysis of the massive measured data, the reaction time and the background halogen brightness function expression has been fitted under the different experimental condition, thus obtains the golden photosource vision effect to be higher than the sodium lamp photosource the conclusion. In the article, the system the structure, the principle of work, the experimental technique and the data processing result has carried on the analysis and the discussion. This research results which is founded in the mesopic visual condition the visibility model provide the experimental basis, which has the very good model significance for China road lighting project concrete implementation and the actual improvement.  相似文献

CIE has proposed the semi-cylindrical illuminations as evaluation indicators and the overseas reports nave also been put forward in the use of three-dimensional sense indicators to prevent violations based on the assessment of lighting to create efficient, economic, safe and comfortable urban traffic lighting environments. But this required experimental verifications. The study used subjective and objective experiment methods to survey the parts of the sidewalk lighting in Chongqing urban. Through extensive testing information disposals and analyses, the autrors illumination should be the optimal parameters of sidewalk lighting and exist problems at present. The computer gray separation method is first used in analysing the facial features of pedestrians at night. It gets the scope of applications and application conditions of three-dimensional sense. The study provide an experimental basis and scientific method for constituting sidewalk lighting evaluation indicators, and provided important values for the study of sidewalk lighting evaluation indicators.  相似文献

This paper focused on making use of color change to incarnate hierarchy of floodlighting of the building facade in landscape lighting. Color lapse by halo retreat is a good method to reach this goal. The projection light source was chosen on the principle of building exterior color coordination. According to the computing method for chroma coordinates of object color, the magnitude of three stimulus values after reflection by external wall surface and the chroma coordinates were calculated. The purpose of this paper is to take account of the influence of difference between projecting light and reflecting light on external wall surface. At the same time, an approximating computing method is recommended, that is, first figure out the chroma coordinates of two points--the top and bottom points in vertical line of the building and then readjust the location of casting light lamp and lighting fitting or renewal the light source. Then let the chroma coordinate of ever point on the vertical line settle in or be near the line connecting the two points of chroma coordinates on CIE 1931 Chroma chart. It would yield good results due to the color lapse by halo retreat.  相似文献

在大田栽培条件下,研究了采用可调式UV-B辐射增强自动控制系统对晚稻品种“协优432”生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明,UV-B辐射增强对该水稻品种光合及产量的影响不显著,具体表现在:(1)叶绿素a、叶绿素b在分蘖期分别上升4.60%和8.37%;拔节期叶绿素a下降3.20%,叶绿素b上升0.20%;孕穗期叶绿素a、叶绿素b上升2.57%和1.52%;(2)最大光合速率在拔节期和孕穗期分别上升1.38%和下降1.29%;(3)孕穗期叶绿素荧光参数PSII效率(PhiPS2)、电子传递效率(ETR)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)上升幅度为10.22%、10.22%、10.21%;(4)株高在分蘖期上升0.18%;拔节期上升0.87%;孕穗期上升3.90%;成熟期上升0.14%;(5)水稻成熟后,经UV-B辐射的水稻平均穗长增加了0.16%,每穗穗粒重、每株有效穗数、千粒重分别下降了0.35%、3.02%、1.23%。以上指标和自然日光UV-B辐射组进行方差分析,差异均不显著。  相似文献
