Based on the relation between the incipient yield pressure and the limit of yielding in cylinder according to the elastic disabled rule, a laboratorial method of determining limit of yielding of material is designed and a set of experimental data were gained by the method. The incipient yield pressure of the cylinder is gained by analyzing the experimental data, and then the limit of yielding is gained. The laboratorial method has a good reliability as the experimental value has a little error to the theory value. It has a definite engineering signification and theory value to research the mechanical capability of material and the disabled rule of high pressure vessel.  相似文献

The cotyledon and hypocotyl of eight varieties of alfalfa( Medicago sativa L. )are used to study the effect of different cultivation procedures and genotypes on embryogenic callus and embryoid induction,plant development and transplant of alfalfa.The varieties of alfalfa with high embryoid induction rate and high differentiation rate are screened. From the theory that four connecting rods mechanism has flexibility and any closed graphics of plane mechanism has three restrictions, the calculating formula of degree of freedom of mechanism is researched. The result of research indicate that the calculating formula of degree of freedom of space mechanism will be set up if the calculating formula of degree of freedom of plane and spherical surface mechanism are changed a little. The new formula could substitute for 29 traditional calculating formulas of degree of freedom of space mechanism but also the plane mechanism, the multiple rings space mechanism, the open chain space mechanism and mixed chain space mechanism and so on. Because that the new formula is easier and rapider in use than traditional formulas, it is a reliable theoretical calculating formula for calculating degree of freedom of space mechanism.  相似文献

Adopting the element SOLID65 and LINK8 in the general finite element analysis software ANSYS and fiber model beam-column element based on finite element flexibility method respectively, the comparative analysis of the cross, L and T-shaped RC columns under compression, bending, shear and torsion with flange width-thickness ratio of 4:1 is carried out. The applicability of plane section assumption in the nonlinear analysis is discussed primarily, which shows that it is feasible on the whole for shaped RC columns with flange width-thickness ratio equal to or smaller than 4:1.  相似文献

How to optimize ice storage fraction and determine ice making mode a common method of selecting capacity of chillers now. In view of this situation, a new kind of method on determining of ice making mode of chiller is introduced according to types of chiller and ice storage. Formula of capacity of chiller are given under the full storage, partial storage and chiller priority control, partial storage and ice priority control. The important conclusion that ice storage fraction is independent on capacity of chiller under specified control is obtained. It is very important to determine properly capacit of chiller and ice making mode in order to design reasonably ice storage system. An engineering example is discussed in detail.  相似文献
