Based on the fuzzy control technology,the feedback control method of synthesized yaw rate and side slip angle is presented for the ESP system.The influence of nonlinear characteristics of tires on cornering characteristics and driving stability of vehicle is considered.The nonlinear tire model(Magic Formula) is adopted,and the four-wheel vehicle model with two degrees of freedom and a vehicle reference model are set up on this basis.Then the fuzzy controller of yaw rate and the fuzzy controller of side slip angle are designed and a simulation model generated by Simulink software is used.Simulation results show that the lateral stability of vehicle can be enhanced by controlling yaw rate and side slip angle with the synthesized feedback control method.  相似文献

In view of the vehicle cornering or path changing under ultimate handling maneuver, a 3-DOF nonlinear vehicle dynamics model which takes the vehicle lateral velocity, yaw rate and body roll angle as the State variables is presented. Based on the dynamic analysis, the method which using additional yaw moment produced by different longitudinal braking force among each wheels to improving vehicle handling stability in emergency situations is discussed. Considering the sideslip angle as one of the vehicle state variables is difficult to measuring, the sideslip angle estimation based on vehicle dynamic model and kinematics is designed. And then, based on the theory of siding model control, the combining sliding model control system is founded, which taking the vehicle yaw rate and body side-slip angle errors between the estimated and the real as the input variables, and taking the braking torque and the steering angle as control aims. The simulation results indicate that the control method can effectively improve the vehicle lateral handling stability.  相似文献

In order to improve vehicle handling stability,a control system using optimal allocation of yaw moment was designed.The first layer is a linear quadratic regulator (LQR) controller,which optimizes a desired yaw moment to work on the vehicle and calculates reference wheel slip for the target wheel.The second layer of the control system is a PID controller which can track the reference wheel slip rate,and then apply braking torque on the target wheel to make the vehicle stable.Simulations are carried out by using an 8-dof nonlinear vehicle model under different conditions.The simulation results indicate that the designed control system can effectively improve vehicle handling stability.  相似文献

Considering road characteristic parameters such as lateral gradient, longitudinal gradient and synthetic gradient, and based on 15 degrees of freedom (DOF) vehicle dynamics model, the authors develop the vehicle dynamics model, tire vertical load variation model and whole vehicle riding dynamics simulation model combined with steering system, braking system, power train system, wheel and suspension models. The situations are compared under different lateral, longitudinal, synthetic gradient and vehicle speed. The simulation results show that yaw rate maintains invariably to longitudinal gradient variation, but decreases gradually with the increase of lateral and synthetic gradient. The margin of fluctuation and peak value increase with the increase of vehicle speed under the same gradient; front wheel sideslip angle maintains invariably to longitudinal and synthetic gradient variation, yet increases with the increase of lateral gradient; the roll rate decreases and then increases with the increase of lateral and synthetic gradient, and the margin of fluctuation and peak value increase with the vehicle speed increase under the same longitudinal gradient.  相似文献

A 3-degrees of freedom multi-axle vehicle dynamic model is established.Taking account of the practical difficulties for measuring the sideslip,rolling angles and rolling angle speed,a Luenberger observer is designed,and the simulation and analysis of the Luenberger observer are performed.The results show that the Luenberger observer has excellent characteristics in the considered speed range in tracking path.Then,a state feedback controller is designed on the basis of the Luenberger observer,and simulation of a multi-axle vehicle is also carried out.The results show that the performances of a multi-axle vehicle with the proposed control strategy is better than a multi-axle vehicle with front wheel steering strategy,and its control system has fine dynamic characteristic and strong robustness,so multi-axle vehicle with the proposed control strategy can improve vehicle handling stability and security.  相似文献

对3种气调保鲜箱贮藏环境的气体成分变化及对杨梅保鲜效果进行了研究.试验结果表明,在0℃冷藏条件下,使用气调保鲜箱杨梅适宜贮藏时间为20天,保鲜效果明显好于对照;气调箱-2效果最好.气调箱-2在贮藏6天时O2、CO2含量达到平衡;在贮藏12~15天时CO2含量达到峰值20.65%,O2含量接近2%,该环境条件有利于杨梅贮藏保鲜.  相似文献

A multi-body simulation approximate model of a vehicle using ADAMS software is established, and a frontrear suspension system, a steering system, the tires and all connectors are studied. Vehicle handling stability under different tests is simulated. The result is credible and valid, the parameter of vehicle model is amended expediently. This paper researches the fuzzy control and simulation of regulating system for PMSM in electrical vehicle. The mathematics model is set up.The PMSM,the PMSM measures demux, dq to abc converter and the three phrase PWM converter models are set up in MATLAB/ Simulink. The fuzzy controller is designed with two dimension fuzzy design method, and take E and EC as input variable, U is the output variable. According to the controller and models, the fuzzy control model of regulating system for PMSM is created in matlab/simulink. Dynamic performance test methods and experiments of motorcycle engine are investigated. The models of clutch, transmission and brake are simulated by changing the resistance torque imposed by the dynamometer to the engine and with the moment of inertia and road resistance data, the model of a 125 mL motorcycle is established on the dynamic engine test bench. On this basis, the road tests are simulated with models of different inertial mass. Compared with the experiments on the drum tester, the results show that when the inertial mass is set to 1.1 times the datum mass of the motorcycle, the deviations of its maximum speed, sliding distance and acceleration time are no more than 3% and the fuel consumption of 100 km is no more than 5% except the speed of 35 km/h. Through driver operational model, the effect of different gear change models on vehicle acceleration performance is studied. Finally, the regulatory driving cycle for motorcycle is implemented on the dynamic bench and the measurements show that it has high ability to accurately control speed.  相似文献

For a new type of strongly hybridized system, the vehicle ride performance is used as the study goal, a coordinated control strategy is put forward to suppress the torque surge after the analysis of the parameters changes of engine, motor, clutch and transmission during the driving-mode-switch process. The strongly hybridized vehicle simulation model is developed based on the coordinated control strategy. The typical drive mode switching process performance simulation and analysis are performed. The results show that introducing the coordinated control strategy reduces the torque surge during the driving-mode-switch process and improves the vehicle drivability.  相似文献

Focusing on a continuously variable transmission(CVT) hybrid electric vehicle with integrate starter generator(ISG), modeling and simulating of engine braking was conducted. An optical control strategy of regenerative braking was put forward. When there is no regenerative braking, engine brake force can be used effectively by changing the CVT ratio to reduce the braking force requirements for wheel brakes based on the calculated results of engine braking. When there is regenerative braking, the braking priority sequence is generator braking, engine braking, and finally frictional braking. A forward simulation model for regenerative braking system of hybrid electric vehicle was built. The simulation and analysis under typical driving cycles was conducted. The result shows the control strategy and the models are reasonable and feasible.  相似文献

为研究隧道锚的受力变形和锚碇承载特性等问题,在重庆几江长江大桥工程北岸现场开展1∶30缩尺模型试验。试验结果表明:从相似设计荷载240 kN到1 680 kN,双锚碇前锚面沿拉拔方向的最大位移平均值为0.020~0.808 mm,双锚碇前端上部地表岩体铅直方向的最大位移值为0.028~0.749 mm,双锚碇后端上部地表岩体铅直方向的最大位移值为0.014~0.645 mm;锚碇围岩破裂类型是拉剪复合型破坏;锚碇上方地表横桥方向参与抗拔作用的岩体范围约2~3 m,而沿锚碇轴向参与拉拔作用的岩体破坏区类似一个倒塞体形状;通过试验得到模型锚的可靠抗拉拔承载能力为1 344 kN;模型锚在840 kN下的流变趋于稳定,其长期安全系数为3.5。模型试验结果表明软岩地质条件下浅埋隧道锚具有较高的抗拉拔承载能力,证明此设计方案是可行的。  相似文献

Considering on the characteristics of the transmission system and some key units of continuously variable transmission system with reflux power, a dynamic simulation model and a control strategy are established. The design method of the new continuously variable transmission system is verified by simulation. The simulation result on this continuously variable transmission system shows that the rotating speed of the driven plate can rise up rapidly during starting clutch engagement, and the sliding friction power is lower than 3 kJ which is nearly equal to one third of the friction power of the traditional vehicle.  相似文献

The rut resistance properties of large stone flexible bases are studied, taking into consideration heavy loads and using computer simulation and numerous indoor tests. In computer simulations of large stone flexible bases, a calculation method was formulated for predicting asphalt pavement rut under dynamic loads. The method was based on the coupling of vehicle dynamic loads and pavement surface unevenness. The results of indoor testing and three dimensional numeric calculation under dynamic loads are confirmed by tracking observation results of a test road. We conclude that the rut resistance properties of large stone flexible base asphalt pavement built using low grade asphalt and low crush value high performance aggregate with reasonable gradation is no worse than that of the semirigid base asphalt pavement, and that ruts mainly are caused by the lateral shear.  相似文献

The dynamic simulation model is established and integrated control strategy of standing start is proposed for dual mode CVT vehicle, aiming at automatic vehicle with torque converter as a starter and metal pushing belt as a higher transmission equipment (Dual mode CVT vehicle), on the base of engine and torque converter performance experiment. Simulation result shows that vehicle performance can be improved by using the control strategy proposed. The stability of the brake system is a key factor for the vehicle safety.It is important for the air braking system's stability to shorten the time lag between the front brake and the rear brake,the reasonable disposal of the air pipeline and the optimization of the braking system design.A test bench is developed to test the performance of the air braking system,which is mainly made of pressure sensors,signal amplifiers,data acquisition system,computer,pressing air resource and so on.Based on this test bench,the reaction time of the system while braking and abandoning brake can be measured.Using this test bench,the performances of the air braking system of a certain commercial vehicle is detected.Compared with the actual road test,it can save the cost and the time for experiment largely.  相似文献
