In this paper an expert system concept in AI is introduced to the industrial process control. Specific structures and features of expert control system are discussed. An expert controller directly applicable to industrial process is designed. The simulation of control system indicates that the expert controller has strong information precssing capability and versatile control strategies with desirable control performance. Thus, expert control approach is an effective means towards the realization of intelligent Control.  相似文献

Aiming at the difficulty optical cable-maintaining, this paper issues an intelligent diagnosis system based on GIS and expert system. To improve the optical cable-maintaining efficiency, the rules of the expert system are established according to the characteristic of the optical cable faults in the OTDR output. The inference algorithm is the most important part in intelligence system because the level of intelligence in the system is decided by it. By means of the mutual benefit for inference algorithm of expert system ,fuzzy logic and neural network ,the combinatorial inference technology which is organically composed of these three parts is put forward for inference mechanism in intelligence system. The optimization decision model is also set up. In order to bring all the advantage of every inference algorithm into play and overcome the disadvantage of single inference algorithm the common expert knowledge base is applied to organic combination and concurrent operation of all inference algorithm. In order to realize knowledge share the inference results are optimized by decision technology optimization. The research results show that the organized combinatorial inference and optimization can be applied in engineering practice effectively and is benefit for raising the inference level.  相似文献

Based on the analysis of expert experience on generation system planning(GPS), the theory of knowledge based method is introduced into GPS to express the constraints of engineering(viz. Expert experience of engineering), and to discard abundant improper program during the earlier stage of GPS. In this situation, the difficulty degree of optimizing calculation in the later stage of GPS is lessened. And then, integrating expert system with production simulation in a method of GPS is proposed and is verified with an example. The results show that the method presented is effective.  相似文献

This paper presents the structure of a knowledge-based ECG automaticdiagnosis system and the key technologies applied in the system. Using database technology to store, the ECG knowledge-database is constituted of ECG knowledgeand a set of rules .The inference engine of the system simulates the real diagnosis of the experts and combines the forward reasoning with inexact reasoning. At the same time, complicated reasoning is avoided. Because the inference engine is independent of what is stored in the ECG knowledge-database, the system is suitable for expert system.  相似文献

It is very difficult to simulate the motion process of drill by accurate mathematics model for the complexity and invisibility of stratum. The fault of drill is usually identified and disposed by personal experience so far. This means it can not estimate the trend of the equipment running good or not and the reason conduced the fault or location and degree of fault by data measured. Farther, it can not give the expert suggestions. Based on the studying of drill fault, artificial intelligence and expert system have been used in the petroleum drilling engineering, the theory and method of fault diagnosis intelligence system for drill have been studied. It also constitutes the expert knowledge database of graphic Fuzzy Neural Network for the familiar fault of drill. The intelligence reasoning machine which consists of expert rule, Fuzzy logic and artificial Neural Network have been bring forward. And the fault diagnosis system it makes for drill can be applied in complex system which includes multi-variable, multi-parameter and multi-process.  相似文献

Expert’s decision process plays an important role in production systems. To simulate complex production system including expert decision, an intelligent simulation strategy of complex production system based on interactive simulation and knowledge mining is proposed. The simulation principles and methodology are described. Key technologies of expert decision process simulation are studied in detail from the aspects of simulating algorithm and software programming. The simulation strategy is used and verified in a universal rail production line. Simulation results indicate that the intelligent simulation model can effectively describe complex production system including expert decision. During the last four decades, reinforced-concrete structure failures have been happening widely for many reasons, such as increased service loads, war accidents, fire, and durability problems. The economic losses due to those failures are very high. An expert system is an interactive computer-based decision tool that uses both facts and heuristics to solve difficult problems based on knowledge acquired from experts. To realize these requirements, a logic programming visual basic language is used together with visual diagnosis. The expert system, Diagnosis of Fire-Caused Damages to Reinforced-Concrete Tunnel Lining (DFCDRCTL) was developed in this work for diagnosing the annual damages caused by fire. The program is used as an alternative of a human expert to make annual technical decisions in diagnosing fire damages at the second reinforced-concrete tunnel lining segment. It is concluded that the proposed DFCDRCTL expert system is easy to use, and is fast and helpful for engineers.  相似文献

To solve the problems of the existing expert management information system, such as lack of general standard and lag of technical operation, etc., an Internet-based EMIS expert management information system is designed and implemented by using ASP.NET technology and multi-layer B/S structure mode. The system integrates three functions, i.e. network reporting, online review and automatic management, unifies the expert accreditation procedures and criteria and solves the confusion problem of the expert information structure system.
