  【目的】  设施菜田土壤磷素高量累积、磷迁移风险高。水滑石改性生物炭是很好的阴离子吸附材料,探究不同原材料制备的水滑石改性生物炭对高磷设施菜田土壤磷吸附性能的影响,为高磷设施菜田合理利用改性生物炭、降低磷素损失风险提供科学依据。  【方法】  采用500℃下限氧热解法制备竹炭 (BB) 、玉米秸秆炭 (MB) 和猪粪炭 (PB) 样品,利用共沉淀法将Zn/Fe水滑石 (Zn/Fe-LDHs) 分别负载在3个生物炭表面,得到水滑石改性竹炭(LDH-BB)、水滑石改性玉米秸秆炭 (LDH-MB) 和水滑石改性猪粪炭 (LDH-PB) 。以6个生物炭样品为试材进行土壤磷吸附–解吸实验和土柱淋溶实验,以不添加生物炭处理为对照。磷吸附–解吸实验利用Langmuir和Freundlich方程拟合吸附数据,并测定了土炭混合物的磷解吸量。土柱淋溶实验测定了淋溶液体积、pH及不同形态磷含量。  【结果】  水滑石改性生物炭的Zn、Fe元素含量、O/C和(O+N)/C原子比提高,pH、C、N和P元素含量降低。改性后生物炭表面出现不规则层状附着物,比表面积增加,其大小依次为LDH-BB>LDH-PB>LDH-MB>BB>MB>PB。根据Langmuir方程拟合结果发现,LDH-BB处理磷的吸附性能最优,其最大理论吸附量 (3681 mg/kg) 分别是LDH-MB、BB和MB处理的3.41、3.34和4.25倍。土柱淋溶实验发现,各生物炭处理淋溶液体积较CK均减少,其中LDH-BB处理累积淋溶液体积最少,减少量分别为BB、MB、PB、LDH-MB和LDH-PB处理减少量的1.61、3.27、4.32、1.89和2.59倍。LDH-BB、LDH-MB和LDH-PB处理的磷素累积淋溶量 (TP) 较BB、MB和PB处理分别显著降低25.68%、17.51%和34.38%。所有处理淋溶液中各形态磷的比例均以可溶性反应磷 (SRP) 最高,其次为可溶性有机磷(SOP)和颗粒磷 (PP) 。LDH-BB、LDH-MB和LDH-PB处理的淋溶液SRP占比较BB、MB和PB处理分别显著降低7.72%、6.69%和12.07%。  【结论】  添加Zn/Fe水滑石改性竹炭显著提高了设施菜田土壤磷的吸附量,减少了磷累积淋溶量,是降低高磷设施菜田土壤磷损失风险的有效措施。  相似文献

利用生物炭材料的吸附作用回收污水中的磷,作为磷肥应用到土壤进行农业生产是一种简单有效、成本低廉的措施,成为解决环境污染和磷资源紧缺问题的一种潜在方案。该研究采用单因素结合响应面方法优化赤铁矿(H)改性核桃壳生物炭(BC)的制备工艺。通过模型拟合分析了改性生物炭(H-BC)对水中磷(P)的吸附特性,并测试表征探讨其吸附机理。最后,将饱和吸附磷后的改性生物炭(H-BC-P)应用到土壤,采用盆栽试验分析其作为磷肥的效果和潜力。结果表明:核桃壳/赤铁矿质量比为1:1,在850 ℃下热解45 min制得的改性生物炭对磷的去除率达到98.42%,饱和吸附量为15.59 mg/g。H-BC吸附P的过程更符合准二级动力学模型和Freundlich模型,表明该过程是多分子层吸附,化学吸附是限制吸附速率的主要步骤。酸性条件有利于H-BC对P的吸附,从成本角度考虑,H-BC的最佳用量为2.5 g/L。H-BC-P可以改良酸性土壤pH,增加土壤全磷和Olsen-P含量。黄棕壤和红壤中生菜的生物量均有明显增加。研究表明赤铁矿改性生物炭是一种环境友好的磷吸附剂,且吸附磷后的残渣可以作为磷肥应用到土壤。  相似文献

在实验室通过生物炭与FeCl3的不同配比确定了生物炭的最佳改性条件,并利用土柱模拟试验,研究改性生物炭对土壤硝态氮和有效磷淋失的影响。结果表明,Fe3+与生物炭质量比为0.7是最佳改性条件,改性作用大大增强了生物炭吸附硝态氮和有效磷的能力。在含N量为50mg.L-1的KNO3和含P量为50mg.L-1的KH2PO4溶液中,最佳改性炭的吸附量分别比改性前提高了12倍和66倍,氮和磷的理论最大吸附量分别为2.47mg.g-1和16.58mg.g-1。土壤中添加最佳改性炭能够延缓并减少硝态氮和有效磷的淋失,添加量为2.5%、5%和10%与不添加任何物质的对照相比,硝态氮的淋失量分别显著降低20%、43%和59%(P<0.05),有效磷的淋失量分别显著降低45%、59%和75%(P<0.05),表明土壤中添加改性生物炭能够有效降低土壤硝态氮和有效磷的淋失风险。  相似文献

调控措施对滨海盐渍土磷素形态及作物磷素吸收的影响   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
滨海盐渍化土壤存在磷素有效性低的问题。本试验采用根袋法盆栽试验,共设不施磷肥、常规磷肥、磷肥+生物质炭、磷肥+腐殖酸、磷肥+商品有机肥5个处理,分析不同调控措施对非盐渍土、轻度盐渍土和中度盐渍土有效磷含量、磷素形态以及大麦磷素吸收利用的影响。结果表明:①盐碱障碍降低根区内外土壤有效磷含量,表现为非盐渍土轻度盐渍土中度盐渍土。添加生物质炭能显著提高轻度、中度盐渍土根区内外土壤有效磷含量,较常规磷肥对照处理分别提高40.72%、84.80%。②盐碱障碍降低大麦产量,抑制地上部对磷素的吸收,不同调控措施均能促进盐渍土上大麦对磷素的吸收,提高磷肥利用率。轻度盐渍土上不同调控措施的增产效果不显著,中度盐渍土上添加生物质炭处理显著提高大麦产量,较常规磷肥对照处理提高63.20%。③盐碱障碍降低土壤活性无机磷、NaOH-Pi、NaHCO_3-Po、NaOH-Po比例,增加HCl-Pi比例。添加生物质炭处理能显著提高盐渍土活性无机磷比例,提高土壤磷的有效性。添加生物质炭和商品有机肥处理对中度盐渍土上HCl-Pi比例的降低效果优于轻度盐渍土。  相似文献

【目的】研究红壤性水稻土长期不同施肥模式下耕层土壤有效磷含量与全磷含量的变化特征,以及有效磷含量与累积磷盈亏的关系,分析不同形态磷肥对土壤磷素有效性影响的差异,找出最有效的红壤性水稻土磷素培肥施肥方式。【方法】供试土壤取自1981~2012年在江西进行的红壤双季稻稻田长期定位试验。试验自始至终保持水分、农药等日常田间管理与当地习惯相同,统一水稻品种并定期更换。试验设5个处理:施氮钾肥(NK);氮磷钾化肥(NPK);两倍氮磷钾化肥(NPK2);早稻氮磷钾化肥配施紫云英,晚稻氮磷钾化肥配施猪粪(NPKM);长期不施肥(CK)。分析了耕层土壤有效磷含量和全磷含量计算了有效磷增量与累积磷盈亏的相互关系。【结果】试验32年后对照土壤磷年均亏缺22.7 kg/hm2,有效磷含量在低水平下维持平衡;NK处理磷素年均亏缺27.9kg/hm2,显著高于不施肥处理,全磷含量缓慢降低32年累计降低了8.6%,有效磷含量呈持平趋势。NPK、NPK2、NPKM处理土壤磷素均有盈余,年均盈余量分别为33.3、39.0、41.0 kg/hm~2,全磷含量分别增加了32.1%、89.4%、165.1%,有效磷含量分别增加了2.2、6.9、15.3倍,年上升速率分别为0.30、1.18、1.79 mg/kg,有效磷增量与累积磷盈余呈显著正相关。NPK化肥配施有机肥处理不仅提高土壤有效磷及全磷的含量,还显著提高磷素有效性。水稻产量增加量随累积磷投入量和有效磷的增加而增加,前期增加较快后期增加较慢,有效磷含量具有明显的拐点,其值超过20 mg/kg后产量就增加缓慢。【结论】红壤性水稻土在双季稻种植模式下,长期不施磷肥处理土壤全磷含量缓慢降低,有效磷含量可维持低水平下的平衡。施磷处理土壤全磷含量,有效磷含量以及磷素有效性均呈上升趋势且无机磷肥与有机磷肥配施处理上升最快。无机磷肥与有机磷肥配合施用在提高土壤全磷含量的同时也提高磷素的有效性。土壤有效磷超过20 mg/kg后相对产量提高缓慢。氮磷钾化肥与有机肥配合施用是提高耕层土壤磷素库容和提高磷素活化能力的有效措施。  相似文献

研究双季稻种植制度下长期不同施肥红壤性水稻土磷素含量及磷素有效性演变特征及其对土壤磷盈亏(磷平衡)的响应,为南方双季稻区红壤性水稻土科学施磷提供依据。以35年长期肥料定位试验为平台,研究不同施肥处理土壤全磷、有效磷及磷活化系数(PAC)的演变规律,计算不同处理土壤-作物系统每年磷素盈亏量及累积磷素盈亏量,探讨土壤全磷、有效磷及PAC与累积磷盈亏量的响应关系。结果表明,不施磷肥的CK和NK处理土壤全磷、有效磷和PAC随试验年限呈持平或下降趋势;不施磷肥仅施猪粪的NK+PM处理土壤全磷呈缓慢上升趋势,有效磷和PAC呈下降趋势;施化学磷肥或化学磷肥配施稻草的NP、NPK、NP+RS和NPK+RS处理土壤全磷在试验前10年上升速率较快,之后25年上升速率变缓或随时间变化不显著,土壤有效磷在试验前5年急剧升高,之后随时间变化速率减缓或基本持平。CK、NK和NK+PM处理35年土壤PAC平均值较试验初始值分别下降33.2%、29.7%和16.6%,NP、NPK、NP+RS和NPK+RS土壤PAC较初始值分别提高66.2%、60.6%、65.6%和52.9%。不施磷肥导致红壤性水稻土磷素亏缺,不施化学磷肥仅施猪粪土壤磷素基本持平,施用化肥磷及化肥磷配施稻草土壤磷素盈余。土壤全磷、有效磷及PAC与土壤磷累积盈亏量均呈极显著正相关关系,土壤每盈余磷100 kg hm-2,全磷含量提高0.03 g kg-1,有效磷提高1.20 mg kg-1,土壤PAC上升0.09%。外源磷投入是影响土壤磷素及磷有效性的重要因素,在本试验条件下,长期不施磷或磷投入不足导致土壤磷亏缺,进而导致土壤磷及磷有效性降低,而化肥磷及有机无机磷配施促进了土壤磷盈余及土壤磷素肥力的提高。  相似文献

磷素的吸附和解吸特性对土壤磷素迁移及其环境效应具有重要影响,过量磷肥施入易造成土壤磷素固定和流失,但合理间作可促进磷素吸收利用,减少固定,研究间作和不同施磷量条件下红壤磷素吸附解吸特性的平衡效应对促进红壤磷的高效利用,兼顾环境效应具有重要意义。本研究采取2因素裂区区组试验,主因素为种植模式,分别为与玉米||大豆(IM)、单作玉米(MM);副因素为施磷水平,分别为P0 [0 kg(P_2O_5)·hm~(-2)]、P60 [60 kg(P_2O_5)·hm~(-2)]、P90 [90 kg(P_2O_5)·hm~(-2)]、P120 [120 kg(P_2O_5)·hm~(-2)] 4个施磷水平,通过田间试验,研究间作和施磷量对红壤磷素吸附解吸平衡效应的影响;应用结构方程模型(SEM)和邻接树法(ABT)定量分析间作和施磷水平对磷吸附和解吸的相对贡献,揭示间作影响红壤磷素吸附解吸的关键因子。结果表明:1) Langmuir等温吸附方程最适合红壤对磷的吸附特征拟合,土壤磷吸附量随平衡溶液磷浓度的增加呈先增加再趋于饱和的趋势,土壤磷吸附量随施磷量的增加逐渐降低。2)种植模式和施磷水平以及交互作用极显著(P0.01)影响红壤磷素的吸附量和解吸量。间作处理较单作磷素吸附量和解吸量分别增加22.9%和9.2%(P0.05);不同施磷水平下,间作磷吸附量较单作显著增加13.0%、19.4%、41.5%和23.9%(P0.05);磷解吸量在P0和P60处理间作较单作显著增加90.2%和194.4%(P0.05),而在P90和P120处理间作较单作减少52.1%和34.1%(P0.05)。3)不同种植模式与施磷水平下,土壤磷吸附量与土壤pH、有机质、树脂磷、有效磷、全磷以及磷吸附饱和度呈极显著负相关(P0.01),与游离氧化铁、游离氧化铝和磷吸持指数呈极显著正相关(P0.01),土壤磷解吸量与标准需磷量呈极显著负相关(P0.01)。红壤磷素的吸附和解吸主要受pH、有机质和游离氧化铁的影响,间作通过改变土壤的pH、有机质和游离氧化铁含量影响红壤磷吸附量和解吸量。玉米||大豆间作具有较好的土壤磷缓冲能力,低磷水平下促进磷素大量解吸供植物吸收利用,高磷水平下促进磷素吸附有效减缓磷素的损失。  相似文献

  【目的】  研究稻壳生物炭和3种铁改性稻壳生物炭对铵态氮的吸附特性,为其作为添加剂进行炭基肥料的开发提供参考。  【方法】  以稻壳为原料,在500℃无氧条件下热解制备稻壳生物炭(RBC),并采用3种工艺制备铁改性稻壳生物炭 (FDRBC、FWRBC和FWBC)。利用比表面积测定仪 (BET) 和扫描电镜 (SEM)、X射线衍射 (XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱 (FT-IR) 等技术对稻壳炭和3种铁改性稻壳炭进行物理性质表征。以稻壳生物炭和3种铁改性稻壳生物炭为材料进行铵态氮吸附试验,采用Langmuir和Freundlich方程对稻壳炭和3种铁改性稻壳炭的等温吸附数据进行拟合;并分别用准一级动力学模型和准二级动力学模型对吸附数据进行拟合。  【结果】  1) 经过铁改性,稻壳炭比表面积降低了2.4%~63.7%,孔径平均提高了2.8%~319.2%,pH均降低到5左右;2) FWBC和FWRBC在pH为6时,对NH4+-N的吸附量最大,FDRBC和RBC在pH为7时,对NH4+-N的吸附量最大;3) Langmuir吸附等温方程能够很好地拟合稻壳炭和3种铁改性稻壳炭对铵态氮的吸附数据,RBC、FDRBC、FWRBC和FWBC对铵态氮的最大吸附量分别为2.22、8.82、4.67和3.67 mg/g;4) 稻壳炭和3种铁改性稻壳炭对铵态氮的吸附行为符合准二级动力学方程。  【结论】  供试稻壳炭和3种铁改性稻壳炭对铵态氮的吸附主要为单分子层吸附,以化学吸附方式为主。铁改性处理提高了稻壳炭的孔径,降低了pH。对铵态氮的吸附能力以FDRBC最优,用其制备新型肥料可提高肥料的保肥供肥能力。  相似文献

砷(As)的毒性极强,为了治理含As土壤,该研究通过室内土柱模拟试验,研究铁改性生物炭对土壤中As迁移能力和形态的影响。结果表明:添加1%~8%生物炭和铁改性生物炭后,能显著降低土柱灌水后渗滤液中As的含量,增加土壤表层(0~20 cm) As的含量,降低土壤深层(>20~50 cm) As的含量,促进土壤中有效态As向稳定态As转化,生物炭的添加量越大,土壤中R-As的含量就越高。对比铁改性生物炭和生物炭发现,生物炭负载Fe3+后,其吸附和固持能力更强,更能促进有效态As向R-As转化,进而降低As污染的风险。因此,在治理含As土壤时,可在表层土壤施加2%的铁改性生物炭,达到吸附和固化As的目的,进而提高土壤的安全性。  相似文献

The hypolipidemic effects of two solid-state enzymatically modified psyllium preparations were compared to that of the original psyllium husks in hamsters. Hamsters were ad libitum fed 0.2 wt % cholesterol diets formulated to contain 12% cellulose or 5% cellulose plus 7% raw or enzymatically modified psyllium preparations. Psyllium additions to the diet did not significantly alter food consumption or the weekly mean hamster weight over the 5 weeks of feeding. However, the total weight gained over 35 days of feeding of modified psyllium Y-26-4, one of the modified psyllium preparations, was significantly lower, 48, 47, and 32% than that for the cellulose, raw psyllium, and modified psyllium Y-24-3 groups, respectively. At 35 days, psyllium feeding significantly reduced plasma total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol by 50-100% in comparison to cellulose feeding, with no significant differences between the psyllium preparations. Fecal dry weight was unaffected by dietary treatment. At days 29-31, fecal bile acid excretion was significantly increased by 30-70% with all three psyllium diets, with no significant differences between psyllium preparations. These results suggest that improving the functional properties of psyllium by solid-state enzymatic procedures, such that its incorporation into food products is feasible, does not alter psyllium-mediated hypolipidemic effects.  相似文献

Habitat loss is not randomly distributed across modified landscapes, yet spatial patterns of habitat cover are not routinely combined with biodiversity data when assessing or predicting the biodiversity impacts of land use change. Here, we convert point observations of more than 28,000 beetles from 851 species into a continuous biodiversity surface representing the similarity of ecological communities relative to that of pristine forest, effectively integrating on-the-ground biodiversity data with remotely sensed land cover data to predict the magnitude of community change in a modified landscape. We generated biodiversity surfaces for both present-day and pre-human landscapes to map spatial patterns of change in a diverse ecological community to calculate the combined biodiversity impacts of habitat loss and fragmentation that accounts for the exact spatial pattern of deforestation. Our spatially-explicit, landscape-scale index of community change shows how the fine-scale configuration of habitat loss sums across a landscape to determine changes in biodiversity at a larger spatial scale. After accounting for naturally occurring within-forest heterogeneity, we estimate that the conversion of 43% of forest to grassland in a 1300 km2 landscape in New Zealand resulted in a 47% change to the beetle community.  相似文献

Nitrogen Oxide-03 photolytic cycle is dependent upon the presence of NO in ambient air. From our air monitoring observations we have found that the NO concentration in the atmosphere is often zero (0 to 5 ppb). This suggests a need to modify/change the photolytic cycle. Linear regression analyses on the O3 and NO2 concentrations in ambient air, measured in real time were carried out. The predicted values of O3 and NO2 from these regression equations were close to the observed values. On the basis of these two observations a modified photolytic cycle, including some other components (such as HONO2) is discussed.  相似文献

Reference conditions remain widely used as a benchmark for ecosystem management, but there remains conjecture about the definition of the reference state. Many techniques used to predict reference conditions are difficult to apply operationally because they are resource-intensive, subjective, or applicable for a limited suite of environmental variables or over a narrow range of environmental variation. We defined the reference state as variation in native vegetation exhibiting relatively little evidence of modification by humans since European settlement. Using data from 462 sites supporting native vegetation in a fragmented landscape in south-eastern Australia, we demonstrated a relatively quick and cost-effective way of objectively predicting reference conditions for various surrogates of biodiversity. We predicted reference values for several variables that are used as biodiversity surrogates (i.e., tree densities by diameter class, trees with hollows, tree regeneration, trees with mistletoe, fallen timber, vegetation cover by vertical stratum, litter cover, cryptogam cover and native plant species richness) using generalized additive models (GAMs) fitted with predictors representing measures of human modification since European settlement (exotic plant cover, number of stumps, evidence of firewood collection, evidence of rabbits, evidence of recent grazing by stock, surrounding land use) and measures of environmental variation (floristic composition, mean annual precipitation, mean annual temperature, solar insolation, aspect, slope). Reference values for each response variable were predicted from these models by holding the significant explanatory variables representing modification since European settlement at their minimum observed values, that is, our definition of the reference state. We demonstrated the importance of independently evaluating predictions of this type using generic ecological models and estimates of reference conditions derived from other sources.  相似文献

Vegetable oils are promising candidates as substitutes for petroleum base oils in lubricant applications, such as total loss lubrication, military applications, and outdoor activities. Although vegetable oils have some advantages, they also have poor oxidation and low temperature stability. One of the ways to address these issues is chemical modification of fatty acid chain of triglyceride. We report a one-pot synthesis of a novel class of chemically modified vegetable oils from epoxidized triacylglycerols and various anhydrides. In an anhydrous solvent, boron trifluoride etherate is used as catalyst to simultaneously open the oxirane ring and activate the anhydride. The reaction was monitored and products confirmed by NMR, FTIR, GPC, and TGA analysis. Experimental conditions were optimized for research quantity and laboratory scale-up (up to 4 lbs). The resultant acyl derivatives of vegetable oil, having diester substitution at the sites of unsaturation, have potential in formulation of industrial fluids such as hydraulic fluids, lubricants, and metal working fluids.  相似文献

A study was made to determine the impact of a plantation of rubber trees Hevea brasiliensis and an adjacent suburban environment on birds inhabiting the western lowlands of peninsular Malaysia. Results from six consecutive censuses in January 1980 showed that the plantation exceeded the suburban area in bird species richness (3119) and diversity (H′ = 2·796&|;2·070, P < 0·01). Over a three-year period a total of 84 bird species was recorded in the plantation but only 25 species were found in the suburban area. Distribution of several bird species appeared to be influenced by local variation in tree density. Rubber tree plantations, and especially suburban areas, cause a drastic reduction in bird species richness where they replace lowland rainforest.  相似文献

Abstract

The design and use of a modified heating block that is adaptable to routine plant tissue digestion is presented. The block was constructed from two aluminum plates: the heat‐transfer plate (50.8 cm × 30.5 cm × 5.08 cm) and the test tube support plate (50.8 cm × 30.5 cm × 0.953 cm). Abstract

Interpretations of soil zinc (Zn) tests for golf course greens vary among testing laboratories, with little information in the literature on which to base these interpretations. Our studies determined the effects of increasing fertilizer Zn on extractable soil Zn and tissue Zn levels for five creeping bentgrass (Agrostis palustris Huds.) cultivars, to investigate their potential for Zn toxicity. The effects of Zn concentrations up to 4000 mg/kg were investigated in three greenhouse studies on a potted soil mix of sand, Nicolett (fine‐loamy, mixed‐mesic, Aquic Hapludoll) soil, and Hypnum peat in an 8:1:1 ratio. ‘Penncross’ bentgrass was used in the first two studies, and ‘Penncross’, ‘Penneagle’, ‘Cobra’, ‘Emerald’, and ‘Prominent’ were compared in a third study. Mean DTPA‐extractable soil Zn concentrations increased from 0.6 mg/kg in the controls to 652 mg/kg in the pots treated with 4000‐mg Zn/kg soil. Tissue Zn concentrations increased from a low of 50 mg/kg for grass on the control pots to a high of 1500 mg/kg for plants grown in soil treated with 4000 mg/kg soil. No consistent deleterious effects were observed on the grass tissue of any of the varieties. Our study demonstrates that creeping bentgrass is capable of tolerating very high levels of Zn without tissue damage.  相似文献
