Belt grinding machine with multi axis computer number control(CNC) system can effectively process parts with complex moulding surfaces.In this paper,iso parametric and iso planar tool path planning strategies customized for this kind of machine are proposed.The tool path generation methods are designed based on the analysis of the belt grinding process.By using least square method,optimized cross section normal is computed in the iso planar method.To improve the design efficiency of path planning,reduce experiments and increase economical benefit,the geometric simulation program based on linear grinding model is developed.Experiment on a turbine blade profile shows that the proposed algorithms work satisfyingly.  相似文献

This paper presents a robotic system for the rehabilitation of moving functions of the human body. It also shows that it is possible to apply the myoelectrical signal for correction of velocity of executive mechanisms movement. The myoelectrical signal contains information about muscle function and fatigue during the operation of the robotic system. The results of the simulation are described for. the robotic system which consists of two planar executive mechanisms. This robotic system is used for the training of the human hands.  相似文献

On the base of the fairing of free-form surface reconstruction from 3D data points, this paper probes one method based on shape constraints. By making physical model as objective function and using geometric constraints, free form surface reconstruction is realized based on the idea of energy optimization. This method is not only beneficial to the connection of the reconstruction surface and CAD/CAM system, but also to the integration of design, manufacturing and inspection.  相似文献

This paper discusses the method of synthesizing planar multilink mechanisms based on GA. The pivotal technology is coding, creating population, account fitness, genetic operation and defining population size. This method does not require initial mechanisms and can search for plural appropriate mechanisms simultaneously. It is efficient about the non-linear problem. As an example, configuration of 4-bar planar mechanisms is decided in a practical application. It can be used the synthesis of 6-bar or more bar planar mechanisms as well.  相似文献

In order to develop a 3D visualization system for medical CT images which comply with DICOM standard, the authors study DICOM file format and methods of analyzing it, discuss the key technology of adjusting Windows Center/Windows Level of Medical CT images and 3D visualization methods, and describe the system's structure and approaches to implement every function module. Through developing 3D reconstruction software of medical CT images, surface rendering is compared with volume rendering.We succeed in implementing the visualization system for medical CT images which comply with DICOM standard. This system provides an intuitionistic way for diagnosing with medical images. The system is significant in clinical environment.  相似文献

The refined plastic-hinge method is one of the simplified advanced analysis methods. The second order effects of the whole structure and its members, geometric imperfections and residual stress as well as the feature of semi-rigid connections can be taken into account in this method. The refined plastic-hinge method can be used in advanced analysis and design of planar steel frames, while its use in the advanced analysis of space frames needs to be developed. The technique associated with the dealing of different inelastic factors in advanced analysis of both the planar and space steel frames with practical refined plastic-hinge method and the available way to extend planar frame analysis to space frame analysis are reviewed in detail. A new worm driving,i.e. planar internal gear enveloping crown worm driving,is presented. Its mathematical model of meshing functions and teeth surface equations are established basing on the theory of differential geometry and gear mesh. Various types of the driving,the macroscopic meshing performance and the microcosmic meshing performance are analyzed. The results show that the inclination angle of generating plane determines the distribution of contact lines,the planar internal gear primary-enveloping crown worm driving has ideal lubrication property,and the planar internal gear second-enveloping crown worm driving has high loading capacity. The studies are practicably instructive for developing new worm driving with high loading capacity,ideal lubrication and small volume.  相似文献

A method of optimizing planar transformers' design based on integrated software platform iSIGHT is presented.Through integrating the circuit simulation tool Saber and Maxwell 3D to the optimization tool iSIGHT,the parasitic effects on planar transformers are studied carefully.Changing the thickness of the insulator layer between the primary and the secondary can obtain different values of parasitic parameters and a new method to avoid parasitic oscillations with dangerous high voltage spikes to improve the SMPS performance is established.Hence an optimal design of planar transformer is obtained.The final optimal simulation analysis results verify the correctness of above theoretical study.  相似文献

Overconstraints exist widely in planar closed chain mechanisms and mechanical systems result in a series of detrimental influences on behavior of machines, and attention is given to them by machine designer. Some analysis methods of overconstraints in planar closed chain mechanisms are presented, and more study due to the faultiness of these methods. Based on study of elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHD) and meshing theory of planar worm gear drive, EHD model for the drive is proposed. Minimum film thickness on the whole contact area is calculated. EHD status for the drive is analyzed. The distributions of film thickness show that, EHD status during entry engagement is better than that during exit engagement, and EHD status of worm addendum area is better than that of dedendum area. Influencing factors such as work conditions and optimized parameters along with their effects were analyzed. Theoretical analysis suggests that the optimizing pressure angle and increasing worm pitch diameter have influence on improving lubricant performance of the planar worm gear drive.  相似文献

The fast wavelet transform (FWT) algorithm in wavelet analysis was introduced in the paper. With quadrature mirror filters (QMF) associated with popular wavelet bases, the fast wavelet decomposition and reconstruction for signals were implemented. Combined with virtual instrument technique, the FWT analysis system for signals was successfully developed. The system can break up signal not only into approximations, which are the high-scale and low-frequency components of the signal, but also into details which are the low-scale and high-frequency components. Especially it can identify singularity signal, which contain some important message of equipment condition and fault, and refine signal from noisy signal, which is corrupted by noise.  相似文献

The management of urban reconstruction is a process of game between the government and developers.It is helpful that the interest and its equilibrium for the relative parties involved in the reconstruction process are considered during the formation of government policy.This paper analyzes the environment for the policy constitution and establishes a model for strategy making based on the game theory.This model provides a basic foundation to improve the management ability of the government in the reconstruction process.Finally,in this paper some strategic issues are suggested to cope with the challenges from urban reconstruction in China.  相似文献
