根据自然环境下保护层锈胀开裂前的钢筋锈蚀形态,将锈蚀层简化为半椭圆状的非均匀分布,从而建立了钢筋非均匀锈蚀理论模型。经过求解得到了混凝土中锈胀应力理论解,并与有限元计算结果对比,验证了理论解的精确性。根据理论解可知最大周向应力在水平轴上,因此锈蚀层的发展会首先引起保护层内部水平裂纹的产生。增加钢筋直径可有效减低锈胀应力,提高结构抗锈裂的能力。与均匀锈蚀理论模型对比结果表明:均匀锈蚀要远小于非均匀锈蚀条件下的临界锈蚀层厚度,均匀锈蚀的计算结果偏于保守。因此,对锈胀问题进行理论分析时,应采用更接近真实锈蚀形态的非均匀锈蚀模型。  相似文献

Influence of Transverse Flexural Crack on Chloride Penetration in Concrete   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The mechanism for chloride penetration in cracked concrete and its major impact factors were analyzed. As a result, a revised chloride diffusion model based on Fick's Law was built by dual porous medium model. Then several cracked reinforced concrete beams self-anchored with sustained flexural loads were immersed in the 5% NaCl solution with the condition of dry-wet cycles. After 15 times of dry-wet cycles, the rapid chloride testing (RCT) was used for the determination of chloride ion content of the powder at each cracked sections. The test results show that: 1) with the condition of dry-wet cycles, the chloride content will occur a peak in the surface 20mm concrete, so the depth for surface convection zone can be assumed to be 15~20 mm; 2) when the crack width is less than 0.3mm, the equivalent chloride diffusion coefficient increases steadily, which agrees well with model's prediction; when the crack width is larger than 0.3mm, the equivalent chloride diffusion coefficient augments rapidly and influence of convection on chloride penetration becomes more significant; 3) the deterioration factor for equivalent chloride diffusion coefficient in flexural cracked concrete is directly correlative with crack width, which can be expressed by second order power function or separate function.  相似文献

A non-destructive method of evaluation of specific crack area was used to characterise microcracking in concrete prisms during uniaxial compression loading and unloading. Chloride profiles were also measured after the same concretes were exposed to chloride environment. The relation among microcracking, stress-strength ratio and chloride penetration of concrete were analysed based on the experimental results. Under compressive load, the apparent chloride diffusion coefficient decreases until about one third of the ultimate load. Further increase of compressive load improves the chloride diffusion coefficient again. There is a close link between microcracking and stress-strength ratio. The index of specific crack area can be used to indicate the microcracking and study chloride transport behaviour into concrete under the influence of microcracking.  相似文献

In order to study the mechanical behavior of corroded reinforced concrete beams strengthened with bolted steel plates, this paper designed 12 reinforced concrete beams. These beams were corroded by using accelerated electrochemical corrosion method with a designed corrosion ratio of 10%. The pre-compression experiments were performed for all RC beams before strengthening and the maximum crack width was controlled as 0.2 mm. According to the thickness of concrete cover, the beams were divided into 3 groups. Each group was composed of one comparative beam and three tested beams strengthened by steel plates bolted with study according to the thickness of steel plates which were 3 mm, 4 mm and 5 mm, respectively. It was shown that the strain distributions along the height of the strengthened beams at middle-span were in good agreement with the plain section assumption basically. The serviceability performances of corroded RC beams were significantly improved and these ultimate bearing capacities increased obviously. The steel plate bolted with stud effectively reduced the crack width and the extension height of reinforced concrete beams. It was indicated that an increase of steel plates with 35 mm resulted in a decrease of deflection by 13%51% when beams had the same thickness of concrete cover and corrosion ratio. Influence of the thickness of concrete cover on the ultimate bearing capacity was not obvious.  相似文献

3D Meso scale Failure Simulation of Four phase Composite Concrete   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Taking into account the influence of the internal micro cracks on the strength and deformation of concrete, a four phase composite material model was proposed, in which it included mortar, aggregate, interface and random defects. Meso scale unit in concrete was subjected to elastic plastic damage constitutive of increments form in strain space. With the simulation of mesh concrete crack growth by damage elimination, the damage processes of concrete under 3 D uniaxial compression and the elasto plastic damage process of concrete under uniaxial tension with heterogeneous specimen were obtained. It was shown that the proposed four phase model added the simulation of random defects, with which it was more appropriate to the actual situation in concrete forming. The percentage of random defects in volume was the key to determine the weakening degree of macro strength of concrete. The cracks occlusion was obvious for the lower homogeneous uniaxial tension specimen and the fracture was clearer for higher homogeneous specimen. The simulation results was in good agreement with test results.  相似文献

结合氯氧镁水泥混凝土耐水性,研究氯氧镁水泥混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀与防护,试验变量包括钢筋种类、混凝土保护层厚度和腐蚀龄期等。钢筋种类包括裸露钢筋和美加力涂层钢筋;混凝土保护层厚度包括25、50 mm;腐蚀龄期包括60、120、180、240、300、360 d。试验采用自来水长期浸泡至试块2/3处,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对腐蚀后的钢筋微观结构和化学元素组成进行分析,研究钢筋的腐蚀机理。结果表明,通过软化系数分析,氯氧镁水泥混凝土的软化系数处于0.78~0.87,说明试验设计的氯氧镁水泥混凝土可用于干燥地区、受潮较轻地区或次要建筑结构。通过极化曲线及其电化学参数分析,裸露钢筋腐蚀速率为美加力涂层钢筋腐蚀速率的40~80倍,说明涂层防腐效果明显。  相似文献

This paper discusses the corrosion rate variation of reinforcing steels in concrete in constant climate environment. The corrosion current density of steel bar in concrete under a constant climate environmental condition and chloride attack. The results indicate that the corrosion rate (corrosion current density) of the steel bars is time-dependent during a corrosion process, and the time-dependent process can be divided into six phases in the full lifetime. The results also show that the effects of the concrete strength and the electrical resistivity of the concrete on the variation of the corrosion rate. This study conducts the mechanism analyses about the test results based on the microstructure of the interfacial transition zone (ITZ) between the steel bars and the concrete at different corrosion levels. The growth of the corrosion layer and the corrosion cracking are the main factors influencing the corrosion process. The time-variation mode of the corrosion rate of steel bars in full process is developed.  相似文献

为了准确评估带裂缝工作混凝土结构的耐久性能,针对氯离子在带裂缝混凝土中的扩散过程进行研究。提出了无损制备裂缝的方法,可高效易行地在混凝土侧面及内部产生裂缝。对带裂缝的水泥砂浆试件进行氯盐溶液浸泡试验,深入研究了单缝和双缝试件中氯离子的扩散作用,修正了氯离子的扩散系数,并对带裂缝混凝土的氯离子扩散过程进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明:氯离子会沿裂缝发展方向及垂直于裂缝发展方向扩散,随着水灰比的减小,砂浆试件的抗氯离子扩散性能明显提高,在一定范围内,当裂缝间距增大,双缝间的氯离子扩散交互影响作用明显减小,ANSYS软件的模拟结果与试验数据吻合良好。  相似文献

The effects of kaolinite clay on the microstructure (pore structure, internal structure) and mechanical properties (workability, early-age and long-term flexural strength, chloride diffusion property) of the cementitious composites were tested. It is shown that the addition of clay improves the micro-pore structure in the cement paste and limits the introduction of chloride ions. As a result, it is suggested that the kaolinite clay would act as both filler and accelerator of cement hydration. Compared with the control specimen, the flexural strength of cement paste with 1% kaolinite clay increased by 30.41%, 39.04%, 36.27% and 38.32% at 1, 3, 7 and 90 curing ages, respectively. The 28-day flexural strength increased slightly. It is observed that the clay modified cement mortar has lower chloride diffusion coefficient values compared to the plain mortar, and the 28-day DCl of cement mortar decreased by 53.03% with 5% clay. Compared with the controlled sample, the increase in compressive strength and the reduction in chloride diffusion coefficient of the concrete with 5% clay addition is 28.4% and 18.87% respectively. The chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete decreases with the amount of clay addition exponentially. The 28-day compressive strength increases linearly with the chloride diffusion coefficient of the concrete.  相似文献

Concrete pipe piles, whose internal surface is usually closed and external one is exposed to chloride environment, are widely used in marine environment. Based on Fick second law and the boundary condition of pipe pile, the analytical solution to chloride diffusion equation was deduced with the method of separation of variables. The solution comprises two parts: a stationary solution consisting of Bessel functions, and a transient solution. This is different from the traditional analytical solution that is based on semi-infinite boundary condition. Applying this result to a typical PHC pipe pile, the diffusion of chloride concentration was analyzed. Furthermore, the effects of the ratio of outer radius and inner radius, diffusion coefficient and protective concrete cover thickness on diffusion of chloride concentration were also discussed. When the ratio of outer radius and inner radius equals 1.5, the decay rate of secondary segment of transient solution is 4 times larger than that of the primary part. This example provides a computational basis for the corrosion of steel bar and some reference for durability design of pipe piles as well.  相似文献

The minimum sizes of specimens that can get effective K_(10) values by 3-point bending, 4-point bending and CT methods are derived on the basis of their notch sensitivity laws and size effect equation of concrete. The results show that the minimum heights of 3-point bending and 4-point bending specimens are very similar to those from Modeer's results, and the minimum height of CT specimen increases as the relative crack length increases.  相似文献

Concrete cover cracking induced by corrosion of steel reinforcement is a major influencing factor for durability and serviceability of reinforced concrete structures. In order to investigate the cracking process of concrete cover induced by rebar corrosion, the heterogeneity of concrete meso-structure and non-uniformity of rebar corrosion are accounted for. The undamaged concrete is assumed to be a three-phase composite material composed of aggregate, mortar matrix and the interfacial transition zone (ITZ). And a concrete random aggregate structure is established for the study on the mechanical behavior of the non-uniform radial corrosion expansion. In the present simulations, non-uniform radial displacement is adopted to simulate the non-uniform corrosion of the rebar; the plasticity damaged model is used to describe the mechanical behavior of the mortar matrix and the ITZ, and the aggregate is assumed to be elastic. The cracking of concrete cover due to the non-uniform corrosion of the middle located rebar is numerically simulated. The comparison of the analysis and the test result on failure pattern of cover concrete shows fairly good agreement. And then the failure patterns under uniform corrosion and non-uniform corrosion obtained from the macro-scale homogeneous model and the meso-scale heterogeneous model are compared. Furthermore, the influences of concrete cover thickness and rebar diameter on the failure pattern of concrete cover, the expansive pressure and the corrosion rate of the rebar when cover concrete cracks are investigated.  相似文献

根据吊索镀锌钢丝腐蚀疲劳破坏特点,把镀锌钢丝腐蚀疲劳纹形成和扩展过程分解成镀锌层腐蚀失效、蚀坑萌生、蚀坑形成、短裂纹扩展、长裂纹扩展和断裂破坏等阶段,建立各阶段时间表达式,得到镀锌钢丝疲劳寿命表达式,提出基于断裂力学的吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命评估研究结果方法。通过算例分析复杂运营条件下腐蚀环境和应力幅等因素对吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命的影响,研究结果表明:吊索钢丝腐蚀疲劳寿命主要由钢丝镀锌层腐蚀、蚀坑发展和短裂纹扩展等3个阶段组成,为了准确地评估吊索腐蚀疲劳寿命,需要掌握大桥的运营环境和交通荷载。  相似文献

为了探究再生混凝土结构的耐久性能,对5组不同钢筋锈蚀率(0~9%)的再生混凝土梁式试件进行加载试验。分析不同钢筋锈蚀率对再生混凝土梁式试件的钢筋应变、局部粘结应力、粘结滑移和极限粘结应力的影响。结果表明:钢筋锈蚀率大于3%时试件底部开始有细微锈胀裂缝出现;锈蚀率越大,荷载作用下钢筋应变沿锚固位置的变化曲线越平缓;局部粘结应力沿锚固段呈现出双峰分布,峰值主要集中在加载端和自由端附近;加载端附近位置滑移现象最先发生,远离加载端滑移现象延后;随着钢筋锈蚀率的增大,极限粘结强度先增加后降低,极限荷载下的滑移值增大。  相似文献

Study of Cracks on Rubber Concrete Beams Based on Fractal Theory   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The flexural performances of a rubber concrete beam and a ordinary concrete beam are studied under concentrated load through the experiment. The influences of the content of the rubber powder in the rubber concrete beam on the bearing capacity and the crack width of beams are analyzed. The experimental results show that the crack distributions on two beam surfaces possess the characteristics of self-similar in statistical sense. The maximum crack width of the rubber concrete beam is less than that of the ordinary concrete beam under the same load level. The performance of anti-crack of the concrete beam is improved by adding the crumb rubber. Using the fractal theory, the fractal dimension values of the surface crack of the beams under different load grades are calculated and the relationship between the fractal dimension and the maximum crack width of the surface cracks is established.  相似文献

基于物质非稳态扩散理论,采用现有研究对Fick第二定律的修正方法,并将粘贴加固考虑为对氯离子扩散方程边界条件的调整,提出可用于粘贴加固混凝土的氯离子扩散理论模型。利用ABAQUS、MATLAB PDE tool、MATLAB自编程3种方法均可对粘贴加固混凝土梁的氯离子扩散过程进行数值模拟。对比未加固与加固构件的氯离子扩散规律,发现粘贴加固可降低钢筋表面的氯离子浓度值,延缓氯离子浓度到达临界锈蚀浓度的时间,增加材料使用寿命,并且加固时间越早,增加寿命越长。  相似文献

Crack growth stability is very important for fracture toughness testing of brittle materials. The width of crack for a three-point bend round beam specimen changes continuously during the process of crack extension, so that the analysis of crack growth stability becomes complicated for this kind of specimen. The concrete is a typical brittle material.The fracture and propagating failure of the micro-crack in loaded concrete are very important problem in civil engineering.In this paper,from the equilibrium differential equations and failure criterion,the elastic-brittle static fracture analysis of the plane stress micro-crack in concrete loaded by stretching stresses was done near crack line.The relations between the stretching stresses and the length of brittle fracture zone on the crack line were obtained.  相似文献

Most of the previous studies on corrosion of the steel bar in reinforced concrete structures is based on the assumption that the bar is uniformly corroded. The actual measurement in projects proved that most of the reinforcement bar is in non uniform corrosion state. Based on electrochemical principles of metal corrosion and combined with the real corrosion course of the bar in concrete structures, a theoretical model of the contour line of reinforcement bar due to non uniform corrosion is established, through deducing the speed of corrosion and theoretical corrosion penetration and volume changes due to corrosion of reinforcement in general air at different position and different time. At the same time, the model is verified with the results from relative references and measured data.  相似文献
