以近年来湖南省引进和选育的4个宽皮柑橘品种(春见、早蜜椪柑、金秋砂糖橘、春香)和4个甜橙品种(锦红、橘湘珑、锦秀、橘湘元)果实为材料,分析各品种成熟果实品质、贮藏期间品质变化、贮藏性能差异和贮藏性指标之间的相关性。结果表明,8个品种柑橘成熟果实品质指标和贮藏性均存在较大差异。其中,宽皮柑橘中的春香贮藏性能最好,可以避开大部分柑橘的上市时间;而金秋砂糖橘最不耐贮藏,适合就近销售或短距离运输。相关性分析结果表明:贮藏过程中可滴定酸(TA)含量与失水率和发病率呈显著负相关,可溶性固形物(TSS)含量与VC含量呈显著正相关。本结果可为柑橘良种筛选及种植推广提供理论参考。  相似文献

分析比较了贮藏过程中的番茄成熟突变体rin材料L2与正常成熟番茄品种L5及其杂种一代L20果实的果实硬度、呼吸强度、番茄红素、贮藏指数及各种商品品质的差异。结果表明:番茄果实贮藏过程中果实硬度呈下降趋势;而果实的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、Vc、番茄红素含量变化呈上升趋势,但是有机酸含量变化总体上呈现下降趋势,因此果实的糖酸比呈上升趋势;呼吸高峰的出现有很大的差异,L2的波动较小,且呼吸强度一直处于最低状态;rin番茄果实的贮藏指数最高,达到75%以上,而正常成熟的番茄贮藏指数最低,仅60%左右,含迟熟基因的品种与正常品种杂交后贮藏性显著下降,但比正常成熟番茄耐贮,贮藏指数比正常成熟的高约15%。  相似文献

本研究比较了8个柑橘品种的抗寒性并对其进行综合评价,以期了解这8种柑橘的抗寒能力差异并筛选评价柑橘抗寒能力差异的关键指标,这不仅为评价柑橘抗寒性提供了重要参考指标,也为柑橘的扩大引种和栽培提供了依据。以8种柑橘离体枝条为材料,分析0℃、-2℃和-4℃时柑橘的形态和生理生化指标的变化,通过隶属函数综合比较8种柑橘的抗寒能力,同时利用主成分分析法筛选评价柑橘抗寒能力差异的关键指标。结果表明:随着处理温度的逐渐降低,8种柑橘叶片均出现了卷曲、失水、冻斑的现象,同时最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)、类胡萝卜素、丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对含水量均呈现显著降低趋势,相对电导率(REC)值呈显著升高趋势,脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖含量呈先升高后降低趋势。隶属函数分析表明,8种柑橘的抗寒能力大小依次为‘南丰蜜桔’>‘华农冰糖’>‘朱红桔’>‘日南1号’>‘椪柑’>‘本地早’>‘千山红’>‘温州蜜柑’。主成分分析表明,REC与主成分的相关系数达到了0.931,可以作为今后评价柑橘抗寒性的主要参考指标。  相似文献

以0℃冷库中贮藏85 d后的白罗莎里奥葡萄果实为试材,进行常温(25℃)货架试验,研究不同褐变程度(1、2、3级)葡萄果实的品质变化。结果表明:随着货架期的延长,葡萄果皮由原来的鲜绿色逐渐转变为红褐色,原红褐色则逐渐加深;果实表皮褐变度和色差a*值均呈增加趋势,但不同褐变程度变化差异较大;果实硬度呈缓慢下降趋势;可滴定酸含量呈缓慢增加趋势;各级果实VC含量均呈下降趋势;1级果实丙二醛含量随货架时间的延长而增加,而2级和3级果实随货架时间延长而降低;可溶性固形物含量变化不大;相关性分析结果表明,葡萄表皮褐变度与各生理和品质指标之间存在一个二次方程关系,且大部分有较高的拟合度。  相似文献

以贵州不同区域主栽脐橙类、椪柑及柚类柑橘成熟期果实为试材,对各柑橘品种果实的主要品质特性,如果皮颜色、单果重、果形指数、可食率、维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、可溶性糖含量、糖酸比和固酸比等指标进行测定和比较分析.结果表明,脐橙类果实、椪柑及柚类可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量在罗甸地区均高于其他区域,可滴定酸含量低于其他区域;椪柑在全省不同区域生理品质变异系数不大;柚类中琯溪蜜柚果实单果重最大,具较高可食率,可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和可滴定酸含量较其他品种合适.  相似文献

明确湖南地区柑橘大实蝇幼虫的入土化蛹规律,为制定湖南柑橘大实蝇虫果捡拾策略提供理论依据。在长沙、石门、邵阳和吉首分别观察虫果中幼虫的入土化蛹数量和化蛹进度,并与主要气象因子进行相关性分析。结果发现,‘宫川’温州蜜柑和‘纽荷尔’脐橙虫果中单果蛹数量的顺序均为邵阳>长沙>吉首>石门;温州蜜柑虫果中幼虫在不同观测地区化蛹始期均在10月10日以前,在吉首的化蛹持续期最长;脐橙虫果在长沙、邵阳和石门的化蛹时间均主要集中在10月底至11月上旬,吉首的化蛹持续期最长;温州蜜柑虫果中幼虫的化蛹与最低温度、相对湿度呈显著正相关,脐橙虫果中幼虫的化蛹与相对湿度呈显著负相关。在制定虫果捡拾方案时要考虑品种和地区差异,温州蜜柑园的捡拾虫果时间应比脐橙园早,温州蜜柑园应重点捡拾10月以前掉落的虫果,并在各地的化蛹高峰期前捡拾完成,脐橙园应重点捡拾10月中旬左右掉落的虫果,并在10月24日以前完成虫果的捡拾。  相似文献

L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐处理延缓香蕉果实采后成熟的初步研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以"巴西"香蕉为试材,利用0.05%的外源L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐处理,测定常温(24±1)℃贮藏过程中果实硬度、色差、可溶性糖含量及多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)和果胶裂解酶(PL)活性,初步探索L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐处理延缓香蕉果实成熟的机理。结果表明:0.05%L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐处理能够延缓香蕉果实硬度和果皮H值的下降,并减缓果皮L值和C值以及果肉可溶性糖含量的上升,从而保持贮藏品质;同时,通过抑制果皮PPO和POD活性减缓在贮藏后期的褐变,并抑制果肉PL活性推迟香蕉软化进程。因此,0.05%L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐处理可延缓香蕉果实常温贮藏的成熟进程,具有一定的应用价值。  相似文献

The effect of UV-C treatments (0.75, 1.5 and 3.0 kJ/m2) on fruit quality, phenolic compounds and antioxidant capacity of minimally processed Satsuma mandarin during 12 days of storage at 4 °C was studied. The results showed that UV-C treatments had no adverse effects on quality attributes, ascorbic acid, phenolic acids and antioxidant capacity of mandarin segments. Significant increases of flavonoids (22.20% and 21.34% for narirutin, 11.75% and 33.25% for hesperidin) and total phenolics (5.73% and 8.13%) were found in 1.5 and 3.0 kJ/m2 UV-C treated fruit at 3 days of storage. Further study confirmed that the increase of flavonoids occurred during the first 3 days and diminished after 4 days of storage. UV-C dose at 3.0 kJ/m2 did not further improve the increase of flavonoids, and 0.75 kJ/m2 had no significant effects on phenolics. Proper application of UV-C treatment could be a new way to enhance the functional quality of minimally processed citrus fruit.  相似文献

以龟井(无籽)温州蜜柑和鄂柑1号(有籽)橘为试材,对果实发育成熟过程中果肉游离糖(果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖)、肌肌醇及钾含量变化进行了测定。结果表明:(1)果实增大初期鄂柑1号果肉果糖和葡萄糖含量明显上升,蔗糖变化小,肌肌醇却趋下降,进入果实增大中后期,蔗糖含量显著上升,其它变化小;而龟井的果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖均于果实增大初期和中期出现明显积累,肌肌醇除在增大中期出现一峰值外趋于平稳;采前果实发育期两品种总糖含量变化趋势均与各自的蔗糖较一致;(2)采后贮藏期内两品种果肉总糖和肌肌醇含量均趋于稳定,而二者的果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖含量变化趋势却均趋相反;(3)两品种果肉钾含量均在果实增大期内出现明显上升并居相对较高水平。  相似文献

The major limitation preventing the expansion of Satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu) production in the Gulf Coast regions of the US is the risk of freeze damage. Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf has been widely used as a cold hardy rootstock for citrus production in freeze-prone environments. In this study, relative quantitative real-time RT–PCR was used to study cold responsive genes in Satsuma mandarin (C. unshiu), C. unshiu grafted on P. trifoliata rootstock and P. trifoliata following exposure to cold shock or cold acclimation treatments. Major changes in gene expression occurred in the different species during cold stress especially with respect to nitrate transporter, auxin responsive GH3, UDP-glycosyltransferase (UGT) and chalcone-flavanone isomerase. Very high levels of nitrate transporter were reached early in Poncirus following 60 h of cold shock treatment at 4°C, and in C. unshiu after 3 weeks of gradual cold acclimation. Also, high levels of auxin responsive GH3 were reached in Poncirus following both cold shock and cold acclimation, while levels in C. unshiu were low or reduced. Poncirus rootstock significantly affected gene expression in C. unshiu scion, resulting in a reduction of nitrate transporter, UGT and trehalose 6-phosphate synthase expression levels, and an increase in auxin responsive GH3 gene during cold acclimation. The impact of rootstock on citrus scion during cold stress might be associated with partitioning of nutrients and hormones.  相似文献

Intergeneric sexual hybridizations were conducted between two genera of Rutaceae, with Satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu Marc) and Red tangerine (C. reticulata Blanco) as maternal parents, and Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf as the paternal parent, in an effort to generate hybrid populations for both molecular mapping and rootstock breeding. Embryo rescue is important for citrus sexual breeding because polyembryony can interfere with hybrid embryo recovery. Immature embryos of 80, 85, 90 days after pollination (DAP) from the Satsuma mandarin (S) × trifoliate orange (P) cross, 80 and 85 DAP from the Red tangerine (R) × trifoliate orange (P) cross, were cultured on MG1.0 medium consisting of MT basal medium supplemented with 1.0 mg l−1 GA3 and 4% sucrose. The results showed that 80 DAP was the optimal time for embryo rescue of the tested crosses, as evidenced by embryos at this stage exhibiting high germination rates, 37.3% for S × P and 51.3% for R × P. Among the eight tested media, MT medium supplemented with 0.5 mg l−1 GA3 was the best one for Satsuma mandarin, and MT plus 1.0 mg l−1 GA3 for Red tangerine. A total of 85 plants were obtained from S × P, and 340 from R × P. Out of them, 44 progenies from S × P and 111 from R × P were sufficiently confirmed to be hybrids by morphological characterization and SSR analysis. In addition, two hybrid callus lines were obtained from S × P and R × P respectively.  相似文献

每天用含0、0.2、0.6、1.0和1.6 mmol/L AlCl3&#8226;6H2O的1/4 Hoagland营养液浇沙培茶枝柑(Citrus reticulata)、芦柑(C. reticulata)、福橘(C. reticulata)、四川红橘(C. reticulata)、文旦柚(C. grandis)、尤力克柠檬(C. limon)、雪柑(C. sinensis)、酸橙(C. aurantium) (来自湖北)、枸头橙(C. aurantium) (来自浙江)、红木黎檬(C. limonia)、枳壳(Poncirus trifoliata)和枳柚(P. trifoliata × C. grandis)等12个柑橘种类品种实生幼苗3个月。结果表明:雪柑、茶枝柑、芦柑、福橘、四川红橘、尤力克柠檬和枳的耐铝性较强,即使在最高铝(1.6 mmol/L)处理下,其根系、地上部和单株干重均与对照无显著差异;枸头橙、酸橙、红木黎檬和枳柚的耐铝性较差,在最高铝(1.6 mmol/L)处理时,其根系和/或地上部的生长均会受到不同程度的抑制;文旦柚耐铝性最差,最低铝浓度(0.2 mmol/L)处理时,其根系和单株生长量就显著下降。铝胁迫引起茶枝柑、福橘、四川红橘、酸橙和枳实生苗根冠比增加,但对芦柑、枸头橙、尤力克柠檬、红木黎檬、文旦柚和枳柚实生苗根冠比无显著影响;除最低铝处理时雪柑根冠比降低外,其它处理之间无显著差异。  相似文献

为考察高氧处理对蜜橘果实贮藏特性的影响,以重庆本地蜜橘果实为试材,在25℃的环境中分别用体积分数40%、50%和60%的高氧处理蜜橘果实48 h,并以空气下贮藏的蜜橘果实作为对照。结果表明,高氧处理能有效降低蜜橘果实的失重率,加快贮藏蜜橘果实转色速度,提高果实的色泽指数和色差值(a*和h)。其中,40%的高氧浓度可以降低蜜橘果实腐烂率,提高贮藏蜜橘果实的固酸比(TSS/TA)和精氨酸含量。这说明高氧处理在一定程度上可以改善蜜橘果实着色,增强果实抗病能力并维持果实贮藏品质,在蜜橘果实贮藏保鲜方面具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

对三次不同套袋时间对早香橘橙果实色泽的影响进行了分析研究。结果显示,套袋时间早、遮光性强的果袋对果实果皮色泽亮度、色饱和度的影响大于遮光性弱的或晚套袋的处理。果实色泽平均a/b值10月4日套袋好于7月14日,8月30日套袋处理,果实色泽更加的接近早香橘橙果实所固有色泽:橙黄色,但均小于对照(0.53)。套袋时间早果皮色泽色调角小于晚套袋处理,并且均大于对照(-10.23)。经相关系数分析,a/b 与色调角呈极显著负相关,相关系数为:-0.9574。不同套袋时间、不同遮光率的果袋对早香橘橙果实色泽有不同的影响  相似文献

Satsuma mandarins (Citrus unshiu Marc., cv. Gungchun) of an early harvesting cultivar were treated by hot water dipping at 52 °C for 2 min, 55 °C for 1 min, and 60 °C for 20 s, and then stored at 5 °C for 3 weeks and subsequently at 18 °C for 1 week (simulated shelf-life) to examine the possible use of hot water treatment (HWT) as an environmentally benign method to maintain mandarin quality characteristics during postharvest storage and sale. The initial respiration rate, just after heat treatment, was significantly higher in the treated fruit than in the untreated controls. During storage, however, the respiration rate was at a similar level in all treatments. HWT also had no adverse effects on quality attributes, including pH, titratable acidity, soluble solids contents, weight loss, firmness and peel color. The development of stem-end rots, mold decay, and black rots was manifestly lower in heat-treated fruit than in untreated controls. Sensory evaluation showed that HWT at 60 °C for 20 s markedly improved fruit appearance, making them cleaner and glossier. The results confirmed that hot water dipping could be applied to satsuma mandarin as an effective pretreatment to maintain postharvest quality during storage and marketing.  相似文献
