为明确温度对美洲斑潜蝇和南美斑潜蝇种间竞争的影响,在试验玻璃筒中同时接入两种斑潜蝇各1♀1♂,置于不同温度(18、25、30℃)下培养,观察两种斑潜蝇子代的化蛹数、成虫数及羽化率.结果显示,18℃下,美洲斑潜蝇的F1代成虫数仅为(0.4±0.3)头,显著低于南美斑潜蝇的(2.5土0.7)头;25℃下,美洲斑潜蝇的F1代成虫数(7.6±3.0)头,稍高于南美斑潜蝇的(4.3±2.0)头,但不存在显著差异;30℃下,美洲斑潜蝇的F1代成虫数为(18.0±2.9)头,而F1代中无南美斑潜蝇成虫.说明温度对两种斑潜蝇的种间竞争具有重要影响. 相似文献

本试验使用8种不同颜色的粘性色卡对南美潜蝇成虫的趋性进行试验。结果显示柠檬黄和桔黄卡对成虫的诱集效果较好。夏天在三种天气下粘卡监测成虫的结果表明,晴天和阴天成虫有有两个活动高峰,分别是7:00-10:00和13:00-17:30,雨天成虫较少活动,全天无明显活动高峰。 相似文献

Increasing international trade in plants has resulted in repeated import of foreign pests into Belgium; Opogona sacchari and Coccotrypes dactyliperda are well known examples. Recently two new pests have been introduced into Belgium, Frankliniella occidentalis and Liriomyza huidobrensis. The thrips F. occidentalis appeared in the summer of 1987, and was first found in chrysanthemums. At present, this insect can be observed in floriculture, as well as in vegetable growing, where it occurs on a wide range of host plants. F. occidentalis is now considered definitely established in glasshouses in Belgium. At the end of 1989, the leafminer L. huidobrensis was found for the first time in Belgium. The damage was observed on chrysanthemums and lettuce. In 1990, this leafminer also attacked other crops, especially tomatoes and celery. 采用自由选择法测定了南美斑潜蝇对不同番茄品种的选择性。结果表明,南美斑潜蝇对21个供试番茄品种间的选择性存在显著差异,其对红枣小番茄的选择性最强,与对原番茄二号、中杂9号、圣星果、丰园红番茄、奥粉一号、大黄156、佳粉十五号等7个品种的选择性存在显著差异(p<0.05),而与其余13个品种的选择性差异不显著(p>0.05)。番茄不同品种间的叶毛数、可溶性糖含量及蛋白质含量存在显著差异。相关分析表明,南美斑潜蝇对番茄品种的选择性与叶毛数存在极显著的负相关关系(r=-0.675 2,p<0.001);与叶片的可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关关系(r=0.554 7,p<0.01);而与叶片的蛋白质含量相关不显著。 相似文献

本研究对爱福丁、阿巴丁、绿菜宝、农地乐等14种农药在大田中防治美洲斑潜蝇效果进行了综合评价。结果表明:爱福丁、阿巴丁、灭虫灵、农地乐、绿菜宝、双齐乳油、灭蝇蛾等农药对斑潜蝇的控制效果好;农哈哈在山东及华北地区、绿保素在西南地区、杀虫双在华南地区对斑潜蝇有较好的控制效果。 相似文献
