采用苹果专用控释肥,设计不同试验处理,研究控释肥对果园土壤微生物,有机质,pH值和N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn等矿质元素含量的影响。结果表明,与普通复合肥相比,控释肥提高了果园土壤微生物量氮、微生物量碳和pH值,对有机质含量影响差异不明显;增加了土壤碱解氮、Fe和Zn含量,降低了土壤速效磷、交换性Ca、交换性Mg和Mn的含量,不同试验点速效钾和Cu的含量结果不一致;不同控释肥处理间大部分指标差异不明显。  相似文献

同时采用有效态和欧共体BCR(the Community Bureau of Reference)三步提取法对0-20 cm和20-40 cm土层中Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn进行形态分析,探索燕山山区板栗土壤中微量营养元索活性、形态分布特征和迁移能力.结果表明.栗粮间作会影响板栗对营养元素的吸收,且两层土壤中各元素活性相差不大;板栗纯林中0-20 cm土层的Cu,Zn活性明显高于20-40 cm土层;淋溶褐土和褐土性土两种土壤亚类,不同栽培制度对微量营养元素在板栗土壤中的形态分布特征影响不大.Cu,Zn,Fe主要以残渣态存在,Mn主要以可还原态和残渣态存在.且弱酸提取态高于其它元素.板栗土壤中元素的迁移能力排序为:Ca>Mg>Mn>Cu>Zn>Fe.  相似文献

[目的]研究四川牡丹岩土环境背景以及微生物在元素迁移过程中的作用,为了解营养元素的表生地球化学行为规律及微生物在元素迁移体系中的作用提供理论依据。[方法]利用ICP-OES测定四川牡丹生境母岩、土壤以及种子的大量(P,S,K,Ca,Na,Mg,Al)、微量(Fe,Mn,Cu)营养元素含量,同时利用Illumina高通量测序技术测定根际土壤中细菌、真菌的组成和结构。[结果](1)四川牡丹生长土壤以弱碱富钙为主要特征,元素组成基本保留了母岩特征;(2)元素从母岩到土壤中的迁移富集系数排序为:CaNaSPMgKAlFeMnCu,植物吸收系数排序为:PSKCuMgCaNaMnFeAl;(3)碱土金属淋溶率和铝铁率对土壤细菌的多样性(Alpha)影响显著,但对真菌的影响不显著;(4)P,Mn的迁移主要受母岩控制,而Ca,Mg,Fe,S等元素的迁移富集受到了微生物的影响。[结论]细菌和真菌在元素迁移体系中的作用相似,主要参与Fe,S,Mg,Ca的相关反应过程。  相似文献

采用ICP-MS和AAS测定了95批当归药材及其产地土壤中8种重金属元素和7种其他无机元素含量,研究药材与产地土壤中无机元素的相关性。结果表明,当归药材中的特征性无机元素是Fe、Mn、Mg、As、Cr及Ni,土壤中的特征性无机元素是Zn、Mn、Pb、Cr及Ni;当归药材中,无机元素Mn与Zn、Cr、Fe、Cu,Ni与Fe、Cd、Sb、Zn,As与Sb、Pb、Cr、Mn,Cu与Mg、Pb、Zn,Cr与Fe、Pb,Mg与Sb、Zn,以及Ca与Na呈显著正相关,而K与Na、Pb、Cd呈显著负相关;当归对土壤中的Na有富集作用;无机元素Sb、Ca和Na在当归药材与土壤中呈显著正相关。研究发现,中药当归含有丰富的有益无机元素,有害重金属元素含量极低,符合相关标准,在国际贸易及GAP种植方面具有明显的优势和广阔的发展前景。  相似文献

对樟树人工林生态系统的大气降水、树干茎流、穿透水、林内地表径流、地下径流中N、P、SiO2、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn共1O种养分元素含量进行了测定。结果表明:不同月份大气降水养分元素含量不同,各元素各月平均含量按大小排序为Ca〉SiO2〉Zn〉NH4-N〉K〉NO3-N〉Fe〉Mg〉Mn〉P〉Cu。大气降水经过林冠层后,树干茎流、林内穿透水中各养分元素含量变化基本一致,均表现季节动态变化.大多数元素含量增加。树干茎流中各元素含量按大小排序为K〉Ca〉NH4-N〉SiO2〉Mg〉NO3-N〉Zn〉Mn〉Fe〉P〉Cu;林内穿透水中各元素含量按大小排序为Ca〉K〉Zn〉SiO2〉NH4-N〉NO3-N〉Mg〉Mn〉Fe〉P〉Cu。树干茎流中SiO2、Fe、Zn,穿透水中Fe为负淋溶.其余各元素浓度有所增加,在这2项中,除NH4-N、K外,树干茎流中NO3-N、P、SiO2、Ca、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn养分元素的富集作用均小于穿透水。  相似文献

在田间条件下,对20年树龄库尔勒香梨设置不同氮、磷、钾的施肥处理,用原子吸收光谱法测定香梨中7种矿质元素的含量。结果表明:库尔勒香梨果实中元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Na的含量相对较高,Zn、Cu、Mn的含量相对较低。与不施肥的处理相比,施肥能明显提高香梨Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Na的含量。香梨中Ca含量的施肥效应P>N>K,Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu含量的施肥效应N>K>P,Mn含量的施肥效应K>N>P,Na含量的施肥效应N>P>K。  相似文献

在田间试验条件下,对20 a树龄库尔勒香梨设置不同有机物料(生物黑炭、羊粪)的施肥处理,用原子吸收光谱法测定香梨中7种矿质元素的含量.结果表明:库尔勒香梨果实中Ca,Mg,Fe,Na元素的含量相对较高,Zn,Cu,Mn元素的含量相对较低.施用有机物料能明显提高香梨Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Na元素的含量,且随着有机物料施入量的增加,其提高效果越明显,施肥效应表现为:羊粪>生物黑炭.  相似文献

对皖南焦甜香感强度不同的12个烤烟样品中10种矿质元素及其植烟土壤中10种矿质元素的含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明:皖南大部分植烟土壤速效P含量适中,速效K含量较高,不同焦甜香感烤烟的植烟土壤中矿质元素的含量没有明显的差异。与优质烤烟相比,皖南不同焦甜香感强度的烟叶中Mn、Cu和Zn含量适中,K、Ca、Fe和Mg含量偏低。在烟叶所含的10种矿质元素中,在C3F等级烟叶焦甜香感"中"的烟叶中Ca、Cu、Fe和Zn含量显著低于焦甜香感"中-"的烟叶。因此,土壤和烟叶中矿质元素的含量对烟叶焦甜香感强度的影响较小,并不是引起烟叶焦甜香感强度差异的主要原因。  相似文献

通过土柱模拟实验研究了筛选自西南岩溶区的典型细菌、真菌、放线菌对石灰岩的溶蚀动态及作用效果,并研究了这3种类群微生物及其碳酸酐酶(CA)对土壤-灰岩系统Ca、Mg、Zn元素迁移的影响。结果表明:①实验所用的典型细菌、真菌、放线菌均对石灰岩有较强的溶蚀作用,但是不同类群的微生物对石灰岩的溶蚀效果不同,溶蚀后石灰岩的表面形貌变化不同,其中,真菌的溶蚀效果最显著,放线菌和细菌次之;②典型细菌、真菌、放线菌对不同元素迁移的影响不同,对于Zn2 、Ca2 的迁移影响而言,真菌>放线菌>细菌>无菌对照组;对于Mg2 的迁移影响而言,细菌>真菌>放线菌>无菌对照组;③一定范围内温度增加对Ca、Mg、Zn3种元素的迁移有不同程度的促进作用;④土柱淋出液中CA平均活性与Ca、Mg、Zn3种元素的总淋失量之间存在一定的正相关关系,说明CA对这3种元素的迁移具有一定的影响,且因不同元素而异。本研究结果对于评价不同类群微生物在生物岩溶及岩溶系统元素迁移中的作用和地位提供了一定的科学依据。  相似文献

本文研究了湖州地区水稻土、红壤和潮土三种主要土壤类型的土壤微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B、和Mo的有效态含量,并对各微量元素的有效态含量满足作物生长需要的状况进行评价。结果表明:湖州市土壤大面积缺钼,部分土壤缺锰、硼,而土壤有效态铜、锌含量比较丰富,土壤有效铁含量则极其丰富。最后对该市水稻土、红壤和潮土三种主要土壤类型的土壤微量元素含量与成土母质、pH、土壤有机碳之间的关系进行分析研究。  相似文献

Artificial weathering of silicate rock powders The weathering properties of rock powders of different geological origin were investigated under laboratory conditions. Extraction media were water and hydrochloric acid (1N). The parameters measured were pH-value and (under the point of view of plant nutrition) the macro elements Ca, Mg, K and Na as well as the trace elements Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn. Of the tested rocks, basalt, diabas, phonolite, lava and granite, the basic origins are characterized by a high release of Ca, Mg and Fe, phonolite by a noticeable release of Na, and lava by a significant mobility of K. Mn was extracted to greater extent than Cu and Zn. The price level of some rock powders is shown and discussed with special reference to the presented data of nutrient release.  相似文献

复合污染土壤中水稻根际元素特性及效应研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
【目的】以广东大宝山重金属复合污染农田为生长介质,通过研究水稻不同部位生长量、 金属含量、 对金属的富集系数,及其与根际、 非根际土金属含量、 形态变化的相关关系,探讨根际效应可能对水稻体内金属积累转运以及生物量的影响。【方法】选取了广东大宝山稻田重金属复合污染(As、 Pb、 Fe、 Cu、 Zn)土壤及当地常见的20个水稻品种进行根际袋试验,即将根际袋内的土视为根际土,根际袋外的土视为非根际土,将供试水稻品种种植于根际袋土壤中60天后收获,测定水稻各部位的生长量、 不同金属的含量,根际土和非根际土中各金属有效态的含量。【结果】Fe、 Cu、 Pb、 Zn、 As在根部的富集系数均大于其在茎叶的富集系数,各金属在茎叶和根部的富集能力排序分别为Zn Cu As ≈ Pb ≈ Fe和Fe Zn As Cu Pb。根际土和非根际土中各种金属有效态含量均为Fe Cu Pb Zn As。研究还发现,有效态Fe、 Cu和Zn浓度对整株干重的影响显著,作用强弱顺序为Cu Zn Fe,对水稻生长影响作用显著的三种有效态金属Fe、 Cu和Zn均为植物生长所必需的元素。供试土壤中有效态Cu浓度对水稻的生长所起的作用最强。根际土有效态Fe浓度对根系Fe的积累作用效果显著,有效态As浓度显著抑制了根系Fe的积累,且有效态As浓度的作用强于有效态Fe。【结论】根际土中有效态Fe对株高、 根干重、 茎叶干重和整株干重均起着抑制作用,有效态Cu对水稻生长起到了促进作用。根际土有效态As和非根际土有效态Zn对根部Fe的积累起到了抑制作用,根际土有效态Fe和非根际土有效态Cu则起到了促进作用。非根际土有效态Fe和有效态Zn对水稻根长的增加均起到了促进作用。  相似文献

Lake ?znik, located in the southeast part of the Marmara region in Turkey, is considered the largest lake in the region. Soil pollution from irrigation with lake water has become an important concern for arable lands surrounding the lake. Therefore, a study was conducted to investigate trace element contamination of soils and plants irrigated with water from the lake, which has been polluted with industrial and municipal wastes. Eleven different crops grown in 30 different horticultural fields, consistently irrigated with lake water, were studied. To determine pollutant concentrations, soils, plants, and water were sampled and analyzed for both total and extractable iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), lead (Pb), and cadmium (Cd). Iron, Cu, and Ni in destructively sampled soils were found to be excessive in soils. The results were subjected to statistical analysis using simple correlations and t‐test. There were no statistically significant relationships among the total and extractable metals in soils and extractable plant metals. Because of lack of standard concentrations indicating excessive concentration of extractable elements, statuses of extractable elements in the soils were not evaluated. Cobalt, Pb, Cr, and Cu concentrations were greater than the normal range in leaves. The accumulation of metals differed greatly among the various plant species, but irrigation with lake water did not increase metals in soils. The appearance of metals in soils might be due to agricultural activities and parent material. Continuous monitoring and future studies of the area are recommended to ascertain long‐term impacts of pollution on plants.  相似文献

The objective of this research was to isolate a dichlorvos (2,2-dichlorovinyl dimethyl phosphate)-degrading strain of Ochrobactrum sp., and determine its effectiveness in remediation of a dichlorvos-contaminated soil. A dichlorvos-degrading bacterium (strain DDV-1) was successfully isolated and identified as an Ochrobactrum sp. based on its 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Strain DDV-1 was able to utilize dichlorvos as a sole carbon source, and the optimal pH and temperature for its cell growth and degradation were 7.0 and 30 ℃, respectively. Also, the growth and degradation of strain DDV-1 showed the same response to dissolved oxygen. In addition, the soil degradation test indicated that in soil spiked with 100 mg L^-1 or 500 mg L^-1 dichlorvos and inoculated with 0.5% or 1.0% (v/v) strain DDV-1, complete degradation of dichlorvos could be achieved in 24 h. The present study showed that strain DDV-1 was a fast dichlorvos-degrading bacterium in soil. However, further research will be needed to clarify the degradation pathway and the properties of the key enzymes involved in its biodegradation.  相似文献

采用微波消解-ICP-AES技术,测定不同种植年限大棚菜田土壤样品中As、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu等重金属的含量,研究不同种植年限与大棚菜田土壤重金属累积的相关性以及大棚菜田土壤重金属累积特征,并利用地积累指数法进行污染评价。结果表明:大棚菜田土壤重金属Zn、Pb、Ni、Mn和Cu的含量与种植年限具有极显著相关性;大棚菜田土壤中重金属Cd和Cr的含量与种植年限不相关。重金属元素间相关性分析表明,Zn与Pb、Cd、Ni、Mn、Cr、Cu,Pb与Cd、Ni、Mn、Cr、Cu,Cd与Ni、Mn、Cr,Ni与Mn、Cr、Cu,Mn与Cr、Cu具有污染同源性,Cu与Cd、Cr不具有污染同源性。地积累指数法污染评价结果显示Cd的污染等级达到了6级,已构成了极严重污染;Zn和Cu的污染等级达到2级,已构成了中度污染;Pb、Mn的污染等级达到1级,已经构成了轻~中度污染;As、Ni、Cr均未构成污染。  相似文献

Field experiments were conducted to assess the influence of plant growth and amendment addition on phytostabilisation of copper (Cu), lead (Pb), manganese (Mn) and zinc (Zn) along highway soil in southwest British Columbia, Canada. The plant species tested were Lolium perenne L (perennial rye grass), Festuca rubra L. (creeping red fescue) and Poa pratensis L. (Kentucky blue grass) and the amendments, lime and phosphate. The treatment efficiencies were assessed during different seasons as a completely randomized factorial experiment in split plot design. The research tasks involved: (1) quantifying the seasonal extent of metal accumulation in soil and assessing the seasonal impact on metal speciation for different soil amendments and plant species; (2) determining seasonal accumulation differences between sampling periods in plant parts; and (3) assessing the influence of root–soil interactions on metal dynamics. The amendments decreased the exchangeable fraction and plant uptake of all four metals. The lowest mobile fractions (exchangeable and carbonate bound) were found in soils growing Festuca for Cu, Lolium for Mn and a Lolium/Poa/Festuca combination for Pb and Zn. Metal accumulation and metal dynamics in the rhizosphere soil are compared with those of the bulk soil. The final outcome was the development of a remediation strategy for all four metals involving suitable plants and amendments and incorporating seasonal and rhizosphere influences.  相似文献

Salt-affected soils in arid and semi-arid tracts of the Indian Punjab are prone to deficiency of micronutrients. Nine profiles from alluvial terraces, sand dunes and palaeochannels in the southwestern Punjab were investigated for total and diethylenetriamine-penta-acetic acid (DTPA) extractable Zn, Cu, Mn and Fe. Soil physiography exerted significant influence on the spatial distribution of micronutrients. Total contents varied from 20–78 for Zn, 8–32 for Cu, and 88–466 mg kg?1 for Mn and 0.82–2.53% for Fe. DTPA-extractable contents varied from 0.10–0.98 for Zn, 0.14–1.02 for Cu, 0.54–13.02 for Fe and 0.82–9.4 mg kg?1 for Mn. Total contents were higher in fine-textured soil than in coarse-textured soils. Concentration of micronutrients in the surface layer was low and there occurred more accumulation in the Cambic horizon. Organic carbon, pH, clay, silt and calcium carbonate exerted strong influence on the distribution of micronutrients. DTPA extractable Zn, Cu, Mn and Fe increased with increasing organic carbon but decreased with increase in pH and calcium carbonate content. Total micronutrient contents increased with increase in clay, silt and calcium carbonate contents and decreased with increase in sand content.  相似文献
