In this Paper, a new automatic mesh generation scheme is present, which combine the teeth contact analysis with the modelling of finite element cotact analysis. This procedure is different from the ordinary auto - mesh - generation scheme. The presentation of this new procedure makes it possible to analyze the elastic contact problem of meshing gears by a finite element method.  相似文献

Modeler and simulation modules in Ideas software are used to build the finite element models on involute gear and double involute gear with accurate tooth shape, and with the same design parameters and under the same loads, finite element contact analysis has been done. At last, the contact stress and bending stress on the two types gear transmission at the different meshing positions are solved out, and comparative analysis and study have been done. At the same time, that the ladder-shape tooth on the double involute gear how to influence contact stress and bending stress is emphatically analysed. All above offer the theoretical foundation that bring the double involute gear with ladder-shape tooth into the industry.  相似文献

The determination of load share between teeth is a complex problem in gear strength calculation. On the basis of contact finite element method this paper considers the production-assembly error as initial gap to get the finite element model which meets load share between teeth in gear meshing. Mechanical analysis for the discrete teeth harmonic drive gear pair is carried out. The force on discrete teeth is calculated based on the deformation coordination equation,and the contact stress of meshing pair is obtained by Hertz equation. According to transmission periodicity of the discrete gear harmonic wave and the input angle values of continuous sampling wave generator,the distribution of discrete teeth harmonic drive meshing force and contract stress in rigid tooth profile,tooth wave generator and discrete teeth is obtained. By studying the top cutting phenomena in rigid tooth profiles,the change trend of meshing force and contact stress on the contact surface is found,and positions for high meshing force and high contact stress in transmission are also found,in order to provide reference for further intensity and structure optimization design.  相似文献

To obtain the distribution characteristic of contact stress and the bulk temperature on the surface of herringbone gears, parameter modeling of gears was carried out by parametric design language. A numerical simulation was given to calculate the contact stress field and the steady thermal field by combining heat transfer theory, tribology theory, and mesh theory. The distribution of contact stress, the bulk temperature and heat flux also were analyzed. The analysis results show that the distribution of the load along the contact line possesses regularity. The heat flux along the tooth depth direction decreases first and then increases. The effect of thermal conduction of the tooth is stronger than that of convective heat transfer. The conclusion indicates that the finite element emulation method can be used to estimate the transmission performance of herringbone gears.  相似文献

In this paper,the variation pattern of the contact point on cutter tooth and gear tooth is analyzed during gear shaving process. According to the shaving force measured by dynamometer, the deformation of cutter tooth and gear tooth at the contact point is calculated by appying the three dimension finite element method. The deformation curve of cutter tooth and gear tooth are obtained by analying deformation in shaving domain. It is the basis of studying relation between shaved amount and deformation.  相似文献

The stiffness of the tooth with different profile parameters,meshing stiffness and the coefficients of loading distribution allowing for no error are calculated and analyzed on double involute gear with ladder shape teeth for the first time,and the results are made comparison with traditional involute gear;The stiffness of the double involute gear and the meshing stiffness are both increased,and the coefficients of loading distribution are basically unchanged.The energy integration method is also put forth to solve stiffness approximately by linear approximating the tooth profile curve.  相似文献

The heat transfer process in the louvered fin heat exchanger is analyzed,and the corresponding physical and mathematical models on the coupled conduction-convective heat transfer for the louver fin geometry are proposed.The control volume-based finite element method(CVFEM) is employed to solve numerically the problem.The computed(results) reveal the flow structure and heat transfer in the geometry in detail.Compared with the empirical correlation of heat transfer and friction coefficients previously proposed,the computed results show better consistency with the experimental results.  相似文献

Higher-order elliptical bevel gear is a typical form of the noncircular bevel gear transmission.Space spherical coordinate system of the bevel gear meshing is set up based on the meshing theory of space transmission.The varying relationship among the pitch curve,tooth profile and mesh lines are analyzed,and the equation of the gear tooth surface is developed with matrix method based on space coordinate transformation.The basic parameters of the noncircular bevel gear such as transmission ratio,modulus and the number of teeth are designed,and detailed analysis of the influence of the eccentricity on the relevant parameters is carried out as well.By using discrete numerical method and three-dimensional software,the mathematical model of the tooth profile and virtual physical model of the noncircular bevel gear are established,and then simulation on its motion and interference checking are performed.Finally,the approach for design,calculation and generation of the tooth profile is obtained and its correction has been verified by experiment.  相似文献

To address the problems of low carrying capacity and short life of bearings in current ring reducers, a new type of ring reducer is proposed which consists of a two stepped transmission. One is a planetary transmission, and the other is an N type planetary transmission with a low tooth number difference. Based on the analysis of structural features, the transmission principle, and a transmission load situation, a contact finite element model of the new type of ring reducer is set up, and the stress value and the actual pairs of meshing teeth are derived by calculation. Based on gear modification research theory, the second stage transmission gear pairs of the new reducer are modified on its teeth profiles. Results demonstrate that the load capacity of transmission gear pairs have been enhanced greatly.  相似文献

针对高超声速飞行器中广泛应用的陶瓷瓦热防护系统,结合有限元法和蒙特卡洛模拟建立了其概率热分析系统,提出了刚性陶瓷瓦热防护系统尺寸概率设计方法。建立了刚性陶瓷瓦热防护系统的二维有限元模型,考虑了热传导系数、比热容和表面辐射率等材料属性参数以及热防护系统各层厚度的不确定性,得到系统温度场的概率分布特性和系统热防护性能对各参数的灵敏度,并对系统的热可靠性进行了评估。算例表明:文中提出的方法对热防护系统设计过程中合理确定陶瓷瓦厚度和在保证系统性能的前提下有效减轻重量具有指导价值。  相似文献

In order to study the vibration characteristics and radiation noise of wind power speed-increase gearbox, a torsional vibration model of wind power speed-increase gearbox is established based on the analysis of supporting stiffness of bearing and contact stiffness of gear pairs. By solving the vibration differential equation with the help of Matlab, the frequency and corresponding vibration mode are obtained. With taking stiffness excitation, error exaction and meshing impact exaction into account, the dynamic finite element model of speed-increase gearbox is set up, and the dynamic response simulation is carried out. Regarding vibration displacement of the nodes on gearbox surface as boundary condition, an acoustic boundary element model of speed-increase gearbox is built. The surface acoustic pressure of gearbox and the radiation noise of field points are solved by the direct boundary element method. The results show that there is a great difference between torsion frequency and excitation frequency of wind power speed-increase gearbox, and so the resonance doesn't occur. The maximum structural noise and radiation noise mainly appear near the double octave of the gears meshing frequency of high-speed grade.  相似文献

On the condition of avoiding the"undercutting,"and "sharpening" of worm tooth, it is now regarded as an important subject in the field of meshing principle studying of the "multiple-thread small reducation ratio" hourglass worm gearing with developable tooth surfaces to reduce the gorge pitch circle diameter of worm, raise meshing efficiency and strength of the wheel tooth and improve the unresonable structure of the pair. In this paper, a new type of hourglass worm gearing with developable tooth surfaces -"Sphere Re-nveloping Hourglass Worm Gearing" is studied. To investigate the work condition of the aircraft actuators in high temperatureheat transfer process of the output unit of a cycloidal reducer of the actuator is taken into account by Unigraphics NXHypermesh and ANSYS softwares based on finite element analysis(FEA).The temperature distribution of the output unit is obtained by meshing modelapplying loads and solving discrete problems.Thenthe temperature variation of the output unit is gotten by sampling and processing the data of FEA results.In the endthree main conclusions are drawn.Firstthe heat transfer process of the output units of cycloidal reducers of actuators can be analyzed by FEA efficiently.Secondthe temperature of the rudder and the design position of cycloid gears are two major factors in the operating life of reducers.Thirdthe operating life can be improved by lowering the rudder temperature and installing the cycloidal gear as far as possible away from the heat source.  相似文献

In contrast to the finite element method, another form of numerical method which is based on the using of rectangular math covers in manifold method is proposed. In this method, the element data is not a necessary in the input data files and it can be incorporated with the CAD technology conveniently. The theory and application of the method are discussed and the auto mesh algorithm of the cover system is also given in this paper. The numerical examples indicate that the method and the algorithm are accurate and effective.  相似文献

This paper presents an improved mixed finite element method of analyzing elastic contact problems, in which a new numerical algorithm is developed to calculate the flexibility matrix of the contact region. With this method the contact problem of two teeth-engaging is initially solved as a three-dimensional elastic finite element analgsis, In comparison with mixed fimte element method, the improved mixed finite element method is much more efficiency in solving contact problems.  相似文献

By using the finite element elastic contact analysis method combined with the I-DEAS engineering analysis software, this paper studies the strength of the cone roller enveloping worm gearing,which is a new type of worm gearing transmission,on SUN-4 working station. It also analyzes loading distribution among meshing gears, the contact force distribution along the contact line ,the bending stress distribution and the contact stress distribution of the cone roller enveloping worm gearing with three-tooth meshing instantaneously. The contact analysis on the double enveloping hourglass worm gearing is very important to control its efficient contact zone and contact quality. Nevertheless, current meshing analysis under the rigid condition cannot really reflect its tooth-surface contact. In this paper, the contact Finite Element Method is used to analyze the tooth contact of double enveloping hourglass worm gearing under the manufacturing error and the elastic deformation caused by the load. The load sharing among the contact tooth pairs and variations of contact zone are investigated. As compared with the result of rigid analysis, the contact zone is obviously shifted. This analysis method can provide a base for the conjugating control of the double enveloping hourglass worm gearing.  相似文献

The common finite element method microcomputer software for simulation of the temperature field is developed by authors. It is used for calculating the temperature field duringthe mending process of iron casting defects by means of the dissolution-diffusion bonding technology. The correctness has been proved by testing results.
